Great Senior Apartments, for sure!

Cecilia and Melissa helped me get my auntie into a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. My auntie is so happy to feel some type of independence again!

The apartments are nice but the parking is getting really ridiculous theres people at her parking in visitor parking every day and night that I obviously dont live here and its taking up the people that live here there parking spaces and nothing seems to be done about it.

FIRST FOR SOMEONE WHO WORKED IN LEASING BEFORE SAYING NO APTS WILL APPROVE YOU NOT TRUE, THERE ARE SECOND CHANCE APTS WHY THEY CALLTHEM SECOND CHANCE I DONT CARE HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS THINK HOW MUCH YOU KNOW NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ARGUE WITH PEOPLE WHO KNOW BETTER THAN YOU ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED YOU ONLY ASSUMMING . MOUTHING OFF ABOUT A COUOPLE OF OTHER THINGS THAT WERE NOT CORRECT . IF I WAS NOT GOING TO BE ON THE LEASE THEN WHY CHECK ME OUT THEN WHY PAY THE DEPOSIT BEFORE APPROVED? THAT USUALLY COMES AFTER THE APPROVAL THATS BACKWARDS. THEN MAKE US COME OUT THERE 3 DIFFRENT TIMES WASTING MY GAS TIME WHEN HE COULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE. SEEM TO HAVE ISSUES WITH CALLLING PEOPLE BACK . COULD HAVE SAVED US AND JUST TOLD US OVER THE PHONE THEN COULD HAVE COME PICKED UP THE DEPOSIT MONEY ORDER. MAYBE HE WAITED TILL THE LAST MINUTE BUT TAKE PART RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOU SHOUKLD BE DOING AS WELL .

I applied for a apartment here I paid every thing I was told to pay my move in day was September 1st I went in to sign my lease payed my rent I was never showed the apartment I was moving in. and so I went to look at the apartment I was moving into and the place was horrible it wasnt painted stains on the walls the light in the kitchen was hanging on one side a latge stain was in the ceiling a big stain under the sink from water leaking patio was was not cleaned off storage was dirty I took pictures and I went to talk to the property manager about it she said she was sorry and would take care of it a week pass I was never informed when I could move in or nothing I went back the apartment it was still in the same condition it was the third week in September and I was told I still had to pay over half of the rent I ask for my money back she did not want to refund my money it was over eleven hundred dollars I turned them into BBB I received a call from the property manager the next day telling me I would be getting my money back I would never ever refer anyone and as for as a review one star is still to much to rate them.

Not Veteran friendly thy dont deserve one star worst customer serviceIts very important that we the people know that Veterans paid for our freedom with blood.
