Great customer service from beginning to end! Ashley and Diane were great and helped me throughout the process. Harris bridge has been upgraded since I last lived here and it looks very beautiful inside and out, definitely happy to move back into this apartment complex. SO SO SO BAD!!!!! SUCH BAD LADY AT THE LEASING OFFICE. we had an appointment for tour and drove 3 hours for our appointment. The leasing office was closed. The lady was extremely rude when we asked she was yelling on us that she has to do all the work by herself. Very unprofessional and careless people.

Quick to become unprofessional if you question anything. They talk to you like they hate everyone that lives in the complex. Far from how they act before you sign. Lots of police activity and lighting was never fixed. Every memo they put on each door in the complex has negative tones with threats of fines despite not being relative to the majority of the community. Majority of the time the trash is pouring out of the dumpster area and never addressed with a permanent solution.

Before moving my family here I addressed the issues I seen in these reviews. They assured me everything would be fine. Day one the neighbors couldn’t believe that they would move someone into a roach infested apartment. Not to mention the mold. I have pictures I will uploading as well. Staff is horrible, customer service does not exist once you move in. They tell other tenants your personal business and will scam you out of your money. From now on I will make sure to check the reviews and believe them. Worst mistake ever. Only thing good about the place is high ceilings and Silver Comet Trail access. P.S ITS THE SAME STAFF.

I stay here and the staff is rude! One day takoma will be nice and one day seems rude. The only one who is nice is Katie and she doesn’t work there anymore. I can’t wait to talk to Mrs Diane! Ashley is rude, she gets smart with you, she doesn’t smile, or greet. They told me I need to drop my money order off by 6pm and I knew what already. That is not what I told takoma I told her I needed a number. No great customer service at all

This place is very very unprofessional, they have no integrity for other people, I’ve always paid my rent on time and caused no problems during my lease, with that being said they left a letter on my door at 57 days before our lease was up, we were suppose to give 60 days and we were three days late. They charged us 1000 dollars for being 3 days late, I went to the office and asked them if there was anything they could do, to help me, and they said “ no we can’t take that off”. I honestly feel like we should have gave the lease notice at 60 days but being penalized 1000 dollars for three days was just completely unfair to me. The manager at the office told me I could call her boss and ask her if she would take off the 1000 dollars, after a few weeks of leaving her boss some voicemails, she finally got back with me and agreed to help me with the 1000 dollars. She said she would adjust the bill, she never adjusted the bill. So I called her for weeks and weeks, I ended up leaving her about 15 voicemails, no call back. I even went through the trouble to research Atlantic pacific management I emailed them and I called them and left multiple voicemails. No one person got back with me. Does Atlantic pacific management even exist ???????????????????????? Wow, just wow. On top of that the office staff has very nasty attitudes and they are extremely unprofessional. This has been the absolute worst experience in my life. On top of all of this why did I get charged 200 dollars for blinds that cost 10 dollars ? And the blinds were dry rotted the day we moved in......

I have been working with the leasing staff for the past three weeks and my situation coming Into the application is complicated so I expected to just be brushed off and told to reapply when I had everything settled. Both staff members that I have been working with not only are incredibly patient with my situation but are helping me to make sure I get everything settled so we can move into an apartment. They have answered the phone during business hours whenever I call and respond to emails outside business hours, always responding quickly and professionally and making sure I know exactly what’s going on with my process. This is the first positive experience I have had with customer service from a rental company.

Terrible customer service, terrible maintenance service.The first time I write something in public and it is because it has not been normal for me to have so many bad experiences in the same placeOn July 13, 2020 call the office because the dishwasher does not wash. I Talk to Ashley, and I told my son to talk to her so that he could explain well what was happening with the dishwasher.And she said that due to the current situation, they were only working on emergency things, but that anyway, for the following Monday someone would come to check.Days passed and no one came, so I put another order for the same problem and nothing. Another day I just called to see when she would come to solve that problem. Another day I also went to the office for another matter and incidentally I went back to talking about the dishwasher.Then one day they sent someone who didnt solve the problem eitherToday is August 12, 2020 and the dishwasher has not yet been resolved. It even says that that day July 13, 2020, I did not place any order on the dishwasher and that maybe it was a mistake. So I commented to Ashley herself that if there was a mistake, it was her mistake because she was the one who talked about this issue the first time. So she hung up the call saying “I cant do this”.To sum up all the declines:I have been living here for 10 months and they only cleaned the stairs 2 times, and by the last time they did it already had mold and flies and it had been a few months since someone vomited on it and they never cleaned the vomit.There are always roaches in apartment and hallways. And I wonder where is the money that you charge for pesticide and maintenance?I once placed an order for something on the toilet lever and it is still unsolved.In conclusion, you put an order for a problem that the apartment you pay has, so for they to fix it will take a long time, you will have to follow up on it and last but not least have to accept that the employees simply manipulate your version of the facts.

Okay your definitely lieing about employment my job was verified I definitely showed 3 new check stubs. Even though I may not have met the criteria far as credit wise I was promised an refund of $150 “good faith fee” that’s were suppose to be returned if I may not have met the criteria, when I was told I got denied I was told that my refund would come in the mail in 2 weeks call back 2 weeks then I got 30 days after I waited for 2 months now it’s 45 days. So yeah, you guys are very unprofessional even though I may have got denied I still handle things in a timely and professional manner. And yes my new management proper is great I love it, so professional and well up kept, friendly people. Thanks for your concerns.

Nastyyyyyy roaches!!!! I went to bed and one had the freaking never to be on my forehead!!!! No matter how much you clean how much you bleach these roaches act like they from the projects!!! I finally left and never looking back. Roaches all in the dish washer too on top of your stove. Don’t ever drop food on your counter and eat cuz trust me a dirty roach was there. Very over priced for all the bs here. Nice maintenance ppl I guess they fix stuff fast.

Insects easily get in and out, it is overpriced, maintenance crew does the job half way at best if at all. All in all I wish I could terminate my lease right now but because of the rent here $1,300 for a two bedroom I can’t afford to do so

Ive been here for about 5 months now and Im not sure why everyone has so much bad to say about the community. I agree that the exterior of the community could use some updating (especially the lighting), I dont always care for my neighbors, and the community is constantly having issues with the gate arm because the people here break it all the time, but the staff is amazing and so is the maintenance group. Ive been pregnant the entire time Ive lived her and from day one I was shown kindness. The office staff check on the baby every time Im up there, they have personally helped me get packages up to my apartment, and they have offered to help me during my bed rest. Plus, anytime Ive needed maintenance they were quick to respond and they have impressed me on their repairs. Ive lived in apartment communities throughout Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas and Im here to tell you that Id recommend Harris Bridge.

I am so Over These apartments. Maintenance sucks! they come in your house not calling like they are suppose to not leaving any notice and not fixing the air! the only reason we knew they were there was our electrical panel was opened and not closed back. the air sure wasnt fixed plus we had to call and call for them to come and not do their job AGAIN!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Roach infested. Words cant do justice, the joke of a pest company does nothing. Windows leak, half the lights throughout the property are out half the time, buildings are in dire need of pressure washing, they don’t enforce rules and inconsiderate people just trash the place. I could go on for hours. Our dryer vent is plugged and takes 2-3 cycles in a brand new $1000 dryer and they did nothing about it.Also the amount of people moving out sure seems like a lot more than the amount moving in . Luckily 1 more month and we are moving and it could not come sooner.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This is the worset place I have ever lived. Nearly impossible to get maintenance to do their job correctly the first time, even if you tell them how to fix it. We had a leaky window and the first time they came out they did nothing. Same the second time... a few months pass and I bring it up again to them and tell me its my fault because I didnt stay on them... another month passed and still nothing after that. So to whoever moved into 1308 check the bedroom window it leaks bad when it rains.

Definitely not worth the price. Im paying about 90 cents per square foot which is outrageous for this area. Id pay about 70 cents per square foot. Management acts like its the greatest place to live and get offended by anyone suggesting this place is bad. Oh well.Plus the gates were down for about 2 months this summer. The pool was closed for about weeks. They had TEN old mattresses sitting by the dump for about 3 weeks....in the rain!Just dont live here! Youll regret it!

This place is a sad excuse for an apartment complex. The front office staff are rude every time you ask a question. The trash compactor is always over flowing. The gates are always broken. The windows are covered in mold due to poor insulation. The apartments themselves are cheap but yet they charge an arm and a leg. I don’t want anyone apology - I want new staffing to actually fix the freaking issues because clearly this management can’t handle it.

I luckily have not experienced the things some of the others have, but I wouldn’t say my experience has been what I would expect out of an apartment I’m paying so much for. My first complaint is the maintenance staff are slow about getting back with anything. My second complaint, if you go to the office to complain about noise or anything else, GOOD LUCK. They do not care. Oh and emailing them doesn’t even seem to be an option considering they rarely answer emails. My third complaint would be the utility and other fees increasing in the middle of the lease multiple times with very sudden notice. My final complaint is the bugs. There is surely a roach problem here. I am hoping my experience whenever it comes time to move out is not as unpleasant as some of these reviews say. We will have to see.

We love it here! Lived here 6 years with no plans of moving soon. They have gone through growing pains as most places do when your ever conscious of improving but the transitions have been seamless for our family! Good luck trying to get any issue fixed. Office staff will ignore your phone calls/emails if you bring up issues that need to be addressed. Street lights have been out since I moved in 6+months ago and the privacy gate hasnt worked since I moved in. Interior painting is sub par and exterior appearance of units (breezeways, doors, lighting) is in a constant state of disrepair.One Year Update:Nothing has improved...Amenities that are marketed have been in disrepair since I moved in. Lease and repair staff will lie to your face and show zero interest in the state of the complex. Office staff will attempt to charge you for every lease violation they can. Rent has been increased with no noticeable reason why, the complex looks exactly the same as day one. On the third location manager in a year. I do not recommend you sign a lease with any A&P Management locations unless it is your last resort.1.5yrs:Gates and complex lighting are still in a state of disrepair. Staff attitude has not improved. Rent has been increased mid lease with no reasonable reason provided.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The complex is mostly clean and quiet. My complaints would be the gate is consistently broken, no installation on the Windows which cause mold often during the winter, individuals not cleaning up after their dog and the so called park for the kids is broken down and is never ever maintained. Thankfully there are several parks nearby. The rent is too high for the area over $1000 for a two bedroom.

While the apartments themselves are very nice and well kept the HBO management has recently changed. I would not recommend this management to anyone, I have had one issue after another with this company over the most insignificant things. I am constantly being charged with something and whenever I call to debate the charges (if they actually answer) I am told they will have to figure it out and call me back. If I could have prevented it- I would not have moved in here.

I said I would change my review when things were taken care of and they were. Theres a new manager named Mia and she has taken control, repairing everything in the complex. Make no mistake, she is taking control and things are getting done wholesale. The complex is starting to act like a well-oiled machine. Shes a sweet lady and I feel confident about living here now. Only one problem exists that remains a sore spot. Leaving a message on the service and actually getting called back. I am sure she will handle that as well.The staff is very sweet natured and a pleasure to talk to.As far as moving here, you could do a lot worse. Its a nice looking area. Clean and country.As soon as Bigfoot puts pads on his feet upstairs this will be THE place to live.Im a man of my word and here it is. I think youll be happy here. I will be, too. As soon as I find someone to clean my apartment on a regular basis. As for the gate I hate that damn thing. Just who, other than me, is it supposed to keep out.As for the sweet staff, maintenance and security, they do NOT return messages left on machine. Mia is trying to get this place right but start with the staff. If they are too lazy to work FIRE THEIR ASS. Simple enough. Security wont respond? Kick em out and get someone who will. Moving next month and counting down the days. Request work orders and have to email again and again for response. I know they are here - I see them taking smoking breaks every time Im leaving to run errands. When we try to communicate in person, staff are rude, talk over you, roll their eyes at you, and just want you out of their office. I pity anyone who just signed a contract for a lease here. All I can say is if you are here, document everything. Keep dates you contacted them and take photos - I have a folder full of documented folders, copies of emails, etc. Lied to from day one when we moved in 4 management teams ago. Told we were getting new carpet and it is the filthiest floor to walk on - we keep sinus infections year round. Constant coughing from all the mold/mildew in windows. Pest control comes regularly but we still have bugs galore and we are extremely clean people - my husband is a germaphobe and he deep cleans everything, so it has nothing to do with cleanliness. They will promise you the moon to get you here, then you are just another whiny tenant.

We moved into this complex in January and it was our only resort. Here is a list of the issues weve experienced since moving in:We have had issues with lack of air filter. We were all sick for three months and when we checked the filter, it wasnt even in place because it was the wrong size! When I called management, they said that it was standard for maintenance to check the filter before a new resident moves in, and that it had been done before we moved in. When I sent pictures of the issue, and said that we bought our own filter, they said they would take care of it, and we havent heard anything else.We have had to deal with roaches in the kitchen on a regular basis, and we pay monthly for pest control services as part of the rent payment. I should get the services I pay for, not have to call to be put on a schedule to receive said services.The gate hasnt worked right since we moved in, we have to physically go to the gate to let anyone in who is there to see us. When I told management this, they blamed the kind of phone we have.I received a voicemail saying I had a letter sitting at the front office for me. When I got there that afternoon to pick it up, I was told it had been there for a while. It had been there for over a month! I got no notification from FedEx on my door, and had heard nothing of it from the office until that voicemail.I called the front office to ask a question, and got the automated message saying that the hours were from 9-6, but when I finally talked to someone, I was told that they dont answer the phones or unlock the door until 10 because the first hour is admin hour. I told them that they needed to change the automated message if that was the case.Were paying over $1200/month for this apartment, and its not worth it. If it had not been our only option, we wouldnt have signed on. My best advice is to STAY AWAY!

The air quality is HORRIBLE... mold... mildew....dust! ...Every time I visit my daughter, I get sick! Water bugs/cockroaches are running rampant! Property management makes EXCUSES for everything and take no responsibility for their lack of properly managing requests! .... An honest review.Good: Out of the apartments in the area this place is relatively safe. Maintenance is quick on almost all items except HVAC. There is a pool and the bike trail is close by. They have got rid of the abandoned vehicles lately. Spacious 2 bedrooms. Parking was not an issue. Police are not here often.Bad: .The amenenities suck. The pool is overcrowded on the weekend with cigarette butts everywhere. Laundry and weight room are just outdated and horrible. The breeze ways are not cleaned and the gate does not work for months at a time. Trash compactor is just disgusting and in constant view upon entering. The management is just worried about 💰, so do not come to them with your problems. Most apartments inform you when a package is dropped off at the office. Not these guys. Kids do play in the street quite often leading to damaged vehicles.I would rent here for $900 a month for a 2 bedroom. Anything beyond that is overpriced for the area. I think they are trying to get $1200 a month for a two-bedroom now. I would definitely pass. Good luck.

Just like living in your own home...You have to do lots of up keep to make the outside look even half way decent. My neighbor pressure washed all the mildew and dirt off the breezeways of our unit. I have put out pinestraw. I am always picking up trash. I pay way too much to have to do these things.

Worst management ever! They want yo say they have updated apartments but want a leg and arm for them. Reality they aren’t worth it. We went half a summer with no ac with a small child and come to find out we had a blocked air vent after they changed inside and out units. They also ordered parts before replacing them too.

Changing my review of this place. The ONLY reason we lived here is because we had no other choice. Every other complex near us was low income or way overpriced. First off all, apartment had roaches right off the bat moving in. I was so furious. Finally eliminated them with multiple pest control treatments. Roaches were living in fridge door, we were promised a replacement fridge and never got it. They claim they do not have a roach problem at Harris Bridge... they DO. The windows constantly have mildew on them. No matter how much cleaning I did, it did not help. They are not sealed properly. Window sills were always wet. Our mailbox was broken for a year and a half. Asked nicely many times to have it fixed. The gate you pay for to protect you is ALWAYS breaking. High rent increases every lease so BEWARE. We were lucky enough to live here before they jacked the prices up so we had a 2 bedroom for $855 a month. Now.... its over $1100 for the same one. We had multiple theft attempts in our vehicles, of course nothing was stolen... not the point. I reported it to management and they replied that they did not have any concern over it. Not their problem. I was supposed to get a part for my dryer connection to the wall 2 YEARS AGO. After much prodding, still nothing. They claim they ordered it.... ok. READ YOUR LEASE MANY TIMES. We signed 2 leases. The first one said give 30 days or more notice about leaving and the second said 60 days or more. When purchasing a home, it is NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to give more than 60 days notice. I cleaned that apartment top to bottom, I steam cleaned carpets, etc. I was charged $250 for replacement carpet and did it receive my deposit back. On top of that, after we moved out, my textbooks were accidentally shipped to my old apartment. Mateniance men were working in it. It took many times just to get them to help me out! Finally I was able to get them and the workers had OPENED my package and had my textbooks throughout the apartment. Luckily they were all there and not damaged. They have no regard for their tenants. They do not seem to care at all about things getting done promptly. Do not TRUST THEM. I thank God everyday we are now homeowners. For the price you pay, the treatment you get is ridiculous.

TWO YEARS LATER, (WHEN I WAS FINALLY INFORMED ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING) SPOKE WITH THE COLLECTION AGENCY THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE COMPLEX HAS NO PICTURES TO PROVE THE ALIGATIONS THAT WERE PUTTING AGAINST ME. IT IS ALL HEAR SAY AND WHAT THEY WERE TOLD. I AM ABLE TO SHOW PROOF OF MY NEW LEASE AGREEMENT IN THE HOUSE I MOVED INTO TO SHOW I WAS ABOUT BEFORE THE DATE THEY ARE SAYING, BUT SOMEHOW THAT CANT BE SHOWN AS PROOF?? EVER SINCE THESE APARTMENTS HAVE GONE UNDER NEW MANAGMENT THEY HAVE GONE DOWNHILL! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY HAVING A NICE/SAFE PLACE TO LIVE!!!

This place changed management the beginning of 2015. Ever since, its been slowly going downhill. Within another year it will most likely be another cesspool to avoid. Pegasus (the management before) wasnt perfect, but at least it seemed liked they were more particular about who they let in. Because of that, the complex wasnt super crowded and generally quiet. It was also cheaper and maintenance was better about general cleanup.Since AP management has taken over, the complex has filled up with a lot of noisy, trashy people. You cant go more than thirty minutes without someone hauling ass in a huge truck (right past kids, mind you) or blasting a subwoofer. Its not uncommon for drunk people just to hang outside late into the night. Ive had a lot of good neighbors slowly vacating when their lease ran out/went up, and at least half of the people moving in are obnoxious or straight up creepy. Also, the security officers are inactive and just let them do whatever, so AP may as well not even have one on duty.You also pay to live in a gated community. About every month or two, some idiot will try to piggyback in behind another car and annihilate the lever. Even some residents do this because they cant wait five seconds for it to close and re-open. The end result is the dummy breaking it and the gates have to remain open. And there goes the gated community youre paying for.Another important thing to know is about the high ceilings they advertise. They are nice and spacious, but come with a price. Thats a few feet less insulation that you get between your neighbors. You end up hearing every unsavory thing they do, including the aftermath of them eating too much Taco Bell. Unless you can get a top floor apartment, you probably shouldnt even consider moving here.There are definitely worse places to live, but if you need management to step in for anything concerning renters rights, youre pretty much on your own. They talk big but rarely actually do anything.

I lived here for 3 years and the conditions progressively got worse while the rent progressively got ridiculously higher. By the time I moved out I was paying over $1500/mo for a 3 bedroom. They advertise renovated apartments but my particular apartment did not look like it’s been renovated in 20 years. As other reviewers have stated, Harris Brudge has a huge MOLD and BUG problem. You pay for pest control but they only come out when you put in a request and then whatever they are doing doesn’t work. I kept my kitchen clean and never left food out but there was a huge roach problem. I would find them in my Kuerig and eventually had to throw my kuerig out! There is also always condensation and black mold on the windows. Another thing, there was always black mold buildup under the rims and inside the toilet. As much as I would clean the toilets, the mold was a constant. I’ve never seen anything like it. I worry about mine and my kids health from living with so much mold. It was a huge relief to get out of there. It got to the point I hated coming home and everyday i would have on my mind how many roaches would I see today? For $1500-1600 a month I would expect so so so much more. Go rent a house for that.

I change my review because the property is amazingly clean and quiet. I feel safe here of course I know no one is safe anywhere but I find comfort when I get home. I have seen a bug or two but I can tell it’s not a infestation it’s from one of my neighboring apartments but as long as I’m clean I keep the buggy away. Anywho Brianna is the best yada yada etc. Moving here is a yes😁

10/27/16Jtw91I lived there from March 2014 to July 2015. This was my worst experience. The office staff has to be the worst and are very unprofessional. They are very rude. Brittany and Lauren are terrible. They do not treat you right. The utility closet was unlocked, so I opened it, there was mold all on the walls behind the a/c furnace. They told me it was dried up old mold. Wth is that, mold is mold. And they said it was my responsibility to keep the humidity out. They are worthless especially Brittany and Lauren. I am still trying to figure who to pay my remaining balance which they over charged us when we left after our lease was up. They charged us $3200 for carpets. That was the only thing but before we left we deep shampooed our carpets, they were spotless. They even looked better than when we moved in. And they say now my Dept has went to a collection agency but when I called the collection agency we were not in there system. I would not recommend anyone to move in these apartments. If you do you better bring some lube cause they will bend you over and f*** you hard up the a**. Dont do it.

Over priced apartments. Office staff is rude. I was leaving my friends apartment and was waiting for her to come down and get in the car and someone called the cops on me for being suspicious! I was just sitting in my car - during the day! My friend had lost her keys so it took her a few minutes to come down, but I wasnt doing anything wrong! There is dog poop EVERYWHERE, too.

This place is terrible. The apartments are too pricey for the area (over $1000 for a 2 bedroom apt). I come home very early in the morning & have had the pleasure of seeing multiple cop cars at various apt buildings. I have a young child & do not feel safe here. The gates are ALWAYS open. I have lived here over 8 months & can count on 1 hand how many times the gates have actually worked. The staff is unreal. Extremely rude & fake to your face!! Lisa & Brittany are terrible managers & have no idea how to actually run a business. I am trying to get out of my lease & everytime I call up there I get a different answer from any one that answers the phone. They try to tell me that I owe more than what my lease states. Its a rip off & I honestly believe they would scam anyone trying to leave. Maintence is very friendly but does a half ass job when a work order is placed. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE....not even my worst enemy. Stay away & find somewhere else to live that you will actually like & feel safe leaving your family & belongings.

Horrible place to live. We moved in january everything was ok excepts our bedroom had no closet door. We had to threaten to call corporate before we received it in June. And even before then we showed proof a picture with a time stamp showing we never had a door. Everytime we need something it seems like no one helps us. They enter your apartment WITHOUT notifying you and say they dont have to leave a notice. Last but not least our hallway and doors are disgusting they dont pressure wash anything. Also the pool recently opened i told the leasing office that we never received the code to the gate to get in the pool she said i have to come with my id to receive it. How was i supposed to know that they never even send any news letters out. The staff doesnt care about anything until you threaten corporate on them.

Update: Our lease ended on 7-18, we gave our notice on 6-5. Not one time were we notified that we would be charged for not giving a sufficient notice. We are now being charged $1400, that we can not afford, because we did not give a 6 month notice. After speaking with Mia about our roach infested apartment and the issues we had, she asked me to send her pictures and that she would send them to her boss. She responded stating that she was sorry I had a bad experience but it is there policy. This apartment complex will scam you out of your money and money is all they care about. I explained to her that there were issues with several lights being out and about our roach infested apartment and that with a child, I had no choice but to leave. If you care about your well being and your child well being, do not rent from these complexes. The gate is constantly broke, lack of lighting at entry way and throughout complex, there is trash everywhere, the maintanace staff is rude, and every apartment is infested with either mold or bugs. Just ask your neighbors! Do not rent from this place because they do not care about you!Newly Renovated, more like Cheaply Renovated! This is the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in and it doesnt deserve a single star! Their maintenance staff and management staff is horrible! The gate has been broken 2 months or longer and before that it would work for maybe a week and then would brake again. All of the street lights in the front of the apartment complex are out, even where the mailbox is located, since the day we moved in 6 months ago. The backsplash between the microwave and stove is not finished, looks like they measured the microwave wrong, and when we told them to fix it they stated that this was standard in all apartments. The new countertops are splitting where the bar and countertops meet, and our kitchen is infested with roaches. We asked them to treat it for bugs the day we moved in and no treatments have done and I have to deep clean the kitchen weekly and still have a swarm underneath my refrigerator everytime I clean it! I could go on about this hell hole for days but if you are considering moving in here, please dont! Its not worth your money!

The staff advertises and sells you NEWLY RENOVATED apartment with all NEW appliances, carpet and paint - 30+ maint callsFor repairs since February. Previous water damage under all three sinks which mold is forming - they dont have to repair or correct it-they spray painted the ceilings to fix a leaky ceiling7. A non resident entered the Broken Gated community and started shooting in one of the front buildings inside a residents apartment.8. All of the Free / included amenitiesAre never working or available- car washing / car center has been out for 8+ months, gates are broken 95% of the time, computer/office business center have been down for 5 + months, washer and dryers Down every week.9. This place is absolutely the worse. They want over $1000 for either a one bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment. If you decide to move into this dump ASK FOR A WALK THRU BEFORE MOVING IN. We asked multiple times for a walk through and were told that the apartment was not ready and they would call us for when we could come and look at the apartment. After 4 weeks of calling them every week we never received our walk thru and moved into an apartment that looked NOTHING like the show room one. Brittney and Lisa have no idea what they are doing are completely incompetent. Im surprised they even know how to wipe there own ass. Have called corporate numerous times reporting there unethical behavior and unprofessionalism. Even the maintenance member Juan or John has said how awful they are and unprofessional they can be. Thats just sad. They have cock roaches and ant infestations in multiple buildings. Fire alarm goes off about 2-3 times a month early in the mornings. None of the ammenties work at all and the pool is a disgusting cess pool that is never cleaned. Take my advise! This place was a horrible experience. First of all let me start by saying that after the day me and my fiancé went up there it was hell! They really dont seem like they know what their doing. Was told that the unit we were getting had a den then the next day it was a patio. After that was over she sent us the application thru email. We did the application and paid $250 for all of that. They NEVER called us to keep us posted on what the next step was. I had to call and waste my gas to go up there and figure out what was going on. January 2nd 2016 was our move-in date and on December 29th i called up there to see what was going on.... They then told me that we had to get renters insurance before we move in. December 31st me and my fiance went up there because they NEVER called us to do our walk-thru and then told us that the maintenance crew was in there working so she took us in the unit that we wanted. The place was FILTHY!! The walls were patched up, the bathroom had stains all around, the patio was rotted, between the fridge and the couter was about a 2ft gap and the maintenance workers had a full bag of BEER in the place. Then they said we had to have $1700 to move in and that we needed to do our application again because they lost it!! DO NIT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!! NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!! Bunch of lazy individuals. We called to tell them we didnt want the place and left a message and they NEVER called us back. THEY DONT CARE!!
