Well for the most part its OK. I do wish the pool was bigger. Anyway you have to be careful when having door dash deliveries I have had McDonalds delivered but before I got to the door some kids took off down the stairs with it laughing...So far as the apartment complex it self is nice. I have great neighbors, and office people are amazing. They are very helpful and do what they can to help you in anyway. The maintenance guys are awesome. They are very quick to fixing any issues that you may have....
Maintenance always handles promptly and efficiently. The broken water heater over the weekend was handled to the fullest. Alton didnt stop till it was complete. And Chip handled all issues inside the kitchen immediately. Thanks so much to them both.
Comfy apartments that are relatively good on price and situated in a nice area around plenty of gas stations and other stores like the Ingles literally 1 minute away. Ive lived in quite a few of the apartment complexes and this one is kept up pretty well. They have 2 maintenance men that do a decent job at repairing what they can as soon as they can.
For months I have called, left voicemails, emailed, text and yesterday went by the property dial 0000 to only get the same results. Nothing. No answers, no call back or even a text back. I try to apply and schedule a tour to not avail. The website says these features are temporarily disabled. I am at a lose.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. The place is very well kept.
Brooke in the office is AH-MAZING.The apartment is spacious and nice. The grounds are usually pretty well kept. The only complaints I really have are the stray cats and the constant smell of weed.
Massive roach problem. Management is aware of issue. Does nothing. So many roaches. Cant go into my kitchen, bathroom or even relaxing in my living room without seen a roach. Rent is too high here to have this problem. Don’t rent here.

Went to apply for another apartment and for some reason they say I owe them $900 from 8 years ago when I was in high school! I broke the lease properly. And never got a call about the balance one time in the 8 years since I’ve been there. They gave me the number to collections and the collection people don’t even have me on file!
Roaches here!! This has been an ongoing issue for months. I have called the office multiple times and rarely get a call back or anyone to answer. Denisha Butler, the property manager, is aware of our neighbors having roaches and that they have spread through our building and she has done NOTHING about it but threaten people with eviction. Do NOT rent here unless you like roaches and a staff that is VERY hard to get in touch with.

We have told the property manager, Denisha Butler, about this and she’s threatened us with eviction even though she went through our apartment and saw we are clean. We informed her our neighbors hoard trash and she’s done nothing about the issue.Mold is all over our windows. We’ve cleaned with bleach and peroxide and it always comes back.Don’t move here. Not worth it

Once again I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with Magnolia Creste apartments. Ive been here 8 years and I can honestly say that all 8 years have been a blessing for me. The front office is always professional and pleasant. The Covid-19 disease has not stopped them from answering any concerns I my have. The maintenance men are the best in Georgia Im sure! They always stop and take time to ask how Im doing when they see me outside walking, and when they come into my apartment to complete a service order.. I hope they never retire (smile). So a huge thank you to all who help make this part of my life pleasant because Im an elderly resident and it matters to me that Im living in a wonderful manageable apartment.

I have been calling this place since past couple of months or more to rent an apartment tried all these numbers (678) 355-8045, (757) 473-3701, (770) 443-4099 but Hercules Mgt. never ever responded back my vms or email inquiries sent to [email protected] ??? Very disappointing experience with this management. How can you treat potential customers like this???
It is cool, I dont have any real complaints. I am satisfied as a resident. My rent is cheap, I feel safe, Brooke is such a doll, and Danisha is just a woman with a lot on her plate. I guess I can understand because I have worked in leasing and I know a lot of things are out of their control. They are just doing their job. Only issue is the 1 maintenance guy, not the heavy one, but the other one. He seems like he hates his job and he is a bit abrasive but It doesnt bother me. The other guy is so sweet and speaks all the time. Overall, I am a happy resident and would stay longer if I didnt need more space, we are busting out at the seams. They were there during my transition and they served their purpose and it is time to move on.Dont move in expecting 5 star accommodations, it is what it is, a tax credit income based community. You always have the option to leave.

We have called Magnolia Creste home for 6 months now. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I really cant say enough about these wonderful people. Maintenance keeps the grounds clean and neat. The landscape is groomed regularly by professionals. Maintenance has addressed all of our concerns a timely and satisfactory fashion. We are completely happy with our experience at Magnolia Create.
I have been calling the office all day today; I left a voicemail and even showed up at the apartment complex and dialed 0000 on the intercom.to speak to someone at the leasing office. No one has answered or even followed up. The website states that they are open yet no one is returning my phone calls. I am not sure if this is part of their screening process but I hope I can be in contact with someone soon.Its July 19th and still no one has returned my calls. If this is the way potential customers are treated then this gives me a good idea of how their actual customers are treated.
I have lived here for a year and I LOVE it. I would recommend Magnolia Creste to whomever is looking for apt. living. The staff is awesome. Only complaint is that the tenants that walk their dogs need to clean up after them.
This place is very unprofessional. We lived here for 10 months and the last two months we were there the windows kept getting covered in nasty leaking water and black mold. I contacted the office staff on a Sunday and it took a month for the maintenance guys to come out. I called the office and left messages several times and never had a response. After me calling over and over, calling corporate, and visiting the office, Denisha finally looked at the windows and said that it was a cleaning error and that it was my fault. I had two months left in my lease and asked her to talk to her regional manager to see if we could just break the lease and move out. She for weeks said she would call back and NEVER did. I had been cleaning mold off the windows for months so it wasn’t a cleaning error. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I even took pictures to document and have over 70.
Lived there for 1 year. Always made on time payments. Apartment was left in excellent condition. Was told that our 60 days notice was a week late so they charged us almost $200 and added some additional misc. charges. Not happy with my move out experience there.
Extremely friendly, polite, competent, knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, after a quick glance, staff informed us honestly we probably wouldnt qualify, sorry we couldnt become residents there, but really appreciate your helpful honesty and saving our bucks ! Brooke is an incredibly sweet, compassionate spirit!
Recently spoke with the Assistant Property Manger Brooke, she was extremely nice and informative . She broke down exact pricing for her apartments available and answered every single question I had. I definently recommend this apartment complex for anyone in the market for leasing . Make sure you ask for Brooke !!
This apartment complex disguises its roache infestation with poor customer services. The maintenance was never helpful nor considerate. Three price to live here is easy now than it should be.
I was a resident for 1 year. Brooke was extremely helpful upon move in and assured us during the process that the power not being in our name was not an issue. No one told us there would be a financial consequence. Then we get a $50 bill for not having the power in our name upon move in. Denisha was rude about it and was unwilling to waive the fee. We moved in on a day that Greystone was closed and had it done the first day they opened.Had to take sleeping aides, buy a noise machine, and wear earplugs to sleep because of the upstairs neighbors. The more we complained, the worse they treated us. It was an employee living above us. So, that being said it was an awful experience.Now I get a bill for $404.14 because our written notice was only 49 days in advance instead of 60. They knew verbally more than 60 days in advanced because my roommate was looking to move into a 1 bedroom. They knew we weren’t renewing the lease. Once again, Denisha is the rude, unapologetic, money grabbing, unprofessional employee that makes being a NONresident a joy.I don’t recommend this apartment complex. There are better options.

Quiet place to live but I feel its because they have too many empty apartments. Expect rent to go up every time your rental agreement runs out.

Nice staff, price is a bit high for a 1 bed, especially considering I had a 2 bed for about 200 cheaper near flordia. Also its claimed to be a gated community which technically it is, only the gates either seem to not work or the staff keep them open.
Nice apartment complex. Parking can be limited in the evening.
Josh priester said he need a ride to MC apts.and asked if i could take him upon arrival he said the building was in the back of the complex he got out and enter a breeze way, he took what he wanted from my car and skipped out. He did not pay me as he promised. Long story short, i was going to call the cops but could not locate a phone to use. I didnt feel very secure in this gated apt. complex
Very un profesional.. They have hidden fees, water cost more than living in a house... 100 dollars plus, when never home to use the water, takes a long time to get something taken care of, never returned phone calls, office manager not very friendly, charges to much for an monthly rate. Car alarms going off all the time. Pool never taken care of properly. The apartments not isolated at all. Heater is always running in the winter. Notices served days, or weeks late. Always issues with billing every month. All in all any one wants to live their good luck. .. I did I mension always dusty in there and mold always around windows, can never seem to get rid of it. They could not stop it or figure out why either!! And again notices are always late, too late.. For instance never got notice to resign year lease on my door until two weeks before even though paper work is date for days earlier..... This has been the worst apartment experience ever. If you want a good place to rent, rent at The Columns. ..

Came by to check for availability today the leasing agent didn’t want to let me in the gate to come for a tour. When she finally did, her attitude was very nasty as if she didn’t even want to assist me. She was like we have nothing available and the 2 bedroom are $1000 like I couldn’t afford it. Her demeanor made me so upset I just walked out
