These are hands down one of the best apartments I’ve lived in! The apartment staff is excellent! They handle every concern quickly with care! The community is beautiful and inviting! The apartment homes are wonderful and exactly what I need right now! This complex deserves an extra star for a genuine love and appreciation that you don’t find at most apartments!

From the first time I came to visit the property to now, the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. They make everything so easy for residents … paying online, requesting maintenance (which gets done in less than 2 days), receiving mail (Amazon hub), and keeping the residents entertained. I know I made the best decision moving here!

I moved in March of this year right after the snow storm had hit and the staff here took great care of me. I havent had any maintenance request (which is a good thing.) Its very close to trails and many shopping areas. Love my home here.

I moved here in January and living here has been wonderful. I really feel like the staff cares about everything & are very helpful. Maintenance always comes very quickly. Property is always clean & very quiet. I love the events & things the office does for the community. I like how they always ask for our opinion. I love the amenities & it’s affordable. Staff was helpful. Was overseas for when I contacted them about a place and signed the lease before seeing it. I had lots of questions they answered. Upon moving in apartment is good and staff has remained helpful.

And obviously I have only been able to do that because of the phenomenal leasing and maintenance team managed by Community Director Julie Holden. Landmark Gleneagles team under Julie’s guidance have always made an effort to accommodate me with kindness and respect. Obviously over the 8 years in any relationship, there were times where a negotiation was necessary. It was from these discussions that my respect for Julie’s professionalism and manner has grown exponentially. She has a light but firm touch. And ‘the’ most important factor for me is that I have learned to completely trust Julie’s word. Every promise ever made has been kept. If you are looking for a great complex with a STABLE management team. I absolutely recommend Landmark Gleneagles and Julie Holden’s team.

Weve been here since early 2018 and we just renewed our lease yet again! That should say everything. The office staff is top-notch, the Amazon hub is a godsend for packages, the property is nice, and the overall location is great. This is a great one guys, give it a shot!

My experience with Gleneagles has been very positive and I highly recommend this apartment complex. The management and the maintenance are both extremely friendly and helpful.

Added charges to my account with no explanation two weeks after I moved out. Corporate will not return my call. Regional will not return my call. Property refuses to provide evidence of the reason for additional charges. Company arbitrarily bills you.

Had an amazing experience moving in from out of state, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to take pictures of the complex and answer any questions I had. The complex is quiet and is full of amenities. Looking forward to the gym opening up!

I absolutely LOVE living here! It is quiet, affordable, and the grounds are well kept. The staff and maintenance are super nice and responsive.My experience, overall, has been pleasant. It started off very ruff, but the manager and office staff worked diligently to make things better. The maintenance staff and valet trash service could operate with more integrity.

I started working with Landmark back in February. Mary is a great leasing agent and even with the winter storm that hit. The apartment that I was due to move into had significant damage. I held out and I was able to be switched over to another apartment for the same price I was gonna pay for the damage one. I am truly excited and looking forward to moving into this community. The whole management team as a whole has been wonderful. Community is quiet and clean and the floor plan is perfect! Can’t wait to call this place my new home.

I have lived here for a little over a year. The location is excellent. Moving in during the onset of the pandemic has not allowed me to utilize any amenities but I’m looking forward to time at the pool this summer.

Stay away!!! Please don’t waist your money .. I come to visit my mom once a week with my kids and she stays in the second floor . The apartmentS are so cheap you can hear just about anything. The neighborhood downstairs started hitting the ceiling with a stick then another time he and his daughter had the nerve to come and knock on my mothers doors to tell my kids to shut up “ and he’s daughter was ready to fight how vulgar... next my mother went to file a complaint with the office manager and she sided with them instead of helping or offering to find another downstairs apartment. Did I mention my mother has lived here for 10 years but had to move upstairs due to her apartment flooded during the cold weather in February. I hope this information is valuable please is not worth it .

Hes so delightful to communicate with, and goes out of his way to assist.Yesterday, I had my third requested maintenance visit. I didnt get the guys name, but have encountered him, several times, out on property. He is always very pleasant. Yesterday, he handled several items, per my request. He worked diligently, dutifully and professionally.🙂

Been living here for about 2 and a half months. Great and safe community to live in. Always enough parking for everyone. The apartments are really good on sound, I rarely ever hear my neighbors at all. No bugs lol!!! Valet trash is great, they never miss a scheduled day, if they do they let us know days in advance(usually cuz of holidays). They opened the pools which is great, but they haven’t opened the gyms and court yet so I’m still waiting on that cuz that’s one of the main reasons I moved here(looks like their remodeling). But other than that great apartments, staff, and community. 10/10 highly recommend💯

So, since I submitted this review, I have been able to renew my lease early for an additional period and have been assigned a garage space!! Living here just keeps getting better and better. Oh, and the community programs they offer are fantastic!! Yesterday was Wine Down Wednesday!! Thats the why to finish Hump day and step into the back stretch of the week!!I have only come to enjoy living here more and more each day. While not perfect, this staff strives for excellence each and every day, and it shows. I read horror stories of how some people have been treated by their staff since the storm rolled through. I gush at how wonderful the staff here is and how they continue to be there for us. I LOVE THIS PLACE I CALL HOME!!!

We love, absolutely love our apartment. We have used the valet trash religiously, and the mail hub is amazing. I love the park next door, and think that we can have some great get togethers once Covid is behind us. It will be hard finding a place to buy that is better than the apartment in which we currently live.

The staff at Gleneagles is top notch. Anytime I have an issue they are Johnny on the spot to help. They are 2nd to none!

So I just moved here, I really want to like this place cos have got 12months to go, the potholes are so annoying especially the one at the entry gate. Theres water lodged in some carport, like carport 111 /112, am not sure my carpet are new, looks like it was just cleaned. I hate the bathroom sink I dont understand what is made of, for almost $1300/month i think its need to be upgraded, plenty of space though, supper friendly staff, maintenance was timely but not all issue was fixed .

The people who work in the office makes the living experience next level. From communication to neighborhood events.

The pictures I received were a little misleading. Theres no microwave included and the appliances are very very old. I also requested something and I didnt recieve it. Other than that a pretty easy process. Basically everything was done through email, which made it easy on me.

How is it possible that the staff is finding time to respond to reviews on here, but cannot respond to residents emails or phone calls? Do not lease at any of their properties. This is ridiculous and it is insulting. People have lost their belongings and the only communication you can get is a mass email telling you theres a hose at one building and to use the pool water for the toilets? RUN! DO NOT LEASE HERE!

Multiple water leak issues, carpeting needs to be redone, busted pipes during the winter storm, appliances have given us trouble like the garbage disposal.

These apartments are the best!! I live in the 799Sq ft 1 bedroom, and its super spacious. The oversized pantry alone is worth living here. The storage of this unit is amazing. The outside storage is absolutely wonderful! The sheer size of this apartment is not usually found. The layout is one of a kind. The leasing off is great as well. In fact this apartment complex is so dope, I invited my best friend and another friend to come live here as well!!! They have lived here 2 years and Im going on my 3rd year! Come and get the experience for yourself! You wont be disappointed.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS COMPLEX !I had to mark 1 star so I could post this but it did not deserve even 1.This is because of the following.Hightower Residential, which owns Landmark at Gleneagles, released many of the victims of Februarys freeze and flooding from their leases, declaring their units uninhabitable. I was one of many that opted out of my lease on March 1.Ad hoc Hightower Residential forms signed by tenants led these flood victims to believe that they were being released from all lease obligations. There was also a second separate form that gave the tenant until March 5 to remove any furniture or belongings still in the unit.At the time, this second separate form seemed like unnecessary paperwork. But I was wrong. I received in the mail a Move-Out Statement from Hightower Residential. It is a page-long itemized list of charges covering the period given to remove my belongings noted in the second form, March 1 - March 5. I have 30 days to pay or it goes to collections.IF Hightower Residential treats its tenants like this in a disaster ...Well ... the answer is obvious.DO NOT RENT AT THIS COMPLEX !

Im loving it here. Seeing that its super dog friendly and being so close to a park is a huge plus. All of my neighbors are friendly. Havent met a single person that I havent been able to say hi to.

Friendly Staff. Decent community, account for ALOT of traffic in & out of the complex. Decent Maintenance, wish they would pick up after themselves after fixing issues inside someones apartment (nitpick).The move-out; Apartment was never clean upon moving in but I dealt with it. I made sure I cleaned thoroughly for the next resident. Phase 1 is old/run down. The Upgrades is adhesive tape on countertops. You get what you pay for and I hold myself accountable for sheetrock repair BUT charging high fees for the oven (that was cleaned) and floor repair is absurd. I always want my deposit back so I clean and double check before leaving. Besides minor wear there was no floor repair needed in the kitchen/laundry room, that didnt even have a washer and dryer, that I shouldve been charged for. Overall its decent and you get what you pay for. Maybe hire that Spruce cleaning service that they often promote to meet their requirements.

Great service and attention to residents. Maintenance is effective and timely. Great resident events for the whole family! Would definitely recommend for friends and family!

I like the area and the amenities. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. The grounds are well kept. In winter months you may need plastic or curtains to thwart the draft from the windows but otherwise I like my place.

Everything is handled and completed in a timely manner.

LOVE this property!!!! Ive been here for 4 years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. The office staff has been the same since I moved here which is HUGE for me. They are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with all your needs. I havent had any major problems since moving in but when I put in a maintenance request to change my filter they are onto of it very quickly. Thank you to the awesome office staff for doing what yall do. Keep it up!

I’ve been here for three years, and it feels like home. The staff are friendly & helpful, the maintenance are responsive, and I love the community events. All of these things remind me that I’ve made a good choice of a community to live in.

We had a great experience with a staff member and thought we would love this apartment. What we saw in the model apartment was NOT what your unit will look like.We were not able to see the unit until the day we moved in and I think it was for a reason. They did not clean after previous tenants moved out. There were q-tips and hair that they painted over in the linen closets. There was a thick layer of dust and a dirty rag on the corner shelf (see pic). All of the light switches and outlets had a layer of dust and grime. All of the baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. The kitchen baseboards and cupboards still had food stains from previous tenants. Many of the door frames are damaged at the bottom from pets. There is paint drips on cabinets from maintenance being careless. They installed new carpet but in some corners you can see the floor. The tack strips are also exposed and we have both cut our feet several times.We spoke to someone in the office and showed pictures and he said it was unacceptable and they would have a crew come clean that weekend. They didnt show up and still havent come two weeks later.

Office manager and assistant manager had extremely vile dispositions towards me over a situation that was out of my control. I believe this situation was entirely about my appearance. I would hope that the staffing could be retrained to be a bit more friendly and down to earth or fired and replaced with people more deserving of the position(s).

These people do not care about there tenants. They don’t provide any notice for maintenance work. When they do have to do work they have no respect for your stuff, time or space. The staff in the office is extremely rude. Don’t move here!!!

So far it has been a very nice experience! The office team is so nice. Heiu made our move experience very smooth. I really like his personality and the entire staff positive energy! Overall, my move in experience was cool! There was a few things that could have been better, but the staff worked diligently to assist in the needs.

Even through the flood pandemic, they found time to attend to us and be cheerful and patient on top of it. Very human and professional.

I’ve been here for a year in May/June. Staff has always been helpful. They’ve always been accommodating as much as they could too. Maintenance has always responded to my request or needs within 24-48 hours at most. Which is big for me! The two guys in the front are real cool and Christine is a sweetheart.

Its quiet and the apartments are nice. Its not indulgence living with granite countertops but they are above average apartments with a good price and the staff is great.They offer spruce (a home chore service) to help you with laundry and other things. Super helpful if you work long hours or travel a lot.The location is good. Not far from Plano, TX. Close enough to grocery stores, parks, etc. Its gated so that is also a plus. The parking here is one of the best. No towing a vehicle if it doesnt have a parking pass which is helpful if you have guests.Been living here for about 6 weeks and its been great so far.

Ive lived here for a year and a half. Staff is great, they get things done quickly and are super helpful. Communication with residents to update on work being done and even addressing neighborhood situations is great. They do everything they can to keep common areas safe. Neighbors are quite and super nice, they have community activities all the time. You can see the upgrades and constant renovations. We are very happy to be part of this community.

I saw a mouse on my patio. I was told that the complex did not handle rodent problems and I would have to contact a 3rd party to have it removed. The complex is doing some renovations and I’m sure it was drawn out my the noise. Unacceptable. There is literally a pest control fee that tenants are charged each month and this is still MY problem.

I don’t even live here but I just wanted to leave a review saying how convenient and thoughtful it is that they have signs out that tell you how to find each building number. I was here visiting my friend today and it was SO EASY to navigate the complex. That is rare these days. Thank you for whoever cared enough to put the signs up.

I just love this place! Ive been here for a few years now and plan on renewing my lease. Julie is absolutely amazing! When I moved in she did the walk through with me to make sure my apartment was in good shape (was everything Id hoped for.) She has been nothing but great! I love all the trails that they have behind the complex and everything is so convenient. Love calling Landmark my home!

I havent had a bad experience here and Ive been here for 4 years. I transferred from the phase 2 into the phase 1 because they had an apartment with a small yard. I love it... I have put my plants out there and its so nice to sit outside in the mornings and have my coffee. Love my new apartment.
