Jennifer & Jennifer at the leasing office were absolutely perfect throughout the process of signing my lease and moving in. This was my first time living in an apartment building so I was unfamiliar with a lot of procedures - they made everything easy to understand, found me a steal of a room on the 3rd floor, and had maintenance sent to my room less than 24 hours after I moved in to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. Cannot say enough about those two - they are on your team!

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. All staff are very personable and quick to handle any questions or issues.

I loved in 4 different apartments over 5 years in Dallas and The Henderson was by far my favorite. Not only did I love my unit (floor to ceiling windows!), the property, and location, but the property management team was wonderful. Every question I had or service request submitted was handled right away. I would highly recommend The Henderson!

Living at the Henderson has been a great experience. Staff is friendly and professional. Maintence requests are completed quickly. Community is mostly quiet.

I have lived here 7 months now and love it! Great amenities and updated apartments. The area is perfect because you are walking distance from bars/restaurants and 5 mins from Target and Kroger. Some previous reviews have complained about packages, but parcel pending lockers have recently been installed so you can get packages any time day or night. New management just took over and theyve been quick to help me or respond to any issues, not that Ive had many, but maintenance came same day when I did. Good security and a clean complex.

Jenifer went above and beyond helping me find the right apartment. She answered all of my questions and took ample time to look at different units with me. Hope to be moving in this spring!

The apartment was fine on its own, great natural light because of the large window in the living room.Upon move-in, my apartment smelled of cat litter, had dirt and debris, and a dirty toilet. They did not have a working key fob for me during move-in, and I had to come back to get one that ended up not fully functioning. It was replaced later on after I mentioned it again. Maintenance consistently left messes in my apartment after completing work orders. The first time, maintenance left a dirty power tool in my bathtub that I had to return. The second time, there was a 5 inch nail left on the ground, my lights left on, along with footprints and dirt trailed across my entryway and bathroom. The staff was hard to contact and failed to follow-up on multiple issues. Picking up packages was always a challenge with their limited availability - although their hours are 9-6 during the week, many times I went at 9:05 and there was no one there. Same situation if I showed up anytime after 5:30pm. If you could get ahold of them on the phone, they do offer to move your package into a common space for after hours pickup.Move-out was a complete battle - make sure to take pictures of every square inch unless you want to be fined. This complex does have good amenities (pool, hot tub, workout center), is walking distance to local bars/restaurants, and are fine apartments but would not recommend due to consistent management issues.

I’ve been here 5 months and love it. Close to everything I need. Office staff and maintenance couldn’t be better. Already wanting to renew after my lease is up. It’s very quiet and have never had a problem with parking (more than enough spots in the garage).

This place is great! The staff is so welcoming and nice, and they do everything to help you out. The only thing i would hope that they add soon, is package concierge, so you can get your packages 24 hours from lockers! my old apartment had that and it was so helpful.

We highly recommend choosing this property if you’re looking to live in Knox Henderson. We have lived here for a year, but we wish we had chosen to live here when we first moved to Dallas three years ago. We’ve had nothing but a great experience at this property and our actual apartment is wonderful. The prices are reasonable, the location is central without being too noisy, maintenance fixes issues quickly, and the front office employees can’t be beat. Nicole and her team are awesome. Very recently we went out of town and our flight back was canceled. We were worried about our pets, and Nicole offered to check on them, filling their water and food bowls for us. Above and beyond.

There was routinely throw up in the hallways, people left trash on their doorsteps that stunk up the hallways, and cars were broken into at least once a week and they never put cameras in the parking garage. It’s a good area but the apartments are overpriced for what they are. Sure they have great natural light from the windows, but the windows leak when it rains and then maintenance never really fixes it and then they charge you on moveout. The move out bill was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. So glad to not be living here or in a greystar community.

I lived in this complex from June 2015-March 2019. While the staff is nice, this complex is an absolute dump. Greystar is infamous for their low quality properties so the female below who left a comment saying how wonderful they are was probably paid off. I moved in here because I was in a bind moving from out of state and only stayed as long as I did because of the location. I made several friends living here over the years and not a single one of them ever had anything nice to say about the property itself. From cars CONSTANTLY getting broken into and the property refusing to have adequate lighting in the parking areas/ security cameras, AC units catching on fire on the roof in the summer because they refuse to replace them until they literally fall apart, dog feces everywhere in the grass/hallways, the landscaping being mostly dead grass/ shrubs thus mud being everywhere when it rains, severe mold being found in my AC and them advising maintenance to just spray bleach into them to solve the issue which was then blown onto the clothes in my closet. It’s a joke and I cannot even make this stuff up. The apartments are incredibly dark and outdated.... there are so many other options in Dallas that are far nicer for the same price point. Oh and now that I’ve moved out the staff is “not allowed” to talk to me regarding receiving my original deposit and I haven’t heard a thing from corporate after moving out almost a month ago (I didn’t cause a single issue while living here so I find this to be very shady and I’m assuming they will take every last dime considering Greystar is trying to sell the property and most likely wants their profit margins looking as high as possible) Look elsewhere!

Grey Star is a great company to lease from. They offer amazing apartments and great amenities.

Terrible customer service. My car was broken into and no one at the apartment notified us. They had seen it, but said they didnt have our contact information. Even though they know what apartment were in???Not worth the value for the high cost you pay here.

Love it! everyone that works there is awesome

Fell in love with the property after visiting a client. Will most definitely consider when my lease is up!
