Parking seemed rough, but Samantha’s warm demeanor assured me that living there was still a great option. L moved into the apartment with no problems and at that time the customer service was good. However, after the first month l started noticing roaches. l am only there 5 nights and have zero food in my apartment. l called in and submitted work orders. They came a few days later to treat but this went on for months and to a point where l moved into a hotel for two weeks. At one point one of the ladies told me that this was just a part of living in an apartment. Since l am expecting a baby l decided to purchase a home and close before my lease ends. l asked if l could move out 1 Sept or 1 Oct (both months are already paid in full). The leasing manager said no that l would need to finish my lease of 30 November. This would have given two months of paid rent to the complex while looking a new tenant versus paying $692.75 for breaking the lease. Super disappointed with my experience on the tail end.Update on my experience with this apartment complex. The offered to release my apartment for the fee and in addition charge me for every day they are unable to release it. l pointed out that of l turn over keys to the property’s door no longer have access they cannot continue to charge me for possession. Cortney then passed claimed that there was a problem with the phone connection and magically The manager I think her name was Kendra jumped on the phone stating that they were no longer offering what is clearly stated in the lease. l reminded them that l have been living with a roach problem for the past 5 months although l have never had food in the apartment. l also mentioned concerns with the chemicals that they have been using and not informing me of the possible side effects on my unborn child. Bottom line this apartment complex is affordable at the cost of your health and their integrity.

Courtney and her staff are very good at taking care of their residents. Centerpoint makes it easy and you don’t even have to pick up the phone. When you want to talk to someone, it usually takes 2 rings and you’re immediately connected to the staff. They tow every night so there’s always parking spots as well.

Courtney helped me out really well finding a reasonable apartment for me. I enjoyed the area I’m in. But the only thing I do not like is when your food is being delivered they can’t come through the gate. They do not provide the code so you have to go all the way to the front to get your food. Unless someone let them in. Plus I do not like how visitors have to park in the front. Then walk all the way to back. I do not think that is cool. I think visitors should be able to park at the fence and register for parking and visit their people.

The management was great in helping me find an apartment virtually when I wanted to move to Dallas. But the apartment starts giving issues and needs constant maintenance right from week two. There was something going wrong every 3-4 days and needs maintenance or replacement in the apartment.

Staff: Appreciate the leasing staff for making this such a smooth transition. Specifically, I would like to give a special thanks to Leslie who was friendly and professional, able to answer all of my questions with a smile, and has excellent follow up. I narrowed my choices down between this place and another nearby and ultimately chose to live here because of the customer service.Maintenance: I put in two small requests (light bulb and wasp nest on patio) and these requests were completed within 5 mins. No lie, five minutes! Never had that kind of service.Thank you all!

I love my new place at centerpoint. They are very informative and office lady Courtney did everything she could to get me approved. The apartment its self is very clean and up to date. All gaps are closed and sealed since 3rd floor can be breezy. I get my new start and Im very pleased with it.

Ive lived here almost 6 months and its been really great. The places are quiet, affordable, and clean. When something doesnt work they are very quick to fix it. There are a few on site laundry facilities which is awesome, and a gym. I also never have a problem finding parking to wear I live

I lived at Centerpoint for three years. In the three years I was there, this place has appeared to have stepped their game up majorly. When I call for maintenance, they come promptly. When I go to the office, there is always someone ready and willing to assist me. Most complaints have been about parking, which the office has been diligently working on. It seems like a lot of the vehicles taking up spaces were people who were not tenants. The office required all vehicles that occupy the complex to come in and provide proof of insurance and residency, which afterwards, I noticed a lot more spots becoming available. The grounds are clean and the pool areas are equipped with grills for gatherings. The move in and move out process was easy. Ive never felt unsafe here. Neighbors were never troublesome. I moved to be closer to work, but I will miss this place.

I have been a property manager for 40 years, so when I give this review please understand it comes from knowing the business. My brother was living at a community where the manager had to be the worst in the business. I went shopping for him a new apartment last year in August. I knew what I was looking for in a peaceful atmosphere and a great management team. From the minute I went to Center Pointe I was greeted with the absolute best customer service you could ever ask for. The manager Kendra came out of her office and introduced herself and told me about her great team, and let me know she was there for me if I ever needed anything. My brother has cancer and the full staff made me feel so comfortable, and assured me they would look out for him. Well let me tell you Kendra has been the greatest. I couldn’t or can’t ask for a better manager. I’ll text her and she gets right back to me. Now how many properties have you ever lived at that the manager makes herself available like that. Well I know, none. No matter what my need is she’s on top of it. I know her management company must know what they have with a manager like Kendra. Sophia did an amazing job at helping me lease an apartment. I was not able to see the apartment prior to move in but I am beyond satisfied with the way it came out. Jaime and Enrique did a great job at making sure it was clean and spotless 👌🏽I was weary about it smelling due to a bad experience at my prior apartment complex, but you could tell they cleaned thoroughly. Do not move here. Random people go through your apartment when you are not there. The complex participates in criminal activity. You will have mail missing with the management always in your business. The area is in a high crime area. Find another place to move please. If you see high ratings. These people were given something or a contest to put 5 stars. Look at the other ratings. They are low. This place is trash just like management.

They helped my family move into a nice apartment from Illinois to Texas. Sophia went above and beyond her duties by giving us information about jobs within walking distance, explaining local costs of bills, and telling us about the community . They were very informative about the living area and quickly responsive to communications and questions we had. They were understanding and patient with us through the entire process of moving. I have to give kudos to Kendra also because the communication skills are second to none there. I felt like a valued customer and was treated like family. Did not have the chance to see the apartment prior to moving in due to personal circumstances, however I am pleasantly surprised with the excellent shape the apartment is in. I got the Bianca unit. AC works great, bathroom is spacious, kitchen is small but practical with lots of cupboards. 5 closets allow me to store everything easily.

Made an appointment for a tour. When we arrived a woman in the office snapped at us, “what do you want?” Wow! What a greeting. Then the person who scheduled the tour interjected. She took us on the, “tour”. The apartments were gross. The cabinets are 1/4” plywood with so many coats of paint on them they stick. The grounds while clean has a lot to be desired. Upon reading reviews of the place trying to find out how they could possibly have 4.1 stars and seeing the owners replies to negative comments we decided this is not the place for us. There is no way this rating is legitimate.

Im thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the leasing and management at this location. Becca is without a doubt the kindest office personnel along with the other girls in the office. My experience here is one Ill cherish. Plus this place is beautiful. Love my apartment and my neighbors. Very welcoming and safe environment.

This is by far the best apt I’ve lived in. Courtney was so sweet, patient and really helpful, she even gave us such a cute little welcome gift filled w some early necessities for when we first moved in! The area is perfect, there’s plenty of parking and best of all no bugs. They even have security guards on site 24/7 which they don’t advertise and I think it is such a phenomenal perk. They come the same day I process service requests, and to make up for the lack of grassy area for our dog to play in, green belt park/trails are seriously 0.2mi away. It’s great exercise for me and our support animal! We love it here and it’s been a great place to call home.

You can trust CenterPoint Apartments to take care of you. Shopping for an apartment during the pandemic is a terrible ordeal. Its especially hard when youre moving from another state. I came to Texas from Utah. I came here without a place to stay or a job. Centerpoint apartments was very helpful in the process of me finding a place to stay. I called probably twenty different apartments trying to find a quality apartment at a decent price. Most places would not pick up the phone or return my calls. Many places didnt allow me to tour the apartment. The places that did allow me to tour were very rushed and didnt allow me much time to look. Some of the apartments were not well prepared and were showing me dirty apartments. It was a nightmare. Some of the landlords would not even show up for the appointment. When I called Centerpoint, they were ready to help. They were willing to work with my budget and schedule to get me into an apartment. I went with the studio because it has built in cabinetry and a murphy bed. This was perfect for me because I came to Texas with almost nothing. The ladies at the office were very kind. They were willing to do a tour for me at short notice, and really took the time to show me my options and answer any questions I had. I felt like a valued customer and still feel like a valued resident. Centerpoint helped me to set up my electric billing, they take care of most of the utilities, and they helped me to setup the internet service with Spectrum. They take out a lot of the stress that a new resident might have to deal with. There are not very many hidden fees and they are honest.I waited to do this review because I would rather test out living here before I say its a great experience. The winter storm that came here a couple weeks ago could not have been a better test. Growing up in Missouri Im used to winter storms, but Im not used to the infrastructure here in Texas which is not winterized. Before the storm started, we received several emails from Centerpoint about dripping faucets to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting. This was a life saver. I would not have known to do this otherwise. I worked at Lowes during this storm, and I dealt with hundreds of people who had pipes break because they froze. I was able to avoid my pipes breaking because of the advisory that Centerpoint sent out. During this storm there were also many people in the area that lost power for days. Here at Centerpoint we only lost power for maybe a few hours. I didnt even feel it because I wasnt home when the power was off. Living at these apartments I was able to sleep warm and have running water when many people around me could not have those luxuries.Trash was pretty bad during the winter storm, but on a normal day the trash is well maintained.Maintenance is awesome. I think Ive made a couple maintenance requests, and they were fixed within 24 hours. Great service! The gyms are okay. Theres 3 of them with plenty of equipment. The apartments are old but well maintained.I highly recommend Centerpoint Apartments, especially if youre new to the area. You cant find a better apartment complex in this area at this price range.

I’ve lived here for a few years. I like the affordable rent and accessibility to get anywhere within 20mins.I travel a lot for work so convenience is key for me. The apartments are older but well taken care of. The leasing office is friendly and easy to get a hold of. I’ve only had one or two maintenance calls since I’ve been here. Another good sign. I would like to specifically thank Courtney in the office. She’s quick to act and take care of your needs.

This apartment complex is very unprofessional. The property is not kept clean and it’s trash located all over the complex. As well the apartment charges you the same amount for move out that they would charge you for rent. They will find any reason to over charge you. Even if you took good care of your apartment. The complex will temporarily fix whatever you need them too. Then right before you move out everything starts falling apart then they send you 1,000-1,500 bill for repairs that was not needed or repairs when it should not cost that much. If you value you how you are treated and how much money you spend I would not recommend this apartment complex.

Sophia and Kendra was great ! Sophia went over and beyond to get me a approval for my apartment. The complex is quiet and right in the center of everything. If you looking for somewhere that is nice, affordable, and accommodating please rent here ! Make sure you ask for Sophia !!

I just moved in to Centerpoint apartments and a pleasant experience renting apartment. Becca was very professional and made sure the moving in was pleasant as possible. She had maintenance correct any issues in the apartment. All my expectations were met and recommend moving to centerpoint Apartments.

The leasing agent, Becca, that helped me get into my new apartment was thorough with everything and made the process super easy.
