I had the pleasure of taking a tour of this community. Laura was amazing. The community in itself is amazing. I’d highly recommend it. When I do transfer to Dallas, I will be moving here. I was highly impressed. No appointments were needed. I was turned away from several different complexes, because I didn’t have a appointment. They greeted me and made me feel welcome( which isn’t the norm nor or days) That says a lot.

We just love living here! Our apartment is so nice with its internal features and good space for the price. The short version is that Elan at Bluffview is clean, safe, well maintained and a good location.The real star of the show here is the staff, specifically Magali! We’ve lived here for almost two years and every time we’ve needed help she’s stepped up. From the moment we signed our lease she has been just a huge help/pleasure to work with. She always has a great attitude, is super responsive and just all around a nice person.

Elan at Bluffview I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new family. The staff is outstanding especially Magali she’s always there when I call greeting me by my name and friendly to my dog Sadie. She’s always there seeing what she can do for me or YOU. They’re all just a great bunch of people I don’t think you’ll go wrong choosing Elan at Bluffview hope to see you guys. If you’re looking for good VIBES this is it the right place. I also feel safe and comfortable in the unit. Know matter what’s going on outside if there’s anything going on outside I don’t hear it on the inside. 🙂

I recently moved into this property. The first few months were a mess, but I am very happy I made this choice. The level of service has been nothing but excellent the past few weeks. Everyone has gone above and beyond. The property itself has also been awesome. The Maintenance is quick and polite, I had a work order for my ac it was fixed the same day. I complained about dirty hallways & they had a company come out immediately & deep clean them. In my opinion its a top notch complex and Ive already recommended it to several people who are looking to move. With new management to support the already great staff I feel this place is only going to keep getting better. You can tell the office staff Laura & Magali really cares & are happy to be here helping us.

Do not move here. Everything from the appliances to the a/c is broken down and old. Your vehicle will be towed for any little reason such as rear end parking and the tow company they use here is THE WORST towing company in Dallas. I had to contact the police department because they were lying about not having my vehicle and had it the entire time. Homeless people live in the back creek area while the access doors for our building are broken so anybody can let themselves in. My partner uses a work truck and we were told we couldn’t get 3 parking permits and he would have to park on the bottom level when we live all the way at the top. Maintenance and other people who work here have expressed how much they hate it here and how things are falling apart rapidly. Packages get stolen right from your front door and people who do not live here are often seen casually walking through the building. I was with out a/c for A WEEK and was never brought a portable a/c unit. I promise you can find another community for a better price. If you can pay slightly more, somewhere else, please do so because you will not be happy here. Also, the a/c does not work for the hallways and the access door (THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED) is broken and stays open so the hot air is filling the halls. Especially the trash room. The inside ofThe building reeks of trash and there are stains all over the sticky floors. I would like to add though, staff is professional and does attempt to make changes, however their efforts can only go so far.

I loved my experience here! The staff is great and quick to respond. This place has wonderful amenities and in a great location. The manager and Magali are amazing! I highly recommend this place!

I have loved this community, since day 1. Magali has been nothing but amazing since the start and she always goes above and beyond for all the residents. She even maintained contact throughout the Dallaska incident which we appreciated.. I highly recommend Elan at Bluffview as your next new home.

Went in to go see the apartment and Magali was so helpful with every single thing. She really took her time and made me feel at home with the place. She explained everything and answered all the questions I had.

Im a simi-new resident and I cant give enough praise to Laura and Mageli in the front office for answering countless questions and always creating a great experience. Since moving in, Ive had several service requests for various small issues - The maintenance team have been fantastic. The past month the property has changed so much and thats a wonderful thing. The grounds look beautiful, especially around the pool!! The staff here are all so quick and friendly at always fix the issue to my satisfaction. Nothing but BIG high-fives and five stars for the Bluffview team!

I have lived in this complex for 6 + years. There have been several management teams which were not bad at all believe it or not! I love Magali our leasing agent. She is very knowledgeable and great to work with. She has helped me a lot with maintenance requests which have been completed in a timely manner. She has a wonderful personality. I think of her as the assistant manager because she has handled everything so far. I can’t believe how professional she is while being so young. I am impressed. Keep up the good work Magali.I love this complex because of its location, i am 6 min from work. It is mostly well maintained until recently but I think that is only because they are going through changes with the maintenance crew.I believe the complex is worth the rent. We are a little more secure than an open air complex. As long as residents keep the doors shut and don’t let strangers in! Also if the call box works it helps a lot. It has been working more than it has in the past. It is not a huge complex which I think is a plus.

I really enjoy living here, as with any large property, there are issues with maintenance and communication but I truly feel like their team works hard to keep their residents comfortable and happy. Magali is a gem and I hope she stays as long as I love here lol she stays on top of things and is very responsive. I have no complaints about their team, although they do not do a lot of resident social/appreciation events like other complexes in the area but honestly with my schedule I probably wouldn’t be able to participate often.I love my floor plan, I’m in one of the loft floor plans and it is perfect. My neighbors are pretty quiet, I feel like I make the most noise on this hallway and I’m pretty quiet most of the time. I did have someone steal a wreath off my door, which I still don’t fully understand what THAT was about lol the hallways can get nasty and dirty but that’s more residents/guests being inconsiderate vs a reflection of the property. Unfortunately, we can’t control who lives here *eye roll* I haven’t had any issues with the parking/towing company, I opted to have a reserved spot and have only had a few issues with other residents parking in it when storms come through (again, can’t control who lives here) but lately since we have a new parking/towing company I haven’t had any issues.The location is perfect for anyone that likes to do things all over Dallas lol. Uptown/downtown/midtown are all relatively close. All in all, I’m renewing my lease and staying for a while :-)

Overall, I couldnt be happier with the staff and the apartment as a whole. Very clean all around, quick service, easy access throughout the building (as long as you have your key fob). In short, would very much recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment!

Me and My boyfriend recently moved in (this is our first apartment together) and I can tell you coming from where we both were this is a complete dream!! We have had no problems with getting maintenance done, we have had no problems with the amenities! The pool is always cleaned the gym always smells clean. The valet trash is so helpful, they don’t come Friday and Saturday but It’s just a small walk to the chute. The ladies at the front are wonderful!! Always helpful and are quick to fix any problems. They are also very sweet and friendly to talk to! During the shut down they were there to give any advice and were very understanding of the issues at hand. We are so happy to have found a place we can call home for a very long time. We also love the floor plan and all the upgrades that come with it. Our move in day was smooth with no hassle. If you are looking for a place to stay for a long time you definitely need to come and check out Elan at Bluffview. 🥰

It’s a good quiet complex! Not a lot of noise other than the rustle and bustle from the establishments near the complex and the airport. It’s been a bit of a hassle to get certain things done due to COVID but the staff cares! Also an older complex so if you’re used to new finishes, it’s not too bad!

I like this complex so far, it’s quiet and clean. However, as far as handling issues every interaction I’ve had with Magali has been pretty condescending. She seems to be more concerned with telling me about her Louis bag than giving me the correct information on my floor plan. So, if they have less classist and egregious staff then maybe I’ll give it 5 stars.Update: Stacy is much more pleasant + down to earth and the issue is resolved. However I won’t be renewing my lease. I’m starting to hate it here.

I have never paid late, and on the eighth day I recieved a notice to vacate! Very unprofessional Melissa!!!! Ridiculous not even a warning notice or nothing!

This is not a safe place to live. My car window was smashed on the third floor of parking lot. Concierge told me there are no cameras except at entrance so just to be aware that no one is following me into the parking garage. I would not move here if you are thinking about it. It is scary to think you cannot feel safe in your own home. The garage gate is supposed to be locked at all times.

If I’m big on one thing it’s excellent customer service. I walked in as a potential resident and absolutely no one assisted me or attempted to assist me. I waited for almost 20min. I would just advise to, at the very least, acknowledge potential residents. A simple “I’ll be with you shortly” would have sufficed. Perhaps I will try again as the location is convenient for work and I’ve heard good things.

Elan @ Bluffview is Dallas’ Best Kept Secret! The Centrally Located Community accesses anywhere in the Loop in less than 15 minutes. It’s a high rise building with retail amenities on the Ground Level. (Jimmy John’s Delivers.) Central Market is literally four minutes away. (Place a list online with Curbside and be Home in Four Minutes.) The View Over Looking the Pool is a scene out of Beverly Hills. The Property is kept Immaculate! The Management Team is the Dynamic Duo Of Stacy And Alex. No matter the time of day they are present. Alex in the middle of the Night valiantly dealt with a siren issue. Elan @ Bluffview Deserves 5 STARS. Valiant Residential needs to Support their Management Team! The Garage Gate is in a constant state of disrepair. On numerous occasions the Management Team requested Approval from their Home Office to no Avail. Come On Valiant, Support the Best Management Team Elan @ Bluffview has ever had!

Great location in the middle of everything in Dallas, retail on the ground floor (and tons within a short drive), and a lake in the backyard. Ive been here for over two years because the floor plans are fantastic and its hard to find a better value

The girls who work at the office, Stacey and Magoli come across as sweet until they get their commission. On moving day they are of no help and are hardly ever in the office when you need them. They are also no help when you need anything done with your apartment or have questions.Every Monday morning, my only day off work, there is construction and leaf blowing and all kinds of work going on outside my window starting at 7am.If you are looking for a place to live, this is not it.The machines in the gym are always broken yet we pay it as part of our amenities. It’s total BS. The staff here is terrible, especially the “property managers”.

Elan at Bluffview is an awesome place to live! My husband and I have lives here for over 3 years. The building is maintained very well and always smells good. The office staffing is very attentive to your needs and follows up to make sure your request were completed to your satisfaction. They always address you by your name which adds a great personal touch. Maintenance is completed the day you request it. Also the maintenance guys will help you with other things like disposing large boxes or bringing deliveries to your apartment if they are too large to carry. I’m more than satisfied with this property and the staffing!! Happy home Happy life😊

Lived here for at least 2 years and have been through 2 different management staff. Move in day was a nightmare nobody walked the unit prior, it was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke and infested with water bugs. Currently waited on a maintenance request that took a week and thats cause I had to remind them. Also cant ever get a phone call through because no one answers and multiple times when they should be open it is left on the answering service. Ive lived in better places and paid way less. My mom is an apartment supervisor in a different city so I know what to look for and this complex is by far not well managed.

Elan at Bluffview is a lovely place to live. The office staff are very friendly and responsive. Definitely it’s a great place to call “home.” The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24/7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is beautifully designed. I love the convenience and proximity to the Love Field Airport. Lastly, I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else. A beautiful and helpful neighbors with a close by parks and trails.

I would love to respond and share my review of The Elan at Bluffview apartments. I have been a resident for some time now, Elan it’s home. Have witnessed changes regarding owners and management. Location is great, access to Love Field and Downtown Dallas. Privacy and safety a plus here. Pets are welcome! A host of amenities, parking structure, ample parking outside. Elevator service makes access to all floors convenient, gym, outdoor pool with added appointments. Very friendly, personal management team now in place. Visibly making strides to improve the property is amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the location of the property. The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. The maintenance team is very responsive and always has a great attitude. I have witness so many changes (good) to the community and have even met some of my neighbors because of the resident events the staff have hosted. I would recommend Elan to anyone.

From the minute we walked into ELAN, we knew we wanted to live in this community. Alex did a great job of explaining the application and move-in process. The apartment was ready as and when expected. In fact, we requested an earlier move-in date at the last minute, and they accommodated us. I asked six or more different residents about safety, and each of them said they felt safe in the complex, and around the grounds. Obviously you take appropriate precautions, but we also feel safe here. I didnt understand the parking requirements (as I thought I did), but Alex and Amanda were very gracious to clear up our misunderstanding, and guide us through the process. The apartment is very quiet. I do not hear our neighbors. Great place to live.

My husband and I really like living here. The prices are affordable, the complex is beautiful, and it centrally located to literally everything you need. The staff is wonderful too. I’ve referred multiple people to this place. Sadly, my car has been broken into 4 times. A resident got his car stolen. Another resident got the plastic top of his Jeep ripped and cost him a lot of money. The garage is gated, but it doesn’t deter criminals. The garage has security cameras, but they never reveal anything. The complex even hired security officers, but they never see anything suspicious. Lock your car, take all your valuables, leave the top of your convertible open so the criminals don’t rip it. Chances are your car will be targeted at one point or another.

Ive been here for over 6yrs and im still here. Pretty quite for the most part and great community! Great bang for your buck when it comes to square footage! Nice, spacious, and up do date amenities. Great gym, resort style pool, valet trash, and private access to botman lake. The Management team is pretty cool and fast to respond.

My fiancee and I are super excited to move here! I have to highly recommend this complex due to the sole fact of customer service! Julie has been such a great help and has gone out of her way to help us with the application process and work with our situation! They are open and honest about everything and never fail to stop what they are doing to answer questions and give us multiple tours. They make you feel at home here and cater to your every need and request! Thanks Julie!!

Elan recently changed management, now Amanda and Alex run the show. They have been awesome since day one. With all the packages being ordered in during the Christmas Season, they have went above and beyond to make sure we get our packages, even when they are left outside of the apartment complex overnight. Couldn’t be happier with this apartment complex and these ladies. We just renewed our lease!

I visited the Elan at Bluffview property recently while looking for an apartment. The property was very well maintained and the staff was top-notch! Amanda was especially knowledgable and very helpful with my search. I look forward to working with her!

We moved here 3 month ago and so far its been good. The only thing I would change is the garage door which is not a remote control and you have to reach out of the car window to activate the key fob which is very hard. We have to back up multiple times and we both hit our front bumper to the poles on accident trying to reach the fob activator.

Not the best apartments and since we have moved in its been one thing after another. We need more security and hope that this new company will be better than the old one as far as listening and taking responsibility for issues on the property. The onsite maintenance and office team are responsive but limited in action by their regional support.

0 ZERO stars if possible!!!!! The last management was bad but this NEW one is just careless and awful toSay the least. Do Not be fooled that these apartments are nice and new because everything is breaking down if not already broken and the people at the office don’t care. They ignore your calls, emails and any form of communication that you offer. This place practically takes your money and it’s not worth it at all. It can be the most critical thing like the a.c not working and they still don’t care that you are paying well over 1500 for rent with no a.c. In this 100 degree weather. It is unbelievable what this management is capable of; inhuman. We have had to stay at hotels n still pay rent here, had shelves fall off the walls and break expensive glassware and was told they would do nothing about it. The elevator is always broken so it’s a pain to take the stairs all the way to the fourth floor. There is pigeon poop everywhere in the small courtyard, the stairwells are disgusting, the elevator is never cleaned, it looks like homeless people live here. They are painting the complex which does not need painting and instead should be using that money towards fixing all the A.C. units that are not working.Every month at least 10 a.c. Units go out. The only good thing about this place are the maintenance guys, bless their hearts. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EVER!Just a few days ago we had 4 cars vandalized and where left on blocks!!!! The wheels and rims where taken and all the office say is that they can’t promise safety. As much as we pay for these amenities that they have on the website, we should be able to have a working gated garage but that gate is always broken. This is horrible !!

The manager AManda works really hard to make residents happy. She has made changes to better the complex. She doesn’t promise or say anything to mis lead you.Alex is always at the front door the greet you with a smile. Alex is very helpful and knowledge about the complex. Good team

THEY DESERVE 0 STARS, WORTHLESS UNSAFE AND CARE LESS APARTMENTS. DO NOT MOVE HERE.We moved in December 2017 and only last 6 months at this apartment complex due to its on going issues. First, there were so many maintenance issues, the lights didnt work in the kitchen, the bathtub was clogged, kitchen faucet did not work, the bathroom faucet was dirty and had mold on it, we did not have warm water had to call them twice before it was fixed. On top of this, all this apartment was very noisy due to the bar below it that we were never informed about when we signed the lease.Secondly, we started getting pest in the house from mosquitos, bees, and cockroaches inside the house because this apartment did not have proper sealing from the windows.There were so many issues that maintenance was consistently coming and it was getting annoying because I was in school and working so I always had to be prepared for someone entering my apartment without notice, and they always came with dirty shoes and no shoe covers they ruined my brand new white carpet. After several emails about the dirty shoes that ruined my carpet they decided to get shoe covers for their employees and reimburse me for the carpet by crediting rent.After all these issues a construction began for a new bike shop right below apartment which management also never informed anyone being affected by it or the duration of this construction. I called the office and said what is this noise and it is so loud, they then informed me about it but had no details on how long this is going to last.The construction started at 7 am and continue on to 7 pm. It was so loud we couldnt talk on the phone or even watch TV I mentioned I was in school so forget about trying to study.After a month, it was too much because my husband worked until 3 am and he could not sleep I was sick from a miscarriage and could not rest at home at all because the noise from the construction was so loud. We went to the office they said it would only be another week they had talked to the bike shop. My husband decided to go down the bike shop himself and ask about the construction the person in charge said the management from Elan never came to ask them about anything regarding this construction or that it was bothering you guys. THEY LIED TO US about this. While all this is going on one night I parked the car and next to my car I saw a guy laying down in the car naked with his junk out in the open, I thought he was dead I went to get the neighbor to come check on this guy as we were walking towards the car he woke up and left. I felt very unsafe after this situation informed the office, they did nothing to investigateWe decided that we can NO longer stay at this apartment after several attempts of trying to contact the property manager and the office staff our emails were ignored. We sent our notice to move out thats when they gave us option to move to another apartment that was higher in price over the weekend. Why would I waste my time to move to another apartment and pay a higher price for all these inconveniences I have had since I moved?My husband went to the office to see if they would let us break the lease without penalty and get a hold of the unresponsive careless property manager. Guess what? it was her last day working there and a new management company was coming to take over so she asked us to talk to the new property manager. Well, the new property manager definitely listened but her response was like I am sorry you will have to pay all the fees before moving out and I cant do anything for you because we are a new company and we dont care about the past.They didnt even accept a 30-day notice so we had to pay a reletting charge too. We informed them that we will make sure people interested in these apartments should know about you guys before they decide to move in. I have attached proof of my claims. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE BECAUSE THESE APARTMENTS ARE EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH IT!!WE NO LONGER LIVE HERE. WE MOVED OUT IN JUNE

Disappointed I have neighbors playing music too loud around 3 am until 6 am i work weekends and with this is impossible to sleep and resti reported this but this continues...i have to look for a new place.

Great staff and the maintenance teamIs great, but it has increasingly have had thefts in the parking building, considering how much people pay you’d expect them to have aSecure building, if they fix that then I’d give them 5 stars, and their gym is small and the equipment is often broken and never fixed.

My wife and I have lived at Elan at Bluffview for a bit over three years. We experienced the previous management company (BH Management). That crew had one shining star, Julie, the Assistant Manager. Prior management unfortunately did not do a great job in asset management or saftey and security. The building and amenities, still relatively young, were simply not being cared for and it showed. A clear lack of preventitive maintenance was the issue. Valiant Residential, the current management group has been onboard for several months now. Although they have much more left to do, they have done more to improve the phyisical asset, safety and security, and general service in their time here than the years prior to their arrival. The maintenance team is responsive. Alex, the Assistant Manager has shown great professionalism. This is a great location with a new management team that is turning it around and working to make it great again.

The maintenance and office staff is great. Our only big draw back is the ceiling between levels isnt well insulated and a lot of noise from neighbors carries down, just from regular activity.
