Signed another renewal here at Everra!! So far so good. I love the new office staff. The new mangers Melissa and Tiffany have worked hard to get me a better rate for my renewal. They have taken good care of me since the swap. At the beginning property was not the best and the pet station was not as clean. After, a few months I can say that they have done their best to get the property back to looking clean and presentable. The pet station is one of my favorite amenities here. They provide pet shampoo and other cleaning items for your pet. Looking forward to another year at Everra! Thanks guys for your hard work.

The staff at Everra have given me the best customer service since they took over. From the management team to the maintenance staff they listen to my care and concern and address each one. I would like to say to them “keep up the good work “and I look forward to another year.

Lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. Minor issues that could be fixed, but overall I think the property looks great. Office staff is amazing!! Always professional when I come. Every time I am not able to come in and get a parking pass either the leasing staff or managers go above and beyond by dropping the pass off to my door.Thanks guys!

The first year I lived here, it was great. I am in my second lease here and it has gone downhill since a change of management. The front office never answers the phone and stuff is always broken. One of the resident entry gates was broken for a month. The package locker in our mail room has been broken for two weeks (last week they said it was going to be fixed this week) so packages keep getting lost. And theres been what looks like vomit in the stairwell in my building for at least a month now. I notified maintenance and management multiple times already. Which you think this would be a huge health hazard with COVID happening. Gross.UPDATE (9/17/21) - Two weeks after they responded to my review and they still havent cleaned it up. YIKES.

I just want to give a big thank you to Melissa and Tiffany. I came in to the office today and noticed they were the only two there. The office environment was extremely busy but they did a great job multitasking. They answered my questions, and even though i did come in with a complaint, after speaking with them both, they did put my concerns at ease. With a new perspective I do like how things are going moving forward with this community and how well this new management are making positive changes. So far so good!

We toured the community with Chris. Even though 2B apartments were unavailable at the time, Chris still showed us around the community and showed us other options. Hes super friendly and polite. We would have definitely lived here.

Just moved in 2 months ago. I have nothing negative to say, I’ve had a great experience with maintenance staff and office staff. Great location, food, and shopping. Thumbs up to the amenities, pool looks amazing.

Ever since the change of management there has been a severe decline with customer service and the property. Gates and doors are constantly breaking down and stay that way for weeks. Amenities are now closed due to no mask being worn. Nice to know you can’t enjoy the amenities you pay more than $1500 for. OH I almost forgot! Seems like there is a roach infestation going on now that I never once seen with Hanover. No German roaches but the good ole American roaches that look like huge monsters. It’s normal seeing them outside but on the third floor? I would advice anyone from using those grills outside and if you don’t believe me walk out there in the dark to the grills and you will see where they live. I hope no one gets sick!

I have lived at Everra for almost a year. It has its pros and cons: pros- office staff has always been very helpful everytime i come in. I do notice that they are super busy so management should consider additional help in the office. The grounds and building are looking better and improving even though the maintenance staff is short handed. Ive noticed the gates have had issues due to other guests hitting them frequently but maintenance makes sure to fix them when they have time. Cons- allot of dogs are not on leashs, parking is tight on one side of the property, residents do not know how use a recycling bin and compactor and just throw their trash on the floor, dog owners also neglect to pick up after their pets. All around this is a great located property with nice amenities and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Everra is beautiful on the outside but on the inside, things are not as they seem. The office staff never answer the phones. You can call for 20 minutes straight with no answer and then when you walk down to the office they will just be sitting there hanging out. They have a strict mask policy! They have closed all amenities because a few people havent listened... YET the staff dont wear masks themselves (specifically Tiffany). Tiffany is condescending, rude, and just plain mean. I loved living here at first but with the way management has handled things over the last month, I am unsure I will renew with them.

I have been living here for a couple of years now and its the best midrise Ive at any point inhabited. The office staff have been accommodating after mgmt change. The location is hard to beat youre near shopping malls, restaurants, and dog parks.Now let’s talk about the customer service! Chris and Eli are AMAZING!!!The leasing staff were understanding and answered all questions( no matter how trivial).Melissa, who is the manager and Tiffany, the assistant manager, went above and beyond from the first time I talked with them. Because of their customer service and their help, I signed another year lease and look forward to living here for the foreseeable future!

I’ve lived here since January and I have really enjoyed it. The staff had been very helpful and attentive with all my requests. The amenities are very nice and available when I need them. I can share that guest parking is not so good but overall I would recommend this place.

My second year here, maintenance guys are doing a great job also Christ and Tiffany are very nice and friendly they would resolve your issues nicely.

How can they close all amenities until further notice? They need to reevaluate that weekly.. not just tell us its closed until they decide its open. AND we still have to pay for all amenities.. NICE!! :( Key fobs rarely work and gates are always broken so they are pretty much always open. I can only enter my building from one far side door because fobs and system is always down. Maintenance guys and a few office people like Chris are always great but most office staff are rude, unresponsive, and quite frankly just lazy. Please give me a call so that we can chat about this because any time and every time Ive called in the last few months no one answers the phone.

Our first month has been great. We did have parking issues at first but we got some assigned spots now and they are great! We are loving it!

Ever since this apartment complex has been under new management and under a new name “Waypoint’s Everra Midtown Park Apartments” everything has went down hill - from the people who are in the office, being rude and not addressing the issues within the community such as the trash build up, trash in the hallways roaches and molding in the apartment units. There are currently 8 cases of mold in this apartment complex. A couple of residents have there items in the unit with the mold and hasn’t be able to get moved back into there apartment for 3 months past the day they promised to have them moved back into there apartment. There has been people paying for parking getting there cars towed due to lack of updating there systems reflecting the tenants car being registered in the system. This isn’t even half of the complains flowing through the community. The worst part is they are taking down the post of people writing reviews to shade light on the lack of service and upkeep around the facility.

Honestly, the place has great potential. Buildings are beautiful and community areas are nice. I can’t speak for all units but my 1 bedroom unit is spacious. There’s a few flaws in my unit but I understand most apartment complexes are more about aesthetics rather than quality. I wish I had more cupboard space in my kitchen. Additionally, units don’t have balconies which also could potentially make it better. My biggest complaint though has to be the parking. There are a handful of visitor parking spaces but most of them are used by residents that can’t find parking close to their units. The back of the complex has most of the parking. If you don’t pay for parking, you’ll most likely be parking in the back most of the time. Additionally, guests can only stay until a certain time at night and will get towed if they stay later. I’ve had to pay for one of my visitor’s towing experience. Visitors need to park in the Nash parking area across the street. I’m also pretty sure some residents have parked in illegal parking areas and pay the tow truck to not tow their cars. The same cares are always in the same damn illegal spots. I’ve been on a waiting list for a reserved parking or garage close to my unit. Garage is $200 a month and an uncovered spot is $45 I believe. Even though I’m willing to pay the money, I’ve been. On a waiting list since July 2020. I’m sure my lease will be up and I’ll still be on a waiting list.Also, we don’t have trash valet and we only have 1 dumpster. It’s a hot mess. Most residents have little carts to carry trash or groceries to the dumpster or from their vehicles. Nice property but honestly feels like college again.

I really enjoyed touring with Eli. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. The office is pretty busy on the weekends so be sure to book an appointment The property is beautiful and has great amenities.

We’ve been here for a year and it was great when it was Hanover, now it’s Everra and it’s gone downhill ever since. Visitor parking is about 12 spaces, there’s a curfew of ten so if you have visitors they must leave by ten or they get towed, the pool was closed for a week and never received an email giving us a heads up or anything, the gates are always breaking - never had this issue with Hanover. The customer service has declined too, if you need help you have to go to the office or wait weeks for them to reply via email. There’s tenants that are personal trainers and train their customers here, there’s only two working treadmills working, one has been “broken” since COVID, office said it was because of COVID but that’s not the case as the rest of the machines are working right next to each other. My rent went up 400 dollars and they said they would keep my rate after literally asking them several times and they said it as it was them “helping” me out on rate when the rate online is actually lower than my current rate. Also tried upgrading to a 3 bedroom but not for the marked up price and the issues I’ve seen / experienced. No residents events. Building six has wood on the windows with fans to circulate (not sure if it was a leak or what happened) It has potential, unfortunately they have not kept up with the facility. Balconies are in one bedroom and studios only.Pros: safe complex, never had an issue with anyone just some weed smell but that’s it.It has an elevators and have never been broken since I’ve been here (my building)They have storages.My car has never been broken into.Great location and no traffic.Apartment is a decent size.

Edited Review: I leased an apartment here with my lease starting in March of 2021, and set to end in 2022. I had to break my lease early because my neighbor was running an upstairs petting zoo every night. With multiple noise complaints and no other options I sadly had to end my lease early. Though without the experience that I had, Everra Midtown is a great place to stay for anyone of any age. And the management and maintenance staff are always on standby when you need them. So overall I give them 5 stars.

Everra Midtown Park is hands down one of the most amazing places to visit. Before arriving I visited 3 different apartments with 3 more additional to visit after my contact with Everra Midtown Park. However after arriving those 3 that I had left never stood a chance. My tour was guided by the most amazing person I ever meet in Texas. Chris not only made me feel comfortable but also added a sense of humor to our tour. I would hands down recommend anyone to invite Chris to a family BBQ because he sure knows how to entertain a crow of people. The reason I gave Everra Midtown Park 5 stars was because of how clean it was, the people who live there and the management and staff. I cant speak for everyone but the first thing I always pay attention to when visiting an apartment is how clean it actually is and the people who are managing it. & i promise I am not bragging or paid to say this but Everra Midtown Park was the most cleanest apartment I ever live and visited. & thats including the 5 I lived in Florida before deciding to move to Texas. However to end on a good note I would highly recommend anyone to stop by and consider this apartment before considering anywhere else. To put into words I would definitely say that Everra Midtown Park is worth all 5 stars if not much more.

Ever since the change in management to Everra Midtown Park, there has been a decline in maintenance, common area upkeep, access doors and gates are always damaged, they’ve shut down amenities that we’re still expected to pay for with no advance notice. The list goes on.

What can I say other than this is a great property! I absolutely love the courtyard and pool. Thank you guys for keeping the pool open during these trying times! The maintenance team is so wonderful and the leasing staff are very friendly. Keiandra gave me the best deal on a garage and a courtyard apartment. Excited to live here!

Really wanted to not only give this property a 5 Star rating but wanted to truly thank them for all their help. With a pandemic going on this office has been extremely patient with all my craziness and was able to make my move in process really easy. I would recommend taking a look at this property. I have always heard good things about Hanover so anytime im moving i always try to search for a property from them. Easy choice every time :)

I was really looking forward to viewing this property. However, Chris made a 9:30AM appointment for me. I drove ONE hour just to view this apartment at that time. However, as soon as we got there we were told we would be assisted soon, after asking 10 mins later when we would be assisted as I have an appointment some lady said he is with a client which was going to take longer. I respect his time with that client. Nevertheless, Chris should not be making appointments that interfere with other clients appointments as it shows lack of organization, lack of respect of OUR time, and unprofessionalism. After experiencing that, I decided to go to another apartment complex since first impression is always key. Cant imagine the other things they are unorganized with if this was just the initial view of the apartment. Anyone else looking, I went with MODENA apartments which has incredible service.

Peter went above and beyond to help accommodate all my needs. You get greeted the second you walk in and everyone in the office are very professional and welcoming. They work fast and get things done. I highly recommend this place and Peter deserves a raise!!

I been looking at Hanover since August & from the very first day Eli has been so useful. I had a million questions for a couple of months & he was attentive each & every time. The floor plan I originally wanted was no longer available but Eli showed me something similar. He had also informed me of a special they had running & I applied and signed by lease within the hour. He is still very helpful even after I signed my lease & had a few more questions. I cannot wait to move into my new place!!

We were living in this community for a year, the place is clean, good condition with high standards, and the previous managing company was really wonderful, the only problem that we have was some neighbor who payed music very loud, but management help to solve the issue. we move last December and still we are waiting for the secure deposit, we contact the new management company several time but till today we dont have answers! still waiting!

My wife and I just moved to Dallas and decided to lease here. The location is great and you cant beat the pricing. I havent had any issues so far. The staff are very professional. I would say this is the cleanest property in the area.

I wanted to share my experience working with the leasing center at Hanover. Everyone went out of their way to help me find the right apartment. Other nearby properties had a decent product but the attention to detail and the care that i felt here is what really attracted me. Im looking forward to having my own first place be with Hanover. The only thing is the garages are $200 a month. Parking is otherwise free of charge though. All in all, super excited!!

I have lived at Hanover Midtown Park for a couple years now and the staff are always friendly and quick to answer any questions. The amenities are what pulled me in. I rent the movie room about once a week for my kiddos and I. I would say the parking is sufficient for the area. If you do not have a spot there is parking in the back.

My experience has been nothing but wonderful! The staff is always so friendly and efficient. The property is clean and the amenities are great. I purchased a reserved spot and I havent had any issues with the parking. Like every property around the area, my guests move afterhours or I make arrangements for them.

Our time at Everra was fine until our neighbor next to us died. Her Corpse was not collected for several months. This of course caused us to move out.

I hate to do this, but I have not heard / been emailed back about my deposit that was supposed to be refunded back to me . I moved out back in April and have called multiple times and talked to the staff with them telling me they will give me a call back or tell the manager to give me a call back and not have heard or been reached out to about where my deposit is . This is extremely uncalled for and I am disappointed that I am even still trying for a place that can’t even return my call about money that THEY are giving back to me.

Im very excited to call Hanover Midtown Park my home, I have being leaving her since they open. I love the amenities that they have here at Hanover. One thing that Im very impress is the way that, with all that is going on with COVID-19 the maintenance team are always there to help you with any work order that you have always following protocols. I just had an issue with my AC and the maintenance team responded to my work order the same day and the issue was solved. The leasing team have being very nice and helpful when I have questions or issues. Thank you all.

I love this property. Every time I come here I’m always greeted with a smile in the front office. The whole community reminds me of a really cute park. The team is always very friendly to me whenever I go to the office and they have my documents printed

I have lived here since January the staff and the community is amazing, my biggest issue is parking they have none and it’s really frustrating. I have had my car towed multiplie times although I have a permit and the parking lot is full. They enforce towing at 10pm on week nights and 12am on weekends and visitors can park wherever until those times. I have come home on multiple occasion to not being able to find a spot and having to park across the street as well as parking buildings down from where I actually live. I love the amenities and Eli is amazing and incredibly helpful but when I have brought my parking issue to their attention the only option was for me to spend more money on a reserved spot.

I am the current resident in Hanover Midtown Park. Its definitely the best apartment I have ever lived in so far. The location is convenient. And the price is great considering the comprehensive amenities. More importantly, the associates in leasing office and maintenance team is super helpful. The manager called Peter helped me a lot when I lived there. Definitely a great apartment I would recommend.

I have been a resident for over a year right now, and I really enjoyed my experience here. Peter and the team made sure that we enjoy the best services and can pick up the phone anytime during business hours when we need assistant.

We’ve been here since day one, it started out a ghost town and slowly filled in. Not only is Hanover a great place to call home, with a beautiful courtyard and pool, but also has a professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Which brings to mind Peter, the assistant manager. When our current lease ended he was instrumental in our decision to sign a new lease. He’s a rock star and went above and beyond the call of duty. His door is always open and he’ll always greet you with a smile and handshake. Thank you very much Peter, you’re an asset to the community.

WARNING : If you are moving in/out make sure to fully document & take pictures of your unit. Maintenance will try to rip you off and charge you extra fees when moving out. This has happened to multiple past residents. I am aware the move out fees are determined by a third party maintenance company not the apartment complex. So if you have any issues you have to deal with another entity making it inconvenient.

LOVE these apartments!! Keke helped me get into my apartment and was the sweetest person! She was very genuine and listened to my needs. The rest of the staff is super friendly and quick to respond to any issues I’ve had.

I was a resident here at Hanover for a little over a year and can say I enjoyed my stay here at Hanover. I was reluctant on giving a 5 star rating after I checked my portal today noticing a final payment of more than I was expecting to pay. Ive been moved out now for almost a month and received an email stating final payment is due. Again after reviewing the final payment mind you no issues until today at this property except for your minor maintenance calls of course but other than that no major issues until today. I called and asked to speak with a manager because I was disappointed in how I was being charged the amount I saw on the portal. Now I bet youre wondering well why are you giving them 5 stars then if they did this. The reason why Im giving them 5 stars is because after talking with Peter assistant property manager he listened researched and fixed the issue. I can honestly say with no hesitation he understood and resolved the matter and made everything right in a matter of minutes. So for this type of ending service I can appreciate and rate you a 5 because again I had no real issues until now but again Peter was able to get it resolved.

This is my 2nd time renewing, Peter and the team made it so easy to stay! Highly recommend!

I’ve been a resident of the Hanover for a couple of months now and I absolutely LOVE the complex. The dog park makes it easy to spend some quality time with my pup and the courtyard and pool are beautiful, perfect for entertaining. The office staff is amazing and have shown us that they really value their residents. Peter has helped us out multiple times in very difficult situations and for that I am grateful! 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for their forever home!

Its nice and quite here and the team takes great care of the property. I feel like Im living in a resort. I know I can count on the team working in the leasing office. They are friendly and go above the call of duty.

I want to start by saying that the team has been very helpful in making sure our move in was easy. I cant wait to use the gym when that reopens soon! The pool is a great time too !!

Horrible place to live! Parking for guest is bad as well as for residents! Maybe a total of 14 guest parking spots outside the gate which is always full and thats it! If you want guest over they have to park at the neighboring complex! If youre a resident you have to park buildings away from your actual building because theres never any spots available ! Been on the waiting list for months to even get a reserved spot! The office staff are okay, but never answer the phone so you get routed to people who dont live on the property and have no idea whats going on, so you leave a message with them and the actual office doesnt get back with you until days later. Also, safety is bad! The gates are always broken for months at a time and you get charged to change the filter on your fridge if it goes out! HORRIBLE!!! Dont waste your time by moving here!

I recently toured this apartment complex after visiting many similar around the area and Hanover was a complete breath of fresh air! From the staff to the apartment design, everything was taken one step further than your typical complex. You can truly tell that the team here at Hanover Midtown Park really cares about their residents and the property, as it is very taken care of. I felt very safe in the area and within the complex. They are also very dog friendly which is a huge plus! Highly recommend!

I have being leaving at Hanover Midtown Park for a year, It has been a very nice experience for my and my daughters. I love the amenities that the property has, I can take my daughter for a walk and it is safe and enough space for them to play. They love going to the office because the staff is always very friendly with them. The office staff has been very helpful and friendly from the beginning. The maintenance team is the best, they are very helpful and friendly. I had an toilet issue and they came right away to fix the issue. They office and maintenance staff were very concerned that my daughter and myself were comfortable wild they were fixing the issue with the toilet. I love leaving here, a very clean property and friendly staff.

What a place to live! The friendly and professional staff has always been available to help answer any questions, I have had, about the property. The pool area is amazing! Actually the whole club house is. Everything is new enough said! I look forward to renewing with them!

My wife and I have lived at Hanover Midtown Park for over a year and half and I couldn’t be happier with the apartment staff, the facilities, etc. Whenever we needed maintenance or anything at all from the staff it was taken care of immediately! I would recommend HMP to anybody and everybody I could! Whoever is looking for a clean, upscale living near the city, this is the place! Thank you to the staff and crew for everything we have enjoyed our experience immensely.

My experience with Hanover was wonderful. I had many questions about the Property and Keiandra Burns was able to answer then all. She is smart, sophisticated and very insightful.

I lived here for a year in unit 1115 and complained about loud tenants approximately 35 times and was ignored for months. I finally came in to the office (they are only open during standard work hours- its hard to visit) and when confronted the front desk staff said oh sorry, it must have fallen through the cracks. With that many calls and emails, its doubtful. They let me know that if we complain 3 times, they bring lawyers in. They did not. Eventually, the management told me it was hard to believe who was telling the truth when we had video proof of the noise (approximately 10 videos). There is no after-hours staff to come help you out. They told me that in order for them to take my noise complaint seriously, I needed to call the police. I begged for them to relocate the tenants on top of us since they were waking us up around 4AM nightly- verbally getting in fights, screaming, running, jumping, and blasting music. What if there were children who lived in my unit? Would they have taken me more seriously? I love the apartment itself and wish I didnt have to move out but I gave them tens of chances to fix things. Waking up at 4 AM every night is not the way to live and if the management wont escalate an issue like this, your only choice is to move out.

So glad Peter was there to help me find my new place! Highly Recommended!!

I have lived here for 2 months so far, and the staff at Hanover Midtown Park has been nothing short of amazing. They are always super responsive to emails, and are always willing to help with packages or mail. All the staff live on site, so you know that they will have a similar living experience to what you have. This definitely put my mind at ease because it really showed how much they believe in the property. The times that I have put in maintenance requests, they are always done within 2 days, and most of them actually completed by the next day. They are definitely on top on maintenance even though part of the property is under construction. I have seen some of the outdoor space (pool, ping pong table, fireplace lounge, 4 grills, etc...) and I know that its definitely going to be a hit once the weather gets warmer. The indoor amenities are also top notch (movie theater, business center, private conference room, lounge area, fitness center), all open 24/7 with the exception of the movie theater. It is truly a beautiful property, and seems to be very secure as there will be one guest entrance and gates around the entire property once construction is complete. Since part of the property is still under construction, they have some amazing concessions (couple weeks free) off of your rent, which makes them very competitive with surrounding properties. They also have a preferred employers list, so make sure to ask about that! The units are very open, have huge kitchens, and very large living rooms. All that combined with the fact that the unit opens into an indoor hallway that is climate controlled makes Hanover one of a kind.

I absolutely love this property. I’m new to this community but so far it’s been great experience here. The staff was nice and generous. Brandt H. was extra helpful far as making sure i had the best unit for my price range and he was very kind/patient in the process of my confusion of what unit i wanted to choose. I would recommend this property. It’s clean, the amenities are nice, and there is no stairs it’s elevators.. which is something less stressful. Lol.

My experience has been good except for the parking. There is no additional parking for guest. Other then that the management team is great from Crystal, Peter and the leasing consultants. Every issue gets addressed on the spot.

The property is beautiful and great amenities available for renters. Walking in you can see a cleanliness from the furniture to the employees appearance. Eli did a phenomenal job and showed professionalism as he was patient to answer all my questions and concerns. I was very impressed.

Peter and staff were phenomenal. Property was clean and very safe. Looking forward to living here.

Every building has an elevator inside which makes moving and delivering groceries extremely easy. The hallways are enclosed too. Team goes above and beyond always

The office is always nice and helps me with any question. Kiki delivered all my packages to my apartment recently and even sent me a picture of the delivery. I really appreciate that since I was out of town and not able to get them for awhile.

Hanover Midtown Park is an amazing apartment complex. The staff is so profession, organized, and helpful. They do their best to accommodate all your needs. Excellent place to live, very pet friendly! Great location and everything is very clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

My only concern is that their rates include the specials online. The service fees are really low compared to other properties that I’ve been to. The product is fitting for their rates though. I was toured by Brandt and he took his time showing us around. They have a great selection of amenities as well.

This property has been hands down one of the best properties I have visited. Their team is let’s so helpful and nice. Crystal the manager will always welcome you with a smile.

I wanted to be a resident at Hanover Midtown Park for a solid six months before leaving a truthful review. I moved to Hanover Midtown Park at the end of November 2019. First, I want to say a big thank you to Peter, the Assistant Manager, who is selflessly awesome and treated me like family. Peter went above and beyond to make sure my move-in was excellent. I moved from Houston and was not able to come to view the apartment building in person so I relied on reviews, pictures I saw online, and Peter who took the time to give me a tour of the facility and my one-bedroom apartment via facetime on the phone. Peter also made sure that my belongings were safe after the movers dropped off my belongings. I arrived at Hanover two days later. I couldnt be happier for Peters professionalism and the help he offered. I also want to thank Brandt, one of the Hanover staff members, who is kind and awesome. He is always willing to help, with a smile on his face, and he is also very knowledgeable. The maintenance team is excellent. I cannot remember the name of the maintenance team leader but he is one cool dude. They are always on time to fix anything that is broken and you can trust them to do it right. Well, I have referred friends to come to live here. There are grocery stores around, nail spas, and everything I think I need is close by. Overall I like a quiet environment. It works for me because as a healthcare provider when I get home from work, I want my peace and quiet. I believe I made the right choice in choosing where I can call home for now.

Beautiful property! No complaints whatsoever. Peter was very helpful. I highly recommend you see him.Update. It has gotten bad ever since the management switch. The property is beautiful but if management doesn’t keep up it will be worse in a year or two. Amenities are closed due to others choice of not wearing mask (not even Walmart). Doors are constantly breaking down. Roaches…So gross 🤢 these guys look like the mutant roaches from fallout 4! I have seen them around the pool and grills. Probably from all the trash In the dumpsters which may be attracting pest.With all the money we residents pay in rent they should have pest control go around the property. Thankfully we haven’t seen the German roaches which are harder to get rid of. Doesn’t look like we will be renewing.

It’s been a joy working alongside Brandt to find the right apartment. My brother has been looking for a long time to find something relatively close to Plano. We ended up choosing Hanover because I will be working downtown and he works in Plano. The commute both ways is doable. I cannot wait to move in! Thanks to the amazing staff too (who are all from Houston like us) p.s. they also have a movie theatre!!

Ive been looking for a nice luxury apartment that isnt too close to the hustle and bustle part of Dallas. I came across this complex and im amazed at the customer service that ive received. Parking may seem like a struggle to some but they do offer reserved spaces for an extra charge

These apartments are great. Very well located. Amenities are great and never too crowded. The management is excellent - great service and responsiveness. The quality of the units is top notch. We recently renovated our lease here since we love it so much!

I have had a satisfactory experience leasing with Hanover Midtown Park. The administration office agents are very professional, efficient and responsive. The apartment itself is spacious, with modern appliances. The complex communal area is quite pleasing, with a nice pool, gym, cinema room and open grounds. The community is well maintained and clean. I would recommend a visit.

Do not live here. It is over priced for what you get. There is absolutely no parking if you do not pay for an overpriced reserved parking spot. Pick literally anywhere else to live

Today is our fifth day living here.It is a beautiful community.The apartments and amenities are very comfortable.The staff at the rental office are very friendly, especially Brandt (our agent) and Elí (who speaks Spanish and is a plus).The only thing that I have not liked so far is that nobody answers on the 24-hour telephone for technical emergencies.

The community is gorgeous. The online photos don’t do their justice. It’s beautiful, clean, and well kept. Their maintenance team do a wonderful job keeping the place looking sharp.The leasing consultants and managers are super nice and attentive. As soon as I walked in the leasing consultants met me at the door and greeted me with a smile and made feel welcomed. They really go the extra mile in finding the prefect home for you. Your family and friends will be at awe when they visit.

I moved into Hanover Midtown Park Apartments in January of 2019. My experience thus far has been amazing. I love my apartment. It’s spacious, stylish, gorgeous, and is surprisingly quiet. These apartments are conveniently located to everything in North Dallas. It’s 10 minutes from uptown, 10 to 15 minutes from various malls, and has easy access to freeways. The leasing officers are super courteous, approachable, and professional. Specifically, Yen was a pleasure to work with and made sure I was comfortable and settled into my new place. I had to change my move in date a few times due to family emergencies, and Yen was so patient and more than willing to cooperate with me. I would definitely recommend Hanover Midtown Park to local Texans or anyone new to the city of Dallas.

This property has been the best I have ever lived at. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff is very nice and interactive. The maintenance arrives and gets the job done swiftly and accurately. I am pleased to be a resident here.

I was a resident for about a year and a half and I can honestly say it was one of the better experience I’ve had. The management at the beginning was god awful, but the new management that took over under Peter Nwaokola is easily one of the greatest perks of Hanover. Add that to the amenities, maintenance service, the area, the residents, and overall great quality of the apartment and you have yourself a place that is worth every penny.
