Recently moved to the Galleries at Park Lane in November, and the building, amenities, and staff have been nothing but amazing! Casey kindly welcomed us and gave us a tour along with some tips about the greater DFW area! The events Stephen, Casey & Hope host each month have also made our stay great thus far and create a wonderful sense of community! Very happy with our move and the Galleries at Park Lane have exceeded our expectations by all accounts!
Lives at the Galleries for two years and loved it! Best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities are usually very well kept, this is the only place I’ve lived in where the security is actually around and the garage gate is always functional. Highly recommend it to everyone!
The walk through of the apartments, alone, was by far the BEST I’ve ever done. Casey was phenomenal with showing us a few of the apartments along with the amenities! You can feel community love. It’s also located very closely to eateries, shops, and more! Definitely 10/10!!!
Been living here for about 6 months so far and it has been a great experience. The amenities are well maintained and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around the area. The maintenance crew is always quick to respond to any of the small issues weve had. And since the day we moving in the leasing agents Casey and Stephen have always been helpful and welcoming.
Galleries was the first and only apartment complex I had toured. They were very helpful & made the move in process turn key. Great facility, staff & I will be renewing my lease.
Who in their right fiscal mind would pay $1,736 for a 1 bedroom apartment in Texas? You could pay 1/3 of that for a mortgage payment for an actual house. You people who love this apartment complex must love throwing your money in the trash can.
I’ve been here for a year and it feels like it’s meant to be. The staff are so friendly, and the maintenance guys are awesome too. Things are fixed quickly almost every time within the same day. I’ve made some of my best friends living here the people are awesome. We all hang out and have a blast at the events hosted by the complex. Trivia forever!!
I absolutely love the property and staff. Cody was nothing short of amazing. I relocated out of state and he made the process seamless and nice. Upon arrival, Stephen helped me with picking up my keys. He went above and beyond to help me as it was pretty stressful relocating. Top of the line service and I love our unit.
I’ve been living at the Galleries since November and cannot be more satisfied with my experience here. New apartment building with new appliances, attentive staff and fast service calls whenever needed. Gym is huge with new equipment, pool tables and a hot tub to relax in afterwards. The area around the apartment has everything you need from two bars within walking distance, bowling alley and whole foods. Barely need to get in my car for anything. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
Moved from Chicago to Dallas with only seeing the property website and speaking with Casey. Casey made the leasing process simple and as if I were on-site with him. Provided videos to everything and made sure we were fully comfortable moving in. Ever since, he’s upheld this level of support with the move in and anything we’ve needed assistance with. The property itself is 5 stars as-well. Nearly, every bell and whistle you could ask for. (You can look up the amenities) For a period of time, you’ll feel as if you’re staying in a luxury hotel. Then you’ll feel “at-home” and will never settle for less. They take great care of the buildings. The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful and unlike any place I’ve lived, very involved with the residents. A community event nearly every week.
Lived here a few years and LOVED IT!!! Maintenance guys were awesome and came when I needed them. The office staff were always nice and treated me well. Lots of community events and fun place to stay. All around nothing bad to say about it. Wouldn’t of moved but need to relocate for work. Sad to leave but would move back if work ever changes.
I recently moved in last year in December and I couldn’t have made a better choice. I absolutely love these luxury apartments. They have many amenities for entertainment! One thing I really love is how helpful and nice the staff are. They never hesitate to help me!!!
So far the experience here has been great! Casey, Lianna and Steven are all wonderful. Very attentive and welcoming. This place truly is a hidden gem.
I’ve lived at the Galleries at Park Lane for almost 4 years. I was one of the first tenants in the building and have loved it since the beginning. The apartments are beautiful and clean and the management is always so helpful. I recommend it to everyone I know who is looking for an apartment.
Casey gave me an awesome tour of the apartments. Very excited to move in August!
I have been living at Galleries since January 2020. I hope I can stay forever. It is a great apartment with great amenities and of course the shops and restaurants that you have at walking distance are amazing. But what really does this apartment great is the team that works here. Steven, Casey and Hope are amazing. The month actives are great my favorite for sure is Trivia night . Dont hesitate this is a great place to live
I enjoy living at the Galleries. 6 months into our lease and no complaints. The game and common areas are an awesome feature that we make use of regularly. The hot tub is huge and makes it easy to get out even in the winter. The gyms are well equipped for a great workout of your choosing. Plenty of cardio machines. Casey and Stephen are so involved in the community here planning events monthly that people actually participate in which makes it a fun place to live.
The best apartments I’ve ever lived at. The rooftop. The pool lounge. The community is great! I really appreciate the office staff. They’re really awesome. The best group I’ve ever dealt with. Casey is a great guy! Hope has handled everything professionally and is super cool! You’ll love the office staff!
This place is awesome! Both Stephen and Casey helped me find a gorgeous apartment and the property manager Leana was also really nice! Park Lane area is right at my fingertips with shopping and food and Northpark mall is just across the street! So many amenities but the pool is breathtaking. Will be here for a long time until I find a house years down the road!
We have had a really great experience living at Galleries at Park Lane! We absolutely love our apartment; the appliances are top of the line and all of the finishes are beautiful. The management staff is super responsive and helpful, and they host fun and creative community events multiple times a month.
Love living here! The office staff is so helpful and will go above and beyond for you. Building is kept clean and they are always working to improve. I had a flood during the bad winter storm in 2021 (by no fault of the galleries, just a broken pipe) and within hours they were contacting me to get me moved into another apartment and offering any help they could. For anyone saying bad things about the office staff, my guess is that they were treating them horribly and asking things of them that are not within their job description (they cannot control aspects outside of the apartment complex, but definitely do their best to help anyway)!Overall 10/10 living here, thank you for all of your hard work and help!
Pros:Great location and newer complexCons:Staff does not follow Governor Abbotts mask mandate.Garbage chutes never maintained. It is like an obstacle course getting to the chute to place my trash.Dog park is not kept up.Price, well you can do better somewhere else.
This place is simply AMAZING! The staff are all so FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND AWESOMELY AWESOME! LUV IT HERE @ my new HOME! Close to to everything! GREAT VIBE HERE! Come home to your new place among the stars! U can thank me later!
We love our new home here. Amenities are great and Casey made this process very simple. We definitely recommend this lovely community.
I first viewed the apartment complex with Stephen from the leasing office and I just fell in love with this place! Moved in a few months ago and have not had a single bad experience. The complex is beautiful and the amenities are awesome. The staff at the leasing/maintenance offices are very nice and are quick to help with anything. I even submitted a maintenance request that was addressed the same day! Every month there are 4-6 resident events and they are always a blast. Very glad we moved here!
Casey Did An Amazing job w/ our tour we are seriously thinking about moving in and will truly be in touch make sure you keep him around he really has a great sense of humor
I have lived in a lot of different apartments and none have treated me as well as Galleries at Park Lane. From the day we toured the apartments to the day we moved in Stephen and Casey were ready to help us with any questions or concerns we had. We had moved here from California and the events that the complex held helped us get out of our apartment and meet the other residents in our complex who are awesome. If you are on the fence about apartment complexes look no further than Galleries at Park Lane.
Great place to live very convenient area everyone is very friendly! people in the office are great! I feel very welcome here and great amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Beware!!! Leasing office has character and integrity flaws. I moved in over three weeks ago and within hours of moving, there was such a disturbance it was greatly concerning. This disturbance has been an ongoing issue, and the entire leasing office staff knew about this prior to me moving in. This area of the Galleries has been plagued by this disturbance for quite some time. True professionals block or prevent future residents from these occurrences. The Galleries knowing full well of this issue allowed me to move in blindly without any forewarning when other units were available. My first week in my apartment I stayed in the guest suite for a week due to the disturbance. This has impacted my sleep and work performance because this is an ongoing issue. In addition, now I am receiving intimidating and harassing symbols outside my unit. The leasing office has downplayed my concerns with nothing but excuses and no concern for my safety. I have stressed no one can tell what is in another person’s mind, and the unpredictability of this issue escalating into bodily or deadly harm is real.My option was to move to another unit and absorb the cost of moving. This is so unfair and unprofessional. I bared the cost to move in 3 weeks ago and the Galleries have failed to create a safe and conducive living environment and now they want me to pay out of pocket again. Shame on you. You all are failing to keep your residents safe and free from harassment and disturbances. The Galleries are a beautiful and up to date complex. However, I warn everyone of the character and lack of judgement within this property.
Stephen and Casey have been extremely helpful and friendly to make the complex feels like a community. The property itself is nice with great amenities, and our doggies love living here 🙂
Galleries is such a nice luxury property and the leasing agents Stephen and Casey have been AMAZING! We love our apartment here!
Recently moved into the Galleries at Park Lane and very happy. Like all the amenities.
The apartments and amenities are beautiful however they have a mice infestation. They are doing less than bare minimum to address the issue, increase pest control or work on another solution for this unwanted guest. They have not been proactive at all and staff seem annoyed at how stressed this has made the tenant.
Great place with great amenities! Cool social events organized by the management team that create a great sense of community! Glad we chose the Galleries!
I have lived here for over a year and it’s one of the best properties that I have rented at. The management is responsive. The property is maintained and the neighbors are friendly and considerate.
My boyfriend and I toured Galleries at Park Lane this past Saturday and could not have had a better experience. Our tour guide and leasing agent, Casey Unger, was absolutely amazing. He took his time to show us every amentity available, answered all of our questions and genuiey seemed to love his job. He literally made our experience SO fun. He helped me find my dream home and I am so thankful to be living here soon! If you are looking for a new place, I 100% recommend Galleries at Park Lane and working with Casey!
Its been a very long time that I have lived in an apartment and I have been pleasantly surprised by the wonderful staff at the Galleries at Park Place. They really do go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable at your new home. They answer every question quickly and in a friendly manner. Service requests are always handled very promptly. I love how the staff calls me by my name and Ive only been here for 5 months. There are so many social activities each month. There is really something for everyone. Even, if youre not a social butterfly, you can just stop by when they have their breakfast on the go mornings, scavenger hunts, and holiday door decorating contests. When people visit me and see the calendar of events in the elevator, they are always jealous. While the apartment has socials, the apartments are very quiet! Very quiet! I rarely hear my neighbors with their TV or Music. We are next to the Park Lane DART station... I can see it from my north facing balcony. However, I barely hear the train when inside my apartment. I definitely hear it when sitting on the balcony, but for a brief moment. This is as expected with living closer to a busy area.As far as my apartment itself... I love the floor to ceiling windows. I live in the tower so floor plans may vary. But the location and the floor to ceiling windows drew me to this location. I really like the open floor plan providing a view out those windows. Theres plenty of space in the large fridge and freezer. A washer/dryer provided was a must for me. The walk-in closet is nice and spacious. The bedroom is on the small side, but that is minor compared to the huge list of pros about this apartment. Its great being able to receive package deliveries in the package locker system. It gives great comfort when I receive a text that my order was delivered. I have taken advantage of the dry cleaning lockers a few times. Moving to the apartment, I have had to find new places to do business. Using the dry cleaner lockers has been super convenient for me. Speaking of great businesses... I have been able to take advantage of walking to my dentist. Dental Loft is an excellent dentist office located on the street level. Its very nice having Whole Foods Market in walking distance. As well, the nearest Walmart is a short 5 minute drive. There are several restaurants in walking and driving distance. Everything is very convenient.I love to run and cycle. From our apartment, I can run east on Park Lane for about a mile and hit the SoPac trail which takes you to White Rock Lake. Run another half mile on Park Lane and you can hit the White Rock Creek Trail which will definitely take you to White Rock Lake. BONUS: You can get to White Rock Lake from here in 3 miles cycling or running. This was so wonderful to discover!I have been here for 5 months and I have had no regrets of choosing my home at Galleries at Park Lane. I really do enjoy living here. I highly recommend that you make Galleries at Park Lane your new home!
I am relocating from out of state and was limited with time to touring all the places I was interested in. I called and spoke with a young lady (very polite) who had time at that moment to take me around the community. I wasnt looking for much except a fitness center, pool, and a quiet place to call home. I fell in love with their loft apartment and its open spaces! I cannot wait to renew when the time comes - great staff, friendly neighbors, and maintenance is always on top of things. Thank you to the GPL team!
I love Maintenance Mike, so friendly.
My home is literally a dream come true! Comfort, amazing amenities and proximity to everything I need all in one place! Hope and Stephen are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Derek fixes it all and Mason keeps my coffee on point. Taking care of every concern and now considered friends. I love Galleries.
I never take the time to leave reviews but reviews helped me during my apartment search. I’ve been living here for about 5 months and I love it. I feel safe. Plenty of guest parking. There are high ceilings so not much noise from Neighbors. The front office and maintenance respond quickly and polite from my experience. Those were some of the the things that mattered to me when looking for an apartment. I hope this helps! 🙂
I cannot stop saying great things about Galleries at Park Lane because it is absolutely the most wonderful place to live in the Dallas area. I have looked at and visited with many properties in different parts of the DFW metroplex area in the last few years and I am so happy that I gave Galleries at Park Lane a chance because it has truly given more than I had wanted.Galleries at Park Lane really sets themselves apart from any other complexes in town by offering their residents first class service. The staff is made up of all such wonderful people and the way they operate is truly one of a kind. From the awesome tour with Casey and the way that he works by himself is amazing because he manages to answer calls, responds to emails and does not miss a beat. He handles everything in the most proffessional way but also just a cool fellow. The whole crew is made up of such awesome group from Casey to Stephen and the maintenance crew are all so responsive and take care of business very quickly. On top of that, I have even found my packages right in front of my door. The unit has really given me more than I had wanted, from the finishes to the appliances and to the little touches they place in their units, Galleries at Park Lane has everything figured out from efficiency to style in their units to cool vibe of the whole community. It is the cleanest place I have seen in an apartment complex. I have allergy issues and l absolutely love the wood flooring in their units and how clean this place is. They hallways are nice and spotless. This place offers a very nice, quiet and serene place which is great for working at home but they also have some awesome amenities that many places do not offer. You do not have to go far to have a nice time. The community is wonderful and has a vibrant energy. They host some fun and very interactive events to keep their residents engaged within social distancing restrictions. I was a little bit hesitant due to the pandemic but once I was at a small gathering recently, everyone knew how to keep their distance but stay engaged at the same time. I met some really friendly group of folks. The location is central in terms of the distance to downtown and suburbs but also close to everything that matters. There are so many wonderful things to do and see in this North Park area. On top of this, Galleries at Park Lane is such a safe place to live. There is security team that patrols the area due to the shops but it makes this place secure. If you are looking for an awesome place to live, I would give this place a chance because I am truly happy I did!
Smooth transitions. Issues we had were caught same day we moved in! Everyone has been accommodating and welcoming. It’s nice seeing how cohesive the entire staff is and it feels incredibly homey.
I recently moved into this property and what made me lease was the professionalism of the staff. I leased with leasing agent Stephen who was beyond helpful and truly cared about my wants/needs. Hope and Tanya are the office managers and were so sweet and down to earth during my move in day. They have super cool resident events and I got to meet my neighbors who are now my good friends! I highly recommend this property if you are in the market for an apartment. You won’t be disappointed! :)
Terrible security.
Nice community with dope amenities and easy access to shopping
Ive been living here about a year now and have to say some of the reviews did almost scare me away. Seeing as they have so many units/residents to manage, the property managers being 2-3 of them (plus maintenance crew) do a stellar job keeping up with everything.very friendly and the amenities are always pretty clean and USABLE. I have friends that live in complexes with amenities that cant be used and thank god isnt the case here. The pool had an issue once and took them 1-2 days to correct the issue and the sauna was ALWAYS working!Stephen and Hope always took care of me with a smile even though I always came in minutes after closing time. Oh, and Mason at the barista bar was knowledgeable and tried making things witty and inviting for residents.
My son, Mason, has resided in the building for over a year. I am impressed with safety and cleanliness of the complex. Mason is an experienced barista with great attitude and any location and its residences is fortunate to have his services!
Absolutely have loved living here. Wonderful management, friendly staff, great amenities and community. Very well kept
Mason and Mr. Phill did a great job hosting brunch! They provided a waffle bar, mimosas, and coffee. They are both accommodating and so friendly. I would love to see more events like this.
Very nice place. Very safe. Wonderful amenities. Love the resident coffee shop and the barista, Mason, makes great coffee and is so friendly and welcoming.
Mason and Mr. Phil are the best! Mason always makes the best coffee and has a smile on his face. And Mr. Phil makes fantastic waffles for the whole community on Saturday mornings. :)
I have been living here for a little over a year and plan on renewing my lease. The staff is great and so are the amenities. Shoutout to Mason and Mr. Phil for the waffles and coffee. Love living in a place that shows they care for their tenants by doing things like this!
I absolutely love it here! I just moved in a few days ago and I can tell you this place has everything you want in an apartment. Great location, beautiful apartment homes, first class fitness centers and pools, and super friendly staff. This complex is night and day difference compared to my last complex. Top notch operation here at the Galleries at Park Ln. Id give it 6 stars if I could. Come be my neighbor!
This is a great apartment complex with a great staff! I just recently renewed my lease and couldnt be happier about it. It has wonderful amenities and is in a great location with all kinds of surrounding shops/restaurants. Perfect spot to call home.
Stunning building, stunning amenities, the best staff! I cannot begin to say how happy I am that I moved here. The application process was quick and easy and the staff worked with me to find the right apartment for me. After moving in, everyone was very friendly and if I ever had any issues we were able to address them pretty quickly. This has been the best experience I have had at an apartment complex hands down. I have been living here since April 2018 and I am so happy to be here! The location is even better, security is always in the premises and that was something that was very important for me. I like to feel safe, and at home and this is exactly how it is at Galleries at Park Lane. Would highly recommend this place!
What I love the most is how sound proof it is. I can’t hear any of our neighbors which is great as that is the number one complaint I’ve had with all of my previous apartments. Staff is very friendly and helpful and all maintenance issues are fixed promptly. Also, amenities are top notch. Great experience so far!
I went and viewed a home at Park Lane and I have to say, It was probably one of the most professional experiences and exchanges Ive had with a front office. The Assistant Manager, Hope really took the time to listen to my needs and then I was lucky enough to have HER show me a few options! She was extremely well prepared and answered all of my questions and concerns not like an agent but as a neighbor. You could tell she really cared and wasnt just trying to make the sell. I have to move out of my current residence at the end of this month and Hope made it an easy decision. Galleries is lucky to have a great asset like Hope.
I love the Galleries at Park Lane, I have been here for 5 months! It is in a perfect location in Dallas, right off of 75 and in a great shopping area. I enjoy everything here from the salt-water pool and work-out gyms to the comfort of my top-notch apartment. The leasing office, Brady and Danny, responds to all of my emails and works with me to make my stay better and better. The maintenance team knows me by name and is fast to respond to any of my requests. The Galleries at Park Lane is all around the best complex I have ever been to and I have had a great experience so far!
Phillip Keyser the maintenance supervisor is tops in this industry . He is friendly and helpful. The Galleries at Park Lane is a great place to live.Mason Hooper, the barista at the club house, is the best, he is quick to learn exactly what what I need in the morning to get me going. Freshly ground cappuccino is great.
This is an excellent community to live in. Its typically quiet, the amenities are awesome, and the staff is super friendly and helpful with whatever we need. I highly recommend living here, and plan on staying until my Fiance and I are ready to buy a house!
I love waking up here every morning! These windows and counters and floors, I just love them. The amenities are almost done and I never have to leave. The office staff is so helpful and friendly. I absolutely love living here. But now, I have to walk downstairs to Starbucks... so convenient!
Ive lived here for almost two weeks now and Im loving it. The gyms are amazing and so are the rest of the amenities. Their management and maintenance teams are so attentive and helpful. Service requests are taken care of within 24 hours of the request. Management is always friendly and welcoming. Its a notable difference from a corporately managed building.
Galleries is amazing! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are top notch. If youre not familiar with the area, you should know that it doesnt get much better. The property is right in the Park Lane shopping center. The office staff is really nice and accommodating. If youre looking for a place to live I highly recommend checking them out!
Hands down! One of the best customers services I have recieved since this whole city lock down. To ensure everyones safety I had the pleasure to work with Hope and she did my first virtual tour from start to finish! 2nd Mile Service across the board 👌 Move in Process was smooth and everything I needed done to my expectations was met!! Thank You!!!
Beautiful place and great amenities! Its in a convenient location and the staff is excellent. I was looking at a few different places and the customer service I received from the staff here is what helped me make my decision. The staff was friendly and helpful and made me feel at home. I have already recommended galleries at park lane to a coworker who is currently looking for a place.
Amazing community! Brady is a great manager with a wonderful team! They are always willing to help. The pool is gorgeous!! The location cannot be beat. I definitely recommend this property!!
I have lived at this apartment complex for over 7 months, until this day I have not had a complaint. Management does an amazing job organizing monthly events for residents to meet one another. Package delivery is exceptional. The 2 workout facilities will help you avoid purchasing a membership at any gym (i.e. LA Fitness). Any maintenance request I have submitted either has been fixed by that day or in a couple of days (depending on the issue). Lastly, I have never had an issue with my car in the garage. In fact when I stroll in late to my apartment there is usually a security guard patrolling the area.Overall, my experience with Galleries at Park Lane has been phenomenal.
Overall, my experience at Galleries at Park Lane was great. Their management team is professional, friendly, kind, and incredibly responsive. They consistently keep everyone informed of any events or amenity repairs that may occur. The amenities at the complex are wonderful and always kept nice and clean. Apart from a few dog accidents in the elevator, I don’t have any complaints. I highly recommend living at this complex and would have stayed if it weren’t for my job.
Mr. Phill and Mason do an AMAZING job everyday. Breakfast is always amazing, and always a positive environment!
Absolutely fantastic management staff who goes above and beyond. We have lived here for several months and have loved it, between a helpful leasing/maintenance staff, 24/7 package service, and awesome amenities! A special shoutout to Danny for being a tremendous help! How can you not love an apartment complex that sends you cookies at work?
This place is so amazing and pristine the staff is so wonderful especially Hope she was so resourceful and so nice usually when I talk to apartment staff in general they usually have such a monotone attitude and not here and thats another reason i love it they were quick and helpful to answer any inquiries that i had and were so awesome at showcasing me around I am seriously recommending all my friends and family of this place!
The staff here is so friendly. They are eager to help you and answer all of your questions. The location is also a plus!
Very Good cx service good ManagementStaff is polite good location close to workLove the gym coffee with mason and Nice pool must live here
Even with all of the craziness going on with COVID, Stephen and Hope have made the move-in process super easy and made us feel welcome. Definitely recommend!
Awesome place to live!
So when my job transfer me to Dallas, I know that I wanted to be close to downtown and have a reasonable commute to work. When I wanted to be near everything and live in a place that has recently built. For me Park Lane was the best thing area 17-20 minutes commute to work (Irving) 17 minutes to uptown and 30 mins outside of Dallas. The apartment I picked was new but a few problems. The fan was making noise and one of the bedroom doors would not close. All problems were taking care of within a timely manner. The neighbors are quite and keep to themselves but will engage with you in a conversation if spoken to. For the most part everyone here is a professional or a hard student. The staff is helpful anytime I had a issue they were able to fix it. There is enough parking in residential parking that I never had to worry about getting a space. While the place is not perfect (elevator B has issues) it definitely set the bar for modern luxury Dallas living.
Love this property! Great amenities! Great location! What’s not to love! Walked in and was greeted by Brady. He is such a treat to work with!
If you haven’t checked out this place, you are missing out! As an Apartment Locator, I interact with multiple properties on a daily basis, and I have to say that Hope and the crew at Galleries are some of the best people I have worked with in the industry. They go above and beyond to make the client experience everything that it should be and more. There are also so many perks to living at this place!...Serious walkability, discounts to surrounding businesses, two gyms (including peloton bikes), a golf simulator, and modern finishes just to name a few! Mention this review when you come in for a visit, and watch the team at Galleries surpass everything you just read! You won’t be disappointed!
This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. DO NOT live here or you will regret it like everyone else who lives here.DO NOT be fooled by the new amenities, this place looks good on paper but please ask residents who live here how their living experience has been. (*Coming soon photos and an email so anyone thinking about living here can ask me questions)Everything was broken when I moved in. (Washer not hooked up to dryer, hot water not turned on, water leaking from my roof, then they never even fixed the hole in my ceiling, my closet needed to be fixed on day one) Since then my closet has collapsed twice from just hanging a normal amount of clothes the last time it collapsed the unfinished metal (yes they left uncovered cut wire exposed in my closet it ripped my tuxedo beyond repair and has yet to offer any concessions.
You will not find a more unique community or a more dedicated management team than at Galleries! The location is perfect, smack dab in the middle of shopping and restaurants on Park Lane. If you are looking for your new home, swing into Galleries. You wont be disappointed!
Love the community: everything you need is in walking distance, Melody (manager) and her team are so helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is modern living at an affordable price. I reallt like living here!
Mason and Phillip were fantastic at the waffle/mimosa bar this morning. The only thing I was missing was few slices of crunchy bacon. 🥓Keep these events coming!Edited Review: I’ve been pretty underwhelmed with the Galleries since Covid started in March. The Barista was let go and now that things are starting to open back up again, no replacement has been made. That was the killer amenity of this place and was great to consistently hang out with other residents in a low pressure setting. I’ve also had some maintenance issues that still haven’t been fully resolved, months after they were brought to the attention of management.Edit again: the fire alarm seems to go off every other week now. Not sure what’s going on but every time it happens there isn’t a post mortem sent to residents so we’re just in the dark.
Do NOT stay here unless you want to be hit with unnecessary bills and charges.I will start off by saying I’ve lived in a number of apartments while in college as well as in my early career when I was traveling for work. I have never had an issue with an apartment and have always been treated fairly and with respect until the Galleries at Park Ln.My husband and I moved to Dallas about 2 years ago and fell in love with the Galleries. Management at the time (Brody and William) were so friendly and accommodating. While staying at the Galleries, management has changed multiple times and the level of professionalism has gone down drastically.Upkeep in the Galleries was laughable to say the least. Elevators were shut down on a weekly basis, pet urination was EVERYWHERE in the common areas, hot tub was constantly broken, building fire alarms would trigger at 2am in the morning for 45 mins, trash was overflowing at all garage entrances, cockroaches were in the basement level etc. For the amount of rent we paid on a monthly basis, we expect the grounds to be kept. We decided it was time to go and moved out.Fast forward about one month after moving out, we received an email from Hope stating that our apartment was in such bad condition that she had to rip out all of the carpet and charged us for the material and labor...this was over a 1k bill!? My husband and I kept this apartment in excellent condition. We stayed in a 2 bedroom; one bedroom was used as a guest room and was RARELY used. She claimed she had to rip out the carpet in the master, closets and guest bedroom. We don’t eat or drink in the closet or the bedrooms so we were completely shocked that they felt the need to rip our carpet in lieu of deep cleaning. Reference attached photos of carpet conditions when we moved out.I decided to call Hope to discuss the bill. She accused my husband and I of being smokers and leaving burn marks on the carpet! My husband and I have never smoked a day in our life, and if we did smoke the apartment would’ve smelled like smoke. I told her I would be willing to pay for carpet removal in the master ONLY and she lowered the bill but not to the agreed amount. In addition to carpet mess we also got hit with a utilities bill even though I cut my bill off with Ambit Energy before we moved out. All together, we’ve incurred over 1k in costs that are not justified. Please beware of the risk you are taking and document EVERYTHING if you decide to stay here. Dallas has so many options for apartment living, I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
The Galleries at Park Lane apartments are gorgeous and located the best location! The managers and all staff are friendly and very professional.
Funny how they have people who do not live here leave good reviews. As I have placed 2 service request (3 weeks ago) & they have done nothing to resolve my issue. Also Tanya and Hope are often out, leaving Steven alone in the office with little knowledge of the building and I noticed they have also changed the weekend office hours which is unprofessional since it has led to several of my packages getting returned. This is by far the worst experience for their price and you can hear everything through their thin walls and ceilings. I shouldve followed my gut instinct & gone with Preston Hollow.
I was really excited to move to Galleries at Park Lane from Uptown but soon realized I was in for a “treat”. I lived here for almost 8 months but moved for a new job to another state. First of all, I really appreciate Danny for being such a great leasing agent and helping me through the move in/move out process. The maintenance people are great as well and also very attentive. My biggest gripe with this place is the noise you get from the upstairs and next door neighbors. The walls must have been made of paper mache because I could hear every step my neighbors took. This was so annoying seeing as though I was on the 2nd floor. I really didn’t have any other complaints, while living there, aside from the ridiculous amount of money I had to pay to break my lease due to me taking another job out of state. I paid nearly $5,000 and my apartment was already re-leased before I moved. Such a racket seeing as though they never lost a month of rent even after I moved out. After moving out, I informed the front office that I would like for them to clean the apartment and take the costs out of the deposit. I was told that this was fine and that it is something that they normally do. Fast forward one month and I receive a threatening email from Hope saying that I owe a balance and if it’s not paid by the 1st of August, my account would go into collections. The email gave no detail as to what the charges were for so I emailed Hope back asking for more clarity. I also gave the office a phone call but didn’t get anyone. I get an email reply from Hope saying that I owe $35 but still no clarity as to what the $35 was for. So I called the office again. This time Hope answers, with a less than professional attitude, and I proceed to ask her for more detail around what the charges were for. She gives me the charges that the apartment accessed me for different services/repairs then tells me that she was in the process of sending me an email. I’m perfectly fine with the charges but when I asked her how I could pay the difference, she tells me and then hangs up in my face. Totally disrespectful and that’s no way to do business. This property has gotten a new management team that just got there before I left. If this is the way they treat residents, I’m SO glad I left this place. Although this property is located in a great area, I don’t think it’s worth the price and headache of dealing with the issues I encountered. Rent at your own risk!
I’ve really enjoyed my time at Galleries at Park Lane and hated to leave! The staff is constantly coming up with new amenities and having really cute features that are beneficial and enjoyable for the residents (e.g. They purchased a Peloton bike for the workout center - I’ve toured many places and have yet to see such anywhere else. Now that it’s Christmas time, they have a super cute complimentary gift station). It may seem small to some, but it’s great living in an environment where the staff continues to strive to make it a pleasant place for you to live.Maintenance staff are very fast and professional and makes it a point to know the residents by name. The apartments are beautiful, staff are responsive and personable, and amenities are some of the best I’ve seen!
Great amenities and everyone is quite helpful!
Amazing place!
Had a tour just recently at this property. Danny the front office leasing agent sat with us for over an hour discussing rental properties and going over amenities. Very impressed with his customer service and with this property! Looking forward to moving here once my current lease is up!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I dont even know where to begin. My friends car got stolen at gunpoint right in front of the leasing office. The on duty security guard was on the 5th floor taking a nap in the golf cart while this happened. He offered no assistance. The leasing staff offered no assistance and pretended like it never happened. I was not looking for free rent, but some sympathy or reassurance that the building is safe would have been nice. There are not even security cameras in the front of the leasing office (hard to believe). Park Ln and Greenville Ave right behind are extremely dangerous areas. Lastly, the leasing office lost my notice of non-renewal and forced me to pay rent for another month. They tried increasing my rent by $500. Overall, terrible experience and relieved to be out of there. Beware!!
When I was searching for a place I felt like I must have seen several places that were all the same, but when I came to the Galleries at Park Lane this place just felt so inviting-staff had good energy and had great vibes. I’m renewing my lease soon btw, bc the staff has been on point from the beginning! ❤️✌🏼😊
The location is nice. The gym is 1st class. The saltwater pool and sauna are nice.
Nice building, good area with lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby. Staff is very kind. Building is very new, plenty of parking
Stunning! This was my last place in apartment shopping and WOW! As my dad says, If we started here, we would have saved a lot of time. My preference for an apartment is to be modern, great amenities, patio, not traditional, and not downtown. I am blown away by this property. Not to mention the location at 75 and Park Lane is perfect for me.Again, referring to my dads quote I met Gail, the leasing agent, at Galleries. I have shopped five complexes in the the last 30-days. There are some agents out there who are ok and then others who know their property, listen to the needs of the tenant, are honest about the budget and suggest/show the right unit.I called ahead to schedule my appointment after an email inquiry, Gail put together a folder of ideas, and then we went to look at one she thought would work best for me. #Bam! It was perfect, and I leased that afternoon.I cant wait to move in February!NOTE: I was hesitant about this area because the other apartments (Heights, Lofts, Tower) do not have great reviews. Do know this is NOT the same property. Its MUCH better! The corporation building the Galleries at Park Lane, purchased the listed above, but did not build them. They are working on the management issues.
Great apartments! Very clean and quiet not to mention the staff are professional and helpful.
On November 20, I made the application to move to this apartment complex. At first glance I loved it, they showed me the apartment and agreed to pay the application of $ 150 per person plus $ 300 dollars of deposit. They told me that by the next day everything would be ready for the move. At 3 oclock they sent me an email where they said that my application had not been accepted. When I returned the same day to the building to get my $ 300 (reimbursable) deposit back, they told me that they had already sent the check to the center office in another state. (I never understood)I just wanted them to give me the previous check with an amount of $ 600 dollars and I would give them a new check for $ 300 dollars since it would be lost because of the application they did not approve and they told me that it could not be possible, she told me that in less than 2 weeks I would have a $ 300 return check. It turns out that I spent more than a month and I still have not received any checks. It is very easy to charge but when it comes to debugging it is a bit difficult.
DO NOT MOVE HEREI wish I could give them 0 stars as 1 star is too generous.Upon move out, I was charged a $500 “carpet replacement fee”. After asking for more information regarding this, I was told there were furniture marks in the carpet that were deemed irreparable and, therefore, do not constitute normal wear and tear. Are you serious? If you choose to live here and have furniture like most people do... Be prepared to be completely taken advantage of and ridiculously over charged upon move out.I tried to fight this but they weren’t budging at all. It was extremely disappointing to find out this was how they treated their residents and I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE live here. Avoid this place at all costs.
