My hair before & after is literally crazy. The people there are soo nice I felt extremely comfortable, safe, and respected. My hair was dead & dry and have so many colors, they managed to bring my hair back to life it’s so healthy and shiny now and the color is beautiful. Also added layers and I just love everything about my hair outcome and this salon. If you’re thinking about going here, do it!! No regrets.

I want to thank Jasmine for giving me a brand new life (literally). All of my life I have never done anything big to my hair and a main part of the reason is that I’ve always been scared that if I let other people touch my hair they will ruin my hair. My Hair is like my baby to me.  From the time I walked into the salon to the time I got out Jasmine made me feel so comfortable. She made sure I was good every step of the way. I went from Jet black untouched hair to Burgundy/red Balayage with a little bit of purple at the end. Jasmine was so gentle with me and didn’t burn my scalp or pull my hair. I went to work feeling like a new person and I got so many, many, many compliments. Ive booked an appointment with weeks in advance. I drove 19 miles to this place and they made me wait outside (84F) because they were pretty full inside. Odd. I had to ask twice if they were ready for me and obviously they were late. I did hair treatment (hair hydration) with Sol with a haircut. Not really a haircut, just cut the ends, 4 inches to be more specific. I had my hair washed by Sol, and the treatment applied by Sol; this should have stayed in my hair for about 20 min. I was waiting outside and she said she would use the timer and let me know once it was ready. Obviously she forgot me and I had to come back and tell her I was ready... Waited for about 10 min for someone to rinse my hair and they finally sent me this teen girl that had just started that day, thats my impression. Nothing against this young lady though - she was fine. The saloon is just too amateur. After my hair had been rinsed, Sol is outside chatting with other professionals and a customer. Odd. Annoying. When I was finally done, Sol states that I have 1 week to tell her if I like the haircut of if need adjustments. Mid-week I wash my hair and realize the ends are crooked. I called, speak to Jasmin, send pictures do Jasmin and no return, or comments. I call again next day, speak to Sol she says she doesnt remember me (lol), fine... I send her pictures. Later that day she calls me, I explain to her, as she can see in the pictures, the ends are crooked, but because my hair now is too short, I ask her if I can come in a month for adjustments. She talks nonsense AND non-stop that I will lose my offer because is only valid for 1 week that other saloons dont do this (maybe other saloons get it right at the first time) … I had to beg her to let me speak. Oh and how to forget that, when she did my hair she said I think is very important that we build a relationship between customer and professional. LOL ... sure! I even told her dont worry I am not going to give any bad reviews on the internet after that horrible call. But then I ask myself WHY? Almost $100 for this? People must know. I am more than willing to spend double in any place other than Moda Hair/Sol. Run!

I requested an appointment very short notice and was accommodated without hesitation! My service was on time, with attention to details of what I was aiming for, great and thorough explanation, and flawless execution. The owner clearly loves what she does, handling all priorities with grace and a smile. I LOVE MY HAIR and have been receiving compliments everywhere I go! I’m thrilled to have found this gem of a salon so close to my home!! Client for LIFE!

We have an appointment for 12 o’clock, yet no one came up to tell us what’s happening. No one picked up the phone either. Even though you are busy with other customers at the time, you could still pick up the phone or at least let us know real quick how much longer we need to wait for. Despite knowing the severity of our ongoing pandemic, it still can’t be the excuse for leaving out customers like that. I will no longer come here even though they seem very busy because the store will gradually lose customers in the end without proper management. I feel lucky that I chose not to accept their service today.

I went to Moda Salon today after destroying my hair and accidentally looking like Cat Valentine. Mihn was so nice and very helpful with giving me tips on what to do and how to use heat products. She worked with me on finding a good color to fix and cover up my horrible red hair and trimmed my ends and straightened it and I also requested an olaplex treatment. My hair was very damaged and fried prior to going in and I walked out with it feeling very soft.Also, because I got So much done, I was Very surprised that the total cost wasn’t too much money. That was a relief.The women working at Moda salon were all very nice and friendly and it seemed to be a cute little family environment. Hopefully I wont Need to do anything with my hair any time soon but if I do need another trim or dye, I’ll be happy to go back.

I had a haircut exactly the way I wanted them to be! The services are a bit overpriced though. My hair are very fine. Mihn realised this and exactly gave me a haircut that added a lot of volume and bounce to my hair. She was extra cautious of the details and extremely quick, fun, patient and polite. The staff is very welcoming. Definitely ask for Mihn.

Today was my first time getting my hair done at Moda Hair Salon. Previously, I’ve been going somewhere in South Miami since I worked down there, but was looking for something closer to home in Broward. It’s always stressful trying to find a new hairdresser but I was referred here by a friend, who lives in the area. I made an appointment with Jasmine, who was very accommodating. After the last few years of highlighting my hair blonde, I’ve been wanting to grow my hair out with a more natural look (dark roots) and blend it with a nice balayage look. The rest I left up to Jasmine’s expertise and she didn’t disappoint. Jasmine did a phenomenal job and I’m obsessed with the end result!!! She broke up my blonde with lowlights and did a partial balayage to brighten me up to an icy blonde. These pictures don’t do it justice. I definitely recommend Moda Hair Salon. Very friendly, comfortable and clean atmosphere. Will be going back!

This place was clean and professional upon entering. 100% up to Covid codes for separation and sanitizing. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They helped each other put when needed. I had stylist, Sol, who I cant say how much I love. She understood what I wanted and not only gave me it but with her recommendations made it even better than I could have imagined. My hair came out amazing. I have never had a salon get the exact Blonde I have wanted and blended my hair so you cant see all the previous highlights. I went in to cut my hair from my waist to above my shoulders. Not only were the results better than I even expected, but they were efficient and made the experience wonderful. I’m definitely pleased!

I had convinced myself that I needed to cut all of my hair off and start over because my hair had become dry, brittle, dull and even started falling out. I google searched to find Moda Hair Salon and took a chance. Sol was amazing. She listened to my issues, but with her knowledge and expertise quickly convinced me to reconsider cutting my hair and allow her to treat it. She said she would make me fall in love with my hair again. And that’s exactly what she did. She is a woman of her word, very passionate about her craft, very talented and kind hearted to boot. I had an appt for 2:30pm today. I arrived on time. I was soo excited to get my hair done. I had a consultation with Sol Friday the week before to go over what I wanted and what was reasonable for my hair in terms of getting color. On Friday, I left so confident that this would be my new place to get my hair done. I called Saturday to make a few changes and to make sure they would have enough time because I have a lot of hair. Sol said it was fine. I walked in today so happy to get some me time, and first thing I get is, what are we doing today? I showed Sol pictures of rose gold colors and styles I liked. I originally wanted pastel pink but she said that would take to much time and it would destroy my hair. I said ok lets go darker as recommended. I landed on rose gold, had some pictures and showed her and first response was, I dont have enough time to do that because I have other clients when I said we were doing partial because originally she said sectional and I called Saturday to change it to a partial. Sol then walked away and had another woman come and show me different colors that they had. I started to feel confused and uncomfortable because I was under the impression she wrote notes to remind herself what we were doing and then I was having to pick colors to mix in order to get the color I wanted... I started to feel very uncomfortable and just overwhelmed because I dont do hair. I dont know the lingo and I dont know terminology and I rely on the hairdresser to know and be up to date on that. Maybe I should get into hair? I dont know but I walked away and had nothing done because I no longer felt confident that they were confident in doing my hair or were capable of doing so. Maybe I had too much hair? No patience? I dont know.I didnt just walk in with a mop full of thick hair and asked for it to be done.. I had a previous consultation because a lot of times I feel some hairdressers arent patient with people who have long thick hair, and to God I have a lot of it. So naturally its frustrating. For me that was just the third strike to have me get up and walk away.Im sure they can do hair, I have seen there work, but just not for me. The responses I got werent really doing it for me and overall I just got upset and wanted to leave.On to my never ending quest of finding a good hairdresser in Florida. This is where I miss NYC soo much.

First time customer, my rating goes toward my hairstylist, as for the service in the front desk, it was pretty awful. Not friendly at all and demanding things from me before I can even say hello or be greeted appropriately.Anyways, exceptional service from Jasmine, my hairstylist. I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and every single time I’m treated with so much respect, all of the ladies are so kind and knowledgeable. I have always had very short baby hairs that would never grow past a few inches and for the first time in my life they are blended in with my regular hair. Ive been going to this salon for years. I used to love having Mihn cut my hair. But in the past few years, I personally feel that the customer service has been declining. Mihn is great at what she does, but it would benefit her to focus on one (maybe 2 clients) at a time. It makes the experience feel more personal and not like youre being rushed out the door. I recently made an appointment with another person at the salon and I dont think this woman has ever it curly hair in her life. She was visibly nervous. Her hands were shaking as she was cutting my hair. She couldnt find a way to hold the scissors properly the entire time. My hair ended up being longer on one side than the other AND when I flat ironed my hair, I noticed how chopped and screwed this woman left my hair. I asked for long layers and got Barbies head after 5 yr old took a pair of scissors to it. Needless to say, I did not get the results I expected from a $45 haircut. And thats the other thing... If youre just getting a wash/cut, it feels like youre a second class citizen. It pains me to not want to come back after years of excellent haircuts with Mihn, but this last visit was the last straw.

First time here for a cut and blow dry. The service was great and scheduled a same day appointment. Got there a few minutes early and was seen almost immediately. Jasmine listened and gave me exactly what i asked for. I got the impression she might be new, she occasionally got some direction from someone else who i thought might be a manager. Under normal circumstances i might have been worried but she followed along very well and my hair looks and feels great. Will definitely be back.

Minh Lo is the most amazing stylist and basically a magician! She made my dark black hair to dark blue without even thinks twice! This is my forever salon and will be her forever client!!!

Jahlesa is fantastic! I went in for a conditioning treatment and a blow-out. Let me tell you the shampoo bowl felt like vacation paradise – there is nothing better than someone who knows how to wash and condition your hair – so relaxing!She was so friendly, chatty and knows how to give a great blow-out (and I am not easy to please). I was completely thrilled with my hair and will definitely be going back to this salon!

I called to make an appointment and they fit me in last minute. They were very friendly, fast and my haircut looked amazing! I definitely will be coming back to this salon in the future!

I visited Moda Hair Salon yesterday and I received such a FANTASTIC service. My hair was done by owner, hair stylist and color expert Mihn Loe . She got my color to perfection, plus she suggested a great product to use to keep the color glowing without fading.Im so pleased with their services. Everyone at the salon was so nice, friendly and the place is beautiful. It has plenty of parking available and its easy located in a plaza in the corner or Wiles Rd and 441 (St Rd 7).

Isa spent 7.5 hours non stop to perfect my hair in every way and gave me exactly what I wanted. She as long as every other hair stylist was educated and gave me great tips and tricks to my hair to maintain its healthy state after highlights.Everyone is very friendly and I was greeted instantly making me feel very welcomed.Also was offered finger foods and drinks, I would definitely recommend!!!

Minh was amazing! She squeezed me in after I called for a same-day appointment, but didnt rush me at all. She took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and did a fantastic job. Im so pleased, after just a shampoo, cut and blow dry, my hair looks completely new! I will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Isa for several months now and I will not go to anyone else. She has a client for life. I am Puerto Rican so I have hard to manage hair. She is the only person that can blow dry my hair without flat ironing it and it stays straight with no frizz for a week. She is so knowledgeable and also is amazing with color, cuts, highlights, styles and AMAZING with braids! Every time she does my braids, people stop me! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this lovely young lady!

Absolutely awesome experience! Right when I walked in I was greeted with smiles and warmth. It felt like a family in the salon. The personnel were so friendly and treated their work like art. WOW - what a great place to go. I am always scared someone is going to ruin my hair. Mihn fit me right in and had amazing attention to detail. Very happy and my fears have disappeared. I will be back every 5-6 weeks. My new Florida place to get a cut. Great family atmosphere- very happy with the service.

So relieved to have found this salon. I recently moved from Miami and have struggled to find a salon in the area that wont mess up my hair, but this salon really lives up to its great reviews. Came in for a trim with Minh and she completely exceeded my expectations! She really takes the time to include you in your hair process as she asks you exactly what you want and how you want it. She really knows what shes doing with her scissors and has such great attention to detail! I really enjoyed how she advises you on any hair issues you may have. Shes also a super sweet person, as well as the rest of the staff. Its a nice place with really good vibes. So glad I wont have to drive to Miami for a hair stylist anymore!

Great stylists! Clean and welcoming environment. I travel two and a half hours now to get my hair done by Judy. There REALLY is no other like her. She is the absolute BEST!!!!!! Second to none. Just from the way she holds the brush when preparing my hair for drying is an indication of her level of expertise. When I have been forced to go to other salons my disappointment sets in from the time I observe how they handle the brush for blow drying. I just know they are not going to match up to Judys standard! She is truly an expert and keeps up to date with changing trends and new ideas. LOVE her! 10 stars**********
