I have been a very loyal client for many years and in return I had been given a 30% discount since I spend roughly $150 per visit. When Sam sold the business, my discount was reduced to 20% which I did not feel was unfair since the new owner was building his new business. Today I went in to pick up my order and drop off 14 more items and I was notified that not only did they cancelled all discounts. At that point I had the choice not to use their services, I understand that. What i do not understand is how they could take away the discount I was given on the items I was picking up. Natural Cleaners just STOLE $35 from me. I feel that is unprofessional and they just lost a very good client.Revise - 7/5/20 : I received what I thought was a fair response from the owner and I can understand his position. I appreciate the reply and I will amend my review. Best to you during these difficult times.

Highly recommend their pick up and drop off service at no extra charge. Laundering, cleaning, mending, alterations....they do a great job on all of it. Recently had a shirt with a soiled collar....put note in the bag...all fixed, no extra charge. Great Service!

Have spoken to a woman there on 4 occasions over the last 6 months about a $5 off voucher that was never applied to my account. Each time I was told it would be credited on my next order and never was. Last week asked for it to be removed from my charges and she said she could not but the owner would contact me by noon Saturday. No call, no credit, again. For almost $3 a shirt and $8 for pants not enough value to deal with that type of brush off. Also charged me a light jacket rate to clean one of my shirts last time.

Great customer service even when a problem occurred

Absolutely awful service. My wife was to get a wedding dress cleaned and boxed here, and it was extremely late. Four times they told her it would be done on a certain day, she went in as expected, and for one reason or another it was not done, without getting so much as a phone call to let us know not to come in. We ended up needing to go back to the store 6 times before it was actually done, and each previous time they promised it would be complete. They did not give us anything in return.

I dropped off a suit here last week that I needed the next day. Not only were they able to get it back to me by the next morning, but they found money tucked away in one of my jacket pockets. They put the money aside and returned it to me with the finished suit. Very good customer service and a great product!

I switched to Natural Cleaners after being a regular client at Martinizing. The environmental friendly dry cleaning process they use was a huge selling point for me. When I told the owner Sam about my lackluster experiences with the former dry cleaning company he welcomed me by assuring me that I will never have any issues with Natural Cleaners. Needless to say that I have been 110% happy with them and am a loyal client! He even personally brought my dry cleaning to me at work one day when I needed my suit for a special event and couldnt make it there in time to pick it up myself! Excellent customer service with an environmentally friendly process. Its a win-win!!

The staff was friendly, an I truly hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully this can save someone else’s clothing from being ruined .I went to pick up my sweater from the cleaners an it was returned to me with stains on it .Then was sent back to get spot cleaned an it came back two sizes to small .I was very nice about the situation while Mangment (Chad )did nothing.I ask for my sweater to be returned immediately to avoid future damage .An was informed that is was shipped off to a different location.They completely ruined my sweater.An took no accountability for there actions .This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaners .An also traders have a responsibility of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015”.That sweater meant a lot to me, an I truly thought I left it in good hands with natural cleaners but I was sadly mistaken..( Hales corner location )

Friendly service from Capreisna Lesure and Allison. I had many items cleaned perfectly. One item that needed to be redone was taken care very professionally by Allison and Capreisna. The other staff need help in smiling and being polite.

I switched to Natural Cleaners years ago, though it is slightly more expensive, since conventional cleaners use carcinogenic substances in their cleaning process. By the way they accept competitor’s coupons.

I really hate to write negative reviews, but I gave Sam the manager, every opportunity to make me satisfied. Instead he yelled at me and tried to make me feel as if I had caused the problem. The seamstress hemmed a new skirt in a very uneven way. The skirt was probably uneven to begin with. I wanted it even across the bottom, which I said and expected because she was a professional. Instead it was very wonky I told Sam that I wasnt happy, not angry and he turned it on me. I really didnt expected the verbal abuse so I took the skirt and left. There are hundreds of cleaners out there, so why would I go back to a place where the manager yells at you?

On my first experience at Natural Cleaners my favorite sweater came back with a quarter size hole in it. I asked to talk to the owner but he refused to come out. The clerk said he is this way. Attached is a picture.
