I searched and found Henry. Sometimes you have to be willing to go a distance to get something good. This nail tech has consistently done a stupendously great job for the last 5 months. It seems like many times the tech starts out good but does not keep up the efficiency! Henry has! Very happy customer!

I got my nails done by Selene who is a nice person but needs to pay more attention to detail because my nails are bleeding from her cuticle work and I have never had this issue before

This was my first and last time here. They did not want to honor the 20% off for first time customers that they advertise on their website. I made a 1:00 appt on line with Henry and ended having David do my nails after waiting 1 hour. Every color I chose was either too thick or not enough in the bottle. Then when I went to pay the girl wanted to charge me $27 for acrylic fills with regular nail polish even though their website says $22.

I go to different nail salons every time i get my nails done and so far this is the best. the prices are decent. parking easy right by target. the guy with tattoos and glasses that did my nails was quick, efficient, and funny. the shops design inside is so cute and clean too. will definitely be back.

Lena is my favorite nail tech! She got my nails back to a healthy, long, beautiful state. We switched from gel to Nexgen Dip, and I couldnt be happier!! Great prices, professional, and she really cares about the condition of your nails. I will go nowhere else!!

So i tried a few places in the area but this place is by far the best. Henry did an amazing job on my nails, and the environment was super friendly. I was able to get my nails done while my four year old with me because they gave us both a great experience.

I don’t recommend anyone but Henry, April, and Tony . i have went to other and they have only messed up on what i asked for or not even done it. i am very unhappy with my nails from today and they were not understanding about it very bad service.

Very pretty nails!!

I tried this place out again for a second time and at first I was really happy with how it was turning out. The gentleman that did my nails was very nice but he forgot one of the steps for the short dip with tips I requested. I was sat back down so he could fix it. I got home and they were still not smooth nor was the shape right. I was disappointed so I took them off not even a half hour after getting them done. Not worth the 47 I was charged.

Henry did my pedicure and quick nail cutting. My polish was perfect on my toes. I asked him for a quick clean up because my fiancé wasn’t going to want to wait for a full manicure. He understood and quickly trimmed and painted them with a clear gloss. He was pleasant to speak with. I wish I lived closer so I could go regular. Definitely request Henry!

I got acrylics and my feet done. my feet were poorly painted and my acrylics were even worse. the nail technician used the drill on my cuticle and made it bleed. while it was bleeding instead of stopping and treating it, they put nail glue on the cut. do not recommend.

I was looking for a place to do my manicure/pedicure and when I found this one I felt so happy!!! The place it is so clean with a very nice environment. I always go with Lena. She is very professional and I love how she does my nails!! I highly recommend this place and Lena specially!! Now I come every 3 weeks and I brought family members with her!!

I am an avid nail biter. I have tried everything to stop biting my nails for years. When I went to Winn for the first time, Kenny told me he could get me to stop biting my nails and ALSO restore my nails completely. I have been going for about a month now, using nexgen, and my nails look completely new! They look so beautiful! I am amazed at the work Kenny and Winn does overall. They are very trustworthy and willing to help in any way! I am so thankful!

Very clean and staff is always friendly. Highly recommend calling ahead for an appointment especially on the weekends when it’s busiest however they do take walk ins. Even if you have to wait a bit, it’s conveniently located in a Target plaza as well as Ross store next door to pass the time.

Used to love this place but it really has changed. Very unhappy with the service I received last time I was there. Two nails broke and even though I have been a regular for over a year the nail tech was unhelpful when I wanted to get the issue fixed. After making an appointment she had me wait 40 minutes and once I sat down because I didnt have the color with me she got up and started doing a pedicure. I regret having tipped her an additional $25.00 on top of the usual 20% tip for the holidays. Not ever going back.

The ABSOLUTE rudest salon I have ever been to. They dont do walk-ins - I walked in only to be told to come 30 minutes later. I came 30 minutes later and then was made to wait an additional 30 minutes. The technician was very rough in handling my hands. She cut one of my nails uneven and didnt fix it even when I pointed it out. She directed me to the drying station, and didnt offer to help gather my things while my nails were wet. I waited at the drying station only to find out she never turned it on. 5 minutes later, she told me I could leave and as I went to grab my wallet, my nail was ruined. They pressured me into giving a tip.When I am paying for a service, I expect good customer service as well as quality product. I will definitely not return.

I’ve never had a nail salon that I went to consistently. I’d look for the closest place with the shortest line and just walk in. Until I came here. Kenny is my nail tech at Winn and he always knows exactly what I like. I even trust him to pick out the color for me each time! He just switched me from gel acrylics to Next Gen and I love them. He’s the best!

The place is clean and new, they have an amazing array of colors of Essie and OPI they are all fresh bottles. This is very important to me because another place I had tried with great reviews didnt have much except for gel colors. I was taken in for a Pedicure within minutes on a Sunday with no appointment. Kimmy did a great job on my feet. There were 2 Ladies at the front desk who were very friendly and professional. I decided to book my next acrylic fill with them and they had Lynne do that. She was very good as well. Im quite pleased with the place, services and staff. Will be going back for my fills and pedicures.

If your black this isnt the place for you even if its in your neighbor hood. I had a horrible experience being the only black women there to get serviced. My service wasnt even half way done and the tech asked me to pay emmidiately rudely. I monitored every tech there and they didnt ask the white customers to pay now. My tech didnt even do the hand massage or apply lotion on my hands the way the others were doing. For my pedicure service I was serviced by Jennie, she was a total sweet heart. If I was only serviced by her I would have rated this place a 5 star. But I ask all my colored women and men to stay away from a place that doesnt even acknowledge you because of your skin color and they dont even know that you are capable of buying out the entire company. My tip to this nail salon is Dont judge a book by its cover you never know what wealthy black person might come in and tip you more than what youd make in a hour. Beautiful place but they lack in customer service.

I asked very specifically i wanted coffin and i didn’t get what i wanted and he made them uneven and sideways. he also made them to fat like they make my hand look weird. yes some people do good jobs but today is wasn’t so great.

Went here for the first time today to treat myself for my birthday and walked out more than unhappy. Starting with the fact that my nail tech grossed me out bc he had fungus on all his own nails, my eyebrows aren’t even and when I said that the color they put on my nails wasn’t what I wanted he yelled at me YES THATS THE COLOR. Oh and not to mention that when I went to pay I was told that the color (which I wasn’t happy with) had a 10$ upcharge. You would think they would let you know about an upcharge BEFORE it goes on your hands. SO SO SO unhappy that I just spent 72$ on a terrible experience.

Doug is the is the best nail tech i ever had. I am so nit picky about my nails and he does a phenomenal job. I drive from fort myers just to see him. Followed him from his old place to here. The people here are very nice clean and professional here. Will go back for ever.

I usually go to this salon and have great service however the last occasion I went the technician I had gave me several options for my nail color as I didn’t see any I wanted in the two panels he offered originally, I was looking through when this other technician, whose name I really wish I could remember, as insignificant as she is, it will help future customers to know not to be serviced by her, started speaking to him in Vietnamese and loudly too, even though she had her own client .Mind you I had an appointment, and she was basically saying that he took too much panels to show me and that I am taking too long to choose a color, even though I had just been given the opportunity to look at it, then said the colors are all the same, to which I said no, these colors are different, and this woman, in ridiculously tall heels, which she cannot walk in well, said to me, in her ignorant and irritating voice, that the colors are the sameand choose one and move on ! ( more or less) as I am translating for her poor English speaking ability .I don’t know if she thought I am unable to distinguish colors or if she was mentally inept or unstable in some way, but I maintained my composure even though I was extremely offended that she felt the need to address me when she had her own client, I am not sure if it because I am not Asian or white, but I am certainly not going to be spoken down to, especially when I am paying for this service, and I am not here to see you and I am ten times more educated than you, even though I did not ever feel the need /desire to say that before .. so I can tell the difference between different colors thank you very much .I did not make a scene, report her or belittle her and frankly this was a while back and I for some reason am just remembering to report that the Asian lady with short hair and who always sports very high heels, higher than the rest, and has a slightly bigger build than the other Asian ladies, is extremely discourteous, ignorant and slightly crazy in my personal opinion, I would diagnose her with a mental disorder, but I guess because of my complexion, she felt she could address me with less respect than my counterpart, being that her client was white .The technician who saw me was very courteous and apologized, but she made a scene acting like I should hurry up and that I cannot tell the different colors from each other because apparently they were the same, so I would suggest she also be given an eye test as well as an mental evaluation. She had of course no apology to offer but none is to be expected of people who have no class, as such if I ever find out the name of this unsightly employee, which I doubt I will care to as I am never wasting my time or money to go back there, then I will inform you so that you can avoid having the unwanted experience of having to interact with this subpar human being .

Hello there, if you are coming here to get a pedicure, DONT! Although the receptionist were very kind and welcoming, the service was terrible. I felt rushed the entire time and could not relax. The technician Kenny thought it was funny to purposely tickle me multiple times. I was extremely unhappy with the work he did and will not be returning. Thank you, hopefully this will he’ll future client.

Henry not good they lied and said dip nails make nails stronger cost 40 he told me to add tips with nails did not tell me it would be more money than after cut tips he asked what kind of nail shape told him coffin these were more square shape he should have asked me what shape i wanted before cutting tips not very even shape he filed my natural nail so hard he is not a gentle tech at all then he adds stones didnt ask for them and it was not creative at all when i got to pay it was 85 Im like what that was not explained i asked them did he charge me for the stones and they said they think so i guess they let tech make up there own prices not good business for person collecting money to not know what henry was charging not happy at all so i had him remove ugly stone pattern i said to him i never asked for stones so why put them on and charge me not happy in 10 days nails began to lift pinky nail came off FYI DIP SET DOES NOT MAKE NAILS STRONGER AND HEALTHIER they are overcharging customers

I always come to this salon and have a great experience with either Seraphina and Jimmy and one other lady whose name I cannot remember but today I came with a guest for Nexgen removal and my guest had a terrible experience with Tiffany, she was very rough and didn’t even take all the Nexgen excess off and when asked to cut the guest nails they cane out uneven and different shapes from oval to square... Truly unhappy with her service and unfortunate that my guest had to experience this.

The only person I let do my nails is Aaron. He he the beat with gel nails. Love him!

This place is horrible, the owners are very rude and racist i recommend you not wasting your money here. They over charge you. I came here on Wednesday February 15, 2017 at about 5:15 pm. I had a scheduled appointment with Kenny and I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!! I REPEAT NEVER!!!I have come here several times before but I started noticing my price kept increasing mind you, Ive never had any designs on my nails before except for this last time. My total for a pedicure and my nails was $90. How does that make since?My pedicure was $35 and my nails were $55. How? My nails are so basic. I had a gel fill overlay done over my real nails with regular polish. But heres the kicker. I was charged to have my real nails filed. Why? Thats your job as a nail technician. To file my nails that was $10. He charged me fair a nail repair on my real nails. Why? You didnt repair anything you put gel over my real nails. It fixed itself automatically!!!! Its not like I had acrylic or fake nails on where you had to take the crap off and start over. There was no silk wrap over my nails or anything like that. You just put gel over my real nails!!! Then I had polka dots on both of my pinkies and a heart on each of my ring finger. No charms, bedazzlements or anything like that. THEY DONT HAVE CHARMS!!!30 for gel fill over REAL NAILS!$10 FOR DESIGNS (VERY ELEMENTARY BASIC DESIGNS!!!)$10 to FILE MY NAILS!!!! on their website it states extra long/ballerina shape $5 & up my nails are very short! and not ballerina shape so where is the $10 coming from?.....$5 for nail repair/YOU DIDNT REPAIR CRAP!!Save your hard earned money and go else where. They think theyre some high end nail spa! And they try to get away with charging these ridiculous prices because theyre in Coral Springs. OH PLEASE!!SAVE YOUR MONEY!Oh yeah then the receptionist had the nerve to ask me did I want my change in smaller bills? Im assuming for a tip to the nail technician Kenny. NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

I used to be a current customer of this nail spa Anthony always made my nails but I went yesterday for a touch up being there the guy in the front desk advise me to rather make a new set instead of just touch my nails up, Anthony was bussy with another customer so he called lily to make my nails, he explained her that I needed a new set but she started to just touch up my nails and I told her that I was taking a new set, instead of put acetone to take out my nails she just tear off the nails with the nails cutter, after that she started to make me the new set and she was putting very much acrilyc and I told her to please put less so she got very upset and started to fight with me, insulted me and treated me like if I was asking her for a favor, she raised her voice and started to speak so loud calling the attention of everyone in the spa, it was so embarrasing for me, then I raised my voice too and explained her that she was not making me a favor, I was paying me money and she was supposed to give the service and make my nails in the way I wanted it to look, that is not customer service at all, she is very rude, unprofessional, if you go to this spa please make sure to do not ask for LILY SHE IS THE WORST PEOPLE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER MET, maybe is because I am Latin and black that she started to speak so loud to all the other white customers, I felt so disrespected and disappointed with the threat received by this woman.

Walked-in for a manicure and pedicure. They took me right in. Half-way through my pedicure, the technician announced a client had just arrived for a scheduled eyebrow wax, so she left me alone in the chair for 15 minutes. Totally unprofessional. When she came back, she was very aggressive with the scraping and buffing and it hurt. This morning, I have a swollen cuticle on my big toe. Very disappointing.

This RACIST place is HORRIBLE.. ... I got the $53 gel man/ reg pedi and the asian lady Anny who did my nails, did a horrible job... looked like a 2 year old did my mani and pedi... there was polish all over my fingers and toes, there was hair on the polish..her work was very sloppy and unprofessional. I told her I was unhappy with how she did my nails . she gets her boss I told him I was unhappy with her work.. he was very nasty and didnt care.. he was trying to charge me for wanting the polish removed... in conclusion I had to pay for a ugly looking mani/pedi done by a kid who obviously does not know how to do professional work... definitely will never come back to this racist dump.. these asian people are racist against black.... and i defonitely would not recommend this place... dont waste your money

Wife went to Tina. Her nails were bumpy and uneven. She even charged an extra 10 for rounding. Not almond, just round. They popped off after a week. Tina took a very long time to do a very bad job.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE ! i use to come here for my gel but today i booked apporitment for two full sets and a pedicre when i arrived they rushed me too pick a color told me that my nail lady would pick it for me just tell her what i want ok ... also they asked everyone who was walking on if they wanted a beverage and didnt offer anything to me and my friend so my friend was getting her nails done and the lady was being so rough she asked her to stop and called manager over to explain to him she didnt like the way she was doing it also if someone else was available he said no wait two hours if you dont like it youre being too picky ! i was like ok ill handle this when im done with my pedicure the lady finishes didnt scrub didnt polish right nothing so i told him and my pants were soaked he told me dont wear tight jeans mind you my jeans were rolled up to under my knee so we ask who was doing my nails and he said nobody cause of my friends service i obviously wouldnt be happy and told me i can make an appointment to come back the following say mind you check their buiensss hours their open another 4 plus hours . and i HAD APPOITMENT thats ridiculous . so i got upset and told him that it was ridiculous that were paying customers who had an appointment ...then his receptionist told me not everyone here is trained to do everything when i asked there was no one else so if you need something specifically done theyre unable to do it if that person is not there but they do provide faicials she made sure include that slick comment .... so after this and waiting 30 + min for them to rip my friends nails off he asked me for my payment i asked him if he can do the service over because my feet looked like i was playing in mud and a proper paint job and he said no ill call the cops ... cops got there and asked him to look at my feet and tell them thats how they do their service if it is i pay, if it isnt i can go . he walked over and looked shocked that thats what my feet looked like even though theyre submerged under water for all that time and all the dry skins still attatched and he even said no she can go . if he would of looked at my feet from The beginning none of this would of happened but he wanted to be ignorant and talk down on me and my friend so thats why theyre getting this review PISS POOR SERVICE .

No, No, No! Lucy will cut your fingers/cuticles to pieces! It took a week for 2 of my fingers to heal. Which is longer than my Nexgen nails lasted!
