I used to come to this place more frequently over the years, but their quality of work has gone completely down the drain. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and have been completely disfigured.My eye brows are so thin now and no care was taken in shaping or trimming the little bit of hair I have left. The tech waxed over the same place twice and has ripped off my skin on both eyelids. I hope that my hair actually grows back from the trauma that I received.I had acrylic nails done at this place previously and the quality and shape was so bad that I took them off and got my nails done elsewhere. So I only came back for the wax since it wasn’t so bad the last time I got it done. But now after this I do not have any reason to return to this establishment that is low quality and overpriced.I regret coming in for this wax because I now look worse than when I came in.

This place is horrible. The customer service is horrible. I would give negative stars if possible. I have been getting acrylic nails for many years and never got a fungus on my nail. I used them twice and now i have a fungus on my nail. I know for a fact i had no fungus prior to using them because i got a full set and my nails were fine. I went to get a fill and one of my nails were lifting and the guy didnt take it off and now that nail has a fungus. I went there to let the owner know and she was very rude telling that it is not her problem and that has nothing to do with her and what do i want her to do about it. Well obviously the fungus has to do with her shop because in over 20 years of getting acrylic nails this has never happened. So unless you want a fungus or rude service i recommend you take your business elsewhere

I wish I could say that I had one bad experience and would be willing to try again but because of what happened I will not be returning. The lady who did my nails was very rude to me and would not listen to the color or style I wanted and would nod me off or just ignore me completely until I would just have to let her do whatever color she had gotten. When I asked her to fix two of my nails that she had ruined (bumpy and air bubbles) she snapped at me and did not fix them. Four of my fingers were bleeding because she rubbed them raw with the nail file and I am still dealing with the aftermath of putting antibiotics on and hoping they dont get infected. And lastly and probably the worst of all, I was charged twice! Do NOT recommend this place.

This place isn’t that bad despite these reviews. i got a pink and white set and just a polish change on my toes and it came out to $70ish. NOT BAD! i had a nice lady with tattoos but didn’t get her name. the parking isn’t bad and the shop is nice.

This salon does horrible nails and has deplorable service. They have you wait up to an hour when you have an appt and if youre black/brown they take white walk ins before you. They lie about the price on the phone and try to overcharge you at the register. My advice, go to Venetian Nails or Lux Nails.

I got a full set. I left with 6 of my fingers bleeding. Its been 2 days now and 2 of my fingers are in such bad shape, theyre still bleeding.

PLEASE READ-I gave this nail shop another try even though I really didnt want to and mostly because I desperately needed my nails done. The nail tech dip my nails in the powder too many times I mentioned it but he continued less than 3 days and some of the nails have already chipped (How does that even happen). I get NexGen very often (at another placed which was booked) and I knew he was going to cause the nail to be too thick. The result was uneven and thick unsightly nails. I knew would happen. Theres so much more that went wrong with this visit because I took my girls for mani/pedi but its not worth even talking about. I just wont go back. You may. not want to hear this but my opinion is that the owner of the shop should focus more on customer service and who they hire to do nails more than coming on here and responding to negative comments. Most ppl comment when the service is really bad or when its really good. I suggest you work on the service in the shop and spend less time trying to make excuses under the comments. Youll be surprised how much more business youll get. FYI ppl appreciate good customer service but care more about the way their nails come out. Thank me later. Youre welcome. . (30 min pedicure,like are you serious)

My gel nails lasted 1 day. This is the 2nd time this has happened with the same girl. I also left last time with cuts on my hands.

I am upset that Nails Profession put acrylic on my 14yr old daughters nail bed when I specifically told the manager upon our arrival to give her a gel manicure! While I was receiving a pedicure in another area the nail tech was doing what she wanted. I was only aware of what happened as we were leaving the salon my daughter bumped her hand on the door handle and the polish smeared...gel wouldnt smear so I went back in and asked her why did she apply acrylic and she said the manager told her to!!! Ive been patroning the establishment for some years but now Im thinking differently about coming back. Very disappointed that they did not even offer to make it right after being confronted about it!

My toe was bleeding 🩸 and I have never had this happen before, I went back in and they said they didn’t see it and didn’t seem to care ! They were very rudely speaking in another language . I have been here before and have never had any problems.

This place is horrible, do not go. The lady dropped wax in my eye socket, waxed off half of my left brow. My pedicure looks like it was done by a child and I was cut twice. I will report this store. All the while she was laughing and trying to tint my eyebrow to cover the mistake.

I have been going to Professional nails for years. Only had Lee do my nails. The owner. I normally got a gel fill and pedicure. I just went to another place and they told me that I have acrylic on my nails. I am so upset and incredibly disappointed that Lee and his wife, Betty would charge me $32 for a gel fill and use acrylic to fill my nails. Extremely unethical. I WILL never go back and I will ensure to tell everyone I know how shady this salon really is.

Gave a $20 bill to break so that I could tip and my card to pay with. She put $20 on the card and took the $20 cash. No worries.. I ask for him to fix it.. he sits me down at the drying station and completely disregards me! He was too busy moving on to the next customer in the middle of my manicure. I was a walk-in. I entered the store, there was a man (employee) sitting at the front, I went straight to wash my hands, came back to sit at the front of the store and waited to be serviced. He said nothing to me, or asked if I need assistance. The female manager came up to the front, said nothing to me, she jotted something down in her book took a phone call, stared at me went to the register stared at me again and then went to the back . the young man at the front he got from the front, moved one of their oriental ornaments from the front took it at the back .after waiting some more I saw a young lady asked what was the procedure to get service and that’s how I got served . While I was waiting another customer came in of I want to say Latino origin she was NOT BLACK....but she got service before I did... The manager called an employee from the back to take care of her...... there were 2 other employee sitting at stations not doing anything.They take black people money but they don’t like Black people. I love this place. The owners are always there always ready to help. Any complaints they fix it within reason & with respect. They have amazing colors and I love that their gel nail polish colors having the matching colors for the toes too in regular paint. I recommend them! 🙂

I have been going here for years, but I have decided to give my money somewhere else. It seems like they are more focused on rushing to get to the next client, then actually doing good work. My cuticles werent clean and My nails have looked horrible the last 3 times I have been there. Advice to the owners: Quality work is more important than quantity of work. You lose customers that way, See Ya!!

The shop is so clean and fancy. I went with wife, her nails came out so beautiful. They take walk ins, you dont have to book an appointment. They clean my wife nails so good, she walk out with he nails even healthier!! This place is not expensive at all. They have cheaper price for kids. They charge fairy. I recommend this place to everyone!!

I brought my 90 year old Mother in for a French manicure. She had never had one. She kidded that she wanted one before she died. They refused my Mother. Said she was too old. Well, thanks to Nails Professional Mom never got a chance. She passed away 2 weeks later.

If you ever need your nails done, ask for Lee or Emily for nails and Andy for pedicures!! They are phenomenal. Andy takes his time to make sure my pedicure is done right and Lee and Emily are amazing at nails!!! Each time my nails are always neat, natural looking and polished to perfection. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Much appreciated!

I ask to make an appointment for Lee and the woman wanted me to go with someone else, Lang. I explained to her that I wanted Lee because I saw how good he does a French manicure. The woman insisted that Lang can do the same great job. I went ahead and made the appointment for a manicure and pedicure. When I showed up for the appointment, Lang was busy. I asked to do my manicure first and was told no, I had to do my pedicure first. I explained to the woman I wanted my nails to dry first but she insisted and told me I had to do my pedicure first and with a someone else because Lang was busy but would be able to do my nails. The pedicure was awful!!!! I paid for a “deluxe spa pedicure” and he wouldn’t cut my toe nails. He words, they’re already short. My last pedicure was 4 weeks ago. He hardly pushed back my cuticles and NO massage. During my pedicure, the receptionist then told me Lang wasn’t available do my manicure but the guy could put colored polished on my nails. When I said no, her and about 3 other techs all started speaking another language obviously talking about me (they pointed at me) I am shocked at the horrible customer service!!!!

Best nails place ever! I got my nails done here for the first time, and I love it so much. They do good designs and perfect shapes. I got my toes done here and they last for so long!! If you have plans at last minutes, you walk in and they will take care of you right away.

I went in 3 days ago for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Had to go back in today to have it fixed and they were unable to fix it yesterday .. I mean I spent over $50 + tip. They told me to ask for Betty and although she redid the polish on my toes she said my hands looked good to her and walked away. I had to ask 3 people before they went back to her and explained I’d like my nails fixed too. She told a young lady to just do a top coat over the coat I already had. I am not pleased and should’ve went to the Venetian nail spa in the promenade and went to Kenny but I was pressed for time. Save your time and money they are not professional. FYI I barely ever write a review. Zero stars should be an option.

I have been going here for over 10 years and have been seeing Chow for the past few years now. Maybe 4/5. He is amazing!! He is very attentive and kind. He really takes his time when with his clients and that reflects in his work. Always get compliments on my nails and I refer many clients who now go to see Chow. I am very pleased.

I have been coming her for over 10 years. I was here with the previous owner and the current owner. Even though I love all the way in Pembroke Pines I come all the way back to Coral Springs to have Lee do my nails and Boa do my pedicure. He is fast, accurate, and friendly. She is friendly and efficient. I love coming here to get my nails done because it’s like being with family. I honestly have never had an issue with any service and highly recommend them. Don’t be afraid to tell them what you want. They care about the customer being happy.

I went to this place a few times and my experience was okay. However, the last time I went all I needed was my acrylics taken off. They did not care about the quality of my nails. The nail tech ripped the acrylic off all of my nails and let me go. After this incident, my nails were bleeding and it took more than a year for my nails to heal. I have never been back to this nail salon and I never will go back.Added note: I am sure Google would delete my comment if anything hateful was said. I loved coming to see B she is the best . But I had to take my nails out due to a surgery I had an went quickly to get my nails off. Needless to say B was busy ( an I should of called for her before going!) so I just asked them to please have this done for me an I explained 3 times why I needed them off.The female who started to help me left me!! I’m the middle of taking them off ! An some young girl came. To only have the woman come back ( by the way the way she’s the owner of this establishment) an tell me to get up an move to another chair!! To finish the job! Manager(s) were super rude when i called to get my (uneven as hell) lashes removed after the left one was poking my actual eyeball as well as showing wayyyy too much black glue (about 5 hours later, I tried to manage). I Googled to see if they were open, Google said closing soon. I called and initially asked if they were open and explained that I just needed these things off of my eyes from the poking. A man and women both quickly told me they were closed. Boiled my blood. I was not looking for a new set, even though I believe I deserve them, I am currently sporting 10lbs of thick, black noticeable glue and my left lashes start in the middle of my eye and are TOUCHING MY EYEBALL. I was literally just looking to get them off an be done. They told me to soak my eyes in oil. Ok.Anna did my nails and was absolutely amazing!!

Ive been here for 3 years with my mom, they have a lot of workers now. I love this place, I love how they expand the shop. Its a very big shop I never seen any plans like this before.The chair is comfortable. I have Tony do my feet and hes really good at massage.I recommend for people to come here.

Very unexperienced employees Honestly the place looks nice and clean, but the customer service is very very bad. My experience was horrible the moment I walked in the front desk woman had her feet up on the chair with her shoes off and said “what do you need?” When I sat in the pedicure chair the boy that did serviced me was very polite but he kept hurting me and cutting me very badly. I asked him nicely to please stop but I think he just wasn’t very experienced. People shouldn’t be working on customers if they have no experience.

I have been there over 7 times. If I make an appointment or walk-in, for the most part there’s always an issue... Either the person I requested wasn’t there for the day (but they still made me believe they were there ) or no longer works there. Although that happened numerous times, I like to give people chances. The new person I would get barely knows how to do gel mani/pedi, but! they are saying everyone is really *good* there.

This is the first review I have ever done but i have never had a worst or more painful nail experience in my life. I Came here after recommended by a friend. Had long nails and came in for dip powder. The nail tech completely filed my nails off, then put about half an inch worth of dip on each hand, and every nail was a different length. Then proceeded to buff my hands so hard that the skin was ripped off both of my pinkies, was bleeding and then they messed up three nails with clear coat. Had to have another tech completely redo (after waiting for a half hr for a manager to appear ) and add tips since the nail was completely filed off! Even the nails redone are not the best quality. Manager had a nasty attitude and argue with any customer that had a concern with the work done. Horrible customer service will never return nor recommend anyone to this establishment. I love trying new places but this experience was truly horrible.

The absolute worst nail job I have ever received. I came in for a gel pedi and dip nails. The pedicure was fine at best but my nails are completely uneven, lumpy, crooked, none of them look the same and they are much longer than what I asked for. ( several times) at the end I went to the manager who Filed them for a few minutes to try to make them look better but they still look awful. I was told I needed to pay the full price even though they look horrible and she recognized and knew it. She wrote me a $10 gift certificate. Thanks? Eye roll. Steer clear.

The wait time is usually short and the people I have dealt with were friendly, thats the positive. The negative is that they are not very good at the services I have received. Ive received a manicure and pedicure from them and I wasnt impressed. I also had my brows waxed and the young lady left one brow thicker than the other. I asked her to correct it and she still wasnt able to, she didnt even shape my brows, now I will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

Unclean, incomplete, and rude. Especially when they couldnt convince me to get gel. I went in for a mani and pedi. The lady who did them left dry skin and calluses on my feet. She also used a grater that was unclean and towels that looked like they had clumps of dry skin on them! She cleaned the grater in the water that my feet had been in and just tossed it back into the drawer. Same with the stone and brush. Im doubting if the other tools she used were clean or dirty. She also left nail polish on my skin. See the pictures for yourself.NOTE: This comment IS NOT under investigation by Google. Thats the owners reply. Someone should report them. Three months ago I went to this Salon to get a facial wax. I should have known something would go wrong when the young lady didnt clean my face before waxing it and I should have said something. The following day, there were bumps on my left and right cheeks. I wrote that off to the usual after getting a wax. Fast forward to three months later there are unsightly scars on my face and my face still keeps breaking out. I HAVE NEVER had acne issues and I am well over 30 years old. Now I am constantly fighting this problem, and the unsightly scars left. I will never set foot in this place again.

I went here because it was near to my house but I will never go back again. They gave me a person who I was unable to communicate with, and who didn’t listen. He was very rough and my cuticle was bleeding and sore after a pedicure. I asked for another person that I would be able to communicate with and they kept telling me “no he is good. He knows what to do”.I also had to remove acrylics and he was trying to rip the acrylic off without soaking it in acetone because “acetone takes too long.” I did a manicure with dip powder (nexgen) and my nails were very uneven. They had obvious sinks that could be seen easily. I also paid for an ombré design and many of my nails had distinct lines between colors. When I told the nail tech of these issues he kept telling me it was fine and when I asked to speak to a manager he wouldn’t cooperate.I paid too much money to receive service of this quality. I do not recommend this place.

Horrible place. Went for pedi and fills. Girl who did my pedi could not understand each other. Asked a girl standing next to her while doing my pedi and she could not understand. Went to the my fills asked the guy as he finished one hand to please add some acrylic to the side of my nails as my nails were exposed he went ahead and did one of the nails. Had to point out to him all the other nails. He then added more acrylic to the top of my nails and did not fix the issue of the side of the nails. He then gets an attitude while doing my nails. Cut one of my cuticles in the process. I also had a chipped nail that needed to be fixed he did not bother he just filed the side. I just wanted to ask to please just soak my nails and call it a day. I let him finish with his attitude I paid and left did not give a tip. I always tip and never complain. I will never go back to this place. Going on Saturday to a new place to redo my nails. If I could give 0 stars I Would. First and last.

Ive been to this nail salon 3 times. My first experience I went in for a full set the young man who did my nails not sure if he was new or training but his work wasnt the best I was not satisfied with the way he did my nails so someone had to fix them for me. The second time I went the woman who did my nails was such a sweetheart my nails looked amazing I was very pleased. My third experience being the worst the nail tech wasnt very pleasant & I had two nails break the very next day went back to get them fixed the next day another nail broke & then another & another my nails broke doing simple task such as putting on my a bra 😑. Will not be returning to this salon! PISS POOR!!!

Nice looking place, polish was applied well, but that was by far the FASTEST pedicure Ive ever gotten (12 mins from the moment I sat down to the moment I got up.) I wouldnt even call it a pedicure, more like a polish change. If youre looking to get a pedicure on your lunch break, great. If youre like me and get a pedicure to clean up your nails & feet and enjoy and relax for a little bit, this was DEFINITELY not it. They had good reviews so maybe it was just the nail tech I happened to get, but I doubt Ill be back to waste my money on testing it out again. For $23 I could have done that at home. Disappointed.

Went in for a refill thought we give it a try beside the other bad review because we saw some good ones. A few people here said to go to Lee so we did we ask for Lee. Whiles getting my nails done the old nail polish wasnt remove completely. While doing my nails he burn one of my fingers. As I was sitting down I felt as he was rushing. Felt unwelcome didnt get good customer service at all. Then when I ask for the design that I wanted. He couldnt do my design because someone else does it and there not there today. I was really hoping for a good experience and it was just bad so awkward to be there. I like to try new places and I would not be coming back. Ps I almost didnt tip so disappointed.

I just came here about a week ago. I came in and they greet me with a smile, and they ask me how I was doing. They are very polite, and I got my nails done really good. Love iT.

I have been coming to this shop for 4 years, I am always treated like family and they do a great job on my nails and feet. I recommend this shop for a nice relaxing day of beauty.

This place is horrible and extremely rude they don’t care about your time. I’ve made appointments and when I show up someone is with the person I made an appointment with. This has happened multiple times and the manger was rude and just told me I have to wait for her to be done

The only positive thing about this spa is the location. The service is very poor. They have these inexperienced technicians who barely speak English pushing on you to do your nails and if you refuse, they say mean things in their language. I have proof because I’ve recorded them and had it translated.They have messed up my nail to the point I have I be wearing my natural nails now until they are repaired. I wish I could post a photo.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I used to come here to see Ti but hes no longer employed at this location. Most of the good techs are gone and their customer service is HORRIBLE. If you dont watch the new techs they will try to distract you with light conversation as they mess up your nails and skip steps needed to complete. Ive been a customer for the past several years but I will not be returning because of the rudeness of staff, tl lack of skillset or the techs and of their ridiculous pricing gauging.
