We were recently in a very time-sensitive situation with an sudden and urgent need to accommodate a loved one after a hospital stay, and Brandy, Jeremy, Angela, Nicole and several others moved a few mountains to help us in our time of need. In addition, the two gentlemen delivering the furniture were incredibly polite and helpful. If you need rental furniture, I suggest you call Buddys! Their customer service is top notch.

Buyers beware! I got an Iphone 8 Plus from buddys. Great phone. I paid weekly. I had insurance on the phone. The insurance covers everything from drowning it to dropping it to theft. I have been a pretty faithful customer to them and on February 15, my phone was stolen. This entire incident happened outside in the yard when this same stranger also took off in someones car. Luckily I had insurance on my phone that covers theft, so I just went to Buddys and told them what happened. They said they needed a copy of a police report so I returned with one. And guess what?! The INSURANCE that I PAY for does not cover this incident and I have been paying on this phone for about 5 months by this time! I asked them why. They said its because there was no signs of forced entry for them to get to my phone. They also added that it cant be someone that I know that stole it. Okay....This was a stranger!! But CAN I BE REAL! I DONT GIVE A RIP if my own MOM stole my phone. I pay for the insurance that supposedly covered theft. But my insurance doesnt cover it because my front door wasnt smashed in and the windows werent broken?! Thats BULL! So basically even if it did get stolen from inside the house, if they can pick a lock on my door, my insurance still wouldnt have covered it. This incident happened in the yard! My phone was on me, not in the house. Its not a couch or a tv. No one had to break in my house to steal this if I wasnt in my house. Oh and get this, since I signed a contract with insurance added, I cant change that to make my payment cheaper Even tho I dont even have a phone anymore. I am NEVER doing business with them again and neither is anyone I know.

They have awesome deals and the peoole are so awesome. They really care about thier customers, and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. We got a bed from them. This is the most comfortable bed ever. Also, their pricing and payment plans are totally workabke and they make sure it fits your life. If i could give it 0 stars i would. This store in Cullman has the worst customer service i have ever seen, not only did they take more money then they said they would they were beyond rude and even cussed me out when i asked to speak to their managaer and then hung up on me!! WORST STORE EVER!!

I wish I never started an account with buddys. Everytime Im almost done with my payments Im hit with another 700 dollars and I have no idea why.
