1 star because 0 is not possible. Set 2 appointments for 5pm today, received confirmation. Called to make sure we were okay with said appointment was requested to come in a few minutes later- which was no problem but once he was available he disappeared into the back with not one word directed to us. He comes back out, I kindly reminded him of our 5 oclock appointment at 5:40 he then responded with come back next week because Im busy with not one other customer in the building. Horrible service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. #GB 💕

I took my son for a cut, and he had long, wavy, out of control hair. We came in and had the best experience I could have hoped for. The salon professionals are highly skilled and very personable. On top of that, the prices are shockingly reasonable. My son and I are SO glad we found this place and will be loyal customers moving forward!

Place where customer service is something that does not exist and is not valued. If I were you I would not waste your time at this place. Many other hair salons would be happier to provide you with the service youre paying for.

I have visited them yesterday since I live nearby. I loved the hair cut. I couldnt understand the ladys tough Vietnamese accent but she did an amazing hair cut. $ 15 and less than 8-10 mins. Impressive! Will visit and recommend.

The stylists are nice and do a great job. If youre looking for any type of cut, they do it to your preference and personalize it to you.

Ken is a great barber and always cuts my hair very neatly! The wait time may be a bit long because of his popularity but this place is always my reliable go-to spot unlike many other salons I’ve been to.

Went with my boyfriend to get his haircut. The store was suppose to open at 10 its opened at 10:15, then my boyfriend called me over to talk to me about what he wanted to get done. I stood there for only for one minute, & before my boyfriend could even speak to me the guy working “Ken” started telling me to go sit down and how he has cut my boyfriends hair for a long time. My boyfriend has liked this place for a long time but there is no reason to push someone out of talking to there significant other no matter how long you have worked on there hair. I’m sorry but customer service is really bad here. I will not be coming back!

He is a rasist little guy. Only likes people from his culture. Cuts hair like a drunk. Honestly dont go here. Pay 2 more dollars and go to sports clips. I could do better with a butter knife.

Ken is awesome! VERY patient with my 2 sons 2 and 5 years old. I drive all the way from Hurst just to take them to Ken. I have tried closer places but always end up going back to Ken.

Takes time to cut hair but does a good job

The owner was very rude and acted like he did not want our business. While cutting our sons hair, he told us that we should take our son to the previous salon that we went to, because he did not know how to cut it then without care he keep cutting. Overall very rude and would never recommend. Very sloppy job
