I bought a Groupon for 2 manis/pedis, called for an appointment. Spoke with the Manager and he was so accommodating. He set an appointment for my daughter after the salons posted hours. We came about 15 minutes early and the technician was still busy with other clients and told us she would be a little late. She was the only tech and had 2 women she was working on. She was finally able to get to us an hour after our appointment time. During the time she was with her previous clients, my daughter and I ran out to get her something to eat as we felt bad about her being the only tech on site. When we finally got in our chairs it was 830pm. She was very nice girl and she tried, but Im not sure shes a licensed tech. She cut and filed my nails down to numbs, didnt cut any cuticles or remove any calluses on my feet. Both my daughter and I walked out looking like we had done our own nails in a moving vehicle. Again the tech was very nice, but kept saying that she was not giving us great service. She told us she didnt have the right tools to get this done. I blame the owner for this...He should not have scheduled 2 people with 1 tech, he should confirm her licensing.This was a terrible experience and the poor tech is overworked.(we didnt leave the shop until 1130pm!!!)Theres a lot to be desired...if the Groupon seems too good to be true, at this shop, it is!!!

Best nail salon in Irving and Coppell. They were so sweet, professional, and friendly. My pedicure and manicure was amazing. They took their time and made sure everything looked great. They are so creative and, make such a fun yet relaxing environment their customers. I cant say enough good things about them. Will definitely be going back. 👍👍♥️♥️

Fantastic Nail Work! Been coming here for over 3 years. Lynn and Johnny are such perfectionist with your nails. I always get compliments. Make an appointment ! walk-ins can sometimes be difficult due to it being a small family run business. Great Prices and very friendly. Oh and the new massage chairs for the spa pedicures- Amazing!

The best standard manicure Ive ever had. Usually my polish doesnt survive the trip through the parking lot at other salons. Im on day 3 and went through my full hair washing routine. I only have one bit of polish coming off in a corner of one nail! I was a walk in and got great service. Good price for standard manicure service. Since this is near where I work, I will definitely visit again.

Got referred here. I was a walk in and got taken care of right away. Theyre very friendly and nice! I loved that I was able to get wine while getting my nails done. Definitely coming back :)

I was happy to try this place out because it has good reviews and is convenient. I walked in and there was no one there. It took 10 minutes for them to figure out how to fill the tub and get me seated. They had no clue what they were doing! The pedicure itself was no better! They obviously had no training. I should’ve walked out at the very start. I recommend going somewhere else.

They suck. I have been there six times, each time thinking it will get better. Its right up the street, convenient right. They have their son or young person in their family doing their work. They skimp on product, dont know how to do a simple french. Dont even pink it. They are lazy. Last time I will spend my hard earned money on slackers.

I have been going to Lovely Nails and Spa for about two years now. I have to say that I am completely impressed with the changes being made by the new owner and his team. Joneesha does a phenomenal job with both my nails and my pedicure. They had a few growing pains with the change of ownership but those issues appear to have resolved themselves. A black owned nail spa! I am impressed guys and you have earned my business.I also had my eyebrows done and a bikini wax by Misty. She knows what she is doing and I will not be going to anyone else for waxing purposes.

They say hours open at 9:30am but that is not true. No one ever there and no ever answers the phone. When the owner answers on occasion he makes up excuses and schedules appointment and then no one there at appointment time!! I bought on groupon and cannot get a refund and been trying for 2 minths to get my PAID service done. Worst customer service ever! Buyer beware of this messed up business and do yourself a favor and go absolutely anywhere else!

I absolutely love this place. Ken and Amy are so personable and go above and beyond to please. I have yet to be disappointed in my service. Best pedicure ever!!! The 20 minute massage is unbeatable.

This place is under new management. Good customer service, I liked my pedicure and gel nail. Taught me about skin and foot care.Close to my home. I will be coming again and would recommend.

Purchased several Groupons for my team to go get mani/pedis for the holidays as well as one of our team members is moving out of the country. Have called and emailed several times since purchasing to set the appointment, no answers to phone calls or replies to emails. Drove up here today as their posted hours say they opened at 9:30. There is no one here and there are no signs notifying customers to any changed hours.From the add-ons and the tips we were ready to spend on, they just lost quite a bit of $ today.

I used to frequent this nail salon when Amy and her husband were the owners. I popped in one day after they changed management and was turned away, explaining that due to lack of staff it’s always best to make an appointment. Totally understandable.A few months later, my usual nail tech was out of town and I needed a last minute pedi & full set. I called Lovely Nails earlier in the afternoon asking if they had availability that evening. The woman explained that they were closing early (at 6pm) but they could take me if I arrived around 5pm. In order to make this possible I had to ask my husband to leave work early to come home and take care of our two kids, which I told the lady and even called her back to confirm that he would and i’d be there at 5. I arrived exactly at 5:01pm. I picked my colors and sat and waited.. and waited.. finally at 5:37 I got up and walked out.I’m usually a patient, UNDERSTANDING person but don’t make me feel like I need to rush to be there by a certain time, having my husband leave his job early, just to make me sit and watch you casually chat with your clients and barely look down to do their nails. Not only that but I never got any type of apology or anything for waiting. I’ll never return while the current management is in charge.

I set my appointment at 2 o’clock 08/24/19 and get there early and the doors are locked 2:10 still no one has shown up - My husband bought me a Groupon just because and I’ve been really excited to come in. However, they seem to either be booked up when I called so I set an appointment. I really just wanted to redeem my Groupon. I arrived early and even waited for now 20 mins after my appointment at 2 and even called. There’s no VM setup. I wished I’d seen this before my husband got it.

I went to lovely nail and spa expecting a wonderful experience, but they treated me poorly and had no respect for there customer. I tried to ask them what their rates for pedicures are, but they answered me rudely by saying no, no, look, then started to speak chinese like I did not exist!! The job they had done on my toes was even worse, they left dead skin and I had to repeated my tell them the spots they missed. I hope that no one will ever experience what I did and I will make sure to never recommend this nail spa to any of my friends!!

Establishment was closed when I arrived on a Friday at 4:30pm. They’re supposed to open till 7pm. Glad I didn’t buy the groupon prior.

They won’t lift the phone, if they r they give appointment whn we go thr they won’t be thr. I never saw this type of nail spa. Don’t trust n don’t go with price

I literally just wanted them to take the solar color off of my nails and the gentleman got upset and told me if it is that easy, you do! I tried to explain what I wanted and he was very angry and unprofessional. I dont understand why it was such an issue, but I will never come back or recommend.

My husband bought me a Groupon for Mother’s Day and I’ve been really excited to come in. I’m new to Coppell and was hoping this would be the nail salon I could/would go to on a regular. However, they seem to either be booked up when I call (tried to redeem since week of Mother’s Day), closed whenever I drop by for a walk-in or whenever they do answer the phone and we set an appointment, the salon is closed and no one calls to cancel/reschedule or apologize for wasting my time and my gas. I’m a mom and have to make arrangements for my toddler. Last week, a gentleman answered and apologized the salon was closed for my appointment and said I was in the appointment books for the date I specified and told me to come in last Sunday and they would do something for me. I thought that was nice and really just wanted to redeem my Groupon (Not asking a lot). I arrived early and even waited for 10 mins after my appointment at 10a and even called and emailed. There’s no VM setup. I also called back a couple days ago to reschedule and the phone rang and rang. Overall, I’m just disappointed and no one has called me to apologize or reschedule me. If I could get a refund for the Groupon that would be great. BTW, the day of one of my appointments, another potential customer was knocking on the door and looking through the window and eventually left.

Im not sure if they got new management, but the girl looked so lost. I got nexgen and she missed a few important steps! I was shocked to walk in and not see any vietnamese workers. That really threw me off. They charged $35 for nexgen and DID NOT do a good job. You can see where she didnt dip far enough, and my nail bed was not filed properly so its rocky and rough. There was a mexican lady working there and she kept staring at me the whole time. As soon as I get back from vacation, im taking these nail off. Complete waste of money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They do not know how to do nails at all I gave them three chances and it was always the same after you leave my nails had big ridges in the middle and was never all the way covered in all of the nail . These ladies may have a license who knows but they do not know how to do dipping or a french manicure on your own nail or anything else. And I agree the place was never busy no matter what day of the week or time that should tell us something. The owner walks in like she is all that and pretends to care about her customers then get techs who know what the hell they are doing. I hope they shut down this shop soon and get a professional nail shop in . I wish I could have given this a -5 star !!! And yes thats a negative 5 star this was the only shop my nails got brittle and bruised a few days after .To the owner who sent me a reply first I am not stupied I know where I go and you are in the shopping center with Tom thumb and boston market and pizza hut and a cigar place and a jewelry place corner of MacArthur and east belt line, there were two black females very nice one was pregnant and then there was a lady who looks Hispanic or another that doesnt matter . They never took my name or anyone because no one was ever in there lol but good try . And stop giving yourself a pat on the back with we do this and that for customer and with discounts and whatever . No one cares except about there service and a waste of our money . Thanks though.

I visited here for the first time, i asked for basic pedicure they charged me 20$, which included so called massage, which he did for 2 mins and when i asked for more they said this is basic pedicure so they massage for less time, they charged 35$ for dip alone and charged 14$ more for manicure again, which included so called 1 to 2 min massage like applying some baby moisturizer and then asked her to do some nail art for my toe nails(just for two big fingers), she asked me to show from internet and when i show she was like thats tough and I dont have tools n all and ended up wid some stupid dots which i can do better at home..overalll worst experience, they act like they are friendly but are not...
