I had a bad experience with this place. I asked for a certain color and one lady looked at it and set down the specific powder. I then took that powder and this other lady started filing and dipping my nails. I went back and looked at the photo only to realize it was the wrong color. It was half way done and I told the lady and she said she could offer to remove but I was busy and had to go asap. I told her it was fine and asked if I could get five dollars off since it was the wrong color and she said no and started saying my color right now looks better anyway. Which was NOT the point. James got involved and I tried being polite explaining my situation but he kept saying “No no no no” and wasn’t listening to me. He started raising his voice and started acting really disrespectful. I ended up playing the full price and my friends nails were breaking. The person who did my nails was very aggressive and rude. Definitely not coming back here. Very bad staffing.

Ive been going to see Ana for several years and I have never been disappointed! She always goes above and beyond to make sure my nails are exactly what I want! Na and Melissa are great too! They take care of my daughters nails and she is always happy when shes leaves!!! I look forward to seeing the girls every 2 weeks they always make me smile!! I would and have recommended them......... my manager sees Ana now tooooooooo!!!!!!!

Dear manager/owner of the store, today I had a very bad experience with your store, because I was in store around 6 45 pm for the pedicure and first of all there is no warm welcome and they asked what kind service you need, I said pedicure and immediately your employee said we don’t do pedicure at this time and I don’t understand because store close at 8pm Cst and out side of store you mentioned walk-in’s accepted. I was straight from doing my hair henna and a facial from another parlor so I am thinking that your store employee judged based on my appearance. This is very bad and also rude. The lady was so rude didn’t even said HI when I entered the store and very unprofessional and looks like they don’t want to work and I need explanation from management if you guys close store at 8 pm and why your employee a not allowing customers one hour 15 mins before . I cloud have give zero star rating s but not possible

This is best pedicure I’ve ever received! The spa treatment was so amazing, I can’t recommend this place enough. The woman who painted my nails was very kind, and if I’m ever nearby again, I’m definitely coming here

Melissa is my favorite. She pushes me out the box with my nails and still gives me the professional look I prefer.

Na does an amazing job, every single time! She is consistent. I am extremely picky about the shape, width, length and thickness of my nails. She always does them exactly how I want them. She stays busy, so I have to make appointments, but it is so worth it.

I discovered Janes and Nas salon through a lady I work with. Her nails were perfection, seriously. Ive been going to Coppell Nails for over two years and love James to do my nails and Ana for pedicures. But they are all awesome. They recently moved to a much larger and nicer space in the same center.You cannot go wrong here! I drive from Fort Worth.

Came here because it was open after 7pm when I get off work and its halfway between my sister and I. Ended up getting the dipping powder gel and it was great! It wasnt until after I visited other places that I realized the quality of attention they give your nails was limited. Only lasted 2 weeks compared to other places.

My nails totaled 80.00 and the guy ended up charging my card 800.00 by mistake. Mistakes happen and Im understanding of that. But he just brushed me off saying hell void it while he ran over to do someone elses nails. Meanwhile the money didnt go back into my account until 8 days later. Horrible Customer service!

I have been looking for a good nail place since I moved to the area, and I stumbled upon Coppell Nails. I was very impressed! They did an excellent job on my nails, and I am very picky. The employees were very friendly. Great prices! I have made this place my new nail salon and I dont want to try anywhere else.

I started coming here about six months ago when my son & family moved to the area. I dont know why but my shellac manis last longer than any of the places I go in my hometown. The service is always great and Im not even a regular.

The quality of nails at this place is horrendous. They are not friendly, especially the lady that sits in the front on the right by the wall of nail polish. I came in for ombre nails and they tried to argue with me saying I had to have my nails really long for the style, which is not true. Im 7 months pregnant and moving into my new home this weekend and didnt want super long nails. The guy that sits in front on the left did a horrible job on the ombre. He didnt blend the two colors well, therefore the ombre appearance doesnt look right. He also put too much powder on the bed on my nails and now theyre super bulky, even after he filed and grinded them. My nail bed looks really wide and it looks terrible. I wish I could upload a picture on the Google review. Got my eyebrows waxed as well and she didnt do what I asked and left a lot of hair that I had to pluck myself when I left.

Worst possible experience Ive ever had. False advertisement made a phone call asking about prices got there. Charge completely different price and my nails painted black and my cuticles have more nail polish on and then my nails do. Ladies dont go there are you just going to waste your time and your money.

I came here for few years already, always walk in for pedicure, last time I have Lisa did it for me, shes sweet, she took her time and talking little to much with the owner by language I didnt know back and forth(Possibly Cambodia), I dont know what theyre talking about? It makes me confused!? Her job was bad, she did not take good care of my cuticle, maybe shes busy talking? she told me she working there for 3 years, I dont think so? I even didnt see her license on the board? Im not happy the last time pedicure!

First time here, sat and waited for 40 min. I kept looking at people who came after me, got sat down immediately to be taken care of but they kept me waiting. Without me even asking they kept telling me someone will be with you shortly. I got up and left, they tried to stop me, I put my hand up and said no. They let me leave cause they absolutely knew how they treated me. How is a nail place still open with such horrible reviews? Stop giving them business so they can shut it down.

I went here a few weeks back and it was the first nail salon Ive EVER been to that actually cut me. Everything was going fine, until the girl who was doing my pedicure snipped a little too close on the cuticle of my big toe and it started bleeding. I dont know if she noticed or what, but she didnt stop to get new tools or sterilize anything. She just kind of wiped off my toe. It didnt really hurt but it kind of stung the rest of the pedicure. And it continued to break open and bleed again afterwards. That has never happened to me before, and Ive been to some worse nail salons than this one. On top of that, I came in a different time once just to get my eyebrows done, and it was during my lunch hour so I was crunched for time. When I got in there, they just asked me to so and wait. It took them over half an hour to see me.

DO NOT GO HERE! U will do yourself a favor! My wife got her nails done here NEVER AGAIN!!! It took two hours to get her nails done two hours on the table!! Not even the wait on top of that. Nobody wants to spend that much time at a salon. On top of that they didnt even care to give my wife at least a discount they apologized a thousand times but thats not good enough on top of that they didnt even do it right!!. The nails dont look good. IM PISSED OFF AND I DONT EVEN DO MY NAILS IMAGINE MY WIFE.. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE HERE. THIS PLACE WILL LEAVE U STRESSED!!
