They did not pressure me into doing anything to my vehicle that I didnt want done.They have my utmost respect

Most recently my vehicle was damaged during a routine servicing. Im currently having to success with Valvoline accepting liabilities and offering a repair. Ive went here since they opened and never had an issue. After speaking with several people, others are also having bad experiences. I understand accidents happen but one should accept liability. I only want my vehicle back to its operating condition as it was when I pulled into their bay! Will update...

I came, I arrived, I was serviced, and I learned new car lingo! I spent alot of money but Ive learned that these guys are better than those WallStores. Plus I love thre cameras/ hate the restraining in the cab staring at my headliner! 🤓

I dont really know much and the guys there didnt shame me. My car is new to me and they explained everything as they did it. Wxplaining what type of oil I needed and why, how many miles, how to check it. Whats it supposed to look like. Im so grateful.

I literally watched a car finish with their service and pull out as I was pulling up. I was able to pull straight into a bay and the oil change was literally done in 10-12 minutes without having to leave my car. 10/10 will be back!

Charged me $50.00 for 2 windshield wipers, one was white in color and was a piece of junk. Didnt clear rain good at all, and left a white stain on my windshield that I have not been able to remove so far.

Doesn’t keep oil on stock for European cars and staff will argue with you on what will and will not work for your car.

I went a few weeks ago and the staff seemed to try to scare me off by telling me there would be a 45 min wait when there was no one in line and with a 15 minute oil change advertisement. So I waited... and got in the bay in 10 mins. Then they told me they just didn’t have my oil and they would next week... I came back today and told the employees to check if they have my oil before I wait in line again and they said yes. Waited for 25 mins got in the bay then they told me they didn’t have my oil AGAIN! As I was leaving the man smiled and said you’re not coming back...... this is not how you get customers!

Went to get an oil change today, and Jordan, my tech was excellent! Jerry, the fill in supervisor is very good at what he does. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend this place.

Very fast but no way to tell which lane will open up first so I was serviced after someone that had arrived after I did.

Didn’t have a very good experience for my first time using a Valvoline. Decided to use them since my hometown oil change was closed and saw online that the prices were similar but boy was I wrong. What would’ve costed me about 40 dollars before now costed me close to 80. Service was great but definitely cheaper options.

Our truck said we needed to change oil even though it was 3000 miles early. We were traveling thru Paducah Ky, so we stopped for service. After cking everything, he said there was plenty of oil and that we did not have to get more. The oil change button had not been pushed. Thank you for being honest.

Preface this with I bought this old change through groupon which does not say anything about tax not being included. Its not my job as the technician specified to go to groupon, that is Valvolines deal for a company they sell to who is not portraying their business correctly. Second, after I left I was reading over my service report and noticed a few inconsistencies. I drive an 02 Ford explorer sport trac, so not a newer vehicle by any means. Im reading over their maintenance checks and they noted they did not check my power steering fluid level or my transmission fluid level because they were sealed systems. This is grossly inaccurate and poor performance on their part. This was my last trip no matter how convenient.

All staff were Very professional. In and out in 15 minutes. Well worth the money.
