This is a great place to get Manicure and pedicure.Clean and good service.I got there 15 minutes before they close and ask for a pedicure and Cindy was kid enough to make it happen.Cindy was wonderful, attention to detail and even though it was close she really took the time to make me feel comfortable.Also great massage.I had that Lavander and mint pedicure highly recommend it.Ill definitely go back.

After meeting my Mom for lunch yesterday, I came in for a nail fix. Id had them done at a different salon and they were awful!! They were able to take care of me right away! Tony did a fantastic job! Night and day from when I came in! We live an hour an hour away now and I would happily drive the hours time to visit this nail spa to have Tony do my nails. They were that good. Friendly, professional, clean and they do fantastic work!

I found legacy and Cammy by chance and on a whim while driving from Ftworth. What a mistake, now I’m driving from McKinney to Coppell once a month bc Cammy is perfect. She never hurts me and does a spectacular job

Such a great experience. I should’ve gotten our technicians names but they did a really great job. My friend and I both loved our pedicures which were relaxing and the nail detail was great. My dip nails look fantastic and since I had two manicurists working on me, we were done in 50 minutes. even with the fast timeframe I still felt relaxed and in no way rushed. it was awesome.

Worst full set manicure I’ve ever had. All of my nails were different shapes and lengths. There was so much glue left over that it split my skin and started bleeding when I went to wash my hands. They literally didn’t even try, he just threw this set on. I am literally too embarrassed to leave my house with my nails looking like this. Not to mention one of the ladies that works the front was is always so short and rude with me but extremely nice to their “regulars.” This was my third and last time getting a manicure and pedicure here. Every time I come it’s the same. They pick and choose who deserves “good customer service.” I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was my third visit to this establishment where I was left disappointed.

Everyone is always so polite and conversational (if you like to talk.) I have small nails which sometimes makes the dip look thick, not here. My nails always look good. Ask for Irene or Cammy. They rock!They have really nice pedicures and manicures. You definanty get your monies worth. Very relaxing!

I have been to this nail salon multiple times for various services. I always have had great service and leave feeling relaxed. They are quick and efficient, make pretty good cosmopolitan for a nail salon, and are quite friendly. Their place is clean and their TVs work and are always tuned to Chip and Joanna. I moved away from the area but will drive back to this salon after experienceing some horrid service elsewhere. Thanks Legacy Nails.

This place should be closed. I only went there as I was desperate and needed my nails done during my lunch today. I asked the guy who knew how to do stiletto nails. He said oh yes, we can do ok. I sat down with the RUDEST nail tech (Michelle). She clearly did not know how to do the stiletto nails. Cut my nails too short, and gave me what looks like almond shaped nails! UGH!! I dont care how bad I need my fill, I will wait and go to my usual place-EVA Nails. They are awesome if anyone needs recommendations!

Horrible service!!! The worst customer service ever!!!! This place needs to be shut down!! This was my first time visiting this place! Eric and Irene was a nightmare!!! Please stay away from this place...The lady at the front desk was rude I didnt get a chance to get her name! The techs in the back were arguing and it got really loud the other customers were uncomfortable as well. It was Unprofessional and truly disturbing in the manner of how this shop was being ran. My nails turned out horrible and the tech Irene had an attitude when asked to fix them! She was really mean! There were two techs I observed that were really nice to there customers. Never go here!!

I dont know the name of the ladies that took care of me but I was attended very quickly and foot and hand grooming was very relaxing. Very satisfied with this location. Highly recommend it.

I wish this place were better, because its a beautiful salon in a great location. But its terrible. The young guy who wears hair in ponytail destroyed my cuticles, cut way too much and made me bleed on the spot, and the next day almost every finger hurt. His work was also terrible, as he put the thickest powder on, didnt file or shape, and I had to ask him to fix two nails at the end that were clumpy and visibly flawed. Avoid this guy.

They were able to get me into the a chair very quickly and the employee that did my nails was very friendly and knowledge of what they were doing. I have been to another nail salon in Lewisville and my nails were always uneven and began to peel right away. My nails are looking much better and I am vey pleased with the service so far. For a dip nails it was about $38.

I first want to say its hard to find a good nail tech whom you love just like a hair stylist. I was on the hunt for one and decided to try Legacy Spa with my aunt. The first nail tech they put me with was Irene, she was really sweet, as she did my nails I watched as she perfected each nail asking me along the way was I satisfied. As she applied color to my nails I couldnt stop smiling because my nails were Perfect, Neat, Thin, and Clean! I knew my hunt was over and Ive found my nail tech and shes been doing my nails every since. I get so many compliments on my nails its crazy! From waitress, co-workers, cashiers, ppl off snapchat, family, friends, even men! Ive never had an issue with this establishment, front desk has always greeted me in a friendly way. Theyre sweethearts especially Eric.

Friendly service! Im not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but I had a great experience. I was a walk-in for a pink/white fill & pedicure and was immediately seated in a chair. Both of them were friendly and kept a conversation up with me. Although the price was a little higher ($26) than what I usually pay ($20) it was still worth it. She took the time to do the job right and I am very happy. The man doing my nails was friendly and even matched the price of my regular salon to keep my business. The only downside was that I was not told the gel would be extra ($7) but otherwise I am still happy and will return again!

I love Legacy Nails in Coppell. They have a nice atmosphere, reasonable prices, attend to you quickly and make you feel comfortable. They always offer you a beverage (alcohol as well). I always relax and sometimes take a snooze when getting my mani/pedi and thats without drinking anything.

This place is horrible! If you go there please dont let the young girl with the blonde hair touch you!!! She was more interested in where I got my watch and if I live around the nail shop, instead of my feet.. She cut the side of my toe, nowhere near my toenail, for the life of me I cant understand how she even did it. After the owner/manager came over and stopped the bleeding the nail tech didnt even apologize. All they were concerned with if I was still going to get my pedicure. 1st bad experience I had there but they handled the situation very wrong.. Wont be back!!

If you want your eyebrows a particular way and maybe even fixed, please ask for Cammy. She takes her time and will let you know what she plans to do by showing you in the mirror. She is a perfectionist and does her best to give you the look you want! Love it!

I had a salon I went to for a very long time, but now it’s too far of a drive so I had to change. I’m very picky, but Ilene was AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back and get a pedi done with my nails! 👍🏻

Update: went in with a group of 3. Pedi was okay no issue there really. However as I called the day to schedule the appointment I asked if they do ombré acrylic nails and was told yes, so I scheduled. When I arrived and asked for ombré acrylic, it seems all hell broke loose. One tech walked away ranting in her native language and the other through a fit that she only did ombré in powder and had an attitude the rest of our time there. Then the tech doing my nails was taking calls while doing my nails. A simple we can’t do that style, let’s try another would have sufficed. Ended up paying almost $100 and my nails have bubbles. I didn’t go back. Just gave up. Although the nails has tiny bubbles his technique is lasting and thin near the nail bed.Summer 2019Went in with a friend to both get powder nails and the service was great and so were our nails all for an affordable price.

My 13 year old daughter got powdered nails and left with many bleeding cuticles. Of course, it hurt a lot too. The owner/manager wouldn’t give me a refund and just said that she would give her a better technician next time. Meanwhile, that same technician was doing the same thing to someone else. This is unacceptable. Coppell has many nail salons- don’t go to this one.

Went here to get my eyebrows waxed...When the lady took me back to do them, she asked how I wanted them done. I told her to just clean them up. My eyebrows are slightly arched so she told me that she was going to make them straight...because youre a boy. boys are not supposed to have them arched so Im going to just leave those little hairs there so theyll grow out and when you come back Ill make them straight. I told her not to do that and to do the job that I asked her to. She then proceeded to ask me if I had a girlfriend, and all these personal questions.She was very rude and unprofessional. The service would have felt better if she had just told me at the front, We dont serve your kind.. It would have at least saved me time, and money from having to go get them fixed elsewhere afterwards.

I went and had my nails done and paid over $50 to get a gel manicure and the polish came off 3 nails in the first week. I went back to have them fixed and they said they were too busy. Will not be back!

Have gone here for a basic pedicure which was lovely. Very upscale atmosphere, friendly. Alcohol offered, amazing! Today I went for a manicure/nail set. Front desk was VERY sweet. Tim was my nail tech, & he did a real nice job but $53 to take off my previous manicure (from another salon) & do the dipping powder, 1 accent nail, including a $5 tip, was waaaaay more than i expected. I also told him Id like the polish on my real nails, then all of a sudden my nails were getting dipped in powder... Getting your nails done does not include the massage of a mani by the way, in case youre new to these services like me lol...

HORRIBLE! I made three appts for 6 15 and at 7 44 my sister is still waiting, and the staff is getting mad at US like we did it! If they were too full then they shouldnt have made my appt. The lady named Lucy who did my nails made 3 bleed because she wasnt paying attention AND she HIT me with the clippers and buffer if I wasnt giving her my attention (I was trying to speak with Lisa who was doing my toes). Then my moms nails are the wrong color and when she tells the man working on them, he ignores her When We both know he understood. Its not worth the money.

I get my nails done at least once a month, i just moved to the area and decided to try a new place. The Guy who did my nails was Unnecessarily rough, he cut me several times. My acrylic nails are ALready coming off and i got them done on Wednesday. They over charged me for a full set as well. I Will NEVER return to this location. By far the Worst place to go for a manicure.
