BELOW IS MY REVIEW THAT I LEFT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE. Here is my review that it has been less than a week.This is the WORST place I have been to get the Next gen dip! The same day I got my nails done, I had to go back to the shop to get one fixed because it was cracked. The owner kept saying that I had to have hit something, but I literally was on my couch all day until I got up around 4pm to get ready for my night and noticed my nail. He said it multiple times while he did a piss poor job at fixing my nail. It is the same color but it looks so bad.Now here we are on the Thursday after my nails were dont and there are scratches and cracks on half of my nails. I dont have hard work, I dont do much, there is no reason for them to look like this.It makes since to me now why I walked in on Saturday morning with no appointment and get right in. And the same on Saturday afternoon when I went to get it fixed. This is also the only place I have been where they have not used UV light to help set the dip. Very upset to have such a turn around after having a great visit.Its know as diamond nails and spa now but this place was great. I walked right in around 10am on a Saturday and had no wait! Picked my nextgen color and got started! Very friendly staff and great nail job!

Everyone is so nice here! Ive been getting my nails done with Charlie somewhere around 5 years now and he ALWAYS does a great job. They are good at listening to what you want and doing it instead of what they think looks good (yes, I have experienced this in the past). They also have a great range of color options (also seems to be uncommon). Pricing is set like just about everywhere else - the experience of good customer service makes the difference!

I went to this salon on Monday and on Tuesday my nail court came out. Add on this, my daughter did pedicure and manicure but her pedicure came out next day because they didnt put top court and base court, too. We went to back the salon to fix it. They fix both of our nail but their attitude was very rude. They think they didnt do anything wrong. I dont think they did good job at all. They were talking whole the time their language but didnt speak nice to my daughter. I wont go back this place for ever. I want to give this salon 0 star.

Cassidy is the best! I walked in an hour or so before closed and she took me right into her hands. not only did she make me feel very welcomed as a new customer, she did my nails exactly how I wanted and took her time. Very kind, outgoing, and a perfectionist. Ask for her when you go!!

Not a good visit. The woman who did my nails did not understand when I told her no lotion, no massage. Just needed my nails filed and painted. The other woman, who did understand, chose not to tell the lady helping me. Not until I got very upset and was ready to walk out. It took an hour and a half for her to file and paint my fingers and toes. The other lady did not help her at all or translate when I kept trying to refuse extra services. This is the second time Ive had this happen. Busy times when the bosses are there service is great. When they are not, the service suffers.

The lady was really nice but when she buffed my nails she buffed part of my skin and it bled and hurt really bad:( and then it happened again on my other hand!!! Also my gel nails were pink but the next day turned bright yellow?? Like it looked disgusting I cant believe I payed so much money for it- never going back, I feel like they need better quality supplies and more training.

Helped me choose a festive look for my nails. Have enjoyed them very much.

Cas was nice but my nails are definitely not what i wanted and i felt very pressured. This salon would be great for 30 and over because the nail style is very out dated my nails look like the thy belong to a 38 year old woman and NOT my style. Short and brown yes the color was my mistake however long nails is what i asled for and did not get.

They are a great team. Once they know your name they do not forget you. Very professional (other than 1) but that doesnt change my opinion about the place. The atmosphere may not be fancy but its clean. I suggest the first experience for a pedi, the signature if you dont mind spending $45. Call for an appointment.**Note** I have bad in-growing toe nails and my first experience of them working on my feet i was impressed!!!! No pain the next day or any soreness.

The only 5 star reviews are from years ago, and the most recent ones are bad. I see why....i got a full set. The website said $25, but they charged me $30. I asked for coffin shape, he started to cut my nails into the cat nail pointy shape. Apparently he didnt know what coffin shape was because I had to keep telling him to file the correct shape. He grinded my nails so flat that they started to tilt upwards. Wont be going back.

The service and sanitation was HORRIBLE! I went in to get a basic manicure. It started out great and me and my daughter were the only ones there. Another lady came and to get her eyebrows done and the person working with me stopped and did her eyebrows. No big deal. The. The lady wanted to know if she could get her nails done and how much. The person doing my nails said she could and to sit and she would start them. Then she came to me and skipped half the stuff and started painting them to rush me out and to do the other ladys nails! My nails look horrible! My 3 year old was getting her mani/pedi. The guy was great! Another lady walked in wanting a pedi. The first technition said for her to sit and signaled to the guy to get her situated. Then when he said he was almost done with my child she told him not to do all the clipping and just paint her nails! I know she is three but that doesnt mean you get to just skip half the stuff you can still do! He finished her nails and the lady was cleaning up. There was a towel that had halfway fallen in the water and she wadded it up and then wiped the seat with it! I love my child but other might not and that is gross! She swiped my card without even telling me how much it was so I dont even know if she added a tip secretly. I will NEVER go there again!!!

Very unprofessional. Messed up my friend’s nails and then proceeded to laugh while another nail technician tried to fix it. Very rude and condescending. Wouldn’t recommend going here. Also very overpriced for the quality of the service done.
