A friend and I tried to go to a nearby nail salon at 4pm on a Thursday and were told they couldn’t get us in until 5:30. I called Perfect Nails & Spa (across the street) and asked if they could get us in for 2 dip manicures right away and the woman said yes. There were 3 women working there and all of them were doing pedicures and manicures for 2 women. Someone brought us the dip colors, and said it would just be 5 minutes. I showed her a Valentine nail design and she said they could do it. 15-20 minutes later, they had us sit at the manicure tables where my friend was started on immediately and mine didn’t start for another 10 minutes. Getting the designs took longer and was harder than expected, and my tech forgot I had showed her and started putting the top coat on before I reminded her. Helen (who I think is the owner/boss) was very nice and gave us a discount and a coupon for next time. The next day at work, I noticed the top coat was chipping off my nails. I went back and Helen fixed them for me, with no problem. However, the person who did my nails the night before stood over us and made a few comments implying that I was difficult and that it must have been her top coat that was bad (I think she just did the gel top coat over the dip instead of the dip top coat). I am giving 3 stars only because I know this pandemic is leaving people short staffed and makes things more difficult. However, I’m not happy with my experience and would not recommend a dip manicure with a design if you go here. (1st picture- design I showed, 2nd/3rd- top coat chipping, 4th- finished nails after getting them fixed)

DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!!! My daughter and I went here for a girls day and we came home with terrible nails!! She got dip acrylics and her fingers were all bloody when we got home. I got the European manicure (they told us they had bad nail polish which was a red flag already). And all they did was paint my nails. We both got pedicures and we had to pay EXTRA for other services that said were already included. PLEASE DON’T WASTE UR MONEY HERE!!!

I came in for a mani pedi, and had a great experience. I was serviced by, Helen. Ms. Helen was lovely, and took excellent care of me. She made sure I was comfortable, and adjusted my seat for me before even starting. My hands and feet looked very well nourish after my visit. I definitely will be returning.

I guess shes the owner, she was a very care person with my manicure and nails I loved it... it was my 1st time here btw and for sure its my favorite place to go and get my nails done ✔ 😌

My daughter gave me a gift card for my birthday so I decided to give this place a try. The lady was kind and patient with me and the pedicure was heavenly. I will definitely be coming back.

The two ladies (Ms. Helen and Ms. Tricia) that serviced my mom and me were jewels! Simply kind and we had great conversation! However, since these ladies are super sweet, they are popular setting an appointment is strongly suggested.

Went here on a whim after work one day for just a manicure. Two days later and my nails polishing is already peeling off. Not to mention the salon was dirty and there was someone’s real fingernail on the station where I was getting my nails done. Maybe just an off day, but I will not be returning.

This place was so unprofessional as far as scheduling/ making appointments. They sat me down and I waited for about 20 mins and no one came to see me. I had to walk away…if you’re busy. Don’t set appointments!! One lady came to me to ask me what I wanted done then told me she was gonna start but leave to finish her costumer she was with. Not going back. I was very much looking forward for this salon but I guess I have to keep looking.

I went in for the second time to get manicure pedicure and refill. Trish did my manicure and refill both times she is amazing very accommodating and professional. Very thorough I am very satisfied. The young lady that did my pedicure is amazing also. I have to get her name. The owner is wonderful also the nail spa is warm and inviting. I am in love with my pedicure and my nails. My pedicure the polish the work is flawless. I cant say enough about this place. You have to go and get my treatment.

Excellent service and very professional. The have a nice rewards program where you get a pedicure after 10 services and yes pedicure and manicure count as 2 services. Will come back again.

My friend recommended this place and gave me a coupon so I decided to try it out. I got dip nails and decided to try their basic pedicure as well. My nails and toes turned out wonderfully and I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely come back!

Made an appointment an hour before and had no problem. The woman greeting me was so friendly, told me to take my time, and offered me a beverage. The atmosphere was calm and they had lovely music on. The man doing my nails was friendly and nice to talk to without there being pressure to talk (I am very quiet and shy so this was a relief). My nails look amazing. If definitely go back!

The staff here are wonderful! I brought my elderly parents in for a pedicure and they were so well looked after. The owners are really friendly and do a fabulous manicure and pedicure. Highly recommended!

I came here yesterday after work, and the light was off so I didn’t really have much hope that they were open but still drove in there and check. Gladly, they were very nice and stayed overtime to give me a manicure. My nail tech was very sweet and dedicated. She paid attention to every small details and made sure that I was happy. I’m far beyond please with the outcome and will be back in the future.

I adore this place. I love getting pedicures and waxing done here. The pedicures are sanitized and relaxing. The waxing is irritation free. Though my daughter has brought me to other salon before, Perfect Nails will always be my go-to.

Love them so nice and perfect about what they do

This is my normal go to spot for my nails and toes. I love them and they do an amazing job and i dont have a reason to complain. However today I was really unhappy with the way my nails turned out. They are to thick and not filed very well. I asked for square and they did a rounded . I am not one to complain but this was really disappointing for me especially with what I spent.

First person to work on my nails messed them up. Kevin fixed them and they look a lot better but still not great. Took 2 hours with no wait for them to do a set of dip nails, eyebrow wax, and polish change on my toes. $60. I still have cured dip powder all over my hands. My eyebrows look great though.

I came here for a badly needed manicure and pedicure while in town visiting. I got an immediate appointment, and ended up getting one of the hands-down best pedicures Ive ever had. It was all very sanitary, and the products they use are wonderful. Dont skip on the paraffin wax if youre dry. Youll love it.They actually soak your cuticles for a manicure! No salon does that anymore. I got a perfect polish job, and very sweet and personable customer service. I walked out super relaxed. This is not an in and out asap shop. Its what you want from a nail spa service, and rarely get.

Came here to get my nails done before our trip. Since I like the natural look, the nail tech recommended me to do ombré nails. I loved how it turned out - natural and very clean cuticle. I will be back.

I came yesterday for manicure (dipping powder) and pedicure as well as waxing. Very pleased with the outcomes. I’m so glad that I finally found my go-to salon from now on.

Friendly staff, always willing to squeeze me into their busy schedule! If they are too busy (I never make an appointment) we discuss the next best time for me, and they even stay late when I show up after work. My recent Aloe Vera pedicure is a game changer! My feet & legs are soft, relaxed, and primed for sandals.Customer service is outstanding - I messed up my toes once and they fixed them for me when they were very busy. I was grateful, and would recommend this salon to anyone.Unlike other salons, they are not pushing me to spend more money on “extras”, which I admire. I hesitate to publish this, because I don’t want my secret nail salon to be overcrowded!

I was recommended by my best friend and first been here around 6 months ago and since then, this is my favorite place for my nails and eyebrows .Though, I do like to try out new places and recently tried some new nails salon in the area, but this place is still my go-to place because of their cleanliness, devotees, and premium quality products.

I have been to this nails salon for 2 years now and they have never failed to give me the best experience possible.

They are good for regular pedi and mani, which I had done on the past a few times. This time I did the next gen manicure, as soon as she put the top coat it bubbled. She said, “this set of top coat is bad company, I return all”, (except the one she was using on me😫)let me try a different brand of top coat. She took off the top coat buffed, dipped again and still the same ugly result. I was running out of time and patience, so I got up told her I had to go. I told the girl at the counter, I didn’t like how my nails looked, apparently that girl was the daughter of the woman who did my nails, agreed that some nails didn’t look good. She went ahead charged me the full manicure price and asked to me to come back, when I had time so her Mom could fix my nails.NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN .

Terrible nails!!!! I wanted a pedicure and Nexgen/dip nails, they were doing the pedicure and another Lady started doing my Nails very very horrible and with a rude attitude, so I told her Stop!.. I dont like it, so she told me ok come and sit down to the nail table... and was worst so I told her - I need someone else to do it right, -( she got mad and hurt me under my Nail with the tool,) so the owner came and promess to finish everything right..... and after 1 hour they were so uneven so a third lady came and promess to fix them and after 45 min they were just ok....after 3.5 hours I was ready to pay ( expecting discount for this horrible person and experience.... and nothing.... 75 dollars total ... so I had it a coupon for 15% and it seems to be more than enough to them for me to be happy.... will never come back.

I’ve been coming here for years and the nail tech I had wasn’t shaping my nails like I wanted and kept trying to get me to wait till they were finished. She put on the top coat and ruined them immediately by putting on the cuticle oil. After that she rushed me to pay and wouldn’t take me coupon that the owner had given to me. She offered to fix the top coat but did the same thing and ruined them again and when I tried to stay to let them dry she made me leave.

Relaxed atmosphere/ great service

I came here because of all of the good reviews, and I dont feel like they reflected my experience. My nails ended up pitted and poor quality and have already started coming off two days after they were put on.They dont push back your cuticles and then trim them, they just use the dremel tool to cut them which runs up on your fingers and leaves cuts.The manicurists hands kept slipping when she was gluing the tips on leaving them sideways. When I asked for her to straighten them she told me that it was because my nail was growing that way instead of owning up to the mistake.They were pleasant and the salon was alright I was just really displeased with the work. Will not be returning a second time.

I just came here yesterday and it was definitely the most amazing experience I have ever had. I was totally surprised because of all the bad comments had given but this place amazed me today. They have a lot of staffs now so I didn’t have to wait at all. The atmosphere and the music was really calm and quiet. I got a mani and pedi combo and it definitely worth the money! The guy did an amazing job and the lady who did my nail was very fun to have a conversation with and she did a great job, too. The drink selection was great. I also received a coupon and a special little gift. The new manger definitely do an outstanding job and I will comeback. Highly recommend best nail salon in DFW area.

Just went for a mani pedi this afternoon, they took their time and I love my nails. It was quiet and very relaxing. Almost fell asleep a couple times lol the massages were fabulous and the complementary beverages are really nice.Lucy did my toes and I believe Chung did my hands. They are a little pricey I think but I had a coupon and they are way better than the other nail salons in the area so I think I will definitely be back.

Always call and make appointment. They are ready for me when I get there and if not the wait is not long. Staff is very nice.

I went there for Mani & Pedicure. Persons name by Waun took me in right away & started pedicure. He was very nice and always smiling! Then another lady who was doing pedicure on another person walked up to me& she wanted to start manicure on me without washing her hands. So I asked her, have you washed your hands? she got so mad& shouted me. I didnt quite understood what she was saying. In order to make me happy, she just sprayed some water on her hands& dried off. Then she put a pair of latex-gloves, which I have severe allergic-reaction to it & came upto me to do manicure. Again i humbly asked her if you have latex free gloves? Again she came so close to my face and shouted me and said something which t i didnt understand what she was yelling for. 2 Ladies there treated me very bad. At the end of the service,they packed everything so quickly and send me home without letting me to dry my nails. I will never go there again and recommend this place to anyone at all. They really dont know how to treat their customers well. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. ONLY ONE PERSON THERE, I RECOMMEND IS WAUN!! I WOULD GIVE HIM 10 STARS!!

Went in for a pedicure and the guy asked if I needed a manicure too. I said no, but I guess that wasn’t good enough so he reached for my hand and examined my nails himself. I must have been let off the hook when he saw I had a gel mani already and was told “one week left on this”. My pedicure chair was crooked so I spent the entire time slightly leaning to one side. My cuticles were barely touched, nails were shaped weird, and it took forever to paint them, then several times of going back with a brush and acetone to clean them up and they still didn’t look that great. The interior of the salon was painted in weird shades of purple that looked outdated. There are too many nail salons around for subpar experiences like this.
