I ask her I want to get done dipping powder nails done and I showed some pictures which one I want then she told me $5 extra for thin red lines that I said ok and $5 extra for nails tip I said ok then she started to do my nails I showed her pictures and she told me it’s for charges for different I was not happy with castle nails!

Went around 3 weeks ago. My daughter is 15 years old. Was charged the first time a total of 92 for two pedicure and one manicure. Went to get a filling with powder 40 bucks. I said she can get a whole set for 28. Price increase I understand but how is a refilled more then a full set. Will never go back due to prices and the rush job.
This salon is family owned and operated. When you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed. The whole team is attentive

The woman who waxed my brows wasnt rude, but definitely wasnt nice either. I wear prescription contacts, they shift after closing my eyes for a few minutes, so it usually hard for me to tell how well they had done on a detailed level. I later realized that a part of my left brow was kinda just gone, I didnt realize it sooner because of the comb over by other strands she didnt trim well.Now to the pedicure. The guy was SUPER nice, and the massage was decent, but the paint job was not nicely done. I knew it wasnt done to my satisfaction at the time, but I was on a time crunch and didnt pay attention to the end result. I will definitely not go back.
Visited this nail shop again and noticed new management. If you’ve heard about deluxe nails & spa in Dallas, they are the two sisters who used to manage that shop! Workers were very comforting along with great quality in their work; got a gel manicure and even though it has only been 4 days, it still looks very nice compared to other places I’ve tried. Apparently this place has only been under new management for a little less than a month, but there is a great amount of improvement. If you stopped visiting this nail spa, it is DEFINITELY worth coming back to.

Went back here on a whim to find out they are under new management! Two sisters, Alice and Helen are now running the business with all new staff. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly and really go out of their way to provide great service. If you had a bad experience in the past, I definitely recommend coming back and giving the new folks a chance!

Part of the nail salon experience is feeling somewhat pampered and always appreciated. I used to feel this way here, but the last visit was a downer. The work was OK, but I did not feel relaxed or appreciated. Was not offered a drink, etc. Just left feeling flat. Things change and there are plenty of options out there for getting the kind of experience you want.
This place is awesome. This is the only place that i can confidently say everyone who works here does a great job. I love to come this place .

Great staff. New management is more better. Although I’m a guy I still enjoy keeping my nails looking good. Will send my wife to this spot. I drive from flower mound. Worth the drive!
By far the rudest experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I’ve been going for 10 years. There are plenty of other great options nearby to choose from! I will definitely not be returning.

I USED TO love this place. When you walked in there was a friendly person to greet you, and they gave you a nice colorful “menu” to look at so you could choose what services you’d like. They offered pillows, hot towels, and drinks. You could watch tv on the big screen. People were friendly and the service was fast. Well NOT anymore. Today they were understaffed and the lady who helped me was rude. Several people walked out and I wish I would have done the same, but I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to find another place. The lady who did my nails made me feel stupid when I asked a question. The table where she did my nails was dirty and there were finger nail clippings on the floor. The color I got was not the same color I asked for. One of my nails started to bleed and she didn’t seem to care. I was so disappointed.
Gave them a shot because they have new management and I love my nails! Everyone was so nice too!
Never had any bad experience than this salon. I fixed an appointment to check the availability and went for a manicure and pedicure. When I said I just need classic Peddi and ask whether student discount is a available, the lady in charge was so rude in answering that too in bad English saying all days same rather all ages same. She immediately left us and answered the ones standing behind us and left us without asking anything further. It was the worst and most rude treatment I have ever got in Coppell, she is racist and being nice only in American people. I immediately left the place, I pay my money and pay I tip and get this service, there is no need to waste my money on such people with poor respect and character. I will never go here and no wonder why they already have a poor rating🤪

Customer service was horrible.People were going before others and in order to obtain service you have to have an appointment apparently. Stating the area I expected better.
I got my nails done for my wedding this weekend. I got an acrylic set with a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was good everything was done nicely and to my liking. But the woman who did my nails did horribly!! I didnt even get the manicure I paid for she just slapped on some acrylic nails. I got this done on Monday. It is Thursday and my nails are popping off. I have gotten acrylic nails at other places before and this has never happened. Even when she was buffing my pinky nail it popped right off and she had to start all over. HORRIBLE!! Im getting them fixed today and they better not make me pay a dime! Never going back here after the repair!
Terrible management. Rude owner. She yelled at me when I asked for shorter nails, she said I was “wasting her time” and “making more work” for her. I will NEVER give them my service again. Disgusting customer service.

I came into this nail salon with my significant other and my experience was absolutely ridiculous.We were greeted rudely as the non minority clients were greeted with care.Only when my face showed disgust did the lady begin to work on my pedicure after the other ladies who just walked in received EXCELLENT service. She touched my arm and apologized for the wait when THERE WAS NO WAIT.Asian Americans... you are still a minority as well. Treat all customers equally. You NEVER KNOW WHO THEY ARE or WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING.I will not be coming back.

Got my nails done with my daughter one day ago noticed that one of my nails was messed up before I left the salon I was asked to come back the next day they closed early came back the second day after work and she said they were going to close again early it was 6 o’clock the sign says 730 and they refused to still fix my two nails that they messed up. I will never come back to the salon again horrible customer service I should’ve gone to my regular nail lady over at Tip top Nails. Castle nails has the worst customer service and they’re affiliated with majestic salon and all they are concerned with is picking a color and ushering you out the door I will never come back to the salon and I will tell everyone I know to not go.
I am so extremely disappointed in this place. I used to enjoy frequenting Castle Nails, but since the change in ownership/management, it’s customer service and quality has drastically declined. After my experience yesterday, I will never go back. My polish was messy, nails were filed unevenly, but even worse, the technician spilled polish on my sandal - ruining it. He tried to use nail polish remover to get it off but only smeared it around worse and stained the shoe. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she tried smearing it with more remover and then asked me “you happy now?” Obviously not.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.DO NOT GO HERE!!!After a friend had a horrible experience earlier in the week, I thought I’d give them a chance. I waited for 45 min (no big deal on a Saturday) but when the lady came over to start my pedicure she sliced my toe open. Her fix: put nail glue on it so it will stop bleeding. I’m sorry what?!? Nail glue is not to be used to stop the bleeding of a cut. And now I have an open wound, thanks to a nail tech who doesn’t know how to use her materials, and am at risk for an infection. Let’s just throw in that I’m 28 weeks pregnant and my risk is already higher... not worth it. And when I tried to leave, she kept trying to grab my foot to do more stuff to it. No thanks!! I need to go home and properly clean it so I don’t get an infection. Your cotton ball that’s been who knows where and nail glue isn’t going to fix the problem.Such a shame this place has gone downhill as it used to mine, and my friends, favorite place to get our nails done. My business will be taken elsewhere.
Worst nail experience I’ve had. Super rude staff. They had one of those check-in machines where you type in your phone number to get points - I started doing that and the lady at the front desk said “not yet”. I didn’t understand her well so she slapped my hand away from the machine! As I’m typing this, I can’t believe I stayed after that, but I had already gone to another salon and they were busy so I stayed. Never ever coming back here!

I have been waiting here for 2 hours just to get my toes done and they still haven’t started, and to prevent us from leaving they put tips on my friends nails an hour ago. So we can’t leave if we wanted to, they have also been really rude to us and don’t care that we have been here for 2 hours. DONT COME HERE!!!
I went here a few weeks a go for my aunts wedding, in which we all got our nails done. DO NOT GO HERE. my aunt, the one getting married, got an infection after they cut her nail. they made my nails bleed several times and were very rude to all of our party. will not be going back.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I have been going to Castle Nail for 4 yrs, but since the new lady took over ownership, it has gone way downhill. The owner is so cheap she makes the techs pay $200/mo to rent the carts they use. She also doesnt supply them with acetone. If you get powder dips, she makes them grind it all off your nail before applying new set. Very bad for your nails! She also isnt transparent about upcharging for random things like shape or length. After calmly telling her about the way the business once was and how she needs to list on the menu any extra fees up front, she literally started yelling at me while she was working with another client, saying Oh yeah, well Ill charge you five dollars more next time. No, ten more!!! Super rude and disrespectful. Going to report to health inspection and labor agencies as techs are overworked and underpaid. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Sad because this was my go to spot for so long.
Love the environment. The service is hit and miss. Sometimes you get someone who really cares and is a perfectionist, and other times theyre just doing it as fast as they can.
My favorite nail place was closed for reconstruction so i came here. I asked how much would coffin nails be and the lady said it would be $5 extra plus length. When i got done....my nails were square and they werent thin..they have lumps and were wide.. So long story short, they dont listen and they over charge. I wouldnt have a problem with the price if they were actually done RIGHT.
This used to be my go to place, but will be finding a new place going forward. I had a pedicure done a couple of weeks ago and within a week my polish was totally worn off and just not a good job. My daughter also had a full set of acrylic nails done and within a couple of days they were already popping off. She came back for a fill last week and less than a week later all but two nails have broken or popped off. I dont know if this place is under new ownership, but just not the same quality or service and not worth the money.

Worst nail experience Ive ever had the lady shaped my nails all sorts of weird and they looked like bubbles and I told them I didnt like them. The manager came over and said because I didnt say something sooner it was my fault. How the heck was I supposed to know?! Im not a nail professional. I should have went to my normal place in Southlake. I will never come here again horrible customer service!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
Awful first time experience. Will not return. Brought my two daughters. The guy who did pedicure messed up my polish and had to restart twice. He obviously was new. A second tech had to come and redo polish for third time! Be sure to get an experienced nail tech. The girl that did my youngest daughter did rush job. The polish was sloppy even after asking her to correct one. The same tech never gave my daughter the foam shoes for her to wear given she came in tennis. She also took my polish choices back to display and I never got the color choice I originally selected. Never again. Beware....
Trust all the bad reviews, they’re not just disgruntled or difficult women. I say this after my experience tonight. I can’t honestly say the entire staff is rude or unprofessional however the nail technician that just did my nails was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Despite my mother also having a terrible experience (they made her bleed multiple times and also spoke to her very rudely) and her warning me not to go I was lazy and made the mistake of going. I rarely make reviews (you can check my activity) however this was so entirely rude and unprofessional that I had to. This woman was so rude to me and also rushed through my nails at lightening speed pulling my arms and being rough and even cutting open my cuticles. She also snapped at me when I asked her to help me pinpoint the color I was looking for thinking it would make things faster for her she literally yelled YOU PICK YOUR OWN COLOR WHY DO I NEED TO HELP YOU. Anyways this was just the beginning I’ll spare a long winded negative review but IF YOU ARE THE OWNER AND YOU CARE feel free to contact me if you care about your team’s terrible customer service and professionalism. Literally NEVER going back.
