I’ve gone to H2O for years and have always had an awesome experience. Everything about this salon is top notch! I would never go anywhere else!

The care and attention they give while performing services is amazing. Unfortunately the nail tech that was doing my pedicure cut several toes and it was very painful the next day. Paid $102 for pedicure and overlay will not return for that reason. Extremely overpriced.

This place is fantastic! I am so impressed with their level of service and quality of work. Plus, it’s within walking distance of my apartment, so really convenient! I had a classic pedicure done by J.C. and manicure done by Q.B. Both are excellent and very friendly. Kay finished up with my manicure with a shine/buff, and another girl (didn’t catch her name) did the design touches on my pedicure. Loved how the entire team got involved in pampering me. They also have several beverage selections, which are complimentary. I’m so pleased, and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!

I normally never leave bad reviews but this time I just had to warn people. I went in to get a nice coffin Christmas theme nails. Mind you I ASKED before hand if they were capable of doing it as I showed a picture, he said yes. Another gentleman proceeds to do my nails, and thankfully he was going slow otherwise he would have cut me a few time. Fast forward 6 days and my two pointing finger nails came off. I couldnt go back since it was Christmas weekend, went in on Monday to ask for them to fix it and very kindly they did at no charge(only reason its 2 stars instead of 1). But literally the next day the very nails he fixed the strips started coming off. And less than 2 weeks from the original appointment the rest of my nails started to lift and pull on my hair. I have had my nails done for many years now and not once have I had as much trouble with them as I have getting them done here. Its unfortunate bc they were very nice people.

This is about to be a pretty big rant, but hopefully it saves folks money.From time to time, I like to have my nails painted black, and have myself a relaxing manicure. I have been to at least 2 other locations in Coppell, and this is the first time Ive had an absolutely horrifying experience. Not only did the place smell of pure acetone, but the person doing my nails was rather rough on mine. She was especially rough on the skin around my nails, as you will see in my picture.When she finally finished prepping my nail, the skin was red and pitted. When we finally got to the polish, which was Opi ONYX, a brand and color used on me at home - she threw acetone in the bottle and proceeded to do my nails. They never dried, even after 30 minutes under a fan. No UV light, just a fan. At the slightest tap of my index finger, the slushy material went skirting up.To the credit of the lady, she attempted to fix it - but just kept making it worse. I figured it would look better the next day, but this is the result of next day. The next day, it is all still moving around and sliding on my nails, not dry. After all of this damage, I went to see about a refund in person, and was denied a refund.Bottom Line:*This place will be rough on you.*They do not care about you. They only care about your checkbook.*They are all in a mad rush, and do not have the adequate time to do the job right the first time, second time, or third time.*They lack the proper equipment for the job.*They use materials that are old, or dried up instead of throwing it away and using usable material*You will not get a refund for poor service.*They will only try to fix any mistakes they make (they failed each time in my case - cannot speak about everyones experience)*Go to any of the other 3 locations literally across the intersections from them.

So close to my home and staff is good. Quality of work is great.

I have been going to Kay at H2O Nails for a couple of years. I have the dipped nails and, unlike the last salon I went to, they stay on and strong for at least 4 weeks! The service is excellent, the employees friendly, the salon clean and organized, they are always on time and their prices are very reasonable. The pedicure massaging chairs are wonderful! So, give them a try - sip wine during your appointment - and enjoy the experience!

I have tried so many before but H2O is really good. Very nice service. I got my nails done about a month back and no chipping, no cracks I would say its total value for money manicure. Just Puuurrrrfect...

I didn’t really like it, over charge ! not a lot of different selections of nails or colors ! over charge to much ! nails are bulky

I got the Signature pedicure. It is $7 more than the classic pedicure. I requested it for callus removal. I still have calluses on my heels and sides of my feet. 2.5 hours after it was finished I can stick a metal nail file into the dead skin and pull it up. I have been wearing sandals for the last 4 weeks or so and have not gotten a pedicure during that time. $34 and not $27 should have left me with soft feet. I didnt bleed, or I would have rated it a 1 star. It also is a decent, clean looking place. I really wanted the callused parts gone. Im upset. My heels scratched my sheets.

They are NOT FRIENDLY towards men!!!I came in to get services. They totally ignore men when you walk in alone.I came in and sat down everyone looked at me but never said hello or how can I help you, not once.But when women came in AFTER ME, they rushed over to say hello and get them on the calendar for services.This has occurred to me on numerous occations.When I come with my wife, they treat me TOTALLY DIFFERENT... NOT COOL

LOVE everything about this place! Ive had the same nail lady for over 12 years, & one day I came here because it was open on a sunday, ended up falling in love with Kay and Cubie with their friendliness and work! Proud to say its been 2 years now and I cant imagine going any where else! :)

I think this is a great nail salon. My nails always look fabulous, and everyone is very friendly! It is always very clean, and both my manicures and pedicures last a long time. The quality and service are excellent.

I had previously visited this place while in Dallas and there once existed not only amazing service, but basic service. This time around, my family was excited to come again since we were celebrating a birthday and as we all know (even men know) NAILS aren’t CHEAP! Many times, the experience counts since let’s face it... how many other oriental dives are there with the exact same pricing to choose from, right??!The young girl in front with poorly applied fake lashes acting as a hostess was so unbelievably rude to my mother who happens to be the sweetest, kindest person in the world !! Wouldn’t hurt a fly! But this fly wouldn’t even look us in the face when we were asking for her to kindly help us decipher their menu which was in a different language. Then, my mom and niece didn’t get offered a drink. They have a open bar, here which at first seems like a great perk to forget the money you pay for their sloppy work. I had to offer them a drink from the outside because my family just isn’t going to admit they are thirsty without being offered. Then, the same girl yelled at me because I refused for my mom to get her nails and pedi done together because “they don’t have enough people for that” when everyone else in the damn place is getting it separate. I don’t think so. I came to play! If they don’t have enough people to provide a paid service the way the customer wants then don’t take the money, honey!!!! The customer calls the shots, not the tech! We personally make sure we have time to get our services so we don’t like to have our services crammed together. The men that work here seem in better moods then the ladies. That may be the one reason to come. But honestly if these ladies don’t like their jobs, they should just quit. Life is short. Too short to be paid for dishing out misery to perfectly unsuspecting people. I will NEVER be back here! And if you have any sense pass up the free perks that they won’t offer, anyway, and go visit the next best nail place a only a block away.👌

Great experience. Let me come in as last customer and did not rush pedicure at all.

Updated review: I visited H2O today and I was extremely impressed by how prepared Q and her staff were for the “new normal” of the COVID-19 world. Every employee was wearing a mask/face shield and they thoroughly sanitized everything in between guests. The capacity was kept low for the safety of their staff and customers. I love this place and am proud to support this Coppell small business!!!Prior review: I’ve been coming to H2O for a few years now and I can’t say enough about the service. The quality of work is impeccable, but even more than that, I enjoy the experience. The owner makes each person feel welcome and special. She knows her customers by name. I love taking my daughters there to see how true pampering should feel! ❤️

QBe is the best! Hes patient and doesnt rush. He does a fantastic job! Everyone in this facility is kind and always checking on ya.

They were really nice and helpful! My nails look nice too! Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they hurt me a little but other than that it was pretty good!

I been going there since 2007, its a great Spa, Michael is best on Pedicure, you really leave feeling well cleaned and satisfied. Kim does my nails and havent been disappointed at all.Very friendly place to relax and have a glass of wine.Keep up your excellent work guys!

I must say the owner Kay is amazing so is the staff Maria does wonders for your feet. I moved to Texas 3 years ago and this place is one I will always go to. I give this place 10 stars if I could.

Treated myself to a pedicure today. This used to be where I went all the time since I lived right around the corner. Nice friendly atmosphere, open and inviting. Full of bright color, super nail techs, and most importantly CLEAN!Today was a disappointment though, maybe its because the owner, Trina, wasnt there or what. It felt dead. No conversation from the nail tech who is usually very conversational. I was also the only patron in there. If I happen to be back in the area, Ill go again because I generally like the place but wish thered been a little bit more spa to my day.

Always clean. Always friendly. Always busy. Once you get to your brand new massage chair, relax, enjoy it!

New in town and figured I would try them out since they were on my way home. Very friendly, nice and clean establishment. I was disappointed in my full set. Female did good job taking off and putting nail tips on but told male to shape the nails. Some were longer than others, some too short and others curvy like a snake and lop sided. I tried to correct them several times but I could tell she just wanted to finish and get me out of there. The guy cut me twice while filing my nails and the gel was bumpy on a few tips. Not happy and probably will never go back. Nice folks but lack experience.

The past two times i went in, they turned me away saying they were too busy. After the 2nd attempt, i will not be going back there.

I literally just left and had to refuel my nails. 8 walked out with dip nail solution all over my fingers and clumps under my nails. Id never waste my time coming here again.

Done the new owners took over the customer service is horrible and the atmosphere sucks! It smells like chemicals in this place now. The nail techs are always in a hurry! Try another nail shop.

Only place I trust to do my nails right! They can do any design and color I bring them!
