Not a great experience. The place looks nice but not worth it. The nail tech was so rough like she was torturing my nails. She left chunks of dip powder under my nails, it was stuck to my skin. The tops were not smooth and uneven, with patches of missing top coat. Their equipment did not seem clean at all, very evident that there was a lot of buildup and residue. She applied lotion while I still had nail shavings on my arm! Most the reviews says the same. It seems like it’s pretty consistent that they do a rush and sloppy job more often than not.

I am very happy with these place. Just moved to the area and definitely will come back. Rachel did a great job.

Been going here for years. The quality of work was good and my Nexgen nails would be solid. They would last 4 weeks. All of a sudden, my last two sets of Nexgen have broken/cracked after a few days. They blamed it on me, saying I must be too rough on my nails. Or because i need tips and it’s not my real nail underneath. What?! I haven’t ever had a problem with tips under Nexgen.An apology and fix, without blame, is the proper way to handle a resolution.I now have 5 broken Nexgen nails, one week later. My last set, it was 4 broken nails, one week after they were done. I’m not sure if they’ve switched to poor quality product for Nexgen or if the technicians are using the product incorrectly. Something has changed. It seems to be the liquid coatings they use.

I went to get my acrylic nails taken off. The process of drilling off the top layer of acrylic burned but sometimes that happens and it’s fine. The worst part was after that she took a plastic nail tip and pried what was left of the acrylic attached to my real nail off with a literal piece of plastic. It was so painful...I don’t understand why they didn’t take the extra time to slowly buff it off... my pinky nail was literally ripped off and is throbbing.

Is very expensive and in top they just rise the prices!!!! And really is nothing special about that place. There is better around and cheaper

They used to be great over a year ago, but when I returned recently, it seems like they have new people who seem to be in a rush. I got Nexgen dip nails and one started to crack really bad within a day. By day 3 the dip nail was falling off my nail so went back in to get a quick repair. Now a week later, 3 dip nails are cracking. I was a loyal customer for 2 years prior to COVID and NEVER had this issue. I wont be returning and will be finding a new place to go to. 40 bucks completely down the drain if my nails wont even last over a week. Had them done on 3/28 and today is 4/5.

Asked for Pink & white American (the only pink and white nail set listed on menu) and got what looks like just a white tip. Was getting my nails done for a wedding and did not get what I asked for or wanted. The nail tech was upset and said she would not fix, just take them off. Very upset that instead of them trying to resolve the fact that I got something I didn’t want, and earn long term business (as I live right across from the salon and get my nails done every two weeks), they argued with me and charged me full price. Horrible customer service.

Ive actually been going here for years before moving out of state. Now that Im back Im not sure why I tried another place. These guys are awesome. Fair prices and they fixed the mess nails I had.

French tip nails I got look nothing like I asked for and cuticles look awful. Shape is wonky and each nails is uneven.

I wouldn’t recommend going here AT ALL when they are “rushing” they don’t shape right or make your nails the same length they also cut and burn you a lot ! if they’re not gonna do my nails to the fullest potential that they can then i should not have to pay $40 for something that looks like a mess .

UPDATED (1 day later): nails are already chipped! Ugh$7 for polish without file, trim, etc. Ann did my nails and they look rather shorty for an expensive polish-only job. The second top coat didn’t go all the way to the cuticle, so you can literally see the brush strokes and it appears a different shade. (See picture). Smudged one of my nails before leaving. The nail tech tried to just apply a top coat because she didn’t want to have to find the polish color (which did not fly).Boy at front desk wasn’t particularly friendly either.Used to live by this place and regularly get next gen. The person I saw started slacking off, so I stopped going to him.Most of the good nail techs left the company or location. Go some place else.Management- I’m not sure what happened but for heaven’s sake... GET IT TOGETHER.

Great service nice place

Rarely leave reviews, but I was not pleased with my last visit. I paid and left but sadly, I will not be returning. Very inconsistent on the design and they are way too thick (thicker than NexGen usually is) and with inconsistent shapes. Definitely a rush job. Two stars because my pedicure was nice!!

Went to get my nails done and people NOT wearing mask. Very upseting when I am very vulnerable of getting sick. Sabrina one of the associates is wearing a mask but not over her nose. Whats the point? One little girl did not have a mask on and they guy at the front desk said something to her, but the adults NOT wearing mask NOTHING was said. 🤷

Terrible experience. The gentlemen I had kept cutting my hands with the file and. I should a design of cheetah print from pinterest to add to my ring finger and what I got were just random dots and lines. Not worth the $45 dollars at all. Will never return.

I have never had to wait after walking in. They are super fast, and my nails always come out great. I switched from another place down the road. I only wish Id done it sooner.Edit: On Monday I went for my regular biweekly nexgen dip, and I ended up with completely crooked nails. They literally were filed diagonally. It was bizarre. I had to file them myself to fix them at home. I pay $40 + tip, which is too much to walk out with messy nails. The woman who did them was answering the phone while doing my nails because the receptionist couldnt speak English. I guess she was distracted. I want my money back, but Im sure they wouldnt give it to me a day later. Id have gone back when I noticed how bad they were had I not been on my lunch break.

I went on last Thursday evening. I asked for ombre and I dont know what I got. It was more like FAT pink with white tip nails. The nails were not smooth and had bubbles. The guy kept asking me DID I LIKE and I kept saying NO. The nails didnt even last a week. The were lifting by Wednesday and cracking by Friday. Just horrible!! I WONT BE BACK.

Usually this place is great but when I went on 6/28 it felt rushed and my cuticle/finger was cut multiple times. The man that did my nails seemed very rushed; he took off the coloring from last time but originally he tried to leave the same tips on before I pointed it out to him and he realized they were disintegrating from the acetone used to take the coloring off.Toward the end of the service he went over my nails with the nail grinder and repeatedly cut my cuticles and finger. I told him it hurt and he said nothing, no apology and he wasn’t more careful. It felt like he was rushing so he could complete the service quicker.I casually mentioned it to the receptionist, who at least apologized, and hopefully he talked with the manicurist.

Helen and Tina are the best! They know how to makw you happy with great service and very good work. Im so happy they can do ombre nails 💅😁

Ive been here a few times and its been some bad, but mostly really good. I wish the nail techs were more consistent. I am reviewing now because my last visit was terrible. I get the NexGen nails, and the guy who did them did a terrible, sloppy job. I didnt realize the full extent until I left. And the worst part? Even if they looked great, it would all be ruined by my bloody cuticles! He filed and drilled and mangled my fingers. Its painful and scabbing over. Ugh! I am not sure if Ill go back this time.

I have been coming here nearly a year now. Tim is by far one of the best nail technicians!! You have to call a couple of days in advance to get an appointment with him sometimes. As far as pedicures, I do not have any preference since they have always done an amazing job no matter who it was. The staff is very friendly and they offer adult beverages! (Wooohooo!) My fiance and I visit often to get our monthly pedicures and have never left there unhappy! The fellow in the front never forgets my name (Could be because I have an appointment made, but still makes me feel special nonetheless!) 5 star rating!! I absolutely love this place!

Visited Deluxe Nails & Spa for a gel manicure with Holly. The manicure couldn’t be more perfect, and Holly is very caring. Finished the manicure with a cucumber and lemon hand and arm massage. Absolutely amazing! I will be a permanent customer.

I have been to this place a few times. First time was great, second time they didnt file my nails down enough so I kept pulling my hair out when I put my hands through my hair. Third time was the worst. Andy did my nails and he filed my skin. Every finger bled and it is still sore and scabbing up 2 days later.I will not be going back!

Came in this morning at 11A. I came here just a few days ago for mani/powder (NexGen) service. As usual I picked out my color (number#) withthe end result not being the color on the color board. The nail technician Tiffany thought it was best to put on FOUR COATS (versus 2) of powder on my nails. My nails looked lumpy and were still not the color I chose. Today-- Sunday I came in to get this fixed because it looked awful and the color was practically clear. I was told to wait by her while she started on another customer; forgotten then was pushed back in line. 7 to 8 people walked in and got to go in front of me. I asked another employee why were all these people going in front of me and why was the technician working on another customer and not addressing my concern when I walked in half an hour before. I got three different reasons and to why my name was not written down or why I was not put in line. Finally was told to wait on a Mgr. to come in. I refused-- the other women that started walking in were complaining that I was here first and had patiently been waiting.I will never come here again. It was unprofessional and the employees made it more than obvious I was being talked about right it front of my face. Little did they know my best friend is Vietnamese and I understood some words.... All I can say is Wooooow

I have been coming here for years. Ann is great and does wonderful gel manicures. I have had Ann and several different other techs do pedicures and they are all great. Complimentary beverages and luxe decor give it a nice ambiance. Front desk is very professional. The best nail salon in Coppell in my opinion.

The place looks great, but the tech who did my nails was awful, he was mean when asked questions, and just rushed over my nails like I paid less. I will really like to go back there but will really appreciate it if that particular mean guy is not assigned to me

Ive been coming here for a few years now and they do excellent work. My nails are always perfect, theres never much of a wait, drinks are on the house and everyone is super friendly. Now that I live in Dallas, I still make the trip to Coppell specifically to come here.

I love this place! Good atmosphere, offers yummy drinks, and the techs are super nice. My does great eyebrows and Kim is great as well!

DONT GO! NOT SANITARY! NOTHING STERILIZED! NO GLOVES! Worst experience ever! Air conditioning unit was dripping on me the whole time, I asked to move and not once did anyone acknowledge or do anything about it. He didnt file my nails straight and I asked him to fix it, but again didnt do anything. Not once was asked if I needed a drink, they have a soda fountain in the middle of the salon along with tea and special drinks. He had a bandaid on his finger and it came off in the middle of him doing my nails. Gross. At this point I complained to manager, and all he did was offer to fix my nails. Seriously? Id rather take a discount then have anyone else mess with my nails. Im calling the county health and safety right now, since I didnt see one instrument pulled from the enclave or in sterile bags either.

I got a manicure and had each of my nails cut when they were shaving them down. I also had nail polish all over my fingers when I left. Not happy

Not too pleased with this place. It took a while to get service and when I did, the technician did a slipshod job. Parts of my nail isnt completely covered. Paid $35 for a poor gel manicure. I really thought they were going to be my go to nail salon... Guess Im back on the hunt.

They rushed doing my nails, and when he was done it looked like I had already had these nails for a week because they were so far away from my cuticles. Seriously disappointed...
