There is to many great things so say here. I wanted a new insurance company and when I called and found out what it would cost I was amazed and they have so much to offer. When you call be sure to check on the Drivewise program as well. Its a cash back incentive for your safe driving. I do recommend Allstate insurance 100%.

Jonathan Reed of Conway Mark Massey agency took care of all my insurance needs..... home and auto. Literally I told him what I needed he did all the work for me. From finding me the right price for my budget to helping me set up the app. I can call Jonathan anytime and he gives me his full attention to get my question answered. Jonathan is extremely professional and trust his opinion on what’s best for my coverage. If Jonathan is busy at the moment Mark or the front receptionist asks how they can help me.

One of the most unprofessional companies Ive dealt with. Wont send me insurance cards, I have to request them. If I print them from there website they arent current. Faxed a handwritten proof of insurance to the DMV, they even had me and my wifes last name spelled differently on the same policy! Not to mention they go up every year.

Not sure why the 2 bad reviews. Ive used Marks Allstate for maybe 10 years. Weve had a house fire, and they took care of us. Weve had a little fender bender or two as well. Never any issues.
