I have had different types of insurance with this company for several years now for both my business and personal needs and have to say i am very well pleased with all the services Ive received from them through the years. In particular Cindy Ellis (Agent) and her years of experience has always been one of the most committed and dedicated agents to work with me on all my needs of different policies I may need. Shes always been very professional, courteous, polite and very helpful. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I have all the info and knowledge I need on any policies before I make my final decisions and if there is ever a situation on a policy that she is in question herself about she will refer me to another agent who may specialize in that particular type of insurance. Grant was so helpful when my insurance switched companies, he was very prompt getting me the documents I needed to sign to ensure there was no lapse in coverage.
