Nikki is AMAZING! After my daughter was in a small accident at fault of the other driver, I had difficulties navigating the process with the other driver’s insurance. I called Nikki and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She was very prompt, very understanding, investigative and extremely professional! Her communication skills were impressive. If she says I’ll call back with an update this afternoon…guess what? She DOES! With this type of customer service, I’ll be staying forever!

I have been a customer of State Farm since I was a teenager & still with them now that I am in my 40s. My husband & I have been with them 10+ years since before we were married & they are awesome ! We have both our vehicles & homeowners insurance with them & would not use anyone else . My grandparents were always with them as far back as I can remember, up until their passing. We love our agent Mario Thomas he is the best & you will find no better ! He always takes care of us & our needs, explains everything & answers all questions with a friendly smile & demeanor. His employees are the best too ! This is a family Buisness & they also treat you as such, just that, Family ! He & State Farm are definitely a Buisness & Man you can trust, which is hard to find nowadays. Myself, husband & family will never use anyone else ! They provide excellent customer services and I would recommend them any time.

I dont think I have ever left a negative review about anything or anyone before but dont want people to make the same mistake I did. I inherited Mario as an agent from my parents policy and they had been switched to him when their agent changed positions. He is never in the office and/or never reachable. Those working with/for him are either very rude or not knowledgeable.. or both. We love State Farm but not this agent. We have switched our personal and business policies to a different agent in Conway that actually acts like they want our business and we are MUCH happier. When you are in customer service oriented business, it helps to actually be available to your customers.

If you are looking for Insurance, look no further than Mario. Super friendly, professional staff. Always helpful and quick to respond.
