I’ve been here for few times and I have to say this is the best nails salon ever, especially for the manicure. I always ask for Ivy, she always did a good job. Great service and highly recommended.

I walked in for a pedicure and Nancy helped me out a lot! I have really bad ingrown toenails and she knew exactly how to help! I will be going back and the prices are good!

Im updating my previous review.The old owners were awesome!I had my own guy, who knew exactly what I liked and what colors I was into.Fast forward to today!?The tech who did my nails, cut me twice, my nails arent straight and he had the worst attitude when I would tell him that my nails werent right.Ive been coming since these new owners took over, and they arent the friendliest but they did a decent job and prices were fair.But this guy, failed. Never going back again!!!

Horrible!! I will NEVER EVER go here again. 1st time the nails just popped right off like press ons. Was told to come back and they would fix them!!!...ONLY FOR THEM TO LOOK WORSE THAN THEY DID THE 1ST TIME!! Then wanted me to pay!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Back in June of 2021, as they opened their doors for the day, I went in for ONLY a manicure, no color no nothing. Just my natural nails manicure and with time I discovered my hands now have been suffering fungus itch and redness. I reached out to the salon and they ignored me and now I refuse to go back ever again. Beware! They DO NOT use fresh supplies. You get what you pay for. I even tipped very generously.

The products they used for my nails smell disgusting. I got the dip powder nails, they came out thick and gross and they werent consistant with the shape. Some of my nails look more square. Also the dip scratches easily and feels tacky. I waited 30 mins and they said to do what i wanted (4 colors) would be $85 when just one color is 45. Ridiculous. Another thing is that a lot of the products burned my cuticle areas and the grinding made my nail bed bleed, my nails are now sore and look like $#it. The nails have some discoloration and arent all the way smoothed out as well. I will not be coming back here, ill be going back to Nails of America.

They had a good color selection which I liked. When he first started my nails everything seemed to be going well then it started getting busy and I could tell he started rushing and he made a few mistakes he had to fix. Some of my nails have bumps or uneven texture on them from him rushing me which I don’t like but otherwise they look pretty.

I will never go anywhere else; Mrs. Ivy is the best I have a hard time voicing my ideas in my head to others but she got my nail design to the t. So happy & the prices are fair as well only paid 65 for my nails & there are 2 colors & details.

I paid 10 dollars just to get my nails removed! Any other place I’ve ever gone has removed them for free.On top of that, This is what I walked out with. It’s terrible! I’m so disappointed. I could’ve done a better job at home.IMG_8445.HEIC

This place is under new management and is offering a 20% discount on all services!! That’s what caught my attention (sale whoop whoop) so I decided to try a new place! I came in they greeted me right away told me to pick my color! When I sat down for my pedicure the lady offered me coke, sprite or water (she even opened it for me, so nice) she then turned on my massaging chair! Great customer service here! I will definitely be returning here!

Went in for a pedicure last week and will not go back. They talk to each other, not the customers. While trimming my toenails, they got 1 too short and it bled.

My first visit to a nail salon in Conroe.Came in, he was very fast (40 min max). Which I enjoyed because I only had a little time between some appointments.Gave me exactly what I wanted without taking 2+ hours like salons in the city I live in. I’ll make the 1.5 hour trip to come back.

Went in for a full set the guy seemed to be in a hurry my nails were uneven and not smooth at all. When I told him to feel them he had a attitude guess I’ll start going to another place.

Ivy did my nails yesterday and I absolutely love them! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the prices are very very reasonable!! I needed to get something short and natural looking for my class and she nailed it!! I don’t get acrylics all the time, but the next time I do I will go back to Ivy.

The tech that did my nails was very unfriendly and it was not a great experience. He offered halloween designs to put on my nails but seemed annoyed when I agreed and he had to go get them. He rushed my nails and they turned out streaky and not the best quality. The lady who did my eyebrows was friendly. Overall not the best.

I went at lunch time on a Friday and was seen immediately. Very nice staff. Quick and nicely done set of white tips. Very reasonable price. Definitely will be going back. :)

My mom loves this place and loves Ivy. She paid for me to get my nails done by one of the guys and theyre awful. He actually put the tips on crooked and cut them even more crooked. Theyre thick and clunky and completely uneven. One nail is actually on almost sideways.We came back in and Ivy (the owner) fixed them free. They look great. I would go back to her and recommend her to be the one to do your nails. She does a fantastic job

I had an absolutely great experience. I called ahead to check on the wait time, and they were able to get me in right away as a walk in. The staff are professional and friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. They did an amazing job with my nails and I had a very relaxing spa pedicure!

Ive been on the hunt the past couple of months for a new nail shop with a GOOD service. Theyve let me come in 10 mins before they closed when they do that at?Theyre professional and Courteous! Ive seen the work of everyone and they are great! The interior design look very modern. Highly recommend coming here. So nice PLACE!

Only reason I’m giving a 3 is because the owner (I’m guessing) Followed me out after almost leaving with a horrible experience and convinced me to come back so she could fix the issue.I don’t know who the guy was helping me the first time but he was not gentle at all. He cut me multiple times with the grinder and was very rough when filing and clipping my nails. He had attitude and was rushing me when I was trying to decide what to do about the mess on my nails he had created. I almost burst into tears.

The people were very nice. The prices are great. I had a pedicure and the guy was just way too rough. He actually rubbed a raw place on the side of my foot. I will give them another try later as the reviews are great....I will just have one if the ladies do it.

Did my research on which nail salon to go try. I am not from the Conroe area but I heard nothing but great things from this salon. Gave it a try, & let me tell you I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Miss Ivy did an amazing job on my nails! I was left speechless gave her a good tip she deserved it! I am in love with my nails! Took her time and got to know me the entire time I spent there. Super friendly staff was greeted from the moment I walked in. Super respectful the environment is calm and the facility is clean! I fell in love with this place! I will be coming more often for sure! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I have lived in Conroe for 20 years and went to other nail salons for years. One day, I decided to give Ivy Nails a try. BEST DECISION when it comes to nail service. I will continue to go there from now on! Jay does such a wonderful job and the whole team is very nice.

I have been using Ivy for my nails for a few years. She is amazing and she does a great job on my crooked fingers. I also get pedicures or just paint my toes and they do a really good job.

I had a lady she was quiet, kinda rough with my hands and filing she did a good job over all quality wise but I have a few crooked nails. That didnt have a curve in them to begin with. They were quick I was in and out within an hour. I needed to get a fill.

I’ve been coming to Ivys for almost 2 years every 2 weeks or so, it is my absolute favorite nail salon in the Conroe area. The staff is always friendly, the prices are reasonable and the work they do is great! Never had a bad experience with them, and don’t think I ever will! I love getting my acrylics and pedicures with them!

Super friendly staff and very well priced. My mom, sister, and my self went for a relaxing nail day and we were extremely impressed. Our nails look amazing and just like the photos we find on Pinterest. I received a shellac pedicure and full set of nails. I’m so happy with everything. Money well spent. Well definitely be back for another visit.

I took my Mom in on March 17 for a manicure and pedicure, the girl Nancy seemed very nice, but the next day my Moms little finger began to hurt, a few days later it was red and infected with a red streak going up her arm, after antibiotics the red streak is gone, but its black underneath her nail and shes going to lose her nail. I had a pedicure and Im used to a nice long one, at this place mine was a whole 15 minutes. Ill never go here again! I wanted to post no stars, but couldnt post without one.

I love getting my nails done in Ivy nails. Ivy always does my nails and I love the finish look! shes super nice & funny i always have a good time there. I also got my eye lashes done here. I love them.

Ivy always does a great job, but the man who did my daughters full set put them on crooked and filed them crooked. I called as soon as she showed them to me and spoke with Ivy and let her know. Unfortunately we dont live really close and my daughter has a baby making it difficult to get back for them to fix them.

This is THE BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I got good treatment, a nice manicure and the women there are all friendly. The place is very well kept, clean. Such a relaxing experience.

I had my nails filled here for $18 a few times. I really liked the guy that did them. A couple of weeks ago, I went to have them filled again, this time I took my daughter for a new set. The guy that did them before was no longer there, so I went with two new guys. They did a decent job, but the problem came when I received the bill of $75. I asked them what the difference was from the previous times, he said, I had to do a lot of work on your nails so it is more money. They also over charged me for my daughters nails. I knew her nails would be like $25-$30 and mine should have been around $18. So I was expecting to spend about $50 plus tip and I am a good tipper, usually at least 30% over the bill... and I know people in salons work off a tips.... so when I got the bill of $75, I tried talking to the people, and they told me it is what it is.... so I said then take your tip out of the over payment and I will never return to your salon. I left there paying $75 (which is about $10 more than what I was expecting to pay WITH TIP) and left no tip. I do not like to be taken advantage of, and I feel that is what happened here. They expected me to just pay and be happy, but $75 for a fill and a full set (single colors only, not French or pink and whites). They just lost a potential regular client that comes regularly bi-weekly for fills.

I went in for a pedicure and Miss. Nina took amazing care of me! She did a great job and I will most definitely be returning for all of my nail care!!!!

What a great place. The owner is a true artist. We went in with fancy pictures of nails and looked at his designs which were 10x better.He is also quick and professional. He took us as a last minute walk in, but would suggest an appointment

I have been here several times, and they seemed nice. But, this time, I went in, and it was horrible. :( I went in for a pedi, and I tend to have ingrown toenails, and ask for them to cut it for me. I saw the lady there who has helped me before, and she was not busy so when another lady went to help I asked for the one who has done it before? The lady said, no I will do it for you. As I sat down, she began, and was not able to do it, I asked can the other lady help ? She said I will do it! She was not able to cut the nail, by, this time, the lady who normally does it when I go in.. gets a customer.. sits down with her customer beside me. The lady who was suppose to help me, then says, LOUDLY- NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO SEE HER, YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! HER CUSTOMER HAD AN APPOINTMENT YOU DO NOT! I said, I did not know I could make an appointment, then the lady who normally sees me gets loud too and says- YOU HAVE NOT BEEN HERE IN 2 MONTHS, YOU DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!! I was shocked they hollered at me. Then the lady who was doing my pedi said YOU CAN WAIT FOR HER, JUST WAIT. She walked away, and I was shocked, I did not leave, I did not say anything. Finally the lady came over, and said nothing and began to cut toe nail, she was not her nice normal self, and was very aggravated. And rough. Today my big toe is red, and very sore, and I am going to have to go to another salon. AND she did a HORRIBLE paint job! Did not even paint the whole nail. I will never go back again. I have to say, everyone has bad days, but, there was no reason to treat me like this. I made no fuss, never raised my voice. I paid, and left, they never said anything no thank you or anything. Also it is very -very rude to talk about your customers in a language they do not understand, it is obvious when you are talking about someone.. :(

I am very picky per say about my nails, I appreciate when someone is attentive to detail and doesn’t mind putting time into their work! I have tried so many places, constantly trying out new salons, but I found Ivy’s through a friend and I have never been more impressed! The salon is very clean, and has a good representation. They are all very sweet and do a wonderful job, due to my busy schedule sometimes my nails get put off but I’ve never had any issues with them chipping or lifting at all. Last set I went almost 5 weeks without a refill, you can’t beat that especially when I’m hard on my nails! I have people ask me all the time where I go and send them that direction. I can’t forget about the punch card! It is also awesome, most salons don’t do punch cards anymore in my experiences.Thank y’all!

I’ve been coming here occasionally when my nail tech isn’t available and the men here are always professional. However, the owner, who is a woman is somewhat discriminatory in the way she treats the customers. I’ll call and she’ll instruct me to “walk in” then ask why I didn’t make an appointment when I get there. Since COVID-19, I’ve been here twice, and noticed that the owner only checked the temperature of black women who were present in the shop. Very unprofessional and bias.

Ive been going there for a good min and all the employees know me and i never got a discount that they stamp. Over 6 months. What is the problem.

My first 2 times here were okay. However, today was horrible! I hate my nails!!! They have bubbles in them and they look sloppy! For $42 I should at least walk out feeIing satisfied, instead I feel robbed! I MIGHT be back, but I for sure will not be going back to the young guy with the bad skin. He kept hitting my cuticles with the drill and mumbled something about me under his breath. When I asked him what he said, he got quiet. If you can find another nail salon, I highly suggest you do!

HORRIBLE!!My sister took me there, we decided to try a new place. HORRIBLE!!The man who did my pedicure didnt even bother to wear gloves!! He cut 3 of my toes, resulting in bleeding, and the next day, swollen painful toes. The polish job looks like my 8 year old granddaughter did it, its smeared all over the cuticle. Whenthey asked my sister abhor a tip, and she said no, thegirl who did her told the man who did me that she was cheap and dirty. (Im not fluent, but I DO speak some Vietnameze)HORRIBLE!!
