Excellent service but pretty pricey. A classic pedicure is $32 & a French is × $6. Staff is very friendly so kind of with the extra cost. Very clean and nice experience.

I loved this place before and went many times. I have gotten dipped powder for the past few times (which costs $50) … two of the times the nails came out too thin and broken very easily. I liked this place and I am very disappointed how the nails came out. The prices are too high and the quality isn’t as good as it should be.I got these nails done about a little over a week.

They do it in a hurry at first I liked it but then when I was driving I start putting more attention to many details and then never clean up the the nail first like all the bad of your nail and they would just do it in a hurry like and I didnt like it at the at the time that I look at my nails you know every single detail plus they never speak like English or some other language they speak their own language and start making fun about what dont know because I dont know their language the lady that did my daughters nail she was perfectly fine she took her time and everything but the one that I got it was just in a hurry

This is my foot literally right after my pedicure, I’ve been going to this location since it first opened and it has definitely been getting a little bit worse every time I come in. But this is beyond. Not to mention they never speak English, I don’t want to sound like a “Karen” but it’s just unprofessional. My sister paid for the deluxe pedi and it was done in 30 minutes. The massage itself is supposed to last 15 minutes.

The service here is unreal, I could not be more happy with the service I received today! So kind, so gentle and polite. I’m not a picky person but the ladies went above and beyond for me today! I recommend this place to everyone!!! Thank you for amazing service! :)

I had Lisa do my nails and she did a phenomenal job. I’m in love with nails. Lee did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever experienced. I love coming here as everyone is always friendly and always wants best for their customers. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy with their service. I liked my acrylics but I did not like my toe nails/ pedicure. When we started the pedicure, as soon as I went to put my feet in the water it looked like there was a toenail in the water and it couldn’t have been mine considering we hadn’t started the process. Also, I could tell the lady was struggling painting my nails because she couldn’t get the polish to be pigmented and she kept adding more and more instead of taking it off and starting over after messing up. I could see her moving the thick polish around and getting frustrated. These extra layers of polish made it never dry. I touched my toes to make sure they were dry and they felt dry but when I put my shoe on and took it off the polish was all slid and smudged because the bottom layers were to thick to dry. She also cut them way to short. They need to let first coat dry before smacking on 30 other layers. And if they mess up they should start over on the nail, not add way to much polish to temporarily solve the issue.

I wont be back. I was a really low maintenance customer. I went for a manicure because my cuticles needed the TLC. Once she understood that I wanted my nails buffed/no polish. Thats all she did. 15 minutes in and out. The water to put my nails in was not even luke warm. She was in a hurry to be finished with me . It sucked. Ill go somewhere else.

Came in with my mother last minute, My nail tech was Tiffany, she did a PHENOMENAL job on my full-set !!I had the Coffin nail shape, black and mint green with some sparkle~✨✨The vibe of the salon was very calm; The nail techs were very nice and made nice conversation lol ♥️My moms nail tech did a wonderful job on her set as well (: She had a beautiful nude coral set10/10 would come here again ♥️♥️

I went in because I needed my dip powder nails soaked off and decided to get a shellac manicure as well as my eyebrows waxed (today was my first time there) Lisa did amazing!!! She handled everything I needed done with professionalism and was very detailed and thorough! I’m very picky with who I let do my eyebrows and she got them PERFECT! I’m definitely going back to see Lisa for all my nail and brow needs! Thank you Lisa!!!!

$40 for a basic fill and no color and I’m left with uneven, crooked nails that I will have to fix myself. I’ll skip this salon in the future. Needless to say, I didn’t tip Jessica.

This is the second time I have written the review. The previous one must have been deleted.I have tried to continue with new management at this salon but after Friday I will not be going back. Wanted a shellac manicure but when Le began taking off the shellac she cut my skin badly. I was so upset I proceeded with just a plain manicure. They had the audacity to still charge me extra to take the shellac off. Will be finding a new salon immediately.

The man I received to do my nails acted like I was a burden for having a broken nail when I came in for a set and was roughly grabbing and throwing my hands around and when I would say multiple times he was hurting me he would just ignore me and continue. So after all that I decided not to tip him for his horrible service and the man at the front desk decided to laugh and say across the room that I did not tip in his native language. Used to love this nail shop but now I am most definitely looking for a new one. Very unprofessional!

Hands down best nail salon Ive ever been to. Anna, who did my nails today was super friendly and really took her time to do it right. She had never done this technique that I wanted for my nails, but she took her time until she got it. Very gentle and professional. Everyone here is always so friendly, even though I had my 9-month-old with me they were patient and understanding.This place is always clean and modern. This nail salon is definitely my first choice to get my nails done.

Came to the south loop location because I had a horrible experience at the north Conroe one, and I wanted to give the name a 2nd chance. Within one week of getting my full set of powder nails, one nail fell off putting my child in their stroller. ( a normal everyday activity). Here it is not even a full 2 weeks later & 5 nails have came off without any type of force or heavy duty activity. I will definitely be going to a different salon that has a higher quality of work. I’ve done manual labor in nails put on by other salons without having any type of issue & lasting beyond the recommended refill time.Wouldn’t recommend ANY salon with this name!

My girlfriend used to use them for nails all the time. Even was in their brochure per their request multiple times. Used Bibi as her go to lady. However today she got up and walked away with her material tray and refused service after tearing off her nails. In the process of the tear off she bruised her nail. Their was no point to do a French manicure at that point. Thats when Bibi decided to refuse service. The manager then said she has the right to refuse service and wouldnt correct her nails.

Was very impressed the first time because I took the highest service. This time I decided to do the basic and I pretty much was about to get my nail polish changed. No foot scrub, nothing. I walked out. Inexcusable! Basically if youre not getting all the works, you dont get a pedicure.

Very friendly and patient staff...is a clean place and classy without being stuffy. They offer discount for repeat refill nails and worked with my daughters to find just the look the wanted but within dads budget.

Ive been going to NOA at 336 location for over a year now. The staff is always welcoming with smiles, professionalism & great service! The owners, Bao & Mishelle, along with entire staff have made this location the go to for me:) I want to mention BeBe who I see regularly now for my nails, etc. Shes a keeper for sure, but all the others are awesome as well! Thanks to everyone for always making my experience so pleasant!! I recommend this location 100%!

This is the best salon I’ve been to.. and I’ve been to numerous ones. Not only is it beautiful but so are the folks working there. It is super clean and comfortable and the products they use are top notch. Kim runs the place with efficiency and friendliness. I can’t say enough good things for this location of Nails of America.

Listen, I’ve been to a fair share of nail salons so I know my way around pretty well when it comes to how service is supposed to be. I wasn’t too pleased with this shop. The atmosphere when I walked in was bad and the lady at the counter was rude. She was short and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The techs who did my sister in law and nieces nails were short with them and easily annoyed and had zero patience. My moms nails came out dull and I got some of my skin shaved off the side of two of my fingers. The entire time I was there, I felt uncomfortable and wanted to just go home. I don’t want to go back and I don’t recommend this place. Before I forget, it’s a shame that even though I paid for shiny nails, I had to go home and apply a top coat because my nails were duller than a butter knife.

Never ever come here. Better places in Conroe than this. Sophie did my nails and they came out bulky. I had to fix them after I got home. So I asked for a chrome on my nail that I’ve gotten many times before. Once she put it on it looked different and I asked if it was the same. She insisted it was but it didn’t look right. I can tell she started getting an attitude. So I got up to look at other similar options but didn’t like any. I showed her the one I always get ( which is only a pink shine )and the one she put on me had the shine but it also had glitters in it. So as I’m explaining to her, she turns around calls the store owner while laughing at me. I might not know the language but it’s not rocket science to know when your being laughed at. The owner came over and I couldn’t handle my emotions and stormed off to the bathroom crying. As I proceed to go to the bathroom I could still hear her laughing behind me. After I left the bathroom the store owner just tired to defend her instead of holding her accountable for her actions. Saying that she doesn’t know ANY English and she wasn’t laughing at me (when she was) before all of that happened we were having a conversation. She just kept making excuses for her. She offered me to come back and get it fixed after i felt better. But why would I come back to a place where I got attitude and laughed at? I came to get my nails done and have a good experience, not to be made feel bad.

This salon is definitely one of the better salons in Conroe. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. My mom and I have been going here since they opened and we’ve never had a bad experience. I constantly get compliments on my nails that I get done. Every technician that I’ve had has been extremely sweet and understanding with any requests I have. (Mary is definitely one of the best!) I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking :)

BeBe was fantastic very quick and clean.

Had a pedicure and this is second time here. Lots of chairs, but seemed understaffed. What concerned me the most is the plastic footprint they leave behind. Every pedicure throws away this blue plastic covering the bowl. Surely there is a better balance between the environment and cleanliness of the business. Before any negative comments, please do your homework on disposal of plastic. This was my experience. The staff was pleasant.

Ive came here twice to do my wax eyebrows the first time I came they had me waiting more than 10 min the second 15 min and than they came up to me and told me I had to wait 10-15 more min when they could of told me that when I walked in ! Im never going there waste of my time .

This place is awesome....so clean and efficient.

My mother in law, my sister in law, my daughter and I all just got our nails done here. We all got a fullset with shellac, daughter just got shellac. Theyre only getting 2 stars because our nails look pretty good (our colors are good) but everything about our experience was terrible. The lady at the counter greeting people was not welcoming to begin with. The tech doing my daughters nails was short with her knowing that shes a child. My mother in laws nails had a weird film on one of them, like they werent completely dry. My sister in laws tech was yanking her hand and the whole vibe of the place was just really unpleasant for all of us. They all acted like they wanted to be doing anything else than our nails. I will not be returning. I dont want to pull the race card, but that could have added to the whole thing.Edited to 1 star: Upon further inspection, all of our nails were extremely dull and we had to put a clear coat on them to make them shine.Complete waste of time and money.

I went in on a Tuesday at lunch, there was no wait and the staff was super friendly. I got a shellac manicure, the tech did a great job!! Trimmed all of my cuticles well and reshaped my shabby nails. They have hundreds of color choices and the place was very nice and clean. Highly recommend!

While my nails look good, Im writing this review because I believe professionalism is always #1. Tiffany did my nails and she was clearly speeding and on drugs. Her jaw was moving side to side and everything. She was a little Speedy Gonzalez. As I said she did good on my nails, but she just rushed. Acrylic powder was left all on the sides of my fingers as well. Her coworkers and the owner should clearly be able to tell this woman is on drugs!

I went in wanting a relaxing time but instead I got a pedicure and manicure in a tight space and the ladies( though sweet as can be) did a horrible job. The nails were thick and not shaped. And as far as the ladies who did my names I do not remember their names however the were talking about how they were dating twins and the tech doing my pedicure has the mean one and she was upset. Today I found my new favorite nail salon!! My tech, Nina, was wonderful. I’ll definitely be a recurring client of hers! The facility is spacious and clean and the fees are very competitive. And, Nina makes a pretty mean Mimosa, too!

I was looking for a place near my home to get a pedicure and nail fill. Anna did my pedicure and she was very thorough. Ive been to other nail shops in Conroe and NAILS OF AMERICA has shown themselves to have excellent service. Tiffany did my fill, she was quick. I will return again. Not overly impressed, I did a dip manicure my manicure already looks a week grown out, the shape was nothing like what I came in with, my dip looks “chubby” and I didn’t even get lotion let alone a hand massage. I felt like I was just another ticket And they wanted to get me out as quickly as they could. $50 for a bad manicure is completely unacceptable!

Went in today for a refill and Ryan took me right away. Ryan is very nice and extremely good at what he does! I am completely happy with my new set and will request him again:) The shape and length are exactly what I wanted. If you want your nails done right ask for Ryan!!

I went in for a full set & pedicure Saturday, Hana did great on my full set. Can’t say the same for the lady who did my pedicure, she took too much of my right big toe nail off and it stung so bad when she went to remove nail polish & it’s been hurting BAD all day. So yeah def not going back. I’m hoping I don’t get an ingrown 😢

The place is huge, modern looking, and very clean. Henry was a superb technician! Great sense of humor and kept us all laughing. Best leg/foot massage ever!!! Will request him from now on, and if theres a wait, it will totally be worth it!!

I have visited Nails of America 4 or 5 times at Loop 336 location and every visit as been top notch. I am very picky and do not like rough filing that knicks my cuticles and makes bleed.I like for my manicurist to move from left to right with manicure and not make me cross each hand over to operator. I’m there for service and enjoyment and they do an excellent job! I really like Nathan and he gives good massages too! Staff is very professional!Gloria Jones

I come here 4X a month and spend $120 ea time.The atmosphere and aesthetics are good .The consistency is not. I called 3 hours ahead and made an appointment and they were almost 20 minutes late starting my service, not acceptable. What good is making an appointment if they make you wait that long??This is a deal breaker for me when you need to be somewhere afterwards.
