The place is filthy and gross. I asked for little taken off and an overlay on my real nails no tips added because of the type of work I do they will break off. The lady took my middle finger and chopped it off at the skin. Then told me its okay i put tip on it. I walked out worst I have ever seen.

The pedicure that I got took less than five minutes I paid $25 for my pedicure the lady did not take any time on my feet and no one was there but me but the guy who did my manicure did an amazing job and if it wasn’t for him I would not even think about coming back here.

They always do amazing work for a great price and it lasts

I had called hours prior to coming and asked how muchA full set of acrylics would be and they told me 25 but once they finished my nails they said it was 40. The nails definitely werent worth 40 plain blue squared

Went in as a walk -in. Wasnt busy. I picked my color & the technician was gracious in helping me find a new color because I didnt like the 1st color. He did a fantastic job. I havent had such pretty nails in a very long time. I am making this my salon.

This was my first time coming in, they welcomed me right away and asked what I wanted and attended me really quickly, the guy who did my nails did such an amazing job and the girl who did my toes also as well recommend this place it’s affordable and they take there time with you and always ask if you like it ! I will for sure come here more often !

Not one of the best qualities in town

Been there 3times so far love it. Going back tomorrow to change my nails and I hope the guy that did them the first and second time is there wish I knew his name all I know he was a older gentleman. The younger one I dont approve of his work. But everyone is friendly.

The first time I went, the top coat started peeling off after two days. I went back a few days ago after a few months to give them another try, and after two days, the top coat is coming off again. So my nails are a flat color instead of shiny. I think they used extremely cheap products.

I was very unhappy with this place. Took my daughter to get our nails done and within less than 5 hours gave her a quick shower and 3-4 of her nails had no polish. Now its been about 7 hours and it looks like she never even had her nails done! Lets see if my toe nails hold up... NEVER GOING BACK

I have been here twice. The first time was perfectly fine but the last time I went I had the tech Amy and she wouldn’t listen to the length or shape I wanted. Walked out of the salon very disappointed and by the end of the first week my nails either started lifting or completely breaking off. I will not go here again.

I wish I was able to rate this place 0 stars. Three or four days ago I went to get my nails removed by a nail tech named Hana (if I can recall that was her name) and before we got started she was on her phone and didn’t wash her hands, she just hopped straight to doing my nails. As she was removing my nails she used that machine that spins and was burning my natural nail through the fake nail. When I told her it burned she said sorry and KEPT USING THE MACHINE ON MY NAIL!! So to fast forward my natural nails are now super thin so every time I bump them into something I can literally feel everything under my natural nail. Instead of soaking my fake nails first so it could be easier to remove with the machine she insisted on using the machine first. This is the second nail place I’ve been to in Conroe and another horrible experience! I would NOT recommend anyone to come here.

Avoid this place if you want nice nails! First visit I was there for an hour and a half, my nails (full solar set) are stubs and theyre all different shapes and sizes. Tech tried to fix them but just made things worse and she really didnt seem to know how to use the tools. My fingers are attached to my nail tips by globs of white acrylic. Im now at an old salon, where I used to go, getting them fixed.

I love this place

Service was relatively slow, and if you dont know exactly what youre doing and what you want, then the process is difficult. Getting a manicure, the girl got out nail polish without confirming what color I wanted and I had to stop her from doing my nails I color I most definitely did not want. Good for pedicures, but the manicures are lacking something.

There is sign that they open Monday 9:30 to 7 and they are close with no sign there was more then 4 customers waiting for service so unprofessional

Good service. Got ready to pay $20-25 for shellac just like sign says and they charged us $30 each! I pointed it out and was told the price was for shellac polish only. Not shellac manicure! So, people pay $25 for polish only? Ok, but not this mother!

They do great pedicures here and have great selection of nail colors here with glitter! Gotta have my glitter!

Really bad service every time I go inn no one wants to help me. Very disappointing here I would never come back the helpers always have bad attitude

Got my nails done on the 16th now its the 20th. Ive lost 3 nails and all nails have lifting. Im about to lose a thumb a nail. Im here to have them taken off. I will not pay for it either. Going back to bamboo nails. Way better. Their nails may cost more, in the long run its worth it. Ive had my nails on a whole month from bamboo nails which is a block away. To say the least Im f-ing mad.

My nails look horrible!! Doesn’t know how to do the oval shape. When I picked my color it was white with sparkles and it came out with yellow in it and I told him I didn’t like it and he said that’s what you picked. Very upset.

People stay away from this place, the Customer service is very poor Employee Christine the owner a is more busy with her pimples and phone then customers, no greeting for walk in people . The service is bad what is there problem I dont know, The quality of pedicure and manicure is very bad when I complain to the Owner she was fighting like a dog . I left in the middle of pedicure and pay 25 dollars for unfinished job .

The nail polish comes off very easy

They opened the shop 15 minutes late. They only had one nail tech. At 11:15 the others still were not there. The new owners are HORRIBLE!! Go somewhere else!!!!

Very disappointed, they doubled booked my appointment and made me wait one hour and fifteen minutes, water got cold and then did not have product after selling it to me on a 45.00 pedicure. On my nails they did a task wide short job and these are my natural nails ! Not happy for 90 dollars

This place was terrible bad service and they wouldn’t listen they messed up on my nails and I had someone else come and fix them and they filed so much that the color was missin in spots on my nails and I told them I need more color because they filed it off and they kept filing and they wouldn’t listen and I was there for 3 hours I was very angry and they still made me pay they didn’t even give me a discount for the inconvenience I will NEVER return to this place

Went there today because my regular place was busy, was just getting a refill of colored powder over my real nails- she took from 10:15-11:40 and the job was horrible, there was mixed powder colors in several nails and the acrylic is uneven in several spots, I wanted square round and she kept trying to get the right shaped which ended in very short nails n very square- called and they wanted to redo- no thanks lesson learned should have just waited at my regular place
