I have been using this location for almost a year and have been very happy with my results. I just recently graduated on the two areas that I had done and even though the treatments are definitely painful at times, I think its worth the pain and money. Everyone here is very friendly and professional and I feel very comfortable going here each time. Its also EXCEPTIONALLY clean which helps put my mind at ease. They also are very mindful of peoples budgets and will work with you to find a treatment plan and payment method that works best for you. Not pushy at all which I REALLY appreciated.

I have so many great things to say about this establishment! Starting with the consultation, Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with regarding my needs. She didnt push for more than what I wanted. The payment plans are so affordable and makes the procedure available to everyone. I personally did the bikini area and after about 3 treatments I began to notice a reduction in hair regrowth and thickness. The hair was much more fine as well. Currently I am on my 5th treatment and have close to zero regrowth. The skin is much smoother with no unsightly razor bumps. During the actual procedure Ive always felt very comfortable and the pain is very brief and doesnt last the whole day. Overall, Im extremely pleased with my whole experience and would definitely recommend Milan to anyone looking for laser hair removal

Every time I went (three treatments plus the consult) there was an issue. The first was with billing not being set up properly. The next issue was being told I had two free underarm treatments and then the traveling tech (never had the same tech) told me that was not true. Apparently, I was told that to draw me in. My second neck treatment was on way more hair than I asked for. The third time I went in, I was told because of an alleged new tan line (I haven’t been in the sun all summer due to these treatments) I would not be able to receive my scheduled treatment. I am really upset and worried that two other technicians worked on my skin when it apparently should not have been.

I’ve been going to Milan for laser hair treatment for about 3 months now. I started out with waxing and wasn’t crazy about it for obvious reasons. I reached out to Milan one day and got in touch with the manager Liz there and she had me come in for a consultation to learn all about the treatment and what they do. After that meeting I felt very comfortable and that I could trust them for permanent hair removal. Best decision I could’ve made. I have a disorder called mast cell activation syndrome which causes me to have pain and itching where hair grows while I am in a flare or episode. First treatment went well, really no pain, you do feel the lazar but wasnt bad at all and very quick appointment which was surprising ( Even though I didnt feel that much to nothing at all with the lazar thats my experience I know everyone is different but they will talk about everything during the consultation and before the lazar treatment) But overall Id give everything a 10/10 and cant wait for my 2nd treatment in a few weeks!! *so much love and happiness*

I have had an amazing experience at Milan Laser! I’ve seen results since the first treatment, the facility is well kept, and everyone is extremely personable. Although it costs more than I had expected, the unlimited package is why I decided to go with them; you really can’t beat it!

Wanted to say this place is open and operating right now after a short closure. I do recommend this place for their professional and boutique feel. It is of course pricey but I felt much more comfortable in this space than others I visited. Liz, the manager. goes out of her way to make sure you are feeling good there.I only docked a star because I was disappointed with one of the techs I had--and it was only my second time going so I wasnt sure if I was in the right to say something. FYI she wasnt dangerous or anything but she did not follow the consistent protocol all of my other techs have.

I just had my second appointment at Milan Laser in Syracuse NY, and I absolutely believe that I chose the right people for my laser hair removal. As a Black woman I was concerned about the proficiency of the people I would ultimately choose and their experience working with darker skin and so did quite a bit of research before deciding that Milan was the place to go. My initial consultation which took place over the phone went great, it was highly informative and all of my questions were answered. The staff are very professional, courteous and are willing to work with your schedule when it comes to appointments. If you are debating Laser Hair Removal, then consider Milan Laser in your search. I went in to Milan today to get some information about laser hair removal. I already receive hair removal from a competitor but am dissatisfied with my experience thus far. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and the Manager answered every question I had with no pushy agenda. Their knowledge base was impressive. I love this place! The staff is friendly and it’s very clean. As far as hair removal goes this is by far the best method. It’s more permanent and I have seen very little growth at all in my bikini area (I signed up for the Brazilian) and I’ve only had four sessions. Only downside is pain, but most hair removal methods come with pain and are not nearly as effective and long lasting. I absolutely recommend this place!
