I drove 30 minutes from huntsville to get my nails done here yesterday. The lady was really nice and the service was great. BUT I got a shellac manicure and she didn’t use the heating lamp which I thought was odd. Today 3 of my nails are already chipping and peeling. The pictures aren’t the best but hopefully it will help your judgement before you go here.

I feel so pretty now. I got a spa pedicure. They woman that did it was great. Very gentle and had a great experience and very good customer service. They keep me laughing 😆 and even played great music at closing. I will be coming back for sure. And they are very patriotic the man at the front desk. Lots of different colors to pick from and they polish is of great quality no clumping or anything. Thanks for great spa day

I used to love this place but since they are under new management and all new people, I won’t be going back after yesterday. Went in for a shellac manicure and Le was filing down the nails and broke my skin. It continued to hurt and they still charged full price with zero concern.

The place is very nice, large and upscale. Beautiful and looks clean. I loved the initial look of my nails but one of my toe gel nail polish came off completely and few of my hand nex-gen nails chipped and cracked within 2 weeks! Too pricey for that tk happen this soon! My gel pedicures usually last over a month and my dip manicure last usually 3-4 weeks.

Pedicure was great, really relaxing. When it was time to get my nails done, I was discouraged from doing anything that would take any extra time or effort. A full set took half the time my pedicure did, and I regret getting it since my cuticles were ripped apart in the process. I wanted to like this place, but I wont be going back.

So let me start off by saying they were extremely nice, the lady I had did the BEST underarm waxing! It was practically painless! And my hairs are normally super stubborn but she made it seem so effortless!She also did my pedicure and she did a decent job but I still had peeling skin on my little toe, polish was flawless, massage was great. But my biggest thing was they don’t put soap or bubbles or anything while your feet soak and for the prices they charge that’s a rip off!!!! I have never been anywhere they didn’t put something your feet can soak in! As well as making sure the chair massage was on. And they only offered some people something to drink but not everyone.

Went in with my husband and he got his pedicure and I went to get my nails done, she layed down a dirty town, she buffed all my nails but one and didnt clean, off the dust and then tryed it glue a tip on and it didnt stick so she buffed off the glue and still didnt clean off the dust and started to glue again and I told her never mind I didnt want to do this anymore,so I walked out,u pay $50. For the nails and it rush rush just to make a buck, which isnt right,its happened twice now and I wont be back....

This place is great very beautiful an clean. On my birthday my bosses surprised me with a paid pedicure here and it was AMAZING!!! I was so relaxed it was the best thing ever the lady’s there are so nice I will definitely be going back.

I got just a classic pedicure which states 30 minutes, mine was completed in 20. She didn’t do any cuticle trimming or heel scrub. I got dip on my nails and had to ask multiple times to have things fixed. One of my nails was missing a chunk of dip and the guy was just going to leave it like that. I don’t believe any of the tools used were properly sanitized either. I’m not sure who would ever recommend this place to anyone but seriously for the same price you can go to a nice salon and get much better service.

Front counter clerk had no mask on at all. Lady who came to get me to do my nails had no mask on at all. All employees were up front with their mask on their chin not over their nose. In this business you need to be safe. You come to get you customer to do their nails with no mask on. I will not be back. I went to nails of America on 336. They have the same prices, better quality work, and they all wore their masks probably the entire time. I would suggest going straight to nails of America on 336.

This place has lowered their standards years ago. I kept going back because it’s conveniently located, but I stared driving further away to a different place hoping to get better service. A few ladies don’t wear mask. My nails chipped in less then two weeks and every time I ask for a menu and prices it’s just never clear. I hardly ever get a friendly smile from anyone. Hopefully they will get better.

Nail tech cut me several times during manicure . Cuticles were bleeding and my nail looks massacred. She apologized and they gave me $20 off.

Very poorly managed and the complete opposite of what you expect at a nail spa. The place is dirty, dingy and the polish looks really old with a limited selection of low quality polish. My pedicure was rushed, I barley got a massage and when he was done he just got up and walked away. Didnt direct me to a dryer... nothing. The woman up front was constantly yelling at the nail techs. They all seems on edge. When I told her my experience she seemed annoyed and said heres ten dollars off for the massage but I cant to anything about the chaos. I said yes you can, youre causing it. No apologies no nothing. Never going here again. Terrible place.

I am very hurt by my experience with this nail salon. I went a month ago and my nails were bubbled and popping off in a WEEK. I thought maybe something was off that day so I gave them another chance today, I asked for white tips with a high arch (no one understood me so I said nvm just give me all pink powder) **because I thought that would be easy** - yet I let them finished and they are OK but when I went to go check out the owner lady came up to the front to make sure she told me that the technician I had was a very good and patient with me because no one else wanted to work with me. I’ve worked in customer service and it’s so disrespectful to say that to me just because I was wanting my nails a certain way. I don’t go to the nail salon to get what THEY like I get what I WANT. - not going back.

So I was in Conroe, TX for a surprise birthday and I needed my nails done. This location was the closest to my hotel. First, this nails salon/Spa is huge and the parking lot was full at 9:30am...they opened at 9am. The staff was okay but my nail technician was Tammy and she was a lovely lady indeed. She paid meticulous attention to details and all I had to do is tell what I wanted and she made it happen. She even sort of made up a style for what I wanted and I loved it. I have been to nail salons before and I have a review about one in particular.Conclusion: pls go to Nail of America and ask for Tammy. She will give you a relaxing experience. Even my brother(who never gets his nails done) got a mani/pedi without feeling out of place.

They do a REALLY NICE PEDICURE here at this NAILS OF AMERICA location... My daughter and I, had our toes done here, with the shellac, and its been almost 2 weeks... They are still looking newly painted, like we did them yesterday.. So, I recommend this place highly.. Also the prices are fair, and standard like anywhere else!!

The manager, Hannah was so rude to me after I let them know the color I selected for my shellac manicure did not match the color I got on my feet.They messed up on my dip color as well so they had to start all over. At this point I don’t have enough tome to get my toe nails redone. She told me that I have to pay because the polish is expensive . I wasn’t trying to get out of paying I was trying to let them know their staff does not pay attention and I would of appreciated a small concession . Hannah made a big deal about this and was being so loud and rude in front of other customers and her staff. I will not be coming back to this location. Horrible customer service. My time is more valuable than nail polish Hannah.

Just googled and this shop popped up, went in after work and ms Kim instead of taking off my bad nail job opted to just correct it as it would cost the same. Let’s just say I found myself a new nail shop. Thank you Kim

I had an awesome experience here!! I’m new to Texas (just moved here for work) & the ladies made me feel at home! Best nail spot I’ve been to! They were super sweet! And they’re pedicure was amazing! I’ve been coming here for over 4 years. It feels good to walk in and they know me and greet me by name. Love the special room for a little more comfort with reclining chairs. Great customer service too! I use Brandon and he is one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had. He is very detailed with his work and no matter what I may want done with my nails, he accomplishes it with pride.

Everyone here does an amazing job but the owner of the establishment is rude as hell. Her pamphlet lists a pink refill as being $27 she informed me that doesnt matter and charged me $35. Ive given this place several chances and it never gets better. I am done giving this place chances and will not be returning

Pretty lazy for the price. They didn’t even trim cuticles or anything. And you can forget the hand massage! When I went, the place was empty and they were in a huge hurry. Must’ve been close to closing time. I sat down and it was straight file the nails and do the dip powder. That’s it! $45 too. Not as advertised at all. Too many places around for this type of service!!

HORRIBLE. Customer service was terrible. Nail lady was TERRIBLE. My nails are all crooked. I was so mad i didn’t even let her finish. Also, the soft pink powder i chose went on with 2 different pinks... like the color was mixed . Overall.. horrible. And i walked out with 1 nail not out on and still spent 60$!!!! horrible.

I came in early so they just took me right when I walked in. Good times here! They are so accommodating. They did exactly what I wanted didnt rush me. Perfect nails & nice setting. Very happy client! When I have a couple of extra pennies from my paycheck I definitely give this place some love.

I have never been here personally, but I know a lot of people that have, so I could only imagine that it is a great place to go. I do know from what I have heard that this is an upstanding business that does a great job for a good price, so if I were ever to suggest to someone I know, a place to go get their nails done, this would be the first place to pop up in my mind to suggest to them.

I asked for a refill on my nails and I got a luxury pedicure and ended up paying $120.00 for my service before tip. They refused to let me see the pricing when I walked in for the first time and that should have been a red flag for me. The pedicure, they eventually let me see pricing for because I had to select which service I wanted- that was $45. However, doing the math, my refill was quite expensive!!!! I figured that matching a generic silver sparkly powder would not have cost so much, but they also did a an application of clear powder over all it in addition to clear shellac, which I have never had seen before. They didnt ask me, they simply did it. All I wanted was a refill and was anticipating it to be no more than $40, given the powder type. I wish I had read the reviews before I went here. However, the convenience of a decedent location with somewhat friendly staff was simply too good to be true. The woman there are very nice. It is the men that are the ones to watch out for- he didnt talk to me or let me know any sort of pricing. He just did what he wanted and gouged me in the end. I certainly will not be back.

Hannah does great work on lashes. Ask for Brandon if getting a manicure. Ask for Mimi if getting a pedi! Everyone is great but those are my favorite.

Ive been going to Mimi for my shellac manicures and spa pedicures for a year since I moved into the area, and she/they have always given me great customer service. They always offer me complimentary beverages and smile every time any staff member passes me by. I highly recommend Mimi and this nail salon/spa!

First time in this salon. Doesnt smell of acetone. All the ladies were nice too. They pay close attention to detail and make sure each nail is perfect. And with most places, the quality goes down. . . But not here! Worth the drive. YAY I found my nail place =]

Got a Pedicure today - it was amazing. The lady did a super job. I couldnt be happier with the service I recieved! Weve tried to keep coming back to see how things are going. My wife got her manicure with Kaylann and is, as usual, extremely happy with the job. Ive also spoken to the masseuse, Trang, about a massage in the next few weeks - she is amazing.I still see some cosmetic issues here and there, and all, but what a great visit, and honestly, maybe itll never be like new again, but its better than it was, just months ago. We are back to regular clients, I suppose.

Horrible experience. I used to love this place but I just got a gel set from Tracy and at first it was fine. Until I chose my color. She tried convincing me I needed to use a different color. No I like my nails a natural color sorry thats my preference. Ive never had my nails done so bad. She hit my cuticle so much with the dremel, I can see my natural nail in random spots on my nails because the layer of powder is so then. After I told her how I like mine shaped and that I didnt want my other hand as short as she made my first one, she got an attitude after that. My second hand pretty much got nothing done to it. She didnt shape or even make sure the sides werent glued to my skin. Not to mention my skin under my nail being stuck to it and her complaint that Id like her to remove it from under there. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Im giving 4 stars because this place is usually on point. however, the last time i went, (6 days ago), i got thrown in w a new tech and she did a HORRIBLE job! my dip nails began chipping off around my cuticle, within a couple days! im going back today and asking for Anna, she knows me, knows my preferences, and what i do/do not like. i should have asked for her in the first place! i dont mind paying more, for a good job done, and i generally tip well. my toes still look perfect.

DO NOT go here for a full set. I have tried several technicians and none of them can do it correctly. It comes out either bumpy, really thick, or nothing like how you wanted it if you showed them a picture. Even if you try to correct them they’ll say “no it’s better this way”.

I have followed Monica for 10 years and she is fabulous. She is always ready to give you 200% of what you want. The owners are fabulous and ready to please. You can not ask for a more accomdating business. Please give them another chance.

I took my mom there yesterday for some relaxing time. We both had pedicures which were great. I also got a solar nail set which is poor quality which i wont be getting done there again. However the prices seemed reasonable to me.

My family and I always come here and we always get the best treatment my nails are always done perfectly.

Ive been coming here for years and its been great but I went to get my nails done and not even 24 hours later they started to come off for no reason. The lady gave me the glitter white without telling me then charged me extra. When I called the next day to get the nails that were coming off fixed they said I had never come in the day before and the manager was extremely rude. Never going back there. If I spend that much money on nails, I expect them to last.

This is still my favorite nail salon, but theyre quality has gone down drastically!Pros: amazing service by Vy, she did an exceptional job, followed every request and was thorough in her job. She also picked up on the fact that I did not want to talk and respected that.Cons: my chair was broken and were so run down that management had put pillows on the backs in an attempt to mitigate the thinning chair.The front desk girl was very sweet to me and though it was the middle of a Saturday, I only waited about 10 minutes.

I was relatively pleased with my service, but my fiance said that they were too rough with his pedicure. My only other gripe was the shaping of my nail on my ring finger was very crooked and I pointed it out and she still didnt fix it

I finally found Nails Of America for a glitter nails. I LOVED THESE LADIES!Whole staff here were sweet and helpful.The nail polish selection is vast and diverse and they did very perfect job! GREATTTT services! FAIR PRICING!It lasts to over a month, Sooo wonderful ... Definitely going back with my mom.

This place use to be good. I have been a regular customer for years. All the technicians are very friendly. Recently a short Asian man took over and he is very rude. He does not greet patrons, he raised prices which were already too high and shortened the time on manicures and pedicures. I had my nails done on Monday and they starting chipping off on Tuesday. He acted like it was my fault and was very reluctant to have them repainted. I wont be back.

Best pedicure! I wish Id got the ladies name that done my nails but she was awesome! Best since getting to Texas, and better than a lot of places I went in Georgia! Will certainly go back!

Waited about 30 minutes, then got seated at one table. They asked me to move 3 more times to different tables before Kai took over. He was so ruff with the drill tool, taking off my old acrylic. It was so painful & I told him that he was hurting me, that didnt help... I had to experience burning until he was done (literally, every finger). Then he trimmed my nails with a clipper, & little bit of acrylic that was still on my nails cracked on every finger. I though he would take care of it before putting new acrylic on, but no he didnt. Ive been doing nails for 10+ yrs at different salons, & this was the worst experience ever. I had to stop him & asked the front to get me someone else. Waited for 10 minutes, no one came. Then finally Hannah came from their back room. I explained to her my ordeal, & she jumped in & redid my nails perfectly. She manages this place.

I had a good experience. I only took away a star because all my nails arent the same :/ I got the round tips and some are different roundness. The one that stands out the most is the middle finger. Its fatter than the rest. I also didnt notice til after I was home that I didnt get a complete manicure. As Im driving, I realized she didnt apply any oil or moisturizer so now my hands are ashy and dry looking. No massage or anything. Also the top coat wasnt put to the very bottom of my nails so it looks like its cracking from my point of view. But Id definitely come back. Ill just pay more attention.

I just paid $142 at this place for a Pearl pedi with shellac toes, acrylic refill on two toes, a dipping mani, plus actual manicure and paraffin wax on my hands. I left with single color on my hands and toes after originally asking for French on fingers and toes with a picture (included below) which I was initially told could be done only to be told later that they could not, then to be told they could but the total cost of my mani ALONE would be $74 -without the paraffin wax. This pricing is absurd. And the cherry on top, I had to finish taking the old dipping color I came in with off myself after my hands were placed in an acetone bowl for well over 30 minutes. Even though I repeatedly said I wanted to take them out. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this salon. I won’t be back.
