I’ve been here 2 years, met a wonderful woman and her boy. She and her boy moved in during the pandemic. The management was understanding and was very accommodating. We recently moved to another unit and the paperwork was easy. My woman had a hard time emotionally during the push in the morning. Naomi came in, supported her, and reassured her everything was going to be okay. Naomi did a fantastic job coming out of work mode and saw the frustration and comforted her. She should be employee of the month!

Let me start by saying me and my family love this apartment and community. From the always helpful Community Manager Carolyn S. to the always sweet Assistant Director Donna B. Since the day we first came to look at the apartment these women have been nothing but great to us. The community is clean, quiet and so friendly, and the new office memeber is just a plus. Paloma is so sweet and kind hearted, i just have the best office team ever.

I have lived here for eight months. From the moment I walked into the office while looking for a place to live, Carolyn has made me feel right at home. They have worked with me and made the transition extremely smooth. While I have lived here, they have been very accommodating and quickly resolved maintenance requests. The rooms are spacious and the patio is huge. I have even had room for all of my plants. Deciding to live here has been a great choice.

We love Landings! The property is so beautiful. Our apartment is gorgeous and so spacious. The grounds are clean and always well kept. Carolyn and Donna in the office always answer my questions and requests immediately. They are super nice and accommodating as well! Maintenance is prompt to get anything taken care of. Hilltop management absolutely takes care of this place and makes it an amazing place to live. We feel lucky to live here and have no plans to leave!

There were times l had a hard day at work and had to stop in the office on my way home for some reason, and Ms. Carolyn (without knowing it), lifted my spirits! Landings of Conroe, you are blessed to have her!

My husband and I have lived here for about year. We have absolutely loved our apartment. Plus, the staff and amenities are wonderful!! My two year old loves the pool!! Been a resident for 4 1/2 years and have had a great experience. Its been safe and have had great neighbors. I love that Im close to I-45, HEB, Kroger and Walmart. Their pricing is reasonable and amenities are good. Check em out for yourself and see how helpful and nice they are.

This place is fantastic! I have lived here for 10 years and you cant beat the value or experience. The staff is WONDERFUL. Carolyn and Donna are always on point to keep everything running smoothly and caring to boot! The personal touch they provide is so important to have in a place you call home. The apartments are huge, have great flow, and are very reasonably priced. The grounds are always kept well, and this is literally the safest and coziest community I have ever lived in. There a is lot more nature here than you will see at other communities, and yet we are still within minutes of all the conveniences my family needs on a daily basis. Could you really ask for more?

This place is amazing, I’ve lived here 4years and never had any problems with management or maintenance Ms. Donna & Ms.Carolyn are great. They are always so helpful when I need something and anytime there is something going on in the complex I’m always up to speed because they are always send out emails to inform me. The apts are being upgraded really nice. Track lighting, vinyl flooring that looks like hardwood, granite countertops upgraded faucets and the staff are unbelievably helpful

I have lived here for 3 years & have been very happy. Great location and by far the best value in Conroe for the square footage. Im a single woman living alone & have always felt safe here. The office personnel has been extremely friendly and accommodating. I dont plan to leave anytime soon!!!

Alexis in the office is AMAZING!!!! She always happy and bubbly and wants to help with anything my family and I need. When we see her on property she always stops to ask how things are going and shows real care about what we have to say. We’ve lived here for a year and just signed another lease because we enjoy it here soooo much! Thanks to all the ladies in the office for making this a great place to live!

I have lived at Landings Of Conroe for almost 2 years. The staff here is phenomenal. You can walk into the office and be greeted with always a smile on their faces. They always know you by your first name, and always willing to help. Carolyn and Alexis always go out of their way to do whatever needs to be done. Maintenance staff is top notch. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Landings Of Conroe.

We just moved into The Landings and everything has been great! Very quiet, pleasant, neighbors are nice and the ladies at the welcome center are EXCELLENT. Everyone weve had contact with thus far have been professional and respectful. Highly recommend you take a look at these apartment homes if youre in the market... they offer great floor plans and amenities.

Im a delivery driver in the Conroe area and I routinely have packages for residents of the Landings of Conroe. I just wanted to give a shout-out to Donna and Carolyn for always taking care of me. They offer me cold drinks in the summer and warm drinks in the winter which means alot since Im constantly out in the elements. They are very sweet ladies and are always helpful if I ever need anything. Im glad to have them on my route!

This is a beautiful property I’m very pleased with the service in the office all the ladies especially Donna has been so helpful.The floorplans are very spacious and I love the fact that my son can play basketball court and work out in their fitness room. They also have a beautiful dog park.The Maintenance team is also amazing Pedro gets work done as soon as possible I never have to wait. Love this place.

I visited here not too long ago and talked to Alexis. She really cares about everyone who walks through the door and makes it know. She told me she would rather you feel comfortable than feel pressured to lease. I ended up buying a house, but if I hadn’t, The Landings of Conroe would’ve been my first choice.

I love the designs on this beautiful building when I went to go see Alexis. The rooms are a great size and it’s a wonderful environment to be in. Definitely a place I would love to move to if I had to move into a new place. :)

Im the carrier for The Landings of Conroe. On my daily route I look forward to this stop. The staff is always friendly and helpful. On multiple occasions Donna has offered me a cold beverage and always asks about my day. She is a people person! If I were looking for a place to stay, The Landings of Conroe would be my first choice.

The apartments are nice, and the residents are great.The Management company, and the office staff have a lot of improvement to make is communications and customer service. The gossip they feed into is more important to them than solving their mistakes or residents issues. I would highly recommend living here if the old management returned, or the staff that currently resides, was replaced.Ive been here 3 years and never had an issue until Hilltop took over.

Love the spacious floor plans with updated flooring and cabinetry. The office staff is professional, friendly and treats us like family. Maintenance job requests are quickly resolved by professional and friendly staff. So happy we chose the Landings of Conroe as our home!

Lived her 5 months now. Since it became the Landings of Conroe this place has gone downhill real fast. If there was a maintenance request or issue it would be resolved in a day or two no problem sometimes same day. Since new management it takes a week or more. They say they take care of pest control but we had a HUGE ant and wasp issue that took over a week for someone to come out and spray and take care of it.Now one of you toilets is broken and will not flush. First we were told that since water is not flowing into the apartment its not an emergency now were going over a week and still no fix. I dont want guest and my kids who are potty training using our master bath. More importantly we pay for a second bathroom! I feel like no one is on top of assisting residents here. A BATHROOM IS BROKEN IN AN APARTMENT! Pretty big deal. Were not talking about a light bulb here.

WAY overpriced for the area. Youll pay about $1,300 for a 2/2. The slap on fees you arent aware of while signing the lease. Also, they only allow one internet service provider at this complex. Good luck with watching anything on your TV or even doing homework. Installation guy complained about the manager being rude as well. However, Ive never had any issues with the two women up front I cant complain about that.

Wonderful place to live for so many reasons. Just to name a few, its quiet, the staff is very kind and understanding, and theyre always trying to improve anything they can. I lived here for five years and I would recommend it to anybody. Theres great churches and lots of places to shop or eat. Plus there are plenty of outdoor things to do because of all the parks in the area!

Post office is not delivering mail to our boxes because the hinges are broken . I spoke to the post office worker today and Caroline the Property manager knows about this and has known since Saturday the 9th. Why were residents not notified??? We are waiting on legal documents. Youre always sending me emails and text alert about potlucks & things going on at the clubhouse and this is important and we are not notified??? Why has no one been notified..... Its christmas.... I want the regional manager to contact us

They deserve no stars for the way they treat us,the lady’s at the front office treat us like kids and blame stuff on us for something that the little kids do.They also won’t let us chill in the lounge or the clubhouse, but we pay for that and the pool area, And the office is in the corner and it’s blocked off and they think they can rule everything, but the thing is having people in the lounge area will bring in more residents cause they see that they can feel comfortable .I just think its unfair to threaten to take something away that we pay for.

No stars horrible I’ve live here for two years but every since they changed the people at the front desk it’s been horrible they’re rude and every time I come in from school they assume we are gonna trash the place me and my sister where studying in the “clubhouse” and our parents brought us something to eat and the very next day they told us “y’all can’t eat in here because it’s a business office”.when it’s not the business office is where your desk is and the club house is where your residence pay $1300 a month to come in and sit down at. Thumbs down to the staff and also the ways the apartments are built not leveled correctly I can walk in to mine and see the the freakin hallway is slanted and there’s cracks horrible now again let’s see if you have that same energy tomorrow

The most friendliest staff out of anywhere I have ever lived. I have never lived at an apartment complex that treated me like family! They also have huge floor plans. Love this place!

Nice apartment but Im sick of paying rent for my family and these roaches. I have complained and complained several time. The pest patrol guy has being out to spay or whatever he does several time and the cure will only last about 2-3. But other than that issue the staff is nice and these apartments can be a nice place to live.

Beware of this place! Too much theft going on in the parking lot. Heck, I had teenagers jumping on my patio and steeling my cigarettes and lighter. Good luck on move out. They will charge you outrageously for any little repair. Beware and stay away from this property.

So I have been living here for over a year and before this new company greystar took over and i must say it is terrible. I would not reccomend this place to live for anyone. Management just wants the residents money without dealing with the issues at hand. They will smile in your face and blame it on the residents. I would be more specific on my experience but honestly I am worried they would give me a harder time than I already have at this place with dealing with management.They say one thing and mean another, so tread lightly.

Maintenance always arrives at a timely manner and very professional and clean. I HAD an ant problem in my master bath and scheduled pest control 2 times and it was resolved and no problem since! The only problem i have is the cost to live here, in my opinion it’s pricey and to increase rent by $35 every year is a lot if money ontop of what we already pay, Ever since they switched over to hilltop management it hasn’t been All lollipops and rainbows, i feel like they care more about money and filling the apartments than caring about the residents and on couple Occasions they try to charge me extra for something I know i shouldnt be charged for! Look at your rent bill!!

This place likes to put flyers on your windshield in private parking lots. I dont appreciate people walking around and touching my vehicle while Im AT WORK.

Wow...Carly and Mandie are piss poor...made a complaint about a loud as car owned by Carly and they both shrugged me off...I am use to exhaust hell I have a Flowmaster and Carly douche boyfriend has some loud ass pos and they pretty much told me to live with it....ok cool time for corporate...

Love this place the staff is super friendly and helpful as well as professional. The actually fix things WHEN IT BREAKS unlike many apartments Ive lived in. Everything is clean and quiet and the children here are well behaved. Most people here keep to themselves but are polite. Theres plenty of parking for residents and guests with optional covered parking. The apartment itself has a great floor plan, lots of space and look very new and clean. If they offered 4 bedroom apartments with a garage my family would probably live here forever lolEdit:I still stand by how well kept the place is, how friendly the staff is, and the parking and floor plan you probably wont find better at any apartment complex but not the fixing things when broken. My dish washer hasnt worked since we moved in and Ive reported it many times but months later and it still hasnt been replaced. I wont give them a poor rating for this because a dishwasher is more of a luxury item but all of the kitchen appliances are pretty old and outdated

If you can afford it, take it. Ive only lived here for about 8 months and my job transferred me to San Antonio, Tx. The apartment itself is great! i lived in the three bedroom. It has a big spacious living room and a decent size dining room. all three rooms are well in size and the balcony is larger than most.The only issue i had was when it was time to move out, i wont say anything bad about landmark because i dont know the Normal procedures. So ill leave it at that.NO PLAYGROUND!!! :(But they do have a basketball court and pool.

Stop leaving your flyers in my car window??? Dont touch my vehicle. No matter how many times I call you and tell you to stop harassing me and my employees you still come into the parking lot, dirty up our windows, and leave your greasy flyer in the windshield wiper. Thanks!
