My name is Tracy and me and a friend of mine moved into this apartment complex on July 1st and i just want people to know about Annette the best lady i know of that works in the office. She goes above and beyond to help us out with whatever we need help with. She so nice and very down to earth. If we need something fixed she makes sure it’s done immediately and notifies us if we are at work that all was taken care of. she just does things a friend would do without hesitation. I just want to thank you and the others here at the Lake’s at Westview for really making us feel at home. Thank you Annette! Moved into this apartment complex almost 3 years ago and the process to move in went very smoothly. No delays and apartment was ready on time. Weekend when we moved in & my a/c wasnt working as should (middle of summer). Contacted the office after hours number for maintenance thinking I would have to wait till Monday. I was wrong a gentleman by the name of Hugo appeared at my apartment that night to get my a/c back up & running. Several other times I have needed assistance & Hugo has always been Johnny on the spot. Anytime you see Hugo on the property he is always very professional and has a smile on his face. Truly believe if you dont have a good maintenance department you will not have a successful property. The Lake At Westview are truly blessed to have someone like Hugo managing there maintenance department. So, I want leave anyone out I also, want to give some praise to the office staff. Office staff is staffed by some wonderful ladies that always greet you & make you feel welcome. Each and every time I have visited the office they have always been very attentive to any issues I might have. Kudos to this property for having a awesome staff all the way around.

The staff at The Lakes of Westview is absolutely the most professional apartment leasing staff I have worked with. I had to change my move in date two times - and they were incredibly gracious. As for maintenance - those guys are all friendly, polite and actually get the repairs done FAST. I moved in during 90 degree weather and the a/c wasnt cooling. I went to the online portal and put in my maintenance request... and low an behold it was fixed before I got home from work that day! I typically speak with Bella and she has an amazing record of PROFESSIONAL service. Apartments are typically known for high turnover and rude staff. Not here! I will renew my lease until I find a house to purchase.

First time renters here!! Staff was extremely helpful, my husband and I worked with Annette. She was extremely sweet and helpful explaining everything to us. Very efficient and on top of things, application went in on Wednesday and moved in that Friday! Every time I had a question and called back up there never once did I feel that “oh god they are tired of me calling” feeling. Which I appreciated very much!! Maintenance staff is very efficient and fast also which is awesome. Also staff has very great manners, yes ma’am, no ma’am, yes sir, no sir. Beautiful place to live and sweet staff all around.

Went through a walk through of the apartment and it is stunning. The apartments are just amazing. We did the walk through with Annette and she was just great. She was very informative and extremely helpful. She showed us not only one but two different apartments to give us a better understanding of the layouts. She was very patient and kind.

I worked with Anna. She was very flexible with the move in date after I had just recieved a new job and needed a new place to live in a hurry. The staff was able to make the transition smoothly.

Annette was amazing! I’m a first time renter and she helped me through the whole process and made it very smooth, quick, and easy.

Ok seriously where do I begin? Before I give a little back story let me just say if you’re looking here- Isabella is the best person to work with! I’ll go into detail in a minute. Okay so- my fiancé and I thought we had found the apartments we were going to move into, but we decided to look here just to make sure we were positive. From the moment we walked in we knew this was going to be where we lived. After we toured, we started to get the ball rolling and immediately started the application process and we’re approved a week later. I can’t rave about how wonderful this place is. The amenities they have are amazing. The staff is so sweet and caring. AND the price!! You can’t beat it. Now for Isabella- she made our first time moving seamless and stress free. She was on top of her game. I had like 10 thousand questions for her and she answered every single one and made me feel heard and understood and not like I was bugging her. She is the sweetest person and I hope everyone who looks here decides to have her help them. We can’t wait to move in next month!!❤️❤️

We recently moved in to the complex and love it so far! Everyone is very nice and neighborly. We picked a 2nd floor apartment because of the fountain below our balcony but the fountain has been off since we moved in. Other than that things have been great and Annette in the office was amazing and very helpful during the application and moving process. Thank you Annette!Edit: Thanks to the wonderful crew here the fountain was up and running the next day! We love it!

Ive lived here for two years and my experience has been very positive. Maintenance is friendly and responds to requests quickly. My experience with the staff has been only positive, although I havent had to deal with them very much because I never have any issues. The amenities are well-maintained, including both pools and the rec room.

My mom and dad just leased here today with a young lady named Isabella, I just wanted to thank her for being so kind, patient and understanding with my parents. My mom and dad are extremely excited and the location is perfect for my dad who is in a wheel chair. Isabella took the time to explain to her on the map where to go, accommodated their wants and needs, and showed exactly where the unit is so we could drive by it today. Can’t wait to help them move in February. Thanks again Isabella!

Upon first coming to these apartments, I worked with Bella, and she had given me wrong pricing, and false information. It caused me to look elsewhere because she did not follow up with me and left me confused. However, I returned a few weeks later because this place really is the best deal in the Conroe area, and is a nice location. Annette in the office worked with me and helped me find an apartment at a really great price! She was so helpful and wanted me to have a good experience. If you plan on renting from Lakes at Westview, ask for Annette!

Just moved in. I love my little place. Its a quite enough place. Plenty of parking. Great amenities, probally the biggest reason why I picked this place. Great and friendly office staff. Faith was awesome. Happy to be here.

Just renewed our lease here.Im usually against apartments, but these apartments are actually REALLY nice and the staff are so helpful and kind. Nohemi and Annette are always smiling and making you feel right at home as well as making sure you have no problems at all.These apartments feel more like a small gated community rather than just apartments. To add, youve got access to 2 large swimming pools, computer labs, game rooms, and even a movie theater! You can even rent out an entire clubhouse for a day for super cheap! Theres garages and reserved carports that you can add to your monthly bill as well if you dont want to park in the open community spaces which can be hard to find. The open parking is kind of bad. I used to have to park quite a ways away and walk a good ways then walk up 3 flights of stairs. Then I went ahead and got a carport and Im about to get a garage. I have lived in many apartment complexes, but the Lakes at Westview are the BEST. Friendly staff, like Nohemi and Janet, greet me with a smile every time I go to the office. Luis is great, too. He resolves any problems around the property quickly and with a smile. I take care of my 101 year-old mother and she loves the view from our living room. Quiet and clean, thumbs up for the Lakes at Westview!

Absolutely love these apartments! Cant say enough good things. Ive been living here for several years. It is close to everything (I can walk/ride my bike to most everywhere.) and 75% of the price of comparable apartments in the area. I almost passed these up because I thought they would be too expensive. They have great amenities, the staff has been courteous and helpful since day 1. Ive never had an issue that they didnt help resolve quickly. The amenities are wonderful, although I dont get to use them as much anymore with work. The pools are very nice and maintained. The gym is very rarely crowded and recently had many nice upgrades with kettle bells, yoga mats, and more importantly better hours.I love walking around the complex because of the beautiful fountains and landscaping. It was especially nice this last Christmas, as many residents had decorated their balconies.In short, Im not leaving until I buy a house.

A quiet community with good prices. The maintenance staff are quick to resolve issues and the office holds packages for you. At least you know that your packages are secure. Overall, I have enjoyed living here for almost 2 years and have no complaints at all.

We stayed a little over a year here, all new to apartment living in US. The employees here take good care of you, there’s a steady work environment to put it that way. The office ladies are super friendly and express great service at all times, the maintenance guys fix every work order in good time and keep the place in good shape (also very friendly).Although the buildings are old, you get what you pay for in this market, and they don’t hassle you when moving out (my impressions are that many places do around here (US) based on reviews). The pools are pretty and practical for kids, they listen to people’s requests for improvement (in our case they improved one of the workout room). It might not be new and fancy, but it’s more valuable with steady nice people who are professional and do their job well.we had a wonderful time living here.

I have lived at The Lakes for five years and have been very happy here. The maintenance team is excellent as are the office staff. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoy the view of the lakes from my patio. It makes me feel like I am at a resort! The facility is very clean and well kept. I have felt safe here and never had any security issues whether it be in my apartment or the parking lot. I feel completely safe walking around the facility at night. I would suggest these apartments to everybody I know.

Ive only been here for two years but I have never felt more at home. Well maintained grounds. Awesome amenities and spacious units. Amazing management and maintenance crew. All orders are processed quickly and the staff are genuinely good people. The location and surrounding area is great. I have zero complaints and dont plan to leave until I decide to buy a home of my own.

Great staff and apartment. My wife and I moved in August; however, in November I received a package (that went to the wrong address). Instead of making a decision about the package. The staff called me, and I was able to stop by to pick up my items (luckily I was in the area during that time). Thanks again for the great experience!

The level of customer service and care that I received from Melissa was phenomenal. She ensured that my entire experience was amazing. From filling out my application until the day I signed my lease 2 months later. She has a very warm, welcoming and compassionate attitude which is very much needed during a very trying and stressful process such as apartment hunting. Very nice scenery. Good location. Ceilings and walls are unbearably thin though. You will hear every step your neighbor above you takes. They will tell you that the sound is equivicoble to any apartment, but this is not true. No other apartment Ive ever been in has been this loud. If you arent bothered by sound you will like this place. If you like quiet, this will be hell.

I love love love my apt! Its a very nice place to live. I have been staying in this complex for almost two years and I stayed in a one bedroom and now Im currently staying in a two bedroom in phase 2 and I would highly recommend to anyone! The front office staff and maintenance are great! We love Chasity she is always a big help and she actually does her job well. The only complaint I have is the walls are a bit hollow but by far the apartment is beautiful!

Although the complex and apartments are beautiful, the deciding factor in my decision was the wonderful help I received from Melissa Corley. I lived here for 5+ years, and while there were some difficulties that come with living in ANY apartment complex, this one has been wonderful for me. Scenic grounds to walk through, Aesthetic living areas, VERY CONVENIENT location to anything you could possibly need... that is what Im going to miss the most about this place. Very friendly staff as well. There are two phases, I lived in the newer section. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

We recently moved to The Lakes at Westview. So far, we love our apartment. It is well kept inside and out. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems safe. We do not have any complaints. We enjoy our lake view from our patio that is so tranquil after a long day. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Melissa Corley was the agent that set everything up for us. Shes very attentive, kind, and professional. Furthermore, shes very good at her job. On the other hand, I cannot forget the management team, Dan and Naomi, they are courteous and get things done in a timely manner. Overall, it is truly a beautiful place to live.

Living here has made me wish I HADNT bought a new place. The buildings were built well enough that while you can sort of hear your neighbors (typical of apartment complexes), its not intrusive. The residents are friendly. Its close to shopping and the highway so its easy to get around. Pros: great staff-very responsive!, great location, lovely grounds Cons: could probably use a good powerwash and maybe a little updating in the units.

Ive lived here for several months now and cant say enough about this place. It feels like home!! It looks like a resort!! For starters the amenities are one of the biggest things that caught my attention 2 very very nice pools!!! There are gas grills at each pool (gas is supplied) An indoor basketball court, yes you read that correctly INDOOR!!! 2 workout facilities, a media room!! too many to list!!!! All of my neighbors are friendly!! Check the web site or the Facebook page!! Now as far as the staff is concerned!!!! I havent found any friendlier people anywhere. Faith Penney is currently assisting me with relocating to another home (Im downsizing for personal reasons). I couldnt ask for a more professional, knowledgeable, friendlier person. Faith is on top of her game!!! Anytime I need anything she has a response either immediately or gets back to me promptly with an answer. Any time She needs anything from me (like signing paperwork or a delivery needing picked up from the office) Im notified in a timely manner. Highly recommend The Lakes as your next home!!!!

I lived for 2 years at the apartment here and I can say that it is an excellent place to live. Being a new comer to USA, it was wonderful to come home to this apartment. The Management Office was excellent, I barely had any maintenance issues and if anything was required, they attend to you as soon as possible. It was safe and peaceful. My experience of living here was fantastic.

Ive lived at these apartments for several years and have always been pleased with the office staff and the maintenance crew. They work hard and are always prompt with fixing my work orders - not that Ive had many. Its a very friendly place to live and Ive met many nice people from all over the world. I have and would recommend these apartments.

I was at Atlanta, Georgia the whole time when I was applying for the apartment. I was dealing with Faith through the phone and emails. Couldnt be more satisfied with her help. Faith has been lovely and wonderful ! She went through her way to ensure I have the best stay. I just moved in. Overall, the place is at a wonderful location, easily accessible to the interstate and some major retailers.

I would recommend these apartments to any of my friends and family. The staff was excellent, especially Melissa and Naomi.And my apartment was cute, and the grounds were always clean and safe. I was very pleased with my living experience there.

Beautiful place, lovely waterfall ambience, but the management is not what youd expect for the price paid to live there. The management seemed more interested in getting us in the home, but once we signed the contract and was moved in, they immediately didnt seem to care about our complaints. They obviously dont like their job, and need to find new ones. The maintainence crew are super friendly though. The neighbors are extremely rude. They park in your assigned parking spot, fire lanes, are noisy, and dont pick of their dogs crap. Dont walk in the grass because youre bound to step in some crap. One of the gates doesnt work right half the time, and the sprinklers water the sidewalk, causing cars and people to get wet. But other than that and noisy neighbors, its not all a bad place. If youre used to the apartment life, its a nice place, just dont expect much from the management. If youve never lived in an apartment before, dont live here. The office staff will seem all nice, encouraging, and loving at first, but really they just want you to sign the contract.

My boyfriend and I moved in March 2017, he has lived in an apartment before but this is our first apartment together. Our experience so far has been absolutely perfect! The community is quiet, despite being close to the freeway, and very homey with friendly neighbors all around. Our apartment balcony faces the fountains and they are so beautiful, you dont feel like you are at an apartment complex, you have your own piece of the outdoors. Its always nice to look outside of the windows and see grass and trees versus a concrete parking lot. We recommend the property based on the friendly and super helpful staff, gorgeous features of the apartment and just the overall class of the area.

The Lakes at Westview has now been my home for a long time. I can say that this is a beautiful and quiet place to live. I met some really nice people in this community and have recommended many of my friends and co workers to live here. Maintenance has always been great. Awesome place to live. My family and I have lived here for 7yrs now and we just upgraded our apartment. I love my new place, its in great shape new carpet, fresh painted walls, shiny floors, kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded with new cabinets.....etc.. The staff here are all very courteous, especially Dan, Nohemi and Luis. The Property Management Team is great about repairs. Everything you need is close by, I love it here.

I have lived here at the Lakes at Westview for almost a year. I am an elderly African American woman who is proud to call this complex home. Melissa and all the staff, have been more than accommodating since the first day my sister and I walked through the door. It astonished me to read that someone has labeled anyone at this community racist. That could not be farther from the truth. Melissa and the entire office staff have always been respectful and welcoming. I am neighbors with Melissa and Philip and I couldnt ask for a better family to reside next to me. Not only has Philip been a kind young man, he has helped me on numerous occasions. I have parkinsons and am unable to walk from the car to my apartment at times. This young man, Philip, has literally carried me to my apartment and made sure I was safe. This is not the act of a racist. I will renew here and its mainly due to Melissa and her lovely family but also because of the wonderful staff and maintenance. I would recommend this complex to anymore.

The apartments are well taken care of and the front staff is friendly and willing to help in the best way they can. It is also a big complex with not a lot of noise or craziness like other apartment complexes I have seen.

I lived here 2 years ago moved out to a different complex which was so terrible so I decided to move back. This place is wonderful and reasonable for what you get. The staff is great and very helpful. Its a quite community with everything you could ask for. Parking is always abundant near my building. If your looking for a great complex this is the best in Montgomery county.

Lakes at Westview were the first apartments and only apartments I saw when I came to Conroe. It was the best decision. The staff and maintenance crew are always professional and friendly. When I do have a small issue it is fixed within the day or the following. I love living here, the views are great and the location is just extremely convenient.

Cant beat the prices or the service. I like all of the staff and really enjoy living here. The girls in the office are cool, and easy on the eyes. ;)

This complex is top notch from the facilities to the office staff. Melissa goes above and beyond to make sure that you completely satisfied with whatever your need may be. Both pools are kept clean and are positioned accordingly in the complex. Great location in relation to food and fun.

I have lived at the Lakes at Westview for a couple of months. I really like my apartment and I feel safe in our community. I would recommend driving a little further to the Target and Walmart in The Woodlands though as ours is pretty outdated. The office staff are very helpful. They have handled all of my requests in a very timely manner. I moved from another state and Faith made the process very easy. She kept me up to date on my paperwork and has checked in on me several times since I moved. My only complaint would be that the dumpster in my area of the complex fills up very quickly and there is a man with a VERY loud car nearby. Other than that, I have had 0 issues. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I have lived here for over 4 years with no complaints. The grounds are beautiful and the location is very convenient. More important, the staff is very friendly and professional.Nohemi (Assistant Manager) and Melissa (Leasing Specialist) are always very nice to deal with and have followed through on every request with excellent customer service. New staff members properly trained and eager to be of assistance too.Luis (Maintenance Supervisor) and Eunice (Housekeeping) do a great job and go above and beyond to insure my maintenance needs are met in a timely fashion and do a wonderful job keeping the area very clean.It always feel good to come home! No matter how busy the staff are, they have time to say hello and maintain a positive attitude. No need to check out the competitors!!!

When we sold our house we began the process of looking for an apartment. We met Faith in the office. Faith took her time, she did not rush the visit and answered our questions. We told her what we were looking for, although it was not available Faith said she would keep an eye out for us!About two weeks before I moved Faith called and told us she had found what we were looking for! Things happen with apartment living, no matter what apartment you live in, how Management reacts is the importamt factor!I would recommend this property to anyone looking!.

Luis in Maintenance was very prompt, professional & polite while working in my apartment. Very knowledgeable and gets the job done right the 1st time! Two thumbs up!!!

Great apartments. Nicest ones I have ever lived in. Maintenance is quick and great. Beautiful landscape. Now just need a playground and Starbucks coffee bar. Lol

Great price for the size of the property and square footage in the homes. Great office staff and no insane staff turnover, same crew. All the bad reviews are probably from the the typical apartment resident that ruin a good thing. Its apartments so always expect noise or petty b/s with people. NO COMPLAINTS HERE. The place is simple but has money in the fountains and property layout, so choose how you want to spend your money around Conroe. I chose smart and live here.

The Lakes At Westview Apartments were very efficient with my application and answering questions before I moved. I like to ask a lot of questions so I can be well aware of everything I am getting into. Melissa Corley always answered my question efficiently. I moved in and it went smoothly. It did not even take long to fill out all those papers. Once I moved in everything was all nice and clean like it suppose to be. Everything worked. Have not had a problem yet. They recently started repainting the apartments making it look better than ever. If you love basketball like I do you will love the court. Even though it is pet friendly, I have never seen pet poop around. There is sprinklers that run every morning to keep the grass fresh. Parking is good too. Theres 3 options you can use to park and that is no cover, cover, or garage. All at great prices. The community is friendly too. There is mainly families and young adults here, but no loud music. Close to shopping too. Which is good.

Very nice place to live, is so quiet so clean that it feels like youre living in a resort..The staff at the office is very kind and courteous and friendly. The apts are spacious and very well kept. I will definitely recommend it here to others.

I can not rave enough about these apartments. I have lived here since March, and if I hadnt gotten a new job recently I would be staying. The apartments themselves are perfect- the layout, the square-footage, the lack of pest problems, nothing ever breaks, the price...everything. The office staff is the friendliest you will find- I am not the star renter, with my pay schedule I usually end up paying a week late every month. I of course pay all the late fees, but I am never treated different. I have had ongoing issues with my neighbors below me and they have done a great job and mediating and fixing the issues. No apartment is going to be perfect but this one sure comes close! Quiet community, friendly staff, clean and maintained grounds, gorgeous apartments... I mean what else could you ask for? All I can say is I am going to miss this place when I move out in June.

I called Westview because I am relocating to the Conroe area in May. I must say that Bella was a jewel! Bella was friendly and knowledgeable about the complex. I hung up excited about my visit on Tuesday and I must say, due to her kindness I moved Westlake to the top of my list! 5 stars for friendly service! Thanks Bella

The office staff here are absolutely wonderful! Nohemi answers all my questions, even the tough ones. They make it a truly fabulous place to live.

My son and I love it here. It is safe, clean, and well maintained. Maintenance is awesome, as is the front office. I wish the fountain outside my apartment worked. Oh, well, first world problems. LOL.

Update.Genesis and Spencer with The Westview reached out to me and we talked through the miscommunication when I moved out of few years ago. They were extremely nice and professional and as a business owner I can tell you that these two care about you. They get 6 stars.If youre going to not sign a new lease PUT IT IN WRITING! Dont just tell them like I did. This is where the miscommunication came in with the office.My family and I loved living here and recommend it to anyone.

This property has many great ammenities. Is in a great location too. The one thing that completes the package is the very professional but friendly staff. Nohemi and Melissa are awesome. They will go above and beyond to help you find the right place for your needs. I highly recommend.

I have 6 months living in this place, and is my first time that I have the opportunity to live in apartments and trust me when I say that I love this apartments complex ....Let me tell you a few of the reasons:-It is always clean and neat, I love that.-The people working front in the office are AMAZING!, they are very kind and always ready to hear you and help you, if you have trouble, concern or question about your apartment.-Another thing that I love is the GYM, POOL, and BASKET BALL areas, always always in good conditions!-The cost living here is CHEAP and worth it, more than other apartments.-I feel like it is in the right place, because Walmart is next to, Sams Club, HEB and many stores and highways.There is a lot of reasons to recommend this place, so yeah, I highly suggest these apartments as a Good choice.... Good Luck !!!!

I have lived in a lot of different apartments and this is by far the best one that I have found. The management is great and the maintenance team is the best that Ive ever had. I dont understand the comments about the office staff never helping people with their issues because every time Ive put a work order in, it has been addressed immediately and every time that I call the office the staff is very nice and helpful. The apartments are everything you pay for, and some. Never had noise issues, parking issues, or poor service issues. I saw the post about the bike getting stolen and all that I can say about safety and security is that I accidentally left my garage open with thousands of dollars worth of stuff in it for at least 2 days while I was out of town and nobody took anything! That is one of the main reasons I renewed. I really enjoy living here and dont plan on moving any time soon.

The Mgr. was very nice and helpful. I like the fact that they live here. Proving to be a good experience. Apt. was clean, and ready for us.
