Such an amazing experience they have made everything so easy for us and have been so helpful. The office staff and maintenance team are so great and so fast! They have really got customer service and satisfaction down! We can’t hear 1488 traffic and it’s so great!
I am upset to say the least. It was a decent place to live, but when it came down to trying to get staff and managers to do something about things that were going wrong they turned a blind eye. For several weeks, packages were being stolen from our place and all they could say was that they couldnt do anything and to get a camera. I suggested putting cameras inside each level of the buildings and the manager mentioned that if they do that it could come back to hurt them since putting cameras would indicate that they would be responsible of whatever happened (how satisfying and safe I felt to hear that.) The final touch was when my lease was up. Well, I called to ask for details of what I need to do 60 prior to my lease being up and the MANAGER that answered explained that he had it covered, I provided my apartment number and he mentioned I was clear for when my lease was up. I called back to make sure all was still in place in August and apparently that manager that I spoke to was out for a week and because I didnt give a written notice I was going to have to pay more. I explained to them that I spoke to a manager and they said to call back when he came back, long story short I have been calling and finally they said the manager left and since there was not written notice I had to pay extra. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPATHY AND KINDNESS! EMELY BENNIT AND SUSIE GOSS WERE VERY INCONSIDERATE AND NO SENSE OF UNDERSTANDING. Plus they always have small roaches all over the place.
I’ve lived here about a year and haven’t had any major problems. I will say the walls are PAPER thin. Like I can hear my neighbors peeing in the morning THIN. Normal activities going on the upper floor sound like maintenance work. You can hear neighbors dogs barking and whining on the other side of the wall. Other than that, it’s a nice community. Great appliances and nice modern finishes.
My husband and I have lived here for all most 2 years now. We just signed a second lease term here. We absolutely love where we live. The staff really cares about the residents and the apartments are amazing. We have lived in a one bedroom office, and now a two bedroom that we love!! The apartments are spacious and amenities are great! We also have the best neighbors living here at the Enclave. We are located at one of the finest spots in town, close to freeways, shopping, schools, theaters and transportation. We feel blessed to be living at such a nice community.
The environment here is amazing! From the very beginning, Victoria has taken great care of my family! Emily is fabulous, assistant manager... hes great! You wont regret calling this home!
I’ve lived here since the complex opened in 2018. I absolutely love this place! The amenities are top of the line, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance guy is so sweet and is always quick to fix an issue. My only complaint was with previous management, but since they’ve switched, everything has been amazing! The location is perfect and the apartments are stunning. They also have fantastic brunches once a month and they do a wonderful job of promoting small businesses with fun weekend activities for the residents. I just signed for my third year and I’m still in love with this place!
These luxury apartments are not only beautiful but have an amazing staff! They really do go the extra mile here to make sure their residents are happy. Every time I enter or pass by the office, everyone is so kind and inviting. They are are always willing to drop whatever they are doing to help with anything I need. They have truly make me feel welcome and comfortable which is very important to me. I haven’t really had any issues but their eagerness to help is so heartwarming, gracious and kind. The property itself is very nice and new and the amenities are always well kept. It’s the perfect combination of feeling like I live in a high end hotel and peaceful home at the same time. If you don’t live here already I highly recommend it!
My boyfriend and I moved in to Enclave at Woodland Lakes in December 2018. We still live here and love it! The gym is always clean and available 24-hours a day. The office staff always answers any questions or responds to any issues quickly and they are nice as can be. The property is lovely! We enjoy the restaurants that are within walking distance. Try the concierge service that they offer!
We have lived at the enclave for about 3 months now and cant say enough great things about them! Anytime we asked for anything at all they were always so nice about it and quick in their response. The front office staff are friendly and always willing to help. The people here are so welcoming and we have always felt safe, its also a huge plus that the inside looks modern and the layout is amazing. We love where we live and recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
I can not say anything bad about these apartments Ive lived her for a year and about to resign! Everyone in the community is super friendly and the staff is sweet and really care and get to know you! They have been super helpful with anything that Ive needed that host little events now and again. The pool and dog park are great places to hangout! I go to the dog park everyday and everyone down there with their dogs and talking having a great time! I highly recommend living at Enclave at Woodland Lakes!
We have lived here for 4 months and absolutely love it here! The gym is nice, pool is always clean as well as the grounds maintained by our porter, Apollo. He is very friendly and always has a smile on his face. Management is always great, especially Victoria, at answering any questions we have. The maintenance team here is top notch! We have had to put in a couple tickets for a few small issues and Froylan is always on top of it with a fast turn around and resolves the issue the first time. We wouldnt want to live in any other apartment community around!!! The team her is great!
My husband and I just moved here a month ago, and we absolutely love living here. It is definitely luxury style living. It’s so nice having a few options of restaurants to walk to. The staff and manager are amazing!
Ive been living at this place for a few years and I cant really think of anything bad to say. The goofy bald guy in the front, I think his name is JD, is super friendly and always helpful. The lead maintenance guy Froylan shows up super quick whenever I have a problem and usually has it fixed the same day. The apartments feel safe and Ive yet to experience any problems.
The team was a joy to work with. The building has great amenities. I only have positive things to say about Enclave. Thanks for making a great experience!
I just recently moved here, and have been very pleased. Enclave is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are very well maintained and I feel safe at all times. The staff is always helpful and makes us feel very welcome. I moved here for the close proximity to my job and we have not been disappointed. We have restaurants, a pharmacy, nail salon, hair salon, and cute cafe in walking distance from our apartment. We never really have to leave to get where we need to go. The gates and security measures are also an added bonus!
!!! My parents live here, but I am seriously considering getting my own apartment here. This place is the equivalent of living in the city but without the downside. There are shops right downstairs, a movie theater and a walking/hiking trail just a mile or so away! And may I just say, they have a wonderful team. Maria was such a help to us. She is always pleasant and goes out of her way to help. My parents loved the look of the apartments but they loved Marias assistance and attitude towards them even more. Thank you Maria :)
Nice new apartments with plenty around. Froylan, our maintenance person, has helped us out tremendously and has always given us the best service weve had. Any issue, no matter how big or small, was taken care of expeditiously. The front office staff is helpful and friendly every time weve visited.
Management is great they are always very friendly. Maria has been very helpful when I’ve had any issues. The pool is well kept at all times and the Starbucks coffee machine is awesome! I stop by every morning before work! Great property!
I have been a resident for a month now at Enclave and love living here! It has been the best choice for me, and I love the layout of the Gym and the equipment. The pool is another one of my favorite amenities! I always feel like I am on vacation due to the resort feel of the pool area. Another plus of living at Enclave is the amount of safety it has due to the controlled access. I am sure the Amazon drivers hate it, but I am glad only residents have access to entering the buildings! All in all, I would recommend the apartments to anyone looking to move into a spacious luxury complex. P.S The plaza filled with restaurants, Nail Shop, and a Dog Spa is a plus to have next door, walking distance!
I have lived at the Enclave since April 2020. I have to say that everyone has been amazing. The manager JD, Josef, Victoria, Emily. The entire maintenance crew, Fryolan, Polo and Brett. I am very picky about where I live. I cant say anything but good things about the Enclave.
The staff is amazing! These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Just last night we were having trouble with finding parking and it was 11pm @ night and I work 4am M-F the regional manager Susie just happened to be walking property along with her leasing agent Maria, they both went above and beyond to get us a parking permit so I could get to sleep for work. From the moment of moving here I’ve loved every moment and will always recommend it to others.
Nothing but amazing things to say! I have yet to see a community so well-managed, well-kept, and luxurious. The team at EAWL truly cares about the happiness of their residents. Highly recommend making the move here!
I have been a tenant at Enclave At Woodland Lakes since it opened in June 2018. From the Amenities inside the apartment to the recreation areas, pool workout room and media room this place is top notch! The whole staff is A plus. Never has there been a time when something had to be taken care of and it wasn’t giving top priority. I recommend Enclave At Woodland Lakes to anybody looking for a place to call home for their family.
I was a little nervous about these apartments because I thought they were probably out of my price range(which its not). But after having a short deadline to move, Maria helped me through every step of the way with an instant approval the same day I applied. The whole staff is welcoming every time I come into the office and very helpful with any questions I have. So far, this has been a complete positive experience than the apts I was previously at. And not to mention, its so easy to pay my rent online ! I love it and so does my family !
From the moment Maria picked up at Enclave I knew I was dealing with an awesome staff. She answered all of my questions with an amazing attitude and was quite funny as well. She was extremely knowledgable of her property and was a tremendous help. I would highly recommend Enclave at Woodland Lakes! Just ask for Maria!
Just moved in about a week ago. This place is beautiful. I come from Houston and being out here is a great change in nature. Everyone here is very friendly, from the residents to the staff that work here . Victoria specifically helped us out so much and hooked us up with a parking spot next to the elevator.
Wow, superb management and what an amazing community!! Everything is maintained and I love all of the events! Maintenance is taken care of quickly and I love the energy in the office! I am so thankful that I found this community and I love my new home!
I am not only a happy resident, but am also an apartment locator and this is one of the best properties I have worked with in years. They took excellent care of me during a very stressful move situation. Because of their amazing customer service, I trust them with my clients. They have so much heart and truly care about the tenants!
Ive been at Enclave since January and love the location, style and upgrades in my apt. The management, especially Maria have gone above and beyond for me and my wife. Keep up the good work Enclave staff, enjoy living at this property!
Management is very professional and friendly. They take care of all affairs in a timely manner and follow up to ensure quality service. I have lived in several properties and this is by far one of the best!
We have lived at Enclave since they opened and we absolutely LOVE it here. We just upgraded to a bigger apartment and the managers, Lana and Brooke were so helpful with the transfer process. The office is amazing. They all know us on a first name basis. And our dogs insist on visiting “the girls” in the office everyday! Seriously, we can’t skip a visit. Super pet friendly and welcoming environment. The maintenance workers are always here and even they know us and our dogs by name too! It truly is home for us here.
They have such a friendly staff who goes out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The property is gorgeous and well kept. Appliances look brand new and the apartments are spacious. Would 100% recommend. Shout out to Victoria!
Great staff! Josef is very helpful! Would definitely recommend Enclave at Woodland Lakes!
STAY AWAYSTAY AWAYSTAY AWAYALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FALSE AND FAKE
I have lived at The Enclave at Woodland Lakes for 2+ years and I absolutely LOVE it. They promote a great community to live in, and great place to call home.
Living at the Enclave has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. The property and units are modern and well kept. The management team (especially Brooke) are amazing and truly care about the residents and property. The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive. I have been to many of the apartments in the area and the Enclave is by far the nicest and most well managed.
This really is a good place to live. Its open and convenient to so much. I had an opportunity to move back into the Woodlands but I chose to sign a second lease here. Unfortunately, Maria and Joseph are the transition management team and wont be staying. They are so good with people and fun to talk to. The reason I didnt give it a 5 is Im by the elevator and tenants dont realize people live behind these doors so they have their phones on speaker and it always sounds like a party at my door throughout the day and into the night. Otherwise, Im good.
State of the art apartment, high end finishes and very quite. I literally never hear my neighbors. Friendly staff who is always ready to help and solve any problem that might occur. Dog walkers included in your valet services which is extremely useful for someone with a busy work schedule. Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever lived.
Great staff. Maria was amazing and up front with my wife and I through the entire process. Also they greet me everytime I walk pass the front office on my way to the gym. The community is clean. The concierge is useful. My only issue is the pool is small but the lake out front makes ups for the kiddie sized pool. The community is nice and the people are nice. The walls are not thin I dont even hear my neighbors. I think the people complaining are delusional. The greatest amenity is the trash pick up. I love this place.
AMAZING APARTMENTS. I dont live here, but my friends do and i am 10000% jealous of them because I live in an absolute DUMP. This place is awesome! So clean you could eat off any surface, so well kept like PGA Golf course greens in the summer, and so friendly and helpful with their staff like those on a cruise ship; I wouldnt mind being stuck at sea with this crew! Also, AN AMAZING Assistant Manager as well (who is quite the looker) and great at what she does. KEEP IT UP!
I have never experienced such patience with an apartment complex. Emily has gone above and beyond to make sure my wife and I will feel at home. I’m currently on military orders and can’t see the apartment in person but she has been amazing.
Just renewed my lease for a 2nd year. One of the features that helped in making my decision to renew, is the attention placed on controlled access. Gates and guest directory is updated and maintained consistently.
We have lived here for nearly 2 years and love the complex. The staff is great and will take care of you, we highly recommend Enclave.
This place is AMAZING, you must see for yourself. I love living here, it is way better than the rest... the girls on the office are one of a kind and the apartments are so classy.
The staff is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. The property is beautiful and pet friendly! Aside from that the location is super convenient everything is in walking distance and easy to get to!
Just moved in and we are loving itEmily took good care of usFast and easy transaction
Just moved here, so far we are very impressed. It is within walking distance to so many amazing local restaurants. The staff was so easy to work with while moving
Awesome! The property is great, but management is even greater- LIVE IN THE MOMENT-
WOW! Have been here since they first opened up last summer and have nothing but great things to say. Interiors are stunning, location is great in an upcoming area, management is one of the best, if not THE best, I’ve experienced in my many years of renting. Another plus is that it is a very dog friendly community. As the months go by I’m even more impressed with the amenities, growth, and community in this complex!
These apartments are nice. They have nice finishings and are very appealing to the eye. Three things that I have noticed while living here is that the walls are way too thin (particularly the ceiling), the power goes out way too often (it’s out as I’m typing this) and the water tastes awful. Those are things I feel are manageable to deal with, but the reason I’m giving this complex 3 stars is because of the following.Unfortunately, I had a life changing event and had to terminate my lease. This is a warning to everyone!!! If you cannot 110% commit to your contract then DO NOT live here. The lease termination fee is outrageous. You have to give a 60 day notice, pay a penalty of two months of rent, and you have to pay back any rent concessions/discounts you received. This totals up to around $6,000! Again, OUTRAGEOUS amount of money. Some circumstances are beyond your control, and it is unfortunate that you have to pay $6k for unforeseeable circumstances.
This has been my third month at Enclave and i love that i already feel like family here, i have been looking for parking and Regional Manager Suzie and Maria helped us with a quick and easy reservation papers. Thanks fam!
Brand new and in a great location. Stores and Restaurants are opening up right in front of the apartments. Great staff, very polite and very easy to talk to. Apartments are also beautiful on the inside. Awesome clubhouse as well. Perfect spot to live.
Enclave is such a beautiful location! The staff was so friendly and helpful from the start. I absolutely love the high ceilings and the amenities. Such a beautiful place!!
I have moved to many apartment complexes and this one is run perfectly. The office staff is friendly, accommodating and quickly handles all maintenance requests. The staff makes sure this is a safe property for all. If you are looking for an apartment complex that looks and has the amenities of an upscale hotel, this is it!Please take the other negative reviews into perspective. You always hear the negative from people you can never make happy! Brooke was delightful to work with as she worked with me on the lease. Lana the property manager is amazing.
I Would have given 4.5 if it was an option. The only reason not a 5 yet is due to the elevators going out at least 2x per month. And when the electricity goes out so does the water. Strange.BUT...the staff is so wonderful and friendly which is hard to find. Lana is the tops as a manager and she chooses her staff wisely. I love living here and hope to sign another lease, if they fix the elevator for good. Convenient to everything.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!My husband and I were some of the first residents to move into this apartment complex nearly two years ago. Since then the elevators have broken multiple times for months on end. The fire alarm is broken a d goes off at least one or twice a month in the middle of the night for hours. The complimentary use of the Starbucks machine is a joke. That machine either is out of coffee or there are no cups available. They removed printers from our computer area, but still those things seemed minor. I have never filed a complaint or called the office to complain. However yesterday the experience with the staff person MARIA has now caused ne to complain, and since I called the office and asked to speak with Lana the manager and was informed I was speaking to the regional manager that in her words is “cleaning house here” I was forced to voice my complaint to this new lady. I feel no action will be taken after speaking with her so I’ll air out my complaint for the public. Maria called me yesterday to discuss why my payment was late and I told her I always pay in the office, but it’s closed now because of COVID19. I asked her to draft my payment from the account on file. She then told me she needed to speak with my husband because we pay from an account his name only is on. I ended the conversation by letting her know it would be taken care of, and apologized for the payment being 6 days late. An hour later Maria and a man I had never seen before beat on my door and yelled loudly. My daughters started crying thinking someone was trying to break in. I then went to the door to see what the problem was and who this was yelling “i know you’re in there” like I was a criminal. I opened the door and she sternly says “here is your notice to vacate” and walked off. I was very taken back by this as I have never been treated that way in my entire life, and my daughters and I have been quarantined in our home for weeks. I called to let them know how unprofessional and unethical Maria was, and was then told that it didn’t happen that way to which I responded “I know the difference between a knock and a bang and I heard her yelling.” Currently the world is under quarantine and this is how I was treated. In two years of living here without complaint or problem I wouldn’t recommend this place or their leasing office staff to anyone. I was told her behavior was because she hadn’t spoke with anyone on the lease which is incorrect she spoke with me at 3pm and by 4pm was at my door.We put up with elevators breaking for months, power outages, alarms going off constantly at all hours of the night, not to mention my husband’s tailgate was stolen here (no cameras and the officer was in the parking lot)but I won’t put up with being treated this way. Don’t MOVE HERE!
Honesty the most stressful living experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and don’t do it!!Beware of the 6 weeks free they offer you! If you have a life event take place and you have to move out early you have to pay all that money back but they will fail to mention this to you. You have to rely on the slickly worded contract to figure this out. We made a very big life decision and decided to build a home for our growing family. Before we signed contracts to build I called to ask what we would have to pay because I didn’t understand the contract and was told “2 months rent and give a 60 day notice”. Sounds fair- I knew we would be penalized but it was doable. Come to find out.... we have to pay $6000. The 6 weeks in free rent has to be paid back but they failed to mention this when I called and asked. Make sure to ask for everything in writing! If it was told to you verbally, it doesn’t matter to them. (I SHOULD be able to rely on them to explain to me something I don’t understand in the contract right?!) So now at 6 months pregnant, I find myself in a really terrible situation that could have been prevented had I gotten the right info before we started building. Either pay $6000 that I don’t have or stay and lose money on a house that’s already being built.
The apartment itself is nice and we wish we could stay much longer like originally expected. However, our upstairs neighbors are so rude and loud and never stop stomping around until the late late hours of the night. We’ve let them know they were being loud before and they responded by jumping up and down and being louder than ever. They scream on their balcony too. Last night they were screaming at a pedestrian at almost midnight. Apparently there’s pretty much nothing we or the management can do even though in most leases, your right to live undisturbed is usually covered. We understand there’s gonna be noises sometimes but these people are something else. We are gonna leave and never look back.
Enclave is a great place! Been looking for apartments all month and when we went in to check it out we were welcome by Nick Hernandez. He was outstanding, really charismatic. He showed us around and made us fall in love with the place. He answered all of my questions and more, He really went above and beyond for us! We definitely recommend this place.
Do not move here. The new staff is horrible. The walls are paper thin, everything breaks, good luck getting maintenance to fix any problems, the elevators are down all the time, the amenities are nearly never available, if you’re going to pay $2,000 a month for a luxury apartment go somewhere else! Maria in the office is an awful human. She beats and bangs on doors or lets herself in. Overall horrible experience. It started off ok and has gone down hill slowly over two years.
This place was great until they got rid of their staff and Maria moved in to run the show. She’s terrible. Don’t move here. Victoria and Emily are awesome though as always! Bad elevators and constant fire alarms.
These are the most beautiful apartments! Location is fantastic and the staff...well i just can’t say enough nice things about them! They are so professional and helpful in any way possible! Lana the manager and Brooke and Melissa the leasing agents rock!!! 5 stars all the way.
Pretty nice apartments, except you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Super thin, echo hallways with the concrete floors. Moving Blanket covering the walls in the elevator. Looks very tacky.
I cannot wait to move in! Emily helped answer all of my (many) questions throughout our leasing process, and even gave me a direct contact to the sister property Watermere that we might move my mother to. The Enclave already feels like home!
Ive lived in apartments for quite some time now, And I will say hands down the nicest and cleanest facility Ive been in yet. The staff have done nothing but meet my expectations and more. They are kind and courteous even when there are multiple people in the office and they are running around trying to multi task. There is no doubt in my mind if youre looking for a place to call home the Enclave is it! So talk to Melissa or Brook in the front office and they will help you out! Tell Them Big Russ sent you and you will get a free hug from me!!!!
The Enclave is a wonderful place to live. Very quiet community and our kids love the playground!
I have followed you guys and the progress of the complex since before you opened last year, and I I have seen so many awesome reviews and pictures of the property, and Im actually going to swing by the property this Sunday, to check it out! I live in Jefferson County by Beaumont, and I actually decided to stop apartment searching in the area, and shift my focus to Montgomery County, because there is absolutely zero standard here! I look forward to coming to the property and meeting with you guys!
This place is gorgeous and it’s right next to my favorite restaurant Citizens Grill !! Can’t wait until move-in date .! Love the managers and leasing team ❤️
This place is baller. No reason to live anywhere else!!
This place is the definition of a joke and con. Everything breaks my my sink fell in and it’s been used for 9 months. The courtesy cops take his dog out without a leash and mine is always on a leash. His dog startled mine and mine reacts. I GET 24 hours to find somewhere for my emotional support dog even though he broke the law and lease by having a dog out without a leash. I was told by the property managed Lana Jackson after she finally allowed me to tell my side of the story that he’s a” cop” so they don’t think he was lying. Absolute discrimination against a service animal because the guy that allowed his dog to get hurt IS A COP! So mine has to pay. You would think the cop would know the laws? I’ve lived here 8 months and my dog hasn’t done anything wrong. He moves in 2 weeks ago lets his little dog run around all the time without a leash and all of the sudden my dog is viscous. This place is a JOKE! They had their mind made up before they even called me. Our fire alarms went of 20 times last month at all hours of the night. DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place is cheaply made and the staff is replaced every month. They have no idea how to run a. Business and now my family is suffering because a COP didn’t follow his own law and my dog is somehow in the wrong.
You know, everyone can find something wrong with anything. I did have a bad experience once (partly my fault) but the front office has been more than accommodating since. While they might seem a bit pricey, Ill tell you right now.. Its Worth it. Yes the ceilings are a bit thin, yes dog owners sometimes dont pick up after them selves, but the community as a whole has been super nice, Ive only met one person I dont ever want to meet again. Which is pretty good seeing how I normally dont make conversation with other residences.
Great location and theres a lot of places around. Walking distance from a great coffee shop.
Beautiful property, staff is great!
Just moved in recently, easy process, great friendly staff and maintenance. Anything weve needed so far they have taken care of promptly! Loving it so far!
Ive lived here for almost two years now, since it first opened. Just recently the assistant manager and property manager have left unfortunately and it seems to have left the place a bit of a mess. The last manager who has been here since it opened was relocated and replaced my someone new right when all the quarantine stuff started. As most of us are out of work right now due to COVID, the manager at this complex still gave me an eviction notice... Then asked me if Ive applied for unemployment yet... I told her I had but had been denied (which i had to send her screenshots of), and was working on appealing it, (Im a barber and Im currently pregnant so Im obviously not an essential worker and considered immunocompromised).Ive been going month to month for the past four months at this complex. I decided to stay here before all the changes in the office happened, before I lost my income to the COVID pandemic, and definitely before getting an eviction notice during a time like this.I told Maria, the new manager that I appreciated what she had done but that I had decided to continue going month to month and didnt feel right about doing a lease anymore. I have paid the month to month rent price since January of this year...So now she tells me that I have to give them 60 days notice AGAIN, even though i have paid $1600 per month in rent every month since January. I know a lot of people here that are unhappy also and have the same complaints. I know the shopping and restaurants in the front are nice but its really didnt turn out to be worth it. The girls in the office are always super sweet, Victoria and Emily are always above and beyond. At the end of the day being someone who has lived here for awhile and what Ive experienced here i would highly recommend to look elsewhere.
Very clean complex. Plenty of parking. Apartment floor plans are reduced but nice.
Fun and modern apartment complex. The staff here has been incredibly nice and very helpful in accommodating my long distance move. Their assistance has been appreciated very much.
Great place to live! Very clean and the staff is very responsive and pleasant to work with.
Where to begin…IF YOU HAVE PETS, DO NOT LIVE HERE.When I signed in JULY I told the leasing agent, that I would have 2 dogs come stay with me for 2 weeks over the Christmas break. She said that’s fine as long as they don’t live here or stay longer than 2 weeks.1 week into the Christmas break I got a call, letter, and a fine for the dogs being there. I complained to that same leasing agent, and she blamed the manager.I had to end up adding them to the lease…About 2 months after that, I found a stray puppy on the side of the road. Immediately I started to look for the owners or people to take the puppy. It wasn’t more than a week when I got a call telling me he need to be removed since I already had 2 dogs on my lease. I wasn’t going to keep it; I was just trying to do the right thing by getting it off the busy highway.By this point they know me by name, and not in a good way. When it comes time to move out, I turned in a 60-day notice of vacancy (which is ridiculous). Then go to turn in my keys 3 days before my lease ends, and they refuse to take them. They said it wasn’t the day listed on the lease. Now, I live 35 minutes away from this place, and I was out of town that weekend, which is why I tried to turn them in early. THEN, they said if I turned them in 2 days after, I would get a fine for that…so, I asked a friend to do it, and he said they didn’t have him sign anything. So why couldn’t they just keep the keys in the first place? Finally, it’s been 1.5 MONTHS since my lease was up and they’ve kept half of my deposit for “pet treatment on the carpet”. The dogs actually lived there for only 3 months out of the 12-month lease!!! Plus, they still haven’t sent me the other half.I didn’t even have time to talk about the multiple power outages OR the fire alarms that go off at 1 am OR the internet outages OR the constant pool party’s full of people who don’t live there OR the super thin walls OR the dirty hallways full of trash OR the dog park that is constantly full of sh!t.This complex’s management is just like their dog park...
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Jessica will talk you into circles. Cynthia does not know her job according to Lana (the Manager). You will be provided with different information from each of them, they will apologize, then take your money by saying it is part of the application they dont properly explain.
Be careful with this place, research everything in the contract. Management is very unprofessional if it doesn’t benefit them. I once lived here, and now I don’t. I’m making my statement so others are aware, because I’m not someone who typically cares for writing a review.
RUN AWAY! If you are colored, the staff will treat you like criminals once you are settled in. Shut off water due to “maintenance”. Fire alarm going off at random hours whether it’s weekdays or weekends.
These apartments are BEAUTIFUL with a lot of great amenities!! I’ve looked at plenty of apartments, but this one definitely caught my eye. Has lots of Luxory at an affordable price. Beautiful hardwood floors, farmers kitchen sink and granite countertops are just a few things that they include. The staff here is wonderful, I was helped by Nick Hernandez, he was beyond kind when helping me find an apartment. Super charismatic, personable and he definitely is knowledgeable on the apartments and what is to come! Would highly suggest checking them out!!
This place is great! Dog friendly, great appliances, nice kitchen backsplash, and the rent is extremely affordable. Very friendly staff!
Well I have been here for awhile and I can honestly say, this is a great place! I sold my house after living there for 45 years and I am very please with my new place. Everyone in the office is very helpful and genuine. I’m unsure what everyone else that has put a bad review is talking about because I have not had any problems. The property is clean and maintance is always going above and beyond to keep everything nice. If you are planning on moving here and the reviews make you think twice just remember there are always two sides to every story and some people are never going to be happy with anything! Come take a tour with Brooke or Melissa and see for yourself! You will love it!
This Property is amazing!! Friendly office staff !!! Very quiet!! I highly recommend !!
Great place it brand new. The staff are very friendly and the apartments are super nice. Check it out
This is a great place to live - Cons Pointless Reserved parking - No signs dictating reservation of numberd Reserved spots - If someone parks in your i15$ a month outside parking you have to handle it your self. ( Call to get said unidentified car towed) A sign dictating what is reserved is much needed and the absence of will come with many having issues. Tenants are going to be paying for a spot that is never gauranteed.
I had just leased my apartment last week, before seeing these. However, I’d like to commend the rockstar sign spinner in front of Jacobs reserve over by Zazzas. He has a personality! Shoulder length blonde hair with sunglasses and he’s there right now Sunday at 1:46 pm 11/25/18!
Really nice place to call home. Worth the move and the neighbors are nice!
So Im fixing my review. If I could give 0 stars I would. Christmas Eve our sink FELL from our count. The back half had completely fallen from the counter, fast forward to last week, they screw the sink up with some boards, the put silicone to hold it. All because of the boards under the sink is bowing out. The drawer next to the sink hits the sink and our dish washer wall is bowed in. Then we all get the Daily Digest at 800 at night saying surprise you have a water bill. When our neighbors in our building, building 4, were all told by leasing personnel, who no longer work there, that water would be included in the rent. Im so over this hurry up and wait nonsense. If I wanted to deal with that I wouldve stayed in Great Lakes. Not to mention the random wifi outages for the best fiber optic wifi...700 the wifi goes down, the lights flicker. The ceilings are ridiculously thin, I think my upstairs neighbors are going to fall through the ceiling, but I guess its what to expect with a complex that was just thrown together. If it wasnt going to cost me almost 3k I wouldve broke the lease and left before Christmas. I dont recommend this place at all.
Looks like a great place to live in!
First, I am a resident. My name may not match their records to protect my family and the friends I referred. We ALL fell in love with the place almost immediately when we saw the game room and outside deck. The pool was small but still cute. Other positives: 24 hour gym. Bike Room. Coffee, when cups available. These are apartments portraying to be luxury apartments Office staff, meh...Anyways, I truly dont know where to begin with the disappointment of our living experience. Unfortunately, my friend is having an even harder time because she had pest control come into her apartment while she was showering without her knowledge. She also has problems with her neighbor and their 3 dogs. Didnt know this was even allowed.Creepy people hanging out in the gym late at night watching tv, thugs walking the apartments late at night too ignorant to cross the street in a timely manner or with purpose Strangers hanging at the pool. Management claimed they had a courtesy officer but they lied. The key pads dont always unlock the doors as they should when a guests come to visit. Since moving in we have had electrical problems. We cannot wash clothes and use electric kitchen stuff like the crock-pot or blender at the same time without shorting the circuit.Secondly, the walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the hallway, everything. The grounds are not kept, its a hott mess towards the back of the apartments. The hallways are always dirty, smelly, and the floors have food and debris sitting for weeks. With the exception of the main building where the office is, they keep that in pristine condition to lure new residents in. - Dog poop is everywhere. -The business center is always out of paper and supplies. Oh, and you will have to bring your own charger to make use of the Mac computers. -No dumpster on site so you are forced to walk all the way across the complex to use the compactor. the guy who picks up the trash during the week is super-sweet and kind but he comes too late at night. -far too many paid parking spaces which complicates things for guests who may be visiting. And even for us residents. When the wind blows hard it gets trapped in the hallway causing annoying sound all day and night, freaking annoying. Did I mention the elevators are always out of service. God bless those who live on the upper floors when this happens.-the walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the hallway, everything. -The grounds are not kept, its a hott mess towards the back of the apartments. The hallways are always dirty, smelly, and the floors have stains and debris sitting for weeks. With the exception of the main building where the office is; they keep it in pristine condition to lure new residents in.-The business center is always out of paper and supplies. Oh, and you will have to bring your own charger to make use of the Mac computers. The business center and lounge closes at 10 which sucks because everyone has a fob and the supposedly they have cameras in there. So Why?-Only one super awesome lady cleans the entire property as best she can Saving money? Priorities People. - dumpster on site so you are forced to walk all the way across the complex to use the compactor. And while the guy who picks up the trash during the week is super-sweet and kind, he comes too late at night.- too many paid parking spaces which complicates things for guests who may be visiting.- Water bill is not included with rent.- When the wind blows hard it gets trapped in the hallway causing annoying sound all day and night, freaking annoying.- The apartments charge you to pay rent online with your debit card.-Like the other review, our furniture would not fit properly. The spacing is very unusual in the units. In the end, people are starting to move out. The complex was built cheaply and is not worth the price. I think they got us all with the 2 months free. Hopefully, I will have better news soon. YOUVE BEEN WARNED AND GOOD LUCK ON YOUR SEARCH
Best apartment complex in Houston Conroe area
Its a great place and located very well
Very pleased with amenities, staff and my apartment.
I totally agree with the other residents. The walls are so then I dont even think there is insulation I can hear every sound even the water running through the walls like its raining. I can hear the TV from upstairs like its in my room. I can hear the people talking through the walls next door to me and closing cabinets. The sinks are always making a gurgling noise. The electricity is always going out. The wifi is fiber optic and you can only use Xfinity which is always losing connection for both wifi and cable all day long where you have to unplug everything and replug just to get a connection. My cabinets in the kitchen are coming off the hinges. The living room is so small you cant fit a coach and chair. You cant even fit a coach without it being against the window where there is only one place to hang a tv and you have to turn your head completely to the right just to watch Tv and get a cramp in your neck. The only other way to put a coach is pictured here and shows how much the coach hangs out . Definitely could not fit any end tables or coffee table. This is the 3 bedroom where I pay 2 thousand a month. Cant even fit a living room much less a kitchen table. Horrible design. The dog park is always covered in dog poop. These bricks were pulled up 2 months ago and are still not fixed after they had to redo the driveway because it was done wrong in the first place.Way over priced and cheaply made. Just built as fast as they could just to over charge people.Oh and the walls are already starting to crack at the ceiling. Just got the water bill for 1 month 60 dollars!!!
Nice and clean surroundings !
Great atmosphere and in a safe area
Elevators are out, lots of wild parties, and drugs.bad place to live.and outrageous prices
