We moved in last March and I couldn’t be happier with our apartment and the community. The grounds are always kept up and clean. Having our own attached 2 car garage is wonderful! When our a/c went out on a Friday, I expected to have to wait until Monday to get it fixed but it was done and cooling again before noon. Everyone in the office is so friendly and I love that they are trying to get community activities such as movies and food trucks going again safely after the COVID shut down especially since many other communities are still doing everything virtually. The location is great, with so many great restaurants and shopping areas within a few minutes drive, too.
Amy at the office is always a great help and is super sweet! Weve been here for 4 years now and shes help us transition into 2 other units during our stay. 🤗
I have lived here for 7 years. Since the Fairfield company has taken over, they have been terrible. The latest thing is they are not enforcing the trash company valet trash to pick up resident trashes. This is a mandatory service that is added onto our rent every month and we pay for. They should stand up for, and support their residents. Instead they are allowing trash to go unpicked up and telling us it is our fault. I have always set my trash out the same way, and suddenly it is wrong.For the first time in all my years here, I am extremely disappointed!

Long story short... I forgot to renew my current lease due to covid 19 pandemic. Thanks to Elizabeth and management team, they were able to transfer my current lease to a different unit at a discounted monthly rate and waive some of the deposits. Dominion Team Rocks! Thank you
I have lived at the Dominion since November 2006. I love my apartment. It is perfect for me. The location is also great. The office staff and the maintenance staff are great. The only thing that I think would make this location better is the replacement of dead bushes around the apartments. I realize most people only stay here temporarily but it has been and will be my home and I would love to have outside improvements made. I hope to be able to stay here many more years.
I’ve moved here two months ago and I still don’t have a working gate key. They blame the system for not working yet my new neighbors works. Also the carpet job is horrible. Carpet is coming up in several places by the stairs and bedroom. I feel like this place is overpriced for what you get
Elizabeth and Joe are just amazing! I called in a maintenance request because my kitchen sink faucet would spray water everywhere when turned on high. I knew it was a long shot but I asked if there was any way I could get a sprayer for the kitchen sink while they were out repairing the faucet because mine didnt have one, I even offered to pay the difference as I knew it would be an upgrade from what I currently had. I came home a day later to see that the faucet had been replaced, with a beautiful new one.. That had an ATTACHED pull out sprayer! My expectations were by far exceeded. The final touch was the maintenance request left on my counter with a note from Joe, the maintenance man, saying Have a beautiful day a small but nonetheless admirable gesture. The staff at The Dominion truly go above and beyond to make their residents happy and I will for sure be renewing my lease because of this. Thank you Elizabeth and Joe for a job well done!As far as everything else is concerned.. The grounds here are always kept very clean and its very quiet here. The maintenance requests are always turned around quickly and the staff are always kind, courteous and eager to help. Truly deserving 5 stars!
I love living here! Ive been here a year and the staff is incredibly wonderful!!! I love just visiting the leasing office. They are very accommodating. My daughter loves playing with her friends here. My unit is spacious and beautiful. Anytime I have any type of issue in my unit I can count on maintenance to be over ASAP. The valet trash pick up is super amazing and efficient. Christine, Michelle, Elizabeth 7 the entire maintenance team all offer the best customer service.
Wonderful management and an incredible place to raise a family. They have amazing resident get together that helps us interact with our neighbors, kids also enjoy the little festivities that are arranged. Always in the best moods and the three ladies in the office are very professional and helpful. They are quick to lend an open hand no matter what. its like our own little neighborhood something you would see in a magazine ( you see kids laughing and smiling; and people walking there beautiful pets). I enjoy the amazing floor plans they have to offer and very spacious. Everyone is very friendly and I recommend these town-home apartments to anyone !
I have lived here with my husband since 2015. I LOVE living here. Great selection of floor plans to choose from to suit your needs or wants. My neighbors are all great people. We have such a great community. The services here are fantastic. Kiahna and Aimee are always a delight to talk to & always very helpful. They will go out of their way to help you too. The maintenance team is amazing too. Any issues we have they immediately fix it & always ask if there are any other issues they can help with while there. They are also very great people. Amarildo, the maintenance manager, definitely does a great job & leads a great team. This place is home to us and we do not see ourselves leaving here anytime soon. We truly love it here. This is home for our family.
Its really not as bad as some people put it to be. Currently living here and its 100x better than the last place I lived in.To put some pros:•nice management•gated community•pool• and moreHonestly, just keep up the good work.
Management lies to you when they say they are here to help in any circumstance. Elizabeth and Michelle says one thing and notated another thing in their system. I hope all calls are recorded when they speak to people because that is all you have to protect you legally. Record all calls when calling this property so that you are not lied to or feel strong to believe that they are “working with you”.

This place is awesome and very quiet, convenient to all the shopping and restaurants in the area. The office and maintenance employees get 10 stars from me, they are so kind, thoughtful, and quick to help and solve whatsoever problem or concerns you may have. They really make sure you are satisfied and I respect them highly and recommend this place to anyone. The residents have the same quality also they actually lookout for one another and one anothers children rare in this day and age. I love this place!!
I lived here for almost two years and I think this complex is great. Decent pricing as long as you do long term, great maintenance, and the office is responsive and polite. Every staff member Ive talked to here is generally friendly. Ive lived in a lot of complexes until I moved into a house and this one was by far the best. Also it didnt flood during Harvey so thats a plus. The only reason Im giving four stars instead of five is that if you live close to the pool it is sometimes loud at night. This isnt 100% their fault, but I think they should enforce the pool hours more. If you dont live by the commons/pool then its five stars.
Been here a little over a year really love it here and the location. All the staff are great especially Kiahna. The maintenance is really awesome and the response time for work orders is great had a few kinks with our apartment when we 1st moved but the staff went out of their way to help and resolve issues. Although it is nearing time to renew I probably wont I dont like the way the new water bill is now and the prices have really gone up, may have something to do w/the new management but Im not sure would recommend family friendly.Update 4 stars to 1 star WOULD NOT RECCOMENDPros- kid friendly, feel relatively safe, maintenance is really goodCons- like I said since the new takeover the staff move relatively slow it went a little down hill after alot of ppl are moving out . there is no emergency maintenance we reported an emergency which was our power going out every time we turn on something found out it was something on their side had to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Gates are broke often and its time for an upgrade for what they charge and the apts being old it dont work and finally we had an office personnel Tanya lie smh that was a big no wasnt happy at all with the situation ... would I reccomend they wont be 1st on my list but I would let somebody know what they are getting into so it would probably be a no

I have been living here for about 2 months now, I have to say I am very pleased. I had a few concerns with a few things, and honestly through past experiences with other apartments I felt like I would go unheard. The girls at the front office are very sweet and listened to my issues and even fixed my problem. I am blown away by their thoughtfulness. I have a 4 year old and they always have fun activities for the residence that are kid friendly. I have to say this is by far the best apartment I have ever rented.

Dominion of The Woodlands has been more then professional when it comes to doing business with them. The staff here has either met or exceeded my expectations at every turn since becoming a resident at this location. I would highly recommend anyone to this professionally kept community.
This place is over priced and terrible. There is currently black mold in building 7 as well as carpenter ants. The lady in the front office, Michelle, has a bad attitude. My unit, from day 1, had disguating carpet and the seams were coming up at each door way. I sent multiple emails regarding this, with no response. My children are sick, myself. The lady in the unit below me has been sick for months including her dog. The AC is terrible. They need some serious remodeling. Do not recommend.
They came within 30 mins of reporting the issue. Found the problem and worked until it was fixed. They even swept up my floor afterwards 😊

Dont expect to use the residents area of the office if you ever plan to have a birthday party or baby shower, they wont allow it but yet they have their own office parties in there... We as residents shouldnt be denied that amenity, especially since this is a luxury community with luxury prices.The apartment is far from luxury. The foundation must be off because my front door comes open when anyone is on the stairs and its not dead bolted shut. The poor craftsmanship of the building speaks for itself with missing paint and cracked walls. I can hear my neighbors through the walls and I can hear the traffic outside because of the super thin windows. I ended up with a unit with large cuts all over the countertops and there has to have been water damage on the stair cases since there are bulging areas where the stairs meet the walls. I periodically smell cigarette smoke in my bathroom which must be coming through the vent in the bathroom. This is absolutely disgusting when I reach for a clean towel that smells like smoke just because someone else smokes in this building! Also, the staff is rude and very unhelpful. They could care less about you unless they are trying to get you sign a lease. The maintenance staff are lazy and ride around on golf carts all day or sit around in the residents area of the office drinking coffee. I had one maintenance guy that I have never seen before knock on the door while smoking a cigarette and ask if I had the big garage or not! Why? So he could replace a light bulb. 1. He shouldnt have been smoking in my doorway 2. He shouldve addressed who he was and why he was there. The front gate is always stuck open too. If it gets fixed, it lasts less than a day before its stuck open for weeks again. Wheres the safety in that?
Parking is ridiculous if you have more than 1 vehicle. Very small rooms besides the master. Outdated appliances. Maintenance workers are unfriendly. Rent is way too much for what you get. Our lease is up in June and we are gone...when you move out, they take 2 months of water out of your bill and didnt tell you this upon signing a lease. Very unhappy living here and we are glad to be gone from this complex. They make you pay for garbage valet regardless and they only come Monday-Thursday and Sunday. Parking lot floods with one good down poor.

Lived here for 1 year and parking was horrible. they do have nice floor plans and thats about it. maintenance was horrible we lived there for a hole week with no ac due to parts and out dated equipment. i do not recommend living here
I moved in here December of 2013 and since then things started off good then came the first issue they advertised they had a tanning bed for the residence that was later found to not be used do to some laws that have changed ok I can accept that. Shortly after that the gate broke and for almost a year now it breaks every few week and takes months to get it repaired. I was not happy about that but I’m stuck in a lease so I had to eat that one also. Then comes June or somewhere in there the apartment below us has a leak the y said our shower was leaking and they needed to fix it ok fix. Then my roof leaks they gave the keys to the repair people that dont work here didnt call us and tried to enter my home without permission with my spouse and child inside the home alone. Supposedly they fixed the roof and not its September both of my kids and my wife come down with chest infections my daughter is in the twice in one week and told that she has pneumonia and as a result now has asthma that was triggered by the pneumonia. We found mold in our ac unit vents and as that could be normal this looked like it had been growing for years!!! I had a leak in my master bedroom closet ceiling and they sprayed some paint on it and now I have mold growing in there I’m having it tested to see what kind as it is black in color I could have some serious issues here. They show me two apartments and neither are of the same quality that I should be getting for what I pay. The first one has an obvious trip hazard near the stairs and I have young kids they are kind of clumsy they would have tripped over that. Then in the master bedroom there is an obvious repair from a leaking ceiling that was patched. I dont know if it was repair properly or not. the second one has a huge leak in what would be my kids room and they said o we will repair that I went back later to check it out again before agreeing to move in, I find the work order for the apartment that states paint over the leak in second bedroom WTF repair it! These are supposed to be luxury apartments they are garbage!!!!
If I get scolded about their absolutely ridiculous inconvenient trash policy one more time, I will take my previous 5 star review from this 2 star and make it a 1 star, only because I cant give 0 stars. Nowhere in my lease did I sign an agreement agreeing that I would pay a trash fine ($50 a bag!). Ridiculous trash days and time for a service they REQUIRE and you CANT opt out of. I do not work a typical 9-5 and I have no problem using a dumpster, as I was rudely advised to do since their hours dont work for me but they MAKE me pay for a service then put stupid hours on it. If Im paying for a service, Im going to use it anyway I please. Their trash service pick up is Mon-Thurs only from 6p-8p. I am already gone for work! They have maintenance all day long, someone else can pick it up since you MAKE me pay for it. $30 per apartment per month at likely 300 apartments minimum, theyre making over $9k a month to pay/make for this service to offer it for 10 hours a week, so for them to put such stupid stipulations on it and call me and harass me about it is ridiculous. Today they called me about trash outside, like papers on the ground or something, which was NOT us. I didnt even call them back and this is almost harassment and I would never throw trash on the damn ground. I am not a dirty person and I dont appreciate being scolded this way. I live also on a building on the outside and my neighbors put their trash outside with our trash ALL of the time. Im paying WAY too high of a rent to be treated like Im trashy; not that anyone should be treated that way to begin with. As if its not bad enough these apartments are way overpriced for what youre getting youre also stuck to two terrible internet/cable companies (and no, you cant get Dish unless your apartment isnt facing another building or a tree which is pretty unheard of in here). I cant wait until my lease is over. Avoid this place, even if you have to spend a little more. Save your sanity. Youre going to be mad as soon as you sign the lease and walk into your apartment and theres shotty paint work and paint chips all over your stairs and they want into your apartment NUMEROUS times a year for various reasons. Back gate is often broken, the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. The only good thing about this place is that maintenance is fast and kind.

Im astounded by how absolutely rude the office staff are. The main old woman danielle I think is a horrid person and is always on the phone acting like a teenager, she only tends to people looking to lease and once you live here, then you have to wait for her to get off her personal cell phone. The mexican workers that live here, and the one white guy, dont do their job. All day EVERYBODY i talk to says that they just drive around in golf carts going from house to house not doing their job because with so many complaints all the time, Youd think that things would be fixed.Now onto the actual apartment.. The windows suck and we live by a highway and they are so thin and cheap that I can hear people walking by and talking late at night and for how much we pay for luxury, I think that this place needs to either (a)drop their prices, (b)fix the windows, or (c) be shut down and put into the hands of somebody who is responsbile because Lynd is now know for overpriced and under quality. Thats a good way to loose business, by the way. The office place by the way was destroyed by a bunch of kids I heard, and the printers smashed and the walls were all written on, and apparently they didnt punish the kids, (a) because the cameras are all FAKE and that makes me as a tenent NOT feel secure whatsoever and for paying the price, (b) the place allows reckless behavior because oh theyre just kids right? (c)the office people have more important things to do like text all day and be on your little iphone acting stuck up. They dont have but ONE working computer and its an acer and runs about 1 mile per hour. NONE of the printers work if you want something printed, you have to WAIT for the office staff to get off of their phones. What BS right? I give this place a 1 because the counter tops arent even real granite and all the appliances are that which you can find at Autumn Chase down by Spring Cyprus which runs at 530 for a one bedroom... Im discusted by how heavily advertised this place is, and with horrible staff and typical lazy mexicans acting like theyre doing something, this place is not one I would ever EVER recommend or live in again. Looks decent on the outside, but underneath, Im not easily fooled. This place sucks.
