I have lived here for 2 or 3 years and will live here much longer. I can remember looking at 10 other complexes and experiencing other apartments over my 54 years on this earth. I knew when I walked in this place was different. Very cool, very hip. Hands down the coolest complex I had ever seen. A pool that people actually use and really have fun at. The entire complex is alive and active and people come out and spend time together, or just find their own spot. I will do another more detailed review some day of all the features like work out area, tanning booth, miles of paved walking trails, pet areas, helicopter pad, stocked lake with a an actual alligator! Well lit private parking under the buildings as well as individual garage stalls you can rent and more. All I could think about as I drove around and looked at it all.......was how much it would suck working for any other apartment complex, and having to compete with Towers.On a personal note. I lost a 16 year old twin boy last year I was living at Towers. While I would never trade places with the girls who have to run these apartments and have to deal with the day to day craziness that comes with it all, through it all they showed patience and compassion in working with me and my family to get to a place where we things can start to make sense again.

I’ve lived here for nearly 5 years. I absolutely love this place. All the staff are great. In particular Amanda Speck goes above and beyond. Always greets with a smile and even asks how my day is going from time to time. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are kept clean and tidy. My dog loves the huge park and lake out back. You definitely get your monies worth here.

The complex and its units are beautiful, the people in the front office are so kind (especially Ally), and the apartment events that happen about once a week are always fun! I’ve enjoyed my time here thus far and will update my review further into my lease!

They promote this place as luxury living, it was nice when I moved in and now its become a dump. Gates were broken for MONTHS, people hanging out in parking garages smoking pot, people who do not live here lie about there apt # so they can use the pool and honestly I do not feel safe after dark anymore.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, appliances are medium grade, apartment was not very clean when I moved in & not exactly how it was described, but it works fine for what I need. We love it here at The Towers more than we ever thought we would!!! We were not sure about apartment living since coming from owning a home for over 15 years, however it has been the best experience!! The grounds crew as well as office team are all there with a smile every single day!! They take pride in their job and it is appreciated!! Amanda was wonderful from the beginning of our experience here at The Towers. We had a bit of a snafu on our part and she made sure that we had it fixed and were ready to go. She truly has a heart for all the residents and it shows!!! Thank you all for the job you do to make your residents feel at home!!

I toured at The Towers a few weeks ago and was impressed. Great apartments and amenities. The pool is huge. Close to the interstate too.

I finally moved here in February 2021 and really love it. The leasing experience was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. I first looked at the property back in October of 2020. I had very particular requirements for my ideal apartment. Amanda went above and beyond! She kept in touch with me from October all the way to February and answered probably 50 questions, sent me quotes and detailed descriptions on probably 15 different units, and even walked the property to send me pictures of the pond, walking trails, and different views! It was a very very tedious process for me to select a unit because it had to have a good view, FACE EAST (my dad insisted), be on one of the top floors, and all for the best price. I ended up getting all of the above when they ran a six week free special. I got a fourth floor unit in the largest one-bedroom floorplan. My apartment is absolutely beautiful. Maintenance requests have been addressed in less than 24 hours. They are always having resident events like food trailers and pizza giveaways.The walking trails are a huge bonus. Also, the pond with a fountain and fishing pier where you can sit and enjoy the evenings. All in all, this is the best property for the money and it is such a great location being right off of 45!

I have always had a great experience at the office and with any help I needed. All the employees have been really kind and hardworking, especially Amanda who is probably the kindest person I have met. She has gone above and beyond in customer service, genuinely cares about helping, and it is evident she truly loves her work and people.Compared to the multiple apartment complexes I have lived in the past, nothing compares to the quality service and experience here.

Ally is AMAZING!!!! She helped us from start to finish with our move in and she provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She didn’t rush us or make us feel pressured. She’s been great with helping us get situated into our new apartment. Juan one of the maintenace workers is also great. He did a wonderful job at repairing the dishwasher and answered all my questions. We’ve only been here a month but so far it’s been a great place to live.

We moved into our two bedroom a week ago and she far we love it. Great location, lovely building, helpful staff. The management team is extremely nice and the apartments are beautiful! They had great new years signing deals, which solidified my decision to move here! Ally at the front office is extremely nice! I have had nothing but a great experience since moving here. Maintenance has been quick to respond to any requests and resolve the issue.

I had such an amazing experience finding the perfect apartment for my family of five. The Towers Woodland was the very first apartment we saw during our search, and from the moment we walked in the staff gave us a very warm welcome. Jane was our tour guide and she was so knowledgable about the community here and the services they have to offer. Not to mention they had great incentives that made our decision easy. It wasnt even an hour after leaving the property that we knew we would call it home. And we have, for about a month now. The transition has been amazing, our move-in was seamless. Jane took excellent care of us and still even checks in from time to time, which we can appreciate. We absolutely love the community here so far and would definitely recommend to anyone considering a move to this area!

Worse place to live, management never answer any questions, and during the COVID-19 they don’t get any help, I lived there and I had to go because the pandemic and they affected my credit and I never pay late for more than 18 months I live there. They never answered my emails and offer any help. Don’t move here!

If I could rate The Towers a 10 I would. It is exactly what is being advertised and then some. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and everyone has been extremely welcoming. Ally helped me feel like I was already at home when viewing the apartment which encouraged me to apply the same day! Best choice made by far!

Been here a little over a month and I can already tell I’m going to be here a while. The place speaks for itself Amanda is just its “wingman” 😆 Tremendous view from the balcony overlooking the olympic sized pool. The grills work perfectly. The staff actually takes the time out to clean them as well as the pool. They mop the hallways at least 1-2 a week. I rarely see any litter anywhere on the property. The gym has everything. There’s a trail and pond with actual fish in it! I think I might grow old in this place 😌

I’ve lived at The Towers since April. The quality of everything is top notch. The balcony is so inviting. The pool is always crystal clear. The maintenance crew are always working hard to keep our little community clean. The few things I needed done, was immediately taken care of. The ladies are always willing to help, at the front office. Amanda is always there to greet us with a smile, and eager to help with any questions that we have had along the way. They even have event days throughout the month, to add a little extra fun.

Beautiful! Employee are professional and attentive. This location is right off the freeway so road noise may be expected depending on which building you will be in. I recommend a top floor with an up charge for a better balcony view and no neighbors above you. Be smart when choosing your building. As anywhere if your window faces west if may have a lil higher cooling cost. They pleasantly are constantly planning events to eat and mingle with neighbors. No horseplay is allowed at the pool which makes for a more relaxing environment. There is 44 acres with sidewalks and a lake to jog or ride a bike through that is nice yet still planning the layout to improve this park-like area. The dog park is big and fenced with a dog washing station. Residents are instructed to pick up after their pets with waste receptacle available and I am glad about this so we dont have to step in poop. Be responsible or you may be charged for not picking up your dogs poop because DNA pet tests will catch you a fee. Smart way to keep the poop cleaned up. They clean the elevators often as well as the garage floors, walls and exterior windows. I have no complaints.

My family and I have been living at The Towers Woodland for about three years. We originally decided to rent a unit here because of location and the contemporary amenities. We often fish in the nearby stocked pond, which can be seen from our patio, and take advantage of the paved trails.Although the weather cannot be controlled, the well-maintained pool is always nice and cool after a brisk jog. Covered parking keeps our vehicle safe and protected from the elements. The staff is professional and friendly. Amanda, one of the sales representatives, is accommodating and goes the extra mile to ensure our living experience is enjoyable. She is a wealth of information and, if you are new to the area, can recommend everything from an enjoyable dining experience to a reputable dealership from which to purchase a vehicle. I would high recommend giving The Towers Woodland the opportunity to be your next residence.

When I called, Amanda Speck answered the phone I started to let her know what I was looking for and we had an instant connection! She was so understanding and patient with me throughout the whole process. I have never come across a leasing agent like Amanda! She is a a true GEM! The other girls in the office, Ally, Janie, and Daniel are the others that come to mind right now have all been also very pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. They are always cheerful and always ready try to help you out when you call. That is an important and valuable quality to have in a leasing team. I have dealt with other leasing teams that have not come close to these gals! They really do take care of their residents. When you leave a message for one of the girls from the leasing office someone always returns your call, that says a lot about how important you are to them as a resident. At first I was concerned about the traffic noise since the apartments are close to the freeway, but surprisingly I dont hear the traffic, it must be that the units are well insulated. The apartments are also very pet friendly! I really do love that! I have a grand dog and i love it when apartments have accommodations or them as well. I had been looking for apartments in the Conroe/Woodlands area for about a month, and could not find what I was looking for. Every place I visited would have nice amenities but I couldn’t find everything I wanted. On a whim, I decided to drop by the Towers Woodland. The second I entered, I was greeted by friendly faces and big smiles! Amanda Speck introduced herself to me and asked what it was I was looking for. I told her I wanted a nice gym, modern amenities in the apartment, areas for my Chocolate lab to play, and a community that was active with its residents. In a matter of minutes, Amanda was able to show me exactly how the Towers would be the perfect place for me to call “home.” She showed me around the entire complex, made friendly conversation, and gave me assurance that everything I wanted in an apartment would be satisfied if I chose the Towers.That night, I submitted my application and the very next day I signed my lease. Over a month I tried finding where I wanted to live, and was never satisfied with my options. That is- of course- until I toured the Towers Woodland and met Amanda!

After 3 days of hunting for a new place to live with an impending move from Nashville to the Houston area we were completely discouraged and jaded. As soon as we walked into The Towers we were greeted by an angel named Amanda Speck. We expressed our frustrations in what we had been going through and she gave us so much confidence that our journey to find a place to call home had ended. She was bright, cheerful, engaging, and stunningly thoughtful and understanding of our troubles. She quickly took us in, treated us with care and true appreciation. Along with that she took so much time and care to include our chatter box 6 year old boy. They talked dinosaurs, snakes, and alligators sharing stories and making him just as excited as we were. She took us through the model, answered all our questions, toured us through all amenities and shared her personal experience as a member of the community. We were not being sold, we were being taken care of with every ounce of her being. We went to our hotel, and instantly agreed this is where we wanted to be. Not only was the apartment gorgeous, but Amanda gave us her all. Looking forward not only to our beautiful new home but a friend in the office. Thank you Amanda! Can I just say I LOVE IT HERE!! I have lived here almost 2 years. Everything about the property is amazing. I love my apartment. Everything is new and fresh. If I ever need anything fixed they are super prompt and super kind. Can we just talk about the amenities. The pool is a great place to hang out and lounge, let the kids play while grilling a Wagyu steak! They also have a tanning bed and their gym has everything you need so you can ditch your gym membership. THEN there is trails behind the property in the middle of a national forest that also has benches with grills! Dont forget the pond with our resident alligator. Let me not forget the management. Every single person in the office is amazing. I cant begin to describe how much they have been so welcoming being in a new town. I would give this place 10 stars if possible. You would be a fool not to call this your new home.

My wife and I were driving around trying to find what in the world we should do for a Sunday afternoon date in the middle of COVID season. Behold! Walk-in touring!We had our masks with us, so we drifted--I mean, safely pulled into the parking lot, and Jane led us on an awesome tour of a couple of different units! She explained everything in great detail to us, made friendly conversation, and answered all of our questions delightfully! One of the things that made us want to live here is that she is actually a resident herself, which I havent seen before. So she personally vouched for the place and shared some insight into living here!Move-in was a breeze, and any work orders weve had to submit have been answered quickly and effectively! We have had a couple of little German roaches show up near the kitchen, but its not excessive, and theyre usually just on the floor...and were near a forest, and its Texas. That being said, pest control is quick to respond any time we need them!We have thoroughly enjoyed living here with the peace and quiet, kind neighbors, wide open space outside on the property, fishing at the lake (for my wife), and resident events that the office staff kindly organizes for us! Weve enjoyed taco night and pumpkin carving most recently.If Im being super picky, the build quality has seemed to fall short of expectations in places; however, a work order got us quick help caulking under the kitchen counter, resealing the dishwasher, and replacing the bathroom mirror. The only reason I give four stars instead of five is for some details not being taken care of before the unit was rented to us. The staff are very responsive to work orders though, and that shows me that they care about maintaining the units and the property, which is more than could be said for the staff at our previous residence. That being said, the place feels very modern, open, and higher-quality compared to where we have previously lived in nearby apartments, and the rent is fairly comparable.TL;DR- The staff seem to actually enjoy living and working here, the apartments are clean, modern, and nice, the property is phenomenal, the neighbors are cool, the events are fun, the amenities are extensive and make rent well worth it, and the location gives us easy access to major roads to get anywhere quickly!Again, shout-out to Jane who made us want to live here before our tour even started. A genuinely good attitude goes a long way as far as Im concerned!

This was my first time living in an apartment. I looked at many different apartment complexes but The Towers Woodland was by far the nicest and offered the most for your money! Update after living here for a year as first review was rating the process before I moved in:Still like living here although you there are a few things to point out.Noise: I live with my balcony facing the furthest away from both the FM 1488 and the motocross track. FM 1488 is okay except for the occasional car with a loud exhaust, but the motocross is a little bit annoying but luckily not every night.Pool area: Guess this is a problem many places with fellow residents playing loud music at their impromptu parties. There is the occasional security guard who can address it, in case your fellow residents wont take a polite request.Maintenance: The gate and lockers boxes has been out of order for more than a month now and no updates are provided any longer. Things takes a while to get fixed around here. It annoys me that I will get a written notice stuck in my door on red paper indicating I owe $7.45 but having a hard time getting a response.Staff: In their defense, the staff here is typically amazing though. So friendly, biggest smiles, goes above and beyond. I was convinced to live here after I learned than a few of them recently move to the facility as well. I chose to believe that they are quite busy and are the reason I chose to stay, that they are the people who makes things happen.

Wonderful staff, Amanda was a great help to us as my husband and I are starting a new chapter in our lives. Could not be happier with the experience. Cant wait to move in...Im sure we are going to love it here..

Best apartments I have ever lived in, ever. We have been here for 4 months and zero complaints. We never hear our neighbors, the grounds are very well kept, and everyone we have met has been amazing to deal with. Make an appointment with Amanda, she is the best leasing agent ever. After meeting Amanda and the way we felt at home that day, we gladly chose the Towers as our new home with no regrets. So I been looking for a apartment for the first time in Tx, and I wanted something in budget but luxury feel. I came to the Towers and Jane Wettstein was so awesome to help me with all my needs. She helped with every step of the process and even on her day off made sure to leave notes to follow up with others to help me in case I had any concerns. She was simply AMAZING and can’t wait to move in at the end of the week.

Recently, I almost signed a lease with The Towers Woodland. It is a very nice complex and welcoming. Amanda Speck is a true example of good customer service! I ended up not choosing The Towers Woodland due to some financial reasons, but throughout my process, Amanda was very helpful and thorough. She embodies someone of true character and integrity that anyone would be pleased to do business with.

The Towers Woodland apartments are the best ! The place is so clean you wouldn’t believe it the grounds are great... The girls that work here are so helpful if you need something and they’re just great. If you haven’t seen these apartments it’s a must... I love it here Everyone that lives here are so friendly!! I give this place 10 !!!!

I wanted to add to my initial review. The office and maintenance staff is wonderful. Maintenance works super hard and are always friendly. I recently had an issue with my dryer and Juan fixed it no problem! He was great!Older reviewI am moving to the area end of July and came down to look at these apartments in person. I was very impressed with the location, amenities and the apartments themselves. Robert in the office was very friendly and answered all of my questions. It was an easy process and I look forward to moving in!

I have been in apartments before where yes they were cheaper, but weren’t great for their value. The towers was really has the safety and amenities you would expect for the price. Really clean, some things are falling apart on property here and there, though maintenance seems responsive.Overall satisfied with our first week in our apartment. Glad to have all the appliances working! Got to thank Jane for making us feel very welcome coming in.

Amanda was super friendly and easy to work with, got signed up the same day I came to check it out. Staff is friendly and the property is nice and clean. Love it.Okay I have been here for a little over month, I don’t know if I will ever leave! Steven, the amazing guy that came to fix my dehumidifier was so nice and got it done quick and they even came on my day off so I could be home. I truly love living here everyone is so nice the neighbors are great!I’d leave 10 stars if I could.

The staff at the Towers are amazing! Zach was a really big help he was very patient with me and helped me every step of the way to get an apartment. But not only is the staff amazing the apartments look great. The community is friendly, and they have a huge Pool. I highly recommend these apartments!

I had a great leasing experience with Ally. She took her time and went the extra mile to make sure all my requirements and expectations were met. She was super patient, friendly and just amazing in general. I totally love this apartment complex and can’t wait to call them my home.

Robert and Amanda were helpful, professional and patient while showing us various apartments and made the application process easy. The apartments are modern and well appointed. The wooded setting is very nice. On-site amenities including the gym, pool, office, pool table, clubhouse, dog/walking trail and fishing lake are unbelievable. The assigned parking space is a huge plus. The concierge services and convenient trash pickup service will definitely be time savers. Great property for college students, young and mature professionals and retired persons.

Have been staying at this apt for 6 months now. Started off in a 1 bed and moved to a 2 bedroom recently. The staff here is amazing and extremely helpful. The process was worry free and everything from signing my lease the first time to transferring to my new 2 bedroom has been very smooth. My keys to my mailbox was not working when I first got it and Amanda made sure it was taken care of right away. If you love huge patios and spend lots of time in the pool (it’s gorgeous!) then this is the place for you.

This is my first apartment that I have leased by myself, and working with Amanda has made it such a breeze! She always answers my questions quickly and thoroughly and has truly taken the stress out of everything that comes with moving since the first time I came to tour the complex. I love this complex and look forward to making it my home, thanks Amanda!!!

I was tired after a long day of apartment searching. I was greeted by Robert and his big smile who cheered me up and helped me with all of my apartment needs! He knew an answer to every worry and question I had in my tiny little brain; and he answered them with a great attitude. He wanted to make sure that I was going to make the right decision for my circumstance. He gladly showed me around the property and didnt make it feel boring. He was interactive and engaged in full interpersonal conversation; it made me feel welcomed. On our way to view the unit he greeted everyone he passed! Such a genuine individual; and so patient. Even when I would ask the same questions twice he broke it down to make sure I understood what was going on. He worked with my budge It and needs, although simplistic. Even when I was done he sent me on my way with a courtesy gift from the Towers community! Needless to say I was amazed!

We love living at The Towers. Since the first day we walked in the doors to of lobby to view apartments, we were greeted as if we were long time friends. That, the apartment grounds (which the maintenance department keeps immaculate) and the apartment units made moving to The Towers an easy choice. We can’t say enough about the staff which always listens to our concerns and keeps us laughing. Not to mention Amanda throws a great Pizza party! If you want great amenities, a friendly atmosphere, and a staff that treats you like family, then The Towers Woodland is where you belong.

I cannot say enough great things about The Towers Woodland. I sold a house and rented an apartment here as my family and I were building our next home.Besides the apartments being very clean and amazing pool and facilities. The office staff are amazing. If you have an opportunity where you need an apartment ask for Amanda, Love !!! Love !!!! her. She will do whatever she can to help you always going above and beyond while treating you like family. I have definitely made a long lasting relationship here and couldn’t be happier.

This is the best apt complex I have ever lived in. The staff is extremely professional. They made move in amazing. Any preliminary issues were resolved with ease. I love the state of the art amenities. I am super excited the closet can hold all of my shoes and the kitchen is up to par for my cooking show! I would recommend this complex for your next home!

I recently visited The Towers to view the property for my upcoming move. I was greeted with a smile and a open hand from a Miss Natasha. She made me and my family feel extremely comfortable from the start! She was extremely knowledgeable of the different types of units they have to offer, the rates, the apartment market, and the physicals of the property. She made me feel like I was at home, and I am only at the viewing phase of getting an apartment. I can honestly say she gave me and my family an unforgettable tour, and they will be talking about it for days on out! I went into the Towers Leasing Office and immediately was greeted by the staff. They were super friendly! Amanda gave me the tour of the floor plans and also so a lot pf information that was impressing. She had answers to my questions before I even asked them. She made me feel like I was already living there. I definitely recommend anyone to go and especially ask for Amanda.

I visited The Towers Woodlands today and I have to say I was eminently shocked by not only the look of the office but the genuine friendliness of the staff working. Robert welcomed us with a great attitude and authentic personality, we felt welcomed instantly. Robert answered all our question swiftly and informatively all while joking and making us feel at home. Honestly stand up job he does. Initially I was a little worried with price, but sure enough after getting a full tour of the main office and the apartment we were interested in I quickly understood the price point... worth every penny. our entire experience here at the towers was phenomenal and fun honestly, we greatly appreciate everything Robert and The Towers did for us today.
