I needed an apartment short term while my house was being constructed.I called Central Park Condos and got a tour on the same day,explained my situation and they were more than willing to accommodate me.It came with a garage which was important to me,my apartment has more than served its purpose.It’s been a very satisfying stay here.Being able to have a washer n dryer in apartment was a blessing!! Jailene and Sandra are very courteous and helpful,no complaints whatsoever.My apartment was very clean and ready for moving in,I highly recommend Central Park Condos!! Thank you for making my stay nice n easy!!

I have lived here for a little over eight years with my son of the same age. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the environment is peaceful and very safe. The community has always proved to be a safe and fun place to raise my kid and the complex itself is very tranquil and charming. The units themselves are spacious, beautiful, well laid out, and a very good value for the price.

I visited the property and toured with Sandra. She really helped make my decision to lease here with her friendliness, knowledge and the time she spent with me. The apartments are well kept and the floorplans are huge! I recommend this place!

We moved here a year ago and just signed another years lease! We love the area and the Office personnel are so friendly. They work with us when we have to be late on rent and dont make us feel bad when we are. Its quiet and safe. Yes some things were wrong with our condo, but they worked hard to get everything going when it came up and we appreciate all the hard work! We found our home and we are very blessed!

I visited my friends here a few days ago. I’ve always felt the complex was so pretty and well maintained, but after what I witnessed my friends experiencing, I’m a little turned off of this property. The office staff has lowered themselves down to bullying and gossiping on their tenants and people who have applied. It’s kind of shocking and just down right disgusting. They have their staff stalking and harassing people now. Haven’t they heard of the discrimination laws I know they learn about during their Fair Housing courses? Guess not.

Great place to call Home

I love this place. We have been living here a year now and havent even thought of moving. Yes, theyre kind of old and falling apart, but they just sent out a letter saying they are doing renovations and fixing the place up. Weve had some major problems that still hasnt been fixed properly, but I cant complain because theyve fixed alot. Weve had a huge leak in the ceiling that steadily drips when its raining, and a mouse. Theyve tried to fix the roof probably 3 times but I guess they cant find exactly what the problem is. The mouse comes and goes. They set up traps, which is all they really can do, to no avail. Theyve already told us theyre going to fix our shower, because it runs out of the faucet while flowing out of the showerhead. But the office staff and maintenance people are amazing. We will be signing for another year.

My brothers apartment completely flooded diring the last major storm. Several inches of water, everything is completely soaked and the place is unlivable. Management will not let him out of his lease because he didnt give 30 days notice. They are forced to live in a hotel on their own dime. This place is corrupt and treats its residents like garbage. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!!

My mom loves her condo. The parking is bad for guests though.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Old buildings, having continuos problems with our A/C, cant get pest control out here. Have to wait two weeks and if they dont show, have to wait another 2 weeks. I CAN NOT wait until our lease is up so we can move.

Signed a one year lease and its one of my biggest regrets. All they want here is your money. Which makes since considering all the appliances are way out dated and falling apart. The maintenance sucks. Ive got in contact about the washer connection twice now and maintenance still hasnt fixed it, so weve been having to do laundry elsewhere. But how could they notice the terrible maintence when the leasing office is so shoved up the residents butts about what they can and cant do. Every month is a new problem with these people. Ive never had so much trouble with an apartment complex. Definitely WONT be signing again.

The staff is great had holiday cards get mail to them for me and Taylor or Bobbie always makes sure I know about any mail, or if the say my kid doing anything she shouldnt. As a mom cant keep a eye on those teens 100% of the time and its nice to know if something is a rye. The maintainers of the apartment come when ever I need them, even their day off. Parking is tight but hey it keeps solicitor down and I appreciate that. Not known for drugs behavior or breaking and entery. Its gold expecially compared to Sunpark Apt. Respect the lease they respect you.

Workout room could be improved vastly.

I have lived here 1 year and just signed my second lease, the first year had problems with the A/C causing electric bill to be over 500 dollars, so far this year seems like going to be same problem set A/C on 74 but it never gets down to 74 so far its been 78 to 80 degrees in my home with the A/C continuously running.

The biggest problem we have here is the high electric bills. I dont know what the problem could be other than the single pane widows dont do a good job insulating. Or maybe its these aging air conditioners that are installed in most of the apartments. Floor plans are roomy though, definitely some of the biggest ones in Conroe. And the location cant be beat, easy access to the freeway is a must for my wife and I though. We also had a millipede infestation for a while- I know, we thought it was weird too. Though they didnt take over the apt, they were mainly in the bathroom for some reason. Weve had the ac go out a couple times, it was fixed promptly. The only other complaints are the congested parking lots and the garages do not have normal access doors in the back for just grabbing stuff and going back inside.
