My family has lived here for almost a month. Weve made our apartment a home in this short time. The staff is SUPER friendly. Every encounter has been personable & welcoming. The maintenance staff & others work tirelessly to keep everything very nice. The grounds & grilling area are well maintained & we are thankful. The pool area is really pretty with an abundance of flowers & foliage. The workout facilities are exceptional with many options for staying in shape. A great deal of effort has been made to keep the apartments updated and fresh, especially for move in. It is a diverse community with very friendly residents...a huge plus. The only complaint I can muster is that not every resident feels compelled to pick up after their pets when taking care of business despite bags & waste receptacles being made available. On top of all of the complex has to offer, it is close to a wide variety of shopping locales & options for eating out as well as quick access to the Interstate. Weve had a terrific experience thus far. 🙂

I loved my experience living here, not too far from the city but far enough to get away, great apartments if youre looking to move from out of state. I would recommend talking to Emily in the front she was a big help!!

Just moved in on Wednesday and I love these apartments it’s way more spacious then my previous one and it’s so close to all my favorite stores! Very calm and and peaceful at night as well. Also the staff is so nice, they made the whole process that tends to usually be stressful incredibly easy and explained everything step by step. There are a few minor things about my unit that need to be fixed but nothing major. Overall I love this complex and I’m glad I chose river pointe.

Emily is PHENOMENAL!!! I had scheduled a tour with her and she exceeded all my expectations on helping me make a decision for my new home. She was so helpful and answered all my questions I had for her in such a pleasant way!! Ask for her when your needing some help you won’t regret it!

Honestly, this place is highly recommended! The professionalism, patience and courtesy of Fallon was incredible. Emily was proficient and pleasant as well. The pictures you see online are how the premises and apartments look and better. It is quiet and seemingly it appears they keep up to par on their maintenance and their landscaping. I loved how they took care of my daughter and how quickly. They always answer the phone and respond quickly to your messages/emails. Go get your apartment! From what I can see so far, you wont regret it!

If I could give more stars I would! The staff here is absolutely AMAZING!!! Fallon made the application and move in process super easy and so fast!! Any questions or problems I’ve had, have been taken care of the day of or immediately the next day if I miss the office hours! Being able to communicate with the staff through text is also another great thing, especially because they don’t send spam they just respond to your questions or concerns. The apartment is beautiful and a lot bigger than I anticipated and not to mention clean!!!! I’m super OCD so cleanliness goes a very long way for me!! Super happy with my place and even more happy with the staff!! Thank you guys for making me feel so welcome and at home!!!!!!

Moving day was a little disorganized as we were given the wrong keys to the unit by the front office. We found out after office hours, so unfortunately we had to stay at a nearby hotel.Although upon moving in the next day, the maintenance team helped us carry some heavy furniture to the second floor. Really saved us a lot of hassle and work as I am pregnant, and all the heavy lifting was left on my husband. I’m glad to know the facility has this team of employees willing to go above and beyond their roles to help tenants. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was all good until i got the keys to the apartment which wasnt ready when i picked up my keys Management did a little accommodating for that. but view pics they still havent did anything about this. says its wear and tear. patiently wait for my lease to be up so i can move. If you going to live hear ask to see the apartment first!!!!

I moved in 3 months ago and I am very happy, Emily was very successful with our needs, she really knew how to listen and find us the perfect place y también habla español. 100% recommended.

We love our River Pointe management team! They used to have parties in the clubhouse and out in front of the office, but since covid they havent been able to. Now, they drive the party around the property and being it right to your doorstep! The apartments themselves are beautiful and even though its close to major roadways, its really quiet! We definitely love it here!!

I am going on 2 years with the apartment. I have had a few in the past but so far I really like the setup of my 2 bedroom. Feels like a house almost. Not a studio style living space. The maintenance team here is pretty darn fast. Have not had a single issue with them. I call, they come, its fixed. And a great maintenance team is huge at an apartment complex and I like this team a lot.

Ive been living here for almost 2 years and I love it! Staff is super friendly and the apartments are well taken care of. They are very pet friendly and youll see all sorts of dogs being walked here (with plenty of waste stations for owners). Im moving out in December to move to another state but would absolutely stay here if I wasnt. I highly recommend living here.

Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from, but I will write this one to serve as a warning for any of those looking to rent from here: DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE.They catfish renters by having a nice clubhouse but when you get your apartment, you will find they are so old, run down, and DIRTY. My apartment was so dirty when I moved in. On top of that, it had a fruit fly infestation that took months to get rid of. Not to mention, we also had roaches and wasps in our apartment. They also have BROWN carpets in the apartments, so theres no telling how dirty they are from past renters.Our apartment also got flooded from someones water heater exploding. Everything that could go wrong in that apartment, went wrong.The staff is unprofessional, rude, and lazy. They will take your money.Do yourself a favor and rent at any of the other apartment complexes that are within walking distance.

River Pointe Apartment is the best kept secret. It offers gated security, friendly staff, well kept grounds, a beautiful clean pool, exercise area and a coffee lounge. The peace and quiet is well worth living here, along with the new shopping areas just across from the apartments. Commuters have easy access to the Interstate 45 to Houston or northbound to Huntsville University. I am so happy with my choice to live here. Thank you River Pointe staff !

Excellent place to live! Office staff is amazing and always very quick to respond to requests. Any requests for repairs are done quickly. I have never had an issue of not feeling safe and the grounds are well kept. No noise from nearby roads and very quit complex. Definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a very reasonable priced apartment in this area.

Had some maintenance repairs needed. Maintenance was quick to take care of them. Very professional and courteous.

Very nice experience. Property meet my expectations and the office staff was really nice. Fallon was really busy but she immediately stopped what she was doing to help me and she made me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions, she didn’t rush me and again overall this property has moved to the top of my list as places to move.

This review is in regard to River Pointe maintenance crew. We had a list of repairs/maintenance that needed to be addressed when we moved in. The maintenance crew took care of it right of way and made sure the entire list was addressed and they even replace our worn out sliding closet doors in one of the bedrooms and now they work great. Thank you for your prompt and thorough service.

River Pointe apartments are beautiful and I cannot wait to live here!!! From the second I walked in the lobby I knew it was the right place for us. Been here a couple years and a pretty bad storm rolled in the end of June. It knocked out not only my A/C but multiple units in my building. The maintenance staff was professional and nice and got me squared away in this texas heat. Awesome job!

I lived at Riverpointe for one year. I felt safe and comfortable living there. They were very responsive to work orders... by the next day they were done. I liked that they keep their residents informed about whats going on. Office staff is friendly. I will miss living there. Thanks for a great year Riverpointe!

He called to check-in and make sure I did not need any more help. He made sure I got the exact apartment I wanted and that fit my budget! It was an easy and painless. Each time I send in a maintenance request I get a call the following day letting me know they are on their way to get the job done. They are quick, effective, polite and professional. Overall it’s a good experience each time.

I had been in contact with a woman by the name Mariana about possibly moving in next month. I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning after we had spoken. I waited outside the leasing office for over half an hour. I texted her, I called the office and went to check the door a few times. She never came. I asked her if something came up, trying to give her the benefit of the doubt after she stood me up. She simply said, and I quote, “I am not in office today, that is all.”...After not hearing from her for hours.Based on this interaction alone I will not be pursuing this complex. It’s a shame, I even had a deposit ready for them. I can only imagine how responsive they are after you sign a binding contract....

This is a wonderful property and they have a great Manager. Heather Chaney is the most accommodating and helpful person. Highly recommended

My husband and I talked to Sashion today about leasing a 2 bedroom apartment for our little family and so was so incredibly helpful. She was very knowledgable about the units and thorough when going over details with us. This is our first time renting an apartment, though we had walked through a few other apartment complexes earlier in the day, and she was very patient as she went through the process. The pool was gorgeous and the gym is absolutely amazing. They have a personal trainer that comes a few times a week as well as updated, state of the art equipment. The amenities within the apartment were too great to pass up as well- laundry hookups in the apartment, stainless steel appliances, greater square footage than the average apartments we looked at. Overall, the amenities, the peaceful atmosphere, and wonderful staff helped my husband and I to make the decision to apply immediately. We loved River Pointe and what it had to offer. Highly recommend.

I lived here for a little over a year with my boyfriend and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Office staff was always attentive and easy to reach. Any issues we had were resolved as soon as possible and the apartment itself was spacious and well taken care of. The grounds are clean and the community areas are beautiful! The rent and amenity charges were very reasonable and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The area is very family friendly which means that it is safe but if you are not a fan of kids then that would be my only complaint because they are very loud and tend to hog up those community areas, but thats out of anyones hand and me just being nit picky.

It has been 1 issue or another since day 1, starting with just getting in the apartment first time. Every time cook on stove, can be as simple as boiling tea, smoke alarm goes off. Their response, new batteries, fail, I keep broom by it now. 2 bedroom/2 bath but 1 bathroom leaking into closet, old problem based on mold. Has taken over 6 weeks & still not completely repaired, so have had 1 bath for past months. This was a repeat problem as you could see where tore 1 of walls out previously. This morning went to turn on heat and unable to due to smoke alarm going off. Afraid to leave heat on since unsure if smoke alarm going off for reason or not. Called office & no way/choice for emergency maintenance. Would not recommend these apartments at all, the issues I have mentioned are just the biggest ones. Parking is beyond horrible.

These office people need to do better for their residents. Have solutions not excuses. Solid answers and not vague responses based off of information they dont know is truth. Issue started at 10pm... last night... can not get concrete answers on resolution.

My first impression was it’s very nice here and they took very good measures when it came to COVID-19 right when we walked in . The person we had talked to first was Kristin very nice showed us around very friendly. She gave us our quote for the apartments we were looking at. The next day we called to tell them we wanted to rent one of there apartments . Ms.Falon is the assistant manager there we wanted to move in the next day pretty much everything moved very fast me and my brother had to be out of our old house that very same night . Called Ms. Falon and she got all the paperwork and apartment ready that very same day. Me and my brother moved in that same night. All thanks to the staff at river pointe. I recommend this apartment complex to everyone . They are they fast and very helpful here and have great deals for apartmentsThank you River Pointe !

The property and the apartments are beautiful and convenient to shopping, I-45 freeway, work and The Woodlands.I felt as if we were friends that have known one another for years! The both of them are very social and kind. I have lived here at River Pointe Apartments for 5 years and I really love it. I have been through many changes throughout those years and this management team we have now are really doing a great job. I feel they are making improvements in every way to help with the safety and comfort of all of the residents. I have felt very safe since I first moved in and that is a priority to me. I have just renewed my lease for another year with River Pointe. Thank you guys for making my home safe and comfortable.

Could not be more grateful for the wonderful ladies at River Pointe! They were more than accommodating for myself and my children, even going as far as showing my kids the huge windows and awesome pool to distract them while I signed paperwork😉 Lived here years ago and loved it then, coming back was an easy decision! My husband and I moved in about 4 months ago, we were super excited. When we received our keys, it fell from there. I had to scrub the whole apartment because it wasnt move in ready. There were bugs in our bedroom, the caulking in the bathroom had to be redone which I did. The carpet in our bedroom was so nasty. My husband and I let all it go until we cant even park in the apartment complex. No one wants to pay for covered parking so all those spots are open, on the weekend you have to park in incredible pizza parking lot and walk over. Wanting to tear up the lease and find somewhere new. Not worth my money.

Very disappointed in the front office staff. Very unprofessional. 0 stars. Zero... stars.

DO NOT RENT HEREI paid a $600 deposit and was told it was 100% refundable!! When I moved out I didn’t even get 10% of that back. When I called and asked I was told that one of THEIR employees made a MISTAKE and it didn’t go towards my deposit- and that if it were brought to her attention at that time she could’ve fixed it. I told her whenever I first moved in, I called and asked TWICE about it and no one ever mentioned it.So I got screwed over on my deposit due to THEIR mistake, which is unfair!!!!Also whenever I moved in, it was NOT apartment ready. I had to CLEAN my apartment when I moved IN. Very dirty.

Heads up to the management team, esp miss Amy, Monica who work really hard to make everything good. Miss Amy is always in a good mood and listens to us and gets the technician on time if there are any issues in the apt. Finding parking is not hard. Been here less than two weeks and I love my new home!!!

Im a resident of about 6 months now and I love this place. All of my maintenance calls have been completed within a day or two, the front office is always willing to answer any questions I have and all staff are very friendly. The property is also gorgeous and well maintained.

Apartment is nice enough for the area and the maintenance guys are nice. The newly remodeled gym is well-equiped. Amy in the office goes above and beyond to meet the needs of residents and I can tell she truly cares.

River Pointe leasing consultant Jerrica was so warm, amazing and worked hard to get my approval process through fast! She is a such an asset for that properties leasing staff! Even though I ended up not going through with the lease due to other circumstances that occurred, that had nothing to do with her or the complex, I wanted her to get recognition for how great she was with helping me. Five stars all the way!!!! The apartment complex units are also so very pretty with their upgrades and prices very fair. Also, the building and grounds were so very nice, well maintained and peaceful. It is my loss for not being able to live there, but if you need a place, I recommend River Pointe! Please try to see Jerrica if you can!

I would like to thank Amy Stokaylo for being so warm and inviting from the moment I walked in. She has been extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. I have been here 3 weeks now and i couldnt be happier. My apartment is absolutely beautiful, the community is well cared for, neighbors are all friendly and respectful of each other. I havent lived in an apartment in over 20 years so i was a bit dreadful but i found not be happier and the ladies in the front office are a huge part of that comfort.

Its hard to give this complex a good review when theres been nothing but trouble. The DAY we were moving in, the maintenance hadnt even started replacing the carpet. The apartment was suppose to be a brand new remodeled apartment, but when everything was done and we were moving furniture in, there were loose strings all over the carpet, messy paint jobs, stains on the walls and cabinets... and theyve never been fixed. It took them weeks to replace the mirror for the upgrade, which isnt a priority and would be understandable if things werent already bad. There was a ceiling leak (lived on the second floor, top floor of our building) that we reported to maintenance. It took them over a week to come look at it, and they just spray painted it, no real repairs. Once hurricane Harvey hit, they ceiling was dripping water, and a team came out and removed the ceiling however its been over a week and theres still no ceiling. They required all furniture be moved out of the room, so the living and dining rooms are stuffed. With so much stuff everywhere, theres not much room to walk and I ended up tripping and breaking a toe. The apartments keep telling us that they will get back to us and let us know when things will be taken care of, but they never return our call. They havent mentioned anything about taking out that square footage from the rent nor helping with the light bill that will be through the roof due to there being no ceiling and we paying to cool the attic as well as the boiling apartment.I wish this was a better review, but the past few months have been a very difficult living period.

The staff,location, upgrades, just everything was beautiful.We will be signing our lease next week, and I and so excited. Monica Taylor was our agent, and she made everything so easy and was there to answer EVERY question imaginable!5 stars is an understatement !

Last Friday, the apartment manager held a pizza residential event. They ran out of pizza, so they ordered me one and had it delivered!! It was sooo good! Thanks Riverpointe!

We have lived in these apartments for 8 months, and I want to warn others to not rent here. Here are some of the issues we have experienced (in 8 months!!!):* every time it rains water pools up to our front door* A/C has gone out with no response for two days* mold on the walls in bathroom* the upstairs neighbors toilet overflowed and can through our ceiling* mold around bathtub* pipe above bathtub leaking for weeks* front door struggle to shut and lockI think there have been other issues, but I cannot remember them all. We have had to make several calls to management, maintenance, and corporate. Most of our calls are never returned. If they are returned, the staff working for the apartments are rude and condescending. No apologies for the issues or inconveniences when we have to get out of the house for their repairs. My husband works day shift and I work night shift, and there has been no consideration to their residents.If you havent signed the lease papers yet, I urge you and your family to find a place that cares. Well for starters the customer service was out of sight, Mrs.Fallin helped me with such a short time that we had to move ... quick move in easy process .. apartment was perfectly remodeled and cleaned from top to bottom ! Lots of parking space and pet park right within walking distance! Pool and gym room is absolutely out of sight! They also do Zumba classes and have a personal Trainer that comes and helps people with no charge! As well as a Starbucks machine !!!!!! Over all awesome experience... I would recommend everyone and their momma to come check them out!

Firstly, Amy was absolutely incredible. She took me for a tour in the pouring rain and was nothing but a gem of a human being. Not only that, she took the time to really go through my application and PAY ATTENTION to the details and got me approved. Secondly, the apartments are gorgeous. The grounds gorgeous and if you are someone who likes to workout... this is your spot. They have a small spin studio, free weights, TRX, and cardio equipment. I couldnt be more excited to move in.

The Apartments are located very conveniently on the loop and 45. Its usually pretty quiet here since its gated. The Manager, Elsa is amazing!

I do not recommend living at this apartment complex. We have had over six property managers since we moved in. This does not include assistant manager and leasing consultant turn over. The last month of our lease the management is charging us with bogus additional fees. The foundation to the apartments is constantly shifting, the water is hard, and there is a lot of mold under the flooring and in the walls. The management is not customer friendly and always has new policies with each new manager. There are a lot of other places with good management to live in the area.

I Love this apartment complex! The office staff are so friendly and treat me like family. If there is need of any repair they get right on it. The only thing I dislike is that during the day the hallways to the doors are so dark you cant even see the key to get into your apartment. If the lights stayed on during the day it would be perfect!

Just recently moved here... so far love it. My kids love the space in their room and we really like the kitchen and everything thats been remodeled. Id recommend to anyone!

Have lived here almost a year and have nothing but good things to say. The front office staff is always very nice and inviting. The maintenance staff is always very responsive and helpful when needed. Our apartment is newly remodeled and up to date. The neighbors are all extremely nice and respectful of the property. Pool is always well kept! Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area!

We’re going on our 2nd year of living at RP. My husband & I started off in a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment (smallest one) & it suited us as far as price went, for sure! However we did not have enough space when it came to storage, closet & cabinet space. We were overflowing!!!! Not their fault at all, we just realized that living in a 1 bedroom at RP was not going to work for us for too long.We survived the year all up in each other’s space, sharing a tiny closet, etc without getting a divorce so that’s a victory! (Totally kidding lol but ladies y’all understand what I mean!! 😂)But we decided to get a 2 bed 2 bath once our lease was up. Fallon was AWESOME throughout the entire process. She helped us from start to finish & we appreciate her so much.The 2 bed/bath has sooooooo much more space. Our kitchen has counter-space, we have a pantry now & we have plenty of cabinets to store our kitchen appliances.The bathroom & tub is much larger & we even have our own closets in our bedroom.Our 2nd year of marriage is looking up!!! 🤪My only things are that the residents tend to fill up the trash cans SO fast that it’s kinda gross to look at & it’s frustrating to not have a place in the trash.There’s also a random wine rack that takes up 2 cabinet spaces that was especially annoying when we only had 4-5 cabinets (cabinets we had to use for dishes as well as groceries) in our 1 bedroom. It just seems outdated & a little renovation would be nice. Not complaining, just a suggestion.There’s not a ton of parking after about 9:00 (normal for any apt complex) but I have seen people park in handicap spaces or park in the office parking lot. Not sure if there’s much the complex can do about that but for the sake of an honest review I will share that info.Other than that, we really love it here!!

Ive been living here for a year and half and I have no complaints. Im comfortable living here, and the location is great! I could definitely take more advantage of the amenities but I know they are going to have some upgrades coming up soon!

Speedy maintenance, quiet community, and beautiful landscaping. I’d refer anyone here!
