I lived here briefly and it was a great experience. Apartments and grounds are modern and look great. Spacious high ceilings and plenty of room. The management and facility staff are always very friendly, helpful, and prompt. My a/c went out one day and they immediately set me up with a temporary window unit until the air conditioning was repaired so I wouldn’t have to deal with the heat. Highly recommend checking out this apartment if you’re looking for a great value!

If I could leave 1 star I would. We lived on the 3rd floor and got blamed for multiple noise complaints due to the wood in the floor screeching. Took almost 6 months for maintenance to come and repair the flooring. Do not hang any pictures up, they charged us for wall kills upon move out. After telling us upon move in that we could hang pictures and the nail holes would be considered normal “wear and tear”. Also, was over charged upon move out and had to call and get my overbalance statement corrected FIVE TIMES! The balances did not add up and they continued to try and add on stuff after addressing them. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING JANELLE SAYS! She is the office manager and had to credit us so much money for over charges!

We love the people here, they are all so friendly. We also love how Riverwood has events, and activities for the residents. We are greatly appreciative of the Riverwood family !!

Love living here! It’s clear that quality is an important value at RW and we love that! All the little extras make this apartment complex truly stand apart from others in the area including the community events, food trucks, bark park, and ample parking spots. I have lived at a “luxury” apartment before and almost every night when I got home from work I had to park outside the gate or even at the gas station next door and walk to my place. I have never had any issues finding convenient parking here and I love that!

When I part 3 stars I really mean 3.8ish. Mostly been a good experience living here... Though we have had some of our vehicles broken into... So that wasn’t great... But we’ve enjoyed the amenities, neighbors, and creative/interactive resident events! We love the pool area and taking our dog to the bark park! Our favorite thing is the holiday decor (especially the Christmas lights around the gate)!

A M A Z I N G. Serious - AMAZING.Ive lived here for 2 years. I love it - quiet, reasonable rates, easy access to 45, great parking, nice apartment finishes & amenities. Its near everything - if you cant get to it, ship it, and theyll be super sweet when you come to pick it up at the office. Its the people who work here who make it home. Paige, Janelle, Andrea + maintenance are seamless and so professional in taking care of us. Every time we go into the office, theyre friendly and welcoming. The (rare) maintenance issues are taken care of within a day. The communication about property issues (pool, dogs, security, trash, etc) are so transparent from the office - Paige, community mgr emails regularly to all of us and I always feel updated with whats happening. Theyre big on community and have offered ways we can contribute during Christmas for families in the area - these families would have been without these sweet ladies organizing a way to give back --- it was a joy to be a part of this! They have treats for my dog in the office, they regularly have food trucks in the evenings, they organize gift wrapping parties at Christmas ---- they do so many things to make living here a pleasure. I am really grateful for my home here. Ive lived in apts for 15+ years and this was by far the best experience Ive ever had- Im buying my 1st home now and leaving, but very, very grateful for the team here at Riverwood. ♥️

I appreciate the quick help from maintenance and the office assistants, i wish there was more privacy but thats the worst part! everything else has been quite pleasant!

Ive lived at Riverwood for several years now, and Ive thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are attentive and friendly, always quick to help me out if I need anything. I enjoy the gym and pool area especially, which are always kept scrupulously clean. Overall a great experience, and one I recommend to others!

I’ve lived here for a year and have nothing but god things to say. Staff is always helpful and they are super friendly! The complex is quiet and feels like home, there’s never any issues with parking or break-ins. The only reason I’m leaving is because I need to get closer to work.

I have lived here for almost five months. I rated to write a review on purpose. I wanted to see how things were after I became a normal resident and not the new person. I must say that out of all the apartment complexes I have live in, this is the best.I have needed repairs/replacements on some things since I have been here. Maintenance request always get filled in a timely manner. They ensure that everything gets taken care of. The community is safe and I like that. I also really enjoy how it you cannot just drive up to the front gate and get in.My most favorite thing about this community besides the great location is the events. The staff does a good job at having community events. We have had grocery bingo, food trucks, saturday morning breakfast, get togethers, movie nights, present wrapping, Santa visits, Thanksgiving dinner, etc. I see a community event going on at least once a week if not twice. I love it here, the staff is great. Finally found a place to call home! Thank you Riverwood Staff!UPDATE: I was relocated for work to another state. After looking at and researching 37 apartments I still found none like this one. I still give it 5 stars wish I could give it more.

Love living here!! The whole staff there is amazing and truly respects each and every customer that walks through the office doors. Riverwood is so quick to make the people happy, it amazes me. The community here is awesome- family friendly to whoever decides to live here. To bring the staff again, Cassidee, Andrea and Janelle make a fine team in selling people modernized homes. I’m very glad to be apart of the Riverwood community, and I hope you can be apart of it too!

The staff is helpful and friendly. No place is perfect, but every time we had a problem, they helped us resolve it. It’s my favorite apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. Having a Kroger and Incredible Izzy within walking distance was a plus, too. ;)

Have lived here for about 3 months and love it. Very quiet and excellent quality units that have been very well taken care of and maintained. Lots of nice amenities and Facilities such as a nice gym, and pool, and a nice new addition built that includes a cabana area with large barbecue grills a big screen TV along with a nice large couch in front of the TV all outside near the pool area. Also bathrooms are part of the Cabana.

I love living at Riverwood. I looked at so many apartments and I finally found, not just an apartment, but a home. My apartment is spacious and in a quiet area. I love living here. The management team is incredible. They make you feel so welcome. They are friendly, caring individuals, happy to help you. I must not forget maintenance. They are top notch.I am so happy I chose Riverwood as my new home.

Close enough to major population centers to have every convenience imaginable, yet far enough out to be quiet and cost effective. Well maintained family atmosphere with singles and kids alike and neighbors with pets who all get along. Hard-working respectful staff with kind can-do attitudes. Any congregation should be so nice a place in which to exist as Riverwood Apartments.

The only positive thing I can recommend about this community is the price relating to the size of the apartment. Other than that, I would not recommend this complex. They smile and are nice in order to draw you in, and then it goes down hill. We stayed to ourselves and never caused trouble, yet it was like they were out to get us. To start, when we first moved in, the people across the hall from us had their bikes out which were rusted and looked 20 years old. Naturally, we put our bikes out (which were not rusted and dirty) and we were told we had to put them in? How were these people allowed to have these dirty bikes out for who knows how long, but all of a sudden when we do it, it is a problem. Also, to note, people in other buildings had their bikes chained in the stairwells as well. They had fire inspectors come out to check the fire sprinklers. If they were real fire inspectors, they would have actually checked the sprinklers instead of walking all around our apartment. There were sprinklers still covered in painting tape from before we moved in that they checked. Sounds like a fire hazard to me. Either they wanted to spy on us, or that technician needs a new job. Our air went out over the summer and were were charged $400 electric bill due to their negligence. According to maintenance, even though its hot in your apartment when you air is on, you should just keep your air on 60 and all the fans going to cool it down. Real professional. Oh yeah, and they were reading the wrong persons air unit as well and couldnt figure out why they were getting positive readings. Little reimbursement for electric bill that was due to their negligence. There were a rash of break ins right before we moved out. A friend had stayed the night, and his car was one of the cars broken in to. After we filed a police report, we called the office to let them know and they acted like it was an inconvenience that we were calling. Im so sorry for calling to let you know that someone stole a gun and might be on the property. We had put our trash outside of our door for ONE day because we were in the process of moving out and we get a call saying residents were complaining..... What about the guy under us who would leave trash and dog poop outside his door for a week at a time. What about the people who were living across from us who had 4 adults plus 2 kids living in a 2 bedroom apartment. You cant pick and choose who you want to belittle. Lets not forget to mention that they lost my rent check and applied it to someone elses account and I couldnt even get a sorry. Oh, the kicker, upon moving out I discovered that they had overcharged me every month on rent. I do not appreciate the way I was treated while living here. I might have been young, but I always paid rent on time and stayed to myself without causing trouble.

Lived here for most two years. Great place. Except for some residents who dont understand the term reserved parking. But thats everywhere I suppose.

Posting for a friend, the apartments are nice, except for a few broken places here and there. The only real problem is the office people, we are on the younger side, so I guess they dont think we actually rent the apartment ourselves, but they are extremely rude and have a real attitude problem

The amenities are superb such as the swimming pool, 24 hr fitness gym, relaxing lounge with office equipment you can use equiped with wifi. Few minutes away from the Lake Conroe. Has great high rated school districts around. Garage you can rent if you need one and is very affordable. Much more... it is a resort style kind of living. Me and my family lived here for more than 2 years.The management however are inconsiderate when it comes to financial matters. The lights in the kitchen kept blowing up until we lost the energy to keep calling them to keep fixing it. Fire hazard it is and so we just ended up not having a well lit kitchen.As they did to us, expect that when you leave they will not return your deposit. Instead, they will charge you for the carpet and what they said we damaged in the cabinets. We did not remember any damage on any of the cabinets. They said they had pictures but were never shown to us.The walls and the floorings are not sound proof. Your neighbors are going to complain a lot if you got kids (and in our case, two little girls who does not even run around).
