My daughter and her friend went here to get their nails done together. They were the only ones in the shop and only one girl would do there nails. She took turns going back and forth between the girls while there were other employees available. More customers started coming in to receive service. Almost all of the people that came in after my daughter and her friend got there nails completed and left before theirs were even painted! They took over 2 hrs to complete there nails and we missed an appointment afterwards because they took so long! The girls sat there for 20 mins with no one doing anything for them at all while others got attended to! Just because they are kids doesn’t mean you can take advantage of them! They are good respectable paying customers! This is our first and only time at this shop unfortunately.Poor service.

Not very kind and inconsistent with their business hours. Unfortunately unprofessional service. I never leave bad reviews but I’ve been so fed up with their poor basic customer service. I’m sure their work is fine but I prefer places that make you feel welcomed.

Love them! So clean and friendly. Donna is great! I’ve been almost a dozen times now and haven’t had a complain yet. And the prices are very reasonable and less than sub par places in the area.

Overall really thorough nail salon despite being on the smaller side. I was late to my appointment for sns and pedicure but they still sat me down right away and began to do both services simultaneously which had me in and out right away. My only complaint is that the lady doing my pedicure was a little on the rougher side but other than that they did a great job on my nails and toes and to my surprise was very affordable. Definitely would return!

The only place Ive found with reasonable prices. Coming from NY to NC, NC NAIL SALONS ARE RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE for normal maintenance. NOA only charged $17 for a fill-in and just recently started charging what other places charge for gel. Other places charge an additional $20 on pedicures and the same for manicures for gel polish.

It was my first time getting sns tips and they did an amazing job!! We were not clear that we had to make an appointment but we were still seated quickly. They worked very fast and the price was much lower than we expected.

I went in feeling very great and instantly felt unwelcomed. I don’t know why.. maybe it’s because I had my nephew with me. I signed in their book and picked my color, Minh told me it would be a 40 min wait.. I was fine with that until another woman walked in after me and was instantly seated and they started working on her. We were getting the same thing, fill in with gel polish. I’m usually never hurt with people like that but this really made me feel some type of way… :/

I was a walk in and immediately I was warmly welcomed by Min. He was wearing a mask and took my temperature as well as gave me some hand sanitizer. He then proceeded to accommodate my husband and I. He gave me an amazing full set of acrylic nails, they looked natural and weren’t bulky, he was very gentle and even removed the dead skin around my nails. He was very professional. I paid $27 for a full set with regular polish. I highly recommend coming here and letting Min take care of you!

I moved from the area 3 years ago.....still drive 30 minutes to have my nails done here! Clean, friendly, good pricing, wonderful atmosphere and my nails always look beautiful! ❤️

I called ahead to try and arrange a walk in appointment, the gentleman told me there would be about a 20 min wait. I got to the salon and waited, it was packed with people. I was offered something to drink while I waited. He also sat me down in the chair and turned the TV so that I would be comfortable while waiting. Within about 25 minutes I was being waited on for my pedicure. The young lady did a great job and had great conversation. Ill be back

I called ahead to make an appointment for 1pm and when I got there my temperature was taken along with being instructed to use hand sanitizer. I was immediately seated with Stephanie who was friendly and did a great job! I had a relaxing experience and will be back.

Amazing experience as always. This was my 4th time coming here and everyone is very nice and they do their jobs very well. My nails last longer here than any other place Ive been to.

Came in today and had a mani pedi done. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. Super nice atmosphere and very clean. They check your temperature as soon as you walk in and have you put on sanitizer. The price came out to be $57 and it took around 45mins. Very relaxing and would definitely recommend this place. Will be returning soon. ☺️

They were busy and rushed doing my nails. The guy is always so nice, but he knew Im getting married in a couple of days and still rushed... I wanted to get it fixed but it was busy and no one asked me anything or they walked off when I tried to get someones attention. I just paid and left because my husband was waiting in the car at that point..

I hadn’t been in a nail salon since February out of fear of covid but felt super safe upon arrival. They checked my temperature and had me sanitize my hands upon arrival. The woman who waxed my eyebrows had on a mask and a face shield and the woman who did my pedicure had on 2 masks. I was also seated 2 seats away from the next customer during my pedicure. They’ve also installed plastic screens at the manicure tables. Lastly, they had cans of Lysol at every manicure station. Excellent service in a safe environment. Thank you NOA!

NOA Salon is the best in all of Charlotte. This is the only place I get my nails done. Ask for Steph she great and pays attention to details.

This is still my favorite salon not to be confused with another location with similar name. Be sure to ask of it is near Pippas. They are friendly, honoring competitors coupons, never price gouging and they remember you!over their work and cleanliness!

This is my favorite nail place ever, I go every two weeks to fix up my acrylics and the staff is wonderful. It’s sanitary and they have a wide selection of colors. Go in and request the man, he will never disappoint you, he does my nails every single time and I love him!

They rushed through both my and my husbands pedicures. They were inattentive and simply, didnt do a good job. The lady that did mine was very painful. We get pedis every 2 to 3 weeks, for years. We are aware of what this service should look like.

I really enjoyed my first visit today, the manager and staff were friendly, personable, professional, and humorous. They took their time with me and family, the quality was great, clean and soothing atmosphere with updated look and equipment. I suspect that this nail salon charges “certain customers” inconsistently. A few months ago, I was told by one of the nail techs that they never had a policy where they charged $5 additional for coffin shaped nails. However, a couple of months before that, the male owner who did my nails, charged me $5 more for coffin shaped nails! The nail tech asked him about the “policy” because she had never heard of them charging someone for this, and the owner rambled some excuse that made no sense as to why he charged me more for my previous visit. To make matters worse, the nail tech also cut my finger with the electric nail file so badly during this same visit that my finger bled and took almost two weeks to heal. She was apologetic, which I appreciated. But she still charged me full price! My nails often came out subpar when I went to this salon, but I continued going back here because it was so close to my house. However, I haven’t been back since. I don’t recommend this salon and felt the need to share my experience after some of the recent news about certain customers being mistreated at nail salons.

I absolutely love this salon and the staff there. They take the time to get to know you and whats going on in your life. Ming is the best! Always very relaxing and enjoyable when you go in. They always take care of me when Im in there.

Online it says it closes at 7:30. Got there at 7:10. Apparently they take their last customers at 7 and have them done by 7:30, so we couldnt go in. Therefore I couldnt get my nails done for prom. Its understandable, but just say 7 on the website.

I came in over the weekend to get a SNS polish with removal and I brought my 9 year stepdaughter for a simple manicure and polish. It took prompting by us to be offered a drink and there wasnt any clear instruction on where we should sit to get our individual manicures done.They put so much polish on her nails that it was peeling off before we even got home. The polish itself was all over her cuticles.Mine wasnt any better. She did nothing to my cuticles and I have a severe ripple on one of my nails and the others have potmarks. I have no smooth nails. I was even cut by the grinder.Ill definitely go somewhere else. It was only about $3 cheaper here. Not worth it for a terrible looking polish.

I didnt have to wait and the manicure was affordable. The technician was sweet, too. But my gel manicure was peeling after only a week.
