Absolutely amazing! Was so kind to me and my son! Will be going back regularly !

This was my first visit to this nail salon and I will definitely be returning.. they were very friendly to both me and my daughter due to COVID-19 they are only doing appointments however I called and they were able to get me right in. Most importantly the salon is very clean. They took they’re time and didn’t rush. I was absolutely happy with their service as well as how pretty both me and my daughter nails came out.

Great experience...nice and professional service. My nails were sore, and too long, so I had the SNS removed (done at another nail shop) and my nails cut down and manicured. My nails feel so much better, I will definitely be returing.

Have been going here for a long time. Owners are husband and wife. They are very nice and do a great job. Its appointment only now due to covid.

I love this place, my nails are exactly how I wanted them, this place is clean, the atmosphere is calm and the people there are super polite and friendly. If I could give them a 10 I would, because they deserve it 😊

I’ve been looking for a nail salon that reminds me of the salons where I’m from... I honestly think this place is better than what I’m used to. They are honest and educational about the services and they love what they do! I really enjoyed the time she took with me, I wasn’t rushed and my nails and feet showed it! So friendly & compassionate!! My knees are getting to where it hurts to bend, making it hard to cut my toenails. No judgement but I was treated very understanding.

Today was my first visit to this salon and I was very pleased. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Kris was my nail tech and she took her time and was very open to what my preferences were. I think I’m going to make this my go-to nail salon and I’m happy!

Took their time on my nails. Very friendly. Took the time to explain to me what options were best for my natural nails and didnt try to sell me the most expensive services. Highly recommend.

I love this salon and I love the two who operate it. Theyre kind, friendly and good at what they do. They dont rush, theyre thorough and they dont try to sell you anything. They simply do what you like at the same time suggesting the healthiest options for your nails. Having lived in many cities, this is by far the best. I am so glad to have found this hidden gem.

I’m new to the area so decided to give this place a try. First red flag the place was empty on a Saturday. So I still decided to give them a try. The pedicure was wonderful and it lasted a while. The lady did my nails and it was horrible. I asked for a cut down and she cut them all the way to the tips of my finger. My natural length was gone. Then I asked her to fix them because they were uneven she got an attitude. Don’t waste your time going there.

Go there all the time! Make an appointment even if you think they wont be busy or call ahead. Inexpensive and great quality. They will take there time.

By far this is the best nail salon my daughter and I have found yet and weve tried many of them, both in NC and CA. They are friendly, speak English well, and interact with their customers and know many of them by name. They also do special designs and/or some nail art. Their prices are very reasonable and even better than a lot of the salons that do inferior work. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy and give them a pleasant experience. Each time we have visited, my daughter and I have had a great experience. We no longer have to look for a consistently good nail salon. We have found it at KV Nails!

Husband & wife team are the owners. They both do nails; manicure, pedicure & waxing. Nice people, however the wife asks for a tip when paying.Owners shouldnt do that esp when the owners keep 100% of the profit.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. The owners were kind. My nails and feet looked amazing. I’m going back in 2 weeks.

AMAZING SERVICE, me and my mother came in I had some ingrown toenails Don removed them where I was in no more pain, me and my mother was treated amazing, highly recommend.

So far I have only been here for facial waxing. And I can’t complain...they are the best and they really pay attention to detail. I never let anyone wax my lip area until I started going here. The lip area was just so sensitive for me, but they have a way of cooling away the “burn feeling” from waxing and I will only let them do it from now on!!! I hear great reviews for nails here too and I will definitely try KV Nails out for my next mani/pedi.UPDATE 2/6/2021: I have experienced other nail salons and they just don’t compare to KV Nails!!! I always keep coming back. I have stopped trying to find another salon that was closer, cheaper, or did a better job...they don’t exist for the quality work you get here. The husband and wife team here are a joy to talk to and they pay attention to the smallest details for your nails, pedicures, eyebrows, etc. You are not a number or have the feeling of being rushed, but are truly valued here! Men must like it here too because they are receiving service just like the ladies...almost hard to get a seat! My natural nails had been ruined at another salon and KV Nails nursed me back to healthy and beautiful nails! I’m staying with KV Nails from now on!

Best place in Concord to get yours nails done

When you clearly state on your website and on the front door that you open at 9:30AM, probably should be there. The doors were locked, all lights were off at 9:35AM. Unbelievable

They take there time & do good work

Went there for a walk-in on a Friday, after paying a lyft & carrying a baby. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to be seen. There was only 1 tech & 4 customers! I know it’s probably a slow area. Everyone knows a Friday is a payday & to expect people to show up! So I wasted money going there to not even get any service
