Im originally from Jersey and have been looking for a creative nail salon and I found it finally. They were very professional and cautious when taking measures due to the Pandemic. The lady that did my nails was awesome she didnt have a attitude when I asker for so much artwork. Finally a place where it seemed my money was valued and I will be back for all my creative nail work. I would of gave 10 stars if I could thats how pleased I am Im hesitant to show the work and they become extremely over rated!

They end result was beautiful, but it was VERY painful. The lady doing my pedicure cut me and didnt apologize nothing. All she did was cause me more pain. Then the lady that did my fill-in was excessively aggressive. I have NEVER had a nail visit anywhere like this place. I will certainly not be returning. The male workers seemed nice and treated their customers nice, but the 2 ladies I got were horrible. Im still in shock with how rude they were.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I moved to Concord in May 2020 and have been going here consistently ever since (almost a year)... not ONCE have I ever lost or broken a nail, which has NEVER happened before at any other nail salon I’ve been to! Anna is the best! She is funny, talkative, and professional, and does a great job on my nails every time. Don’t miss this little hole in the wall in Concord ❤️ The very best Concord has to offer!

The employees there are the best! I happen to came there a few days before Christmas, and I was desperately to find a place to do my nails because other places were either too busy or closed early. Even though it was pretty late in the afternoon, the employees were still very energetic and cheerfully doing their jobs. They were so caring and friendly, I dont regret coming there and will definitely come again!

Friendly. Nail tech was thorough and didnt rush...she did 5 coats of sns bc she said the longer nail was less likely to break with more coats. I felt like it was clean.

Called to make sure they had enough time to do a pedicure and a soak off, told me yes. I arrive and they got started on my pedicure so I asked them can I go ahead and soak off so by the time they got to me I will be ready, them after my pedicure. I stated no because I’ll be waiting even longer then he told me that they won’t have enough time to do my soak off but they were making it seem like they were going to do it after my pedicure. I told the lady to stop doing my pedicure. Will not return back for their services.

Nails are indeed a luxury, and they know how to deliver that experience to their customers! Great work every time I go!

I showed her three inspiration pictures each one she kept saying no to. My nails are all bubbled up and there is a ton of excess nail polish under my nails where she didnt clean it before putting it under the UV light.

The wait was too long, i was there for 2 hours + the time it took to get my nails done. the out come was very pretty but if your in a rush this salon is not for you

Everyone is so friendly here and my nails look great.I usually get gel manicure because regular polish just chips off. Gel stays on without chipping for weeks.Nice massage chairs, atmosphere and products.

The nail tech was very attentive to detail and took his time to create the design I requested. Definitely will be going back!

Came on a Tuesday, not busy. Have an abundance of colors(gel) to choose from. Affordable pricing and extremely CLEAN!

I came in and got the dip powder nails. I chose a wine color and it was dark. Upon completion the color was not uniform and I told the technician. She said its fine, just the light. So...I left but the next day at work people commented how they looked 2 tone. So I went back...the same technician put another coat and this time they were rough and bubbly looking cause she only added a coat. As time is valuable for everyone I didnt have it in me to do it again so I lived with it. VERY dissatisified and would never go back. I would post a pic if this post allowed.

I wish I could give them no stars for what I experienced. I went to them twice and Tony and Anna did a great job on my nails, so I wanted to take my sister here. We get there and she gets the owner Anna. This third time when I come with my sister they give me a man I’ve never seen in the shop before. He wasn’t even going to speak until I said hello. I’m in the pedicure chair getting my nails polished by him. Then I ask him if he could please fix a nail for me and he gets so rude and is like “what what what do you want me to fix.” Usually, right then and there I would ask to give me someone else because apparently you have a problem, but I let that roll off my shoulders. Then I was hoping someone else would fix my one nail I broke, yes just one nail. Unfortunately, he directs me over to the chair and politely pulls my chair out for me which I say thank you. Then he sits down and I’m showing him which nails I need replaced which is on my right index finger. He makes a comment and says “what did you do beat on your husband?” Okay, I don’t really find that funny. Then he puts the nail on and I’m placing both my left and right index fingers down so he can match the shape and size of the new one to the other one. He has the nerve to flick me off with both of his hands, that’s right as in F You! He proceeds to laugh and I’m such in shock, because I have never in my life experienced anything like that before ever. I look over to my sister and her face is just as shocked. Once again, I’m stunned and I would usually get up and walk out. But I just couldn’t believe my eyes. At this point I just want him to finish my one nail so I can leave. Once again, I ask him to fix the shape of my nail because it’s entirely too long and too thick and not even the same shape as my current one. He flicks me off again and laughs, I put his hand down and look over and my sister again. He’s like “what what what do you want me to do.” So, I take the thing and start filing it myself. Then I give it back to him and ask him to match the other one. At this point I don’t even want his work on me and I am beyond livid and want to leave and go home because this is pure disrespect. Remind you, this is all happening next to the owner Ana. Eventually he finishes and I was tempted to get up and walk out on them without paying, but we paid and left. We’re right in front of the shop and he comes out while we are sitting in th car and is waving bye then says “you don’t come back you hear, don’t ever come back, I don’t ever want to see you again and laughs all while leaning on my sister’s side of the door which was the passenger’s side. She and I were such in shock that we couldn’t believe this mess. So, I called up there the next day and explained this to the manager Tommy and he said oh I thought he was joking with you. Never once apologized. I called up there the next day because I wanted to speak to Anna and I told her what happened and that I still needed my nail fixed. She told me to come up there and she would fix it which she did, but not once apologized but once again she justified his actions by saying she thought he was joking. I’m sorry, but since when has plain disrespect been mistaken for joking????? I will Never go here ever again, I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again. Hope you don’t experience the same mess I did.

Kenny is AMAZING. I made an appt with him last week, i did have to wait a little when I got there but not long at all. He does amazing work and it takes no time at all. I sat down in the chair for a fill-in at 11:45 and by 12:20, I was paying and walking out. He was very pleasant to talk to and the experience was all around perfect.

Very unprofessional didn’t wanna do a fill in on my nails when I offered to wait and then said they would not do it even if I was willing to wait will not be coming back- do not recommend

Only been there 3 times- however I have nothing negative to say about my experiences. I think the pricing is right along the rest of the salons- maybe a lil lower even. They get the shape and colors right- so...So far so good!

I work with tools and was worried about getting my nails done. Let alone, long, fake nails. Well I got them with gel and my nails have lasted over a month. No chipping, no breaking. I paid $33 and boy Ive never been more satisfied. Cheap and long lasting nails.

They do a fair job for what you pay. Foot tubs are outdated along with other items inside. They should clean up the place to make it look better Name of place is a little misleading. Looking for something nice I recommend you go somewhere else. On a budget then this is your place you will be in and out.

I love tommy he is the greatest takes his time and shapes my nails perfectly . My last set lasted for over three weeks I had to literally soak them off because they where tacked perfectly.

I went there back in April and I had a very poor experience. I told the man that I wanted stilettos and instead, he made them round instead of with a point, I specifically told him I wanted them to have a point, thats what stilettos are. I havent been there since because Im very picky with my nails, I expect them to be how I want them. My boyfriend was standing beside me the entire time because he knows that if I dont speak up and tell them that I dont like them, I will complain afterwards and it irritates him; so he did stand beside me the entire time so if he did mess up.. (Which he did..,) he would say something. I recently just moved here, so I dont know any incredible nail salons there are, but maybe in the future I will give them a second chance! :)
