Very very rude person. I went in for the first time and he said he didnt have time for me because he was alone. I couldnt understand what he was saying because he spoke with broken English. I was very patient. He was not. He got angry because I didnt understand him. Unbelievable!!

Went here once and its the Worst nail salon Ive been to. Sure there nice & all but the man working there made my cuticle bleed and sculpted my acrylics on to small. He also didnt line them up with my cuticles. DONT be fooled by there website. They are way over priced and dont even have the color gold or rhinestones like there website says. I suggest skipping this salon

Called at 10 AM to confirm time for a walk in. He said if I came right away he could do my FILL. I told him itd take 15 minutes to get there. He said ok. I get there at 10:20ish, to see another girl getting ready for a pedicure. I said I was the one who called for a full and he said sorry, I cant do it now ?!! Claimed I took too long, and had an appointment. First off, a full takes AT LEAST 40minutes if youre good and take your time. So he offered me to go in by 10:20 add 40min for my fill, that means you ARENT available if you had an appointment already and someone would have ended up disappointed either it was me or the other girl who had an appointment. Wasted gas on a money hungry person willing to compromise a potential new client who pays ERY well for her nails, but poorly thought put on his part. Will never try this place again.

I tried to be nice but Im beyond pissed off. I got a full gel set and pedicure a week ago today and one of my nails lifted. I walked in to ask if I could get it repaired and the only response I was given was that Im busy. Its called multitasking! There is only one person in the salon its not like he was assisting multiple people. He stopped my services to cut some old mans toe nails but wasnt willing to accommodate me to fix ONE lifted nail? Or even offer me a wait time? I see why people give bad reviews. Andy you need an attitude adjustment I paid over $70 for services thats going to waste because water is going to get under the lifted nail

Horrible, I called for types of services and prices for mani pedi. I was going to bring in 6 other people with me to have gel mani and reg pedi. The man that answered the phone seemed frustrated and HUNG UP on me. I called back and asked if he hung up, he said YES, IM BUSY! I told him i was going to bring 6 w me. I told him he is rude and unprofessional. Dont go there they DONT care about us!
