I am visiting from LA. when I come to Olympia once a year, I have to come get my hair cut here. All the women that work at this spot are nice and sweet! Lizzy cut my hair today! And she did an amazing job. Lizzy is nice to talk, friendly, she is very detailed. Ive been to this salon several times over the past two years. I always have a great stylist, Sierra. But I am frustrated over the online appointment system. Twice now I have made an appointment and when I arrived at the salon, they have no record of it. The staff says its my fault because I didnt get a confirmation email. Im done. If the webpage cant tell me that I didnt follow all the instructions, I am going somewhere else. Fool me once, my fault, fool me twice, Im not coming back.

I have been here many times and I have always loved their work. Britini has been my barber the last few times and she is incredible! She does great work while being very easy to chat with. Today she shaved my head with a straight razor. It was AWESOME! Her hands were very skilled! I’m always going back!

In the past I’ve gone to Ulta and Toni&Guy for haircuts, so going to a sports themed hair salon was a little out of my comfort zone. Its awesome that this place hires barbers that know more about viruses and the spread of disease than professional scientists. After sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes maskless, I was told I needed one to walk and sit the 20 feet to get my hair cut. After telling the most over qualified barbers that I dont need a mask I had the shot, they refused to service me. When I pushed for my rights I received push back from the multicolored hair scientists in your shop. I really liked how one of your scientists/hair cutters used the middle fingers when disagreeing with an unruly customer. You hire anti-American staff.

Britany has not only given me a great haircut every time, on point might I add but also helps me feel comfortable. I went here after cutting my hair at home for the last couple of years. I got turned away because I was 11 minutes late. Looked like a nice place, but make sure you show up on time.

Ive been to Sierra twice now.She did an amazing job and spent some time talking to me about my curly hair. I had a couple bad experiences at a different salon, which cost me hundreds of dollars. If you just want a good haircut done by a talented stylist this place is for you!

This place may look like the big national franchises but its a local family owned oly based business. Got Im fast and got a 50 dollar, 45 minute haircut for 30 dollars in 15 minutes and I look like a million dollars. Definitely recommend.

Upgraded my review to 5 stars. Remodel looks fresher and cleaner. Leah & Megan are my go-to stylists. Recommend calling for appointment. You can just walk in, but why wait?

Over all it is the most consistent place to get a good hair cut. Stylists are always friendly and great at what they do. I’d give them 5 stars on the cut but a 1 star for random closing during sports events. If hours are posted then stick with hours or change them on the website. If you want to me closed for an event then just list it in your closed days like a holiday schedule.

Second worse haircut I have ever had. Asked repeatedly if she new how the cut with scissors. Obviously lied to me just to make a quick buck.

Normally great, my boys love the place. I asked for a low fade, blend the top with scissors. Ended up with a 4 on the top and a 3 on the side all clipper, no scissors. Going to be more than a few days before this hair cut looks ok.

I have fine hair and Sarah does a fantastic job cutting it with a pixie cut. She is super chill and responds really well when I want to tweak it. I went through 4 or 5 stylists in Olympia before her and left because of bad vibes, inconsistent haircuts, or not really getting what I want. So happy I finally found someone. Going to a salon is usually a very anxiety producing situation for me and I feel totally comfortable at Sport Cuts. It’s a super laid back atmosphere and they even have a little play area for kids.

Sports Cuts is almost like a second home and second family to me. I have been going here going on ten years now. Amanda Boyd always takes care of my and my children. Shes seen my daughter from her first hair cut to her wanting color and a braid. My son will see no-one but Amanda and that means if he goes a week needing a hair cut so be it. Amanda is the o my one he trusts. For me. I feel the same. I only trust Amanda. Even though all the staff is amazing and does a great job. Ill forever be Amandas client. She highlights my hair she will make bad days great again just with a fresh style and a smile. I recommend Sport Cuts to everyone.

Best haircuts I have ever had! Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Every staff person who has cut my hair so far has been very talented and offer a lot of help when trying to decide what to do or change on my haircut. Prices can be a little high especially for some of the more simple mens haircuts but it is definitely worth it for how thorough the staff is in making sure your haircut is near perfect. Everyone there seems to have a real passion for what they do and their customers.

Always friendly but I have a hard time getting a decent cut, probably only going to barber shops from here on.

Normally, this place is great, deserving a 4.8/5 stars, and I usually come here for my trims and cuts. Recently, I was shocked to I receive one of the worst haircuts I have ever had.I love my hair and take good care of it.Now, I have a haircut I probably cannot even fix with a buzz cut. It feels humiliating to alter my life and have to wear a hat all the time to hide my hair, which I used to love. In a way, this haircut cost more than $22 because I even had to buy more beanies since I dont normally wear hats, given I do not like wearing them and I would get a lot of positive feedback on my hair from my significant others. Now, I make excuses to avoid them.If I were you, I would save my $20 for something you wouldnt pay $50 NOT to get. Never coming here again.

Came here for the first time because most places are closed sundays. It was 24$ for less than a 15 minute trim. Elizabeth was the one who did the haircut and made zero attempt at any conversation. She also didnt ask if I wanted to keep my sideburns or square off the back which every barber shop ive been to has asked. It felt pretty rushed and over priced. Wait til your normal barber is available rather than going here.
