This place though they are nice, and did a nice job on our feet. They ripped of my Neice. She signed her receipt with no tip, and the lady who did her nails took it upon herself and gave herself a 20% tip.This is a violation! I’m not the type to leave such a disappointing review, but felt this was needed.We went into the place the same day to address the issue and a gentlemen said that this happens because the machine does this but the money will return by the end of the day. It has been two days and still has not been returned. Also, anyone who has worked with credit card machines know, that the human using it must approve of this transaction. My Neice did not, the lady took her card rung her up, handed the receipt and she signed. She gave her the receipt and the woman again I stress, gave herself a 20% tip!Unprofessional !

DO NOT RECOMMEND - EVER! I have been to Nice Nails many times before. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in a nail salon as I did on my last and FINAL time at this establishment! I went in for a mani pedi and was greeted by a shout from the owner. I picked my colors and went back to the chair. The brushes and pumice stones were worn and dirty, and the cuticle cutters were not in a sealed package. My toe nails were not filed even though I requested it. Then my nails were not shaped the way I wanted them. At one point I picked up a file to shape them myself because the technician WOULD NOT do it. Less than one week later, my gel polish is chipping and I have to wait for my nails to grow before I go to another salon who actually listens to and values their PAYING CUSTOMERS. If you value cleanliness I don’t recommend it!

My nail tech is better than yours.

This location didnt try and look for the color i had. What they did is ask did I get my nails done there. I said no they said they didnt have the color without checking. I have gotten my feet done here little did they know and love the service. I think its rude to dismiss someone like that. Its clear why there rating is a 2.9 because if you want to gain new customers you try your best to help them and show your work is better than what the last person did.

The very worst service I’ve ever received at a nail salon. The technician was rude and very rough. It has been 5 days since my manicure and I still have scabs around my nails. I have never left a bad review for anyone but felt I had to.

I wanted a design but I was told they couldnt do it and that I had to get what she wants on my nails.

Please don’t support this business! There are many other salons that have better customer support. I received a pedicure with gel. The owner acted as if my daughter and I couldn’t afford it. She and her workers repeated the price over and over! They kept staring and very unfriendly!!! The atmosphere is very uncomfortable!!! They made us feel like we were not welcome. The workers are miserable 😖!!! One of the workers told me they don’t have hard gel and then another worker said they do! She just didn’t feel like doing it because it’s harder to work with. I can go on and on. The competition is fierce in the salon industry! There are so many other place that can provide what I need with a smile. I’m never going back! EVER!!

If I could leave 0 stars i would. Me and my mom went in for her birthday. We sat down at the same time. My technician did mine so fast that they turned out crooked and flat. I asked to do my eyebrows and they turned out thin. I have to go back and fix them myself.

I had acrylics on and just wanted them off to give my nails a break. I had Anna and she was so gentle and very professional. She even trimmed my nails and shaped them for me. Although they were super busy I did not feel my service and time there was being rushed. Definitely recommend coming here will be back! Thank you Anna!😊

The tech barely talked to me and cut the sides off of my toenails, they are jagged and not smooth, nor are they painted correctly. Very streaked, very poor service! This was my second visit and even more disappointed than the first! I will not go back.

Very very disrespectful. Had been going to this nail salon for almost 2 years now. Recently I’ve been starting to notice that my pedicures hurt my feet a lot. They seem to not care either when trying to explain that they are hurting me. They had cut me once before and was acting like I was crazy for caring about my foot bleeding? I am diabetic and that’s very serious. They then proceeded to put glue IN MY CUT without even asking me?! NOT OKAY. Other times I have been argued with for asking them to calm down on the drilling. My toenails and fingernails have started to crack because of their excessive use of drills. The very last time my family was told to “just leave and go somewhere else then” & argued with. Their customer service is awful and they have no care whatsoever about their customers’ well being. I’ve decided to go some place else where I’m acknowledged and treated so much better. Don’t waste your money on people who will ruin your nails and treat you poorly!

Great experience. We arrived with no appointment and they fitted us both in for a pedicure and a manicure even though they were super busy. Really happy with nails and feet! Manager is lovely and runs a tight ship.

I went on Wednesday got fill in and color change to black jell polish on Thursday the polish started chipping and peeling went back Friday to have them fix it and Friday night same thing

I have been here several times they have always done a good job. They arent very polite but they deal with the public so oh well. Matter of Facebook lady never said one word to me at all. I used a gift card for the manipulative that was given to me for Mothers Day. No one explained that they would use regular polish NOT gel so my nails didnt even last 3 days before they were chipping. . They offered to fix them but to what end? They would be the same in another day. I did explain that no one told me it wasnt gel so they needed to be done right. They wanted me to pay extra for the hell that should have been used in the first place. I will just do my own until I find a new nail salon. And let this review sit here for them.

Absolutely horrible is the ONLY way to explain it. I asked them to for the main/pedi special that they were running with gel color. They used regular polish and then the man that works there got in my face and blamed it on me! On top of that, they over charged my debit card and my nails dont even look good. I brought my daughter with me to have a mommy and me day and it was her first time getting her nails painted by anyone other then me. They ruined this moment, I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I would give zeo stars if possible!

Most negative comments seem to be about them being rude, didnt get that experience, he didnt talk really but dont think Ive ever been to a nail salon where they really do... Anyway he did an amazing job on my nails... They look better than before(from previous salon) this will definitely be my new nail place 😁

This place does not do a good job!. Yesterday me and mom went to get a pedicure and the lady that did my toe nails made it good but one of my toes isn’t fully painted but she said it won’t look right . The lady that did my Moms toe nails was not rude but she didn’t do a good job the nail polish they used on her was empty the first layer was so streaky and see through, she went for another 3 layers having trouble instead of her going to get another one, the next day I saw one of the layers not fully covering her toes the layer in the bottom had steaks etc, I don’t recommendcoming nere

Natural nails, polish separated after completely drying and when I went back I was told SNS would “last longer”. Very poor customer service, the woman never made eye contact with me. If you put old polish out....beware

Just came here to try this place because they are close to my house. I wanted a regular basic pedicure. I was half greeted and then waited about 15 minutes (not a big deal they were kind of busy). After I get in the chair she starts my pedicure and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. She barely touched my legs except with one type of pedicure creme stuff, and had to “touch up” every single one of my toes with a brush and remover. Didn’t even put lotion on my legs or massage at all. Will not be going back not worth it.

Me & My Mom Had Went Here Before. We Had No Problem And My Mom Didn’t Want All Of The Acrylic That The Lady Put On My Moms Nails And My Mom Grows Out Her Own Nails And I Got “French Tips” And Then When The Lady Was Doing My Nails I Was Trying To Make A Conversation With Her But She Just Kept interrupting Me & I Thought It Was Very Rude And I Had accidentally messed up the polish then i asked the lady could she fix it she said no and i said well it messed up and i need you to fix it and she didn’t want to fix it and today we are going back to that place!! and i kinda don’t like it there so i hope they do a way better job then they did last time

I got my nails done on Wednesday, and they have turned from a mint green to parts of the nail turning lime green (gel nail polish). When I went to complain today to find a solution, I was told it was color changing polish. First off, I was never told that the Polish would change. Secondly, the Polish has remained this awkward color of mint green with parts of lime green for the entire day. Someone even commented today if I did it at home, and do you even like that color. I paid $25 for this horrible looking color, and they did not attempt to find a solution. I told them I would never be returning, and they did not say anything. Do not waste your time on this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The only thing that looks different from when I went in is new polish. After my sister was finished I watched the lady use the same brush to clean the bowl that she used to scrub my sisters feet. Never ever will we go back again. JUST DONT DO IT!!

I was here over 2 hours for SNS. The staff was so rude to all of the customers and did not take people in the order they arrived. My tech burned me while getting off my old sns and when I pulled away, she said “I don’t have time for this”. Will never be back.

I came here because they are very reasonably priced. The last time I came the lady did an excellent job on my eyebrow so I decided to come back. I was not addressed although I sign my name on the clipboard. I sat down and waited for about 20 minutes when people came in after me were addressed and taken back with their pedicures. When I brought it to his attention that I have been waiting for some time he was very rude and unprofessional. No worries I will never be back here again. Too many options to deal with such disrespect in an establishment where Im spending my money.

I was there tuesday for a pedicure. I felt like the girl that did me was in training but was not being supervised. She hurt me by pulling skin beside of my toenail and I had to yell for her to stop. The polish was too thick and wouldnt dry. When I went back to have the polish fixed, I was treated poorly, like I was a bother to them. They spoke their language and I felt like they were talking about me. I wont go back!

Literally walked in with my two kids picked our colors and sat waiting. My two kids were looking at a book In the waiting area when one of the workers got up walked over and took the book away and sat back down. My kids were by no means acting up or messing up their book of colors. They were so rude we walked out. And picked on as we left the building. Will not go back!!

Dont waste your money on this place. They upsell services without your knowledge or consent and then treat you with rudeness when you question why the manicure/pedicure is $21 more than you expected. I went back later to talk to the owner privately, not to get a refund but to hear him say that they made a mistake. He reacted rudely again and flipped me off.

It’s a hit or miss here. They don’t talk, and if you try and talk to them you still can’t get a conversation out of any of them. The last 3-4 times I went there for my nails, I had a good experience. I just left from there today, and decided I won’t be coming back. Acrylic was still stuck to my fingers, the nail shape was terrible, and I asked for them to go shorter and she only did a couple fingers; leaving the rest long and awkward. 2 years ago I went for my eyebrows, and I ended up getting half of the eyebrow waxed off, so I decided I’d only go here for nails. I used to come here because of the cheap price, but I’d rather pay $5-$10 more for good quality.

I have tried this place several times and really wish it was better because it is so convenient to my house but the staff act like they are miserable. They dont speak to you the whole time you are in the chair. My nails are crooked and I have to go home and fix them after paying for them. State board should really come and watch the poor quality work they do. Will not be coming back. What a shame.

In November, I went to get my nails done and we decided to go at 6 because we were busy all day. Well, I waited for an hour there and they finally took me. The lady that I had was horrible. She didn’t take her time on my nails because they wanted to leave and it was one other lady and me; It was already 7:40 so she did a really bad job on my nails. 4 days later, I was in Florida and I got them done for Florida and I ended up having blisters on one of my fingers, and the nail polish was yellowish and the nail color is choose was just gel glitter. I’m not even going to waste my money on the place anymore. I haven’t got my nails done since then.

Walked in half hour before closing and flat out was refused service because they wanted to leave at 8 o’clock . One customer that was practically finished receiving their service and no one else in the shop waiting, very unprofessional and did not even try to rectify the situation by offering an appointment for the next day or anything! Smh

This place is not worth going to. Went today to get my nails done today and when I got there of course there was a wait but I had to sign in and that’s fine I understand. My problem here is that no one spoke when I walked in nor did they ask me what I was looking into getting hell they never even told me that there was a wait either. But the worst part is as I’m sitting there waiting another person who had gotten there before I did went ahead of me. They don’t go by the waiting list that you sign they just take whoever jumps up first. NEVER AGAIN will I ever go there and I will let all my friends and family know about this. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

I went to the shop today to get a pedi and mani. I signed, and waited over 30mins. Three other customers came in after me two for pedi. Myself and the other two mani were told to have a seat in the water chair. The two ladies that came after me started getting their mani. I was left sitting with my feet in cold water for over 30mins. I left the owner just said sorryI call back on the phone and asked to speak to the owner. The gentleman on the phone said the owner was not there. I told the gentlemen I felt I was treated unprofessional. He said sorry and hung up on me. I went back to the shop and asked the gentlemen for the contact information for the owner. He said I had to wait 15mins. I told him he was unprofessional and I was going to report them to the BBC. His response was do whatever you want. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

This place is terrible. They burned my daughter doing an eyebrow waxing. Shes been bleeding for days. They do a bad nail job and dont waste your time getting a pedicure if you plan on enjoying it. They are rude and unprofessional.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I visited this week and showed a pic of what I wanted, matte nails with a full set. No issue. The man who did my nails cut me with the drill. No worries. I kindly expressed to Kim that I wasnt happy with my nails bc I paid extra for matte and the nails were matte at all. She waits until im signing my receipt (still with a tip) and proceeds to slap 5 dollars on the counter and walks off telling me DONT COME BACK. I asked her what she said in which she lied and changed her wording. HORRIBLE customer service and if you cant even do matte nails, you may want to consider another field!

This is the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to. You walk in, they have you sign a sheet for your name, but apparently you’re supposed to know where your place in line is.They randomly call out what they’re doing, and whoever jumps up first gets the spot.Needless to say I walked out.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I got a full set done. First i told her i wanted a full set, she went to do pink and whites. I didnt want that, i dont like the look. I told her no, i dont want that i want color (red, white n blue for the fourth) and just the tips done. She had an attitude the whole time after. She also did them so thin I had to be careful the next two weeks so i didnt break them. Two days after i had them done they were turning yellow. At my two week mark i went somewhere else for a refill, thinking the yellow was just the polish. The other place looked at my nails and asked how long i had them on. I told her 2 weeks, that i just had a full set. She said no these are bad. I could pop them all off easy. And she did. I ended up needing a whole new set. I am now working on week three with the new set, still white and nice. Just need a refill. Save your time and money and travel a bit down the road to KV Nails.

I went here years ago and they kept riping people off of there money I tryed it again today and. They tryed again. The nail job looks like the glued gumballs to my nails and while I was there RIPED OFF A OLD 76 YEAR OLD FOR ACRYLIC FOR 53. WHAT! DONT GO THERE

Don’t waste your time and money here. The employees are rude and the service is terrible. My gel polish lasted THREE days before it started chipping. The lady rushed through it and there are air bubbles everywhere. With so many options around, my advice would be to go elsewhere.

I went for a while and ignored the coldness shown by these people. They messed my nail up once and when I said something about fixing the one single nail the owner threw money at me. They call your name for service and if a white person walks in they tell you rudely to get up so they can take the white person. They even talk to them but not if youre black no matter if you tip them. Worst place

They were not done how I asked. The lady kept missing spot. The length was not what she said It was going to be. My finger kept getting jerked towards her. She made me pay before she even did my nails.
