I went here a couple of weeks ago with some friends to get a pedicure. The location was clean and professional and everybody is super sweet! Today I went to get my nails done and brought in a fun design. Kai did my nails and is so nice and professional, he did such a great job on my nails and I felt super relaxed being there. Definitely going back regularly!

I never leave reviews typically, but I have had so many disappointing pedicure experiences in the past, so I had been putting it off for some time... WELL, I am so glad I ended up at Beautiful Nails, it was a random, last minute choice for us, but we got the best service, best pedicures, it was amazing. Theyve literally given me hope when it comes to getting my nails and feet done again!! Thanks guys!!

I love this salon! Ive been coming here for around a year, and Ive never had a bad experience. The salon is clean, all the staff are friendly and polite and know what theyre doing, and they always do my nails perfectly.

I probably will not be back here. The very nice lady who did my pedi was so nice and did a great job but, the place is dirty!!!!!!! While I was sitting there I started to look around and was getting more and more disgusted.

I came here skeptical, my acrylic nails were lifted, one vroke and the manicure wasnt even 2 weeks old. I came in in hopes for a fill, a new nail, new color and shape. He did exactly that. Got right to the cuticle too which is rarely done! My nails are bumpy or uneven, they are perfectly smooth. I love how attentive he was, and! He got the exact design I wanted. Granted it wasnt anything fancy but getting a soft ombre french manicure on almond shaped nails isnt exactly easy either. I highly, highly recommend this nail salon. I even made an appointment 10 minutes before I showed up, not because it wasnt busy but because they dont overbook and they evenly space out appointments because the time I was there, there were 4 clients, and one included a group of three. I am in love with my nails and I think I just found my new favorite spot!!

BEWARE. ! Nail polish chipped A LOT in 1 day! Cut my cuticles, didnt use oil to make them not dry, pedicure was absurd. Didnt do half the things I PAID for. Manicure girl was on her phone texting, as well as pedicure guy. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!-

I got my may done here today and they were amazing the place was clean and they have great sizes cuz my fingers are small the only downside is that the staff is not the nicest you need an appointment and if you dont have one you need to wait 1 hour even if it is empty and lastly they made my fingers hurt and bleed even when Im at home it still hurts.

I did not use this business but am writing because I am so angry about what happened to my girlfriend when she got a manicure here on 10/20.My girlfriend recently moved to the area and gave this place a try after someone recommended it to her. During the service, the woman doing her nails told her she required payment before she put the polish on and finished the manicure. I have NEVER heard of this before and she said that NO other person had the same requirement. And I have NEVER seen or heard of that happening before at any of my girlfriends nail appointments before. It is so infuriating because it is clearly one reason why they wouldve done this. She will not be doing business with them again. It is unbelievable that in 2020, she/we still have to put up with this kind of profiling.

This was my first time going to beautiful nails as i just moved to Manchester recently. I got a full set done and a pedicure. My pedicure was nice but the paint started chipping after 3 days. My full set, HA what full set. I broke a nail WAY to easily 4 days after having them done. I called and they said they wont fix it for free. 1 full week after getting my nails done 3 more came off. I have been getting my nails done for 26 years, and NEVER have they come off so easily as these have. I will NOT be returning.

Long did a great job on making sure my nails were perfect but he did not give me the color I asked for and the length was too long. I asked if he could go shorter and he said he couldn’t. I was also charged $80 for just ombré nails. No design, no jewels, nothing. When cashing out he said exactly this. “Hmm $50 for set, $10 to remove old nails, $10 for the long nail, and $10 for stiletto shape” WHO the hell charges for the shape? I understand the length bc you use more product but he was just trying to add in anything he can. They were nice, and clean, but definitely overcharge.I asked for the purple-ly color and showed him this exact picture.. what I got was a brown color.

I made the mistake of popping into Beautiful Nails in Manchester. They do no offer UV gel....??? so I did acrylics. The technician (male) never asked me a single question - even after he finished... Do you like them? Well I did not... maybe better for him not to know. Quality and value both poor and customer service was the worst ever

This place is by far the best place in Manchester. So I went to another nail salon and had a HORRIBLE experience. I was so disappointed with the service that I called B over at beauitful nails to fix them and he did a great job. He is always so nice and always in a happy mood. I love getting my nails done by him. Oh and the atmosphere is so classy in there! They definitely did some great upgrades over the years.

I had Long for a nail tech when I went and he did an awesome job!! He was definitely a perfectionist and did his best to make sure I was happy with my nails. This place is super cute and modern and clean. I would definitely recommend it. Keep in mind you may be waiting a bit even if you have an appointment because they take walk ins as well so they were packed when I went. It’s also important to note that they only accept cash tips and don’t give an option for tipping on your card.

The best nail salon I’ve been to in FOREVER. I have been going to Beautiful Nails regularly for the last 6 months+ after my friend who always had beautiful dip nails suggested them to me. I have never left disappointed. The salon is clean, the staff are very friendly, and they have a huge variety of colors to pick from. I usually make an appointment, but I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be taken care of. As someone who worked in a salon, I definitely feel comfortable saying the staff here are equally as efficient as they are good at giving you a beautiful set of nails. As far as pricing goes, I had a brand new gel set put on for $50, and they are STUNNING. I think their pricing is absolutely fair for how good of a job they do. Their pedicures are also fantastic. They have quite a few to pick from depending on how much you’re planning on pampering yourself. I’ve been to some places in Vermont, Connecticut, and Mass. that charge upwards of $65 for a full set of gels, and they don’t do as good a job as the staff at here. I love coming here and I’m so happy to find a nail salon I can recommend.

The nail salon required a deposit, which was $20. The final product looked beautiful, but definitely not worth the price of $60 in my opinion ($80 with $20 dollar deposit) for what was provided. Turns out the person cashing me out forgot to deduct that from my total service cost. The salon was willing to makeup for the mistake at my next appointment, but I live almost 40 minutes away (I visited a friend and we got our nails done together) so its unlikely Ill return to the shop in the near future due to the distance. After about a week my nails were lifting around the cuticle so that was a bummer. I also was unaware of the cash only tip policy as this was my first time at this salon. I felt really bad for giving the nail tech the only $5 cash I had on me. Please communicate the cash only tip policy with customers prior to their appointment and also that there is a discount if you pay cash for services!!!! Place was clean and nail tech was nice. If youre concerned about COVID-19 they have a hand sanitizer pump at entry and a sign in book at the front desk with clean and dirty pen cups. Everyone had a mask on and stations are set up to accommodate social distancing, but there will be people passing back and forth through the main isle so keep that in mind if youre real concerned about social distancing.

Does Beautiful Nails do a good job, sometimes but do they DO NOT care about their clients. I went last night for my 5Pm fill appointment and was hoping for a nice design as it is Christmas week. I have NEVER had such a bad experience in my life. 1st he says no to like 3 designs, FINALLY he says yes to one only to then put a pack of colors in front of me to choose from after I rinse my hands. I say, you said that you can match that design? He says he cant choose for me. He wasnt choosing since he had told me that he can match the colors on the design that I showed him! He should have told me that in the beginning and I could have had time to pick my desired colors and forget about having a design. He then leaves me with no help or guidance at all and starts some else. Meanwhile my friend who also had a 5PM appointment has been sitting next to me waiting 50 minutes to have someone even start on hers. I choose 2 colors that I was hoping matched and I hated one of the colors. After paying, I cant leave with how they look cause I HATED it. I ask him to remove the Nude since it looked SO thick that it appeared like I had 5 coats of it even though he only put 2 coats. Long story short they charged me $15 to recolor 3 nails on each hand after I had just paid full price. What makes this worse is that I am a repeat client. I deal with them charging $5.00 more for using the card. I deal with them charging $5 to clean up your cuticles (which every other place that I have gone to includes that as part of the charge). I deal with having to go to the ATM to withdraw money ahead of time because they REFUSE to take tips on a card, they have a sign that says tips in cash only (IRS should make note since I doubt that they report all of the CASH cause why else would they force cash only for tips). What I WILL NOT deal with is the lack of empathy and lack of caring that they show their clients. It was not completely about the extra money because ok I should have spoken up when he 1st applied the color (I waited cause sometimes the finished product looks better then when they start) but its about the attitude that they have when dealing with an issue. SO moral of the story if you want nice nails go here if you dont care about feeling valued or cared for as a customer. I have attached the picture of the design that I wanted. As you can see its simply 2 colors nothing fancy at all. I hope that the $15.00 was worth it because I will NEVER go here again.

Absolutely love this place - I have had a few different artists and they are all so patient and kind! They never rush, even when its busy. I do expect to be there an hour if getting a fill done. Ive been going a couple times a month for ~a year and have never been disappointed! Discounts given for using cash; tips are cash only!

The young girl who did my nails was texting while trying to do my nails. I finally had to ask if she wanted me to wait while she finished her call. She did an extremely poor job doing my pedicure, and she flat out refused to cut the nails; saying that she would file them short. And be advised that they are not letting anyone use the restroom or dry the nails. So one is forced to leave with wet nails because they dont want you sitting inside to let them dry.

My nails look pretty perfect. Wish they had a drying station though. Had to wait awkwardly at the door so my toes could dry. Slightly stressful environment.

I made an appointment for 3 mani pedis for 1pm on Saturday 7/11. It was 1:45 before they took us all in, then it took them over an hour to SCRAPE our gel polish off while complaining that the last place we went to did too much. 3 hours later and were all looking for a place to go fix them at. The manis were awful, looks like a 4 year old did them. And there was one coat of gel done on our feet. AND NO DEAD SKIN REMOVAL NO Massage. Worst $85 ever spent. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

They take their time to make sure they’re perfect and im not leaving unhappy. Bi is my favorite he makes sure theyre always perfect for me☺️

I just went here for the first time yesterday. My nails are beautiful and the woman who did them was fantastic! I have found my new nail place!

On Monday July 27th. I went to beautiful nails for the first time and I got the deluxe pedicure with a French dip ! That night I noticed the nail polish was coming off my French on my toes ! Not even 6 hours and it was coming off ! I emailed them no response so next day I called I got in on Tuesday July 28 th they fixed it ‘ today is Wednesday July 29 th and its off my toes again !! I am not happy at all not sure if it’s the polish is not good or what not !!

Excellent service, they took care of my six year old daughter and her three friends even though one of the children dropped a nail polish bottle on the floor and it broke. The whole staff was awesome consoled the child let them know it was only a accident not the end of the world. I will most certainly be going back great job!!!

One of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I had a pedicure for a wedding. I had an appt for 345 I was finally taken at 430 after I spoke my mind. the girl that did my pedicure never spoke and when I left I had to go elsewhere to have my toes repainted. I kicked myself when I left because I should have refused to pay. It was that bad. I own my own hair salon so I know how the public should be treated. This isnt it

I cried after I got my nails done here... uneven color on each nail (one in particular was lighter than the others), the color did not match the sample, and some of the nails were messy. Throughout I tried to stop my nail technician and informed her that I was unhappy with the color and evenness but she continued anyways and at one point abruptly starting wiping off some of the polish to make it lighter (which did not work). I did not feel welcomed, and was only given one sample wheel when I was picking out my color. I also felt really rushed, it was not at all relaxing. By far the worst experience I have had when getting my nails done.

I have been to many salons in manchester and I love their pedicures here! They are always able to get you in even if youre a walk in, everyone is pleasant and friendly, and they have the best pedicure kits!

I originally gave this place 5 stars until I went back and was told the design I had done last time can not be done. I was told to go online and request ahead of time as there is only 1 technician that can do anything from a simple heart to ombre. Not only were they rude about that but also got dip all over my skin and my nails were all different shapes. Absolutely terrible.

I took my 10 year old for pedicures and she had a manicure too. Place was great, staff friendly. She wanted two different colors on her fingers and another 2 different colors on her toes. They had no problems doing that for her and making her happy. My pedicure was fantastic and I was thrilled with it.

We were in town for a tattoo and girls weekend and thought Mani Pedis would be fun. We thought of this last minute and realized most places were closed on Sundays or booked. We found this place and the reviews looked great so decided to try it. It was probably the most enjoyable experience Ive had at a Nail Salon. The employees were friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend coming here whether you are local or just visiting.

My sister and me have been going here for over 4 months. The workers are really nice and respectful. They offer us drinks and their services. They always have fun and I really love the enviroment here. I sent a lot of my family and friends here and they also love it. I would recommend you to come week days is better because their weekends are always busy. But if you wanna come on weekend make sure you make appointment. Love you guys !!

$40 for a full set acrylics, ok. $35 for a refill?! BS, used to be $28! . 3 of my acrylics broke the next day from lake water. The technician constantly said things about how short and damaged my nails were. I have a bad nail biting anxiety habit which is why I get acrylics. This used to be a wonderful place! So much More expensive & the things the techs say. I speak some of that language so I’m aware of what you said... unfortunately time to find a new nail place*they don’t inform you it’s cheaper to pay in cash, until after.*

Been here twice, had Tom both times. My nails came out terrible. I prefer gel nails. The color was uneven, clumpy, and had bubbles in it. Ive been getting my nails done about twice a month for the last two years. This was by far the worst theyve ever looked. The second time, I immediately went to the mall to get them redone.If I go back, I will have to request Tony. I have seen many great comments about his services.Very clean, and everyone was really nice.

Very disappointed! Went here today for a fill on my dip off recommendation from a friend and reading a bunch of great online reviews, my nails are extremely uneven and porely shaped. On all of my fingers which I asked for square shape are rounded out on one side and very pointy sharp on the other. When I was told to wash my hands I couldn’t believe she was even going to leave them like that, I pointed out how uneven they were and she did the most minimal filing on it I pointed out two other fingers and they still didn’t look good after she filed them. At that point I just wanted to leave and go file them myself. One of my nails had to be a little shorter because it broke which is totally understandable but the same finger on my opposite hand is the longest nail out of all of them making it look super noticeable. The employees were more interested in their phones and coffees than customers, wouldn’t be interested in giving them anymore business!

This place is very clean. Every employee is always happy all day no on looks or sounds like they r Im happy or hate their job. I will keep going back here. I have been looking for a great place for 3 years and I finally found it thank u Amy u r the reason why I come back. Good luck being a mom. You will do great.

What a joke of a place. Made a reservation for a pedicure, and then sat there with my feet in water for 45 minutes while people just walked in off the street and started right away. Instead of offering an apology, the staff laughed about it. Will never go back. Awful service and staff. Don’t spend your money here.

Honestlymy first choice to go to hands down. Helped spread the word of how great this place in more its tooth and nail trying to get an appointment. They are blowing up and the skill set is outstanding. Worth every dine you pay and generally the cheapest place in Manchester. Quality beyond,theres been very few times i look at my mains and am like wth. Really the spot to check out,even if your out of town outta worth it. Did my brains for my wedding ave have been there for about 2 years off and on even when i give my mains a break. Kids manis are cheap and cute!

$25-30 for a gel manicure. They are very busy so even if you have an appt you could be waiting 30m before youre seen. The nail techs do a good job of making sure the gel polish coats are full coverage and not streaky, like some places Ive been to. Yesterday one of the nailtechs made a mistake and used regular polish on my accent nail and i noticed before I left the parking lot the polish was peeling off. I came in and she immediately stopped what she was doing to fix it. But because she was rushing she buffed the polish off instead of taking the time to take the polish off. Today one of those nails broke. It was too thin and all the length at the free edge just snapped off. I wont be going here again.

I love this place. The staff is always really friendly and usually there is not a wait. The prices are pretty similar to other salons. However, last time I was there my polish was chipping after 2 days.Edit - Had a mani/pedi on Wednesday and today, Thursday, most of my nails have flaking paint. I really like the staff and they usually do a great job (and Im not blaming the nail tech) but this is the second time my polish is chipping off in a day or two. Pretty disappointed.

I have gotten a few recommendations to go here and thank god I got turned away by the other place because beautiful nails will be my new go to!! I have never been so happy with how my nails were done in general. From comparing length of each nail and shape on both hands,to the perfect polish application and the cleanliness was immaculate. Love the idea of a nail bar it was so much more comfortable to sit at. I got in right away and could not be happier with the end result. I will be back and will tell anyone who is looking for a place to get a pedi or mani that this is the place to go.

Went in for a manicure and pedicure with my daughter and both came out beautiful but very expensive place that’s for sure. You could get the same service for half the price somewhere else.

So I came in at 4:30 and the girl tells me its an hour and a half wait so I said ok I could Ill be back in at 6. At 6 they said about 645 then I said ok I was going to run to get something to drink Ill be back came back in at 630 they tell me oh we have 2 people with appointments and cant get to you today you can come back tomorrow.... REALLY! 😠 Im sorry no you just wasted my entire evening. If you cant accommodate the customer dont lead them on that you can. It was the high rating why I came to your salon in the first place. Had you said Im sorry we dont have the availability to serve you today in the first place this review never would have been written.
