I like Polished Nails. The owner is very sweet and does a great job on my nails. I like Van, Nom, and another girl there whose name I forget. I usually request one of them and my nails for the most part come out exactly how I want them. I only gave 4 stars not 5 because sometimes the wait is quite long even with an appointment. However, I do believe every employee does try their best to achieve what the customers are looking for.

Came to get a fill, but my nails were chipped because of my job so a lady quite literally ripped them off and said I needed a new full set. In doing so ripped my natural nail off of one side and had it bleeding then continue use acetone and a file on it. She struggled getting them off and I thought seeing other people get acrylics removed you had to soak them off but I guess not. Then I went to another lady because the first one had to go home. Then that’s when I actually get new nails on 25 minutes later. Was constantly on her phone, like I’m paying you to do my nails at least pretend you want to. She Starting putting them on and glued two of my fingers together. I was fighting back tears due to how much pain I was in. She did mine in such a rush I honestly wanted a refund. I hope I don’t get an infection at this point. Now I go to pay, I was honest and said I didn’t want to tip her, and she said it’s a minimum of $10 tip and that I didn’t have the option to not too like are you kidding me! I was in so much pain to the point I don’t like my nails. People Who greeted me were so pleasant, but after that I was just not impressed. Most likely a place I won’t be returning to. I know others love it and I’m not trying to say they don’t know what their doing but it’s not what I wanted and my nails shouldn’t be in excruciating pain hours after getting them done.

I got my nails done here not long ago (date - 8/11/2021) and one, they were very rough on my cuticles, to the point where they were bleeding, and two, they glued the tips on so that it was touching my skin, and whenever i accidentally hit my nails on something (ex. a cardboard box and a door) they are so close to falling off, like my real nails, they are completely disconnected from my nail bed and the only thing that is keeping these 2 nails on is the sides, if I really wanted to, I could absolutely peel them off, but I don’t want to, and finally, three, this is completely my opinion, but what I have learned from online and professional nail techs is that you tap the brush in the acrylic powder 3 times after tapping off a little bit of the liquid monomer, regardless, that is not something I can judge considering I am not a nail tech, but I do not like this place and will not be coming here again

Great place to get your nails done. Prices are fair. Walk ins should expect a decent wait especially at peak hours like Saturdays. Ive yet to have a bad experience here and have been a customer for 3 years.

I was in desperate need of a pedicure! Service was great and much needed! I was thankful I could bring my 5.5 month old have her sit with me as I did not have someone to care for her. They were all wonderful and loved seeing her!

I called about an hour in advance to make an appointment, and although i arrived 10 minutes early they were able to seat me right away! I wanted to get a pedicure and dip nails, and they were very helpful when showing me which color options they had to match. I had a young gentlemen do my nails and toes. He was very kind and polite to me. He took his time and made sure I liked everything (nail length, nail shape, color, etc.) I was very happy with the service I received and how my nails turned out!

My daughter broke a nail and wanted a fill and the usualI place we use was closed so we stopped by here. I decided to have a fill also. Big mistake. They overcharged us from their prices listed and as you can see in the picture below the polish is pulled back and wearing off after one week. This is never happened to me before. Extremely disappointing.

Brought my granddaughter for a special treat. One got excellent service. The girl working on my 12-year-old started, then went to a different spot to do someone else. She said one minute, but after 15 minutes I asked for someone else to finish her and she continued to say one minute. There were many walkins and they were very busy but we had an appointment. I was very unhappy that my little girls experience was frustrating for her. I used to come often but have not been happy with the service lately and I am now done with this salon.

Paid way too much and now have a chunk out of my nail and it’s cracked after 2 days of having them. Zero stars. Not to mention staff was rude about tip amount.

Called while on vacation to get classic lashes done as my wedding is coming up a week after I get back. The salon in my home town called to cancel my appt as they did not have the needed supplies. Very accommodating to take a same day appointment however I did wait 30-40mins as the place was double booked. I paid 150 plus tip and within two hours later multiple lashes fell out and left gaps. Not happy as this is just prior to my wedding, spent 150$ and took time in my vacation to do it. Now I’ll have to go home to have them done again prior to my wedding.

I went there last Friday! By Saturday/ Sunday my nails were already chipping/ And had them peeling off!We had a busy weekend with my sons graduation and not to mention I am a full time worker! So I went there today to ask them if this was normal?? Never had this issue before! Was greated by a woman who asked me if she could help me! So I explained to her my situation! She then proceeded to ask me if I had a receipt! Which I did! She then proceeded to tell me that I should have called them right away and that I was basically out of luck!!! Well just say that is the last time I will ever be back and have plenty of friends that will not be either!!! 🤷‍♀️

Ive been going here for years. Never seemed ever have a problem with any service I received. I normally get a classic pedicure and manicure with no polish of any kind on my finger nails. Yesterday I went and Ive never been charged full price for my manicure because all they do is clean up my cuticles. Not only did he only do that and I go charged the $25 he never gave me a hand massage. Then stood there expecting a tip.

1st time there, they were friendly and quick. My nails came out nice.

I had a very bad experience today. I asked for acrylics with orange nail polish and one nail sparkly blue. Just as she started doing my nails her phone rang so she answered it, plugged her earbuds in and talked on the phone while doing my nails. I tried to tell her multiple times i wanted acrylics and the orange and blue I had previously showed her but she ignored me and continued talking on the phone. All of my nails were painted the sparkly blue. Overall the manicure I received took less than 15 minutes and was not at all what I had asked for multiple times. The longer natural nails I did have she cut down to almost nothing and did a poor job with the polish. It is lumpy, bumpy, the color is uneven and in multiple spots there is no polish. I was still charged more than advertised price for nails I was highly disappointed in but then a tip was expected as well as I had to sit next to the person I came with an wait almost an hour after I was done for her acrylics to be done while my nail artist sat back in a pedicure massage chair on her phone.

Back on 3/19/21 I had Classic Eyelash Extensions put into my eyelashes. Today 3/26/21 I have no eyelash extensions on my eyelashes. First when I had them done she advised me to be sure they do not get wet for 24 hrs and I did not get wet. She charged me $130 for the classic when it says $120. Plus i tipped her.The day after my right eye already had some fall out and you can see the gaps. Today I have no eyelash extensions on my eyelashes. They have all fallen off.I am very disappointed with the quality and and they should have they should lasted 3 weeks anyways.Dont waste your or money. I wish I could get my $145 back.Debbie

Okay so I read the awful reviews but still decided to go. They were honestly passive aggressive and I for acrylics so I showed them a picture of the shape I wanted. Half of them are crooked and my nails hurt. Like they’re sensitive to the touch. I would not recommend going here save your time and money.

Love thesecolors, silver is a little more see through than I thought but still love the sparkle. Minus the nail tech nicking my cuticles with the drill bit several times I enjoyed my time there and continuously go back

I was skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews, but I’m glad I went. I had Tracy who was great! I didn’t go for a full manicure with cuticle cutting and whatnot, just a UV gel fill and color change. They have the largest color selection in all mediums that I’ve seen in a salon around here. I definitely plan on going back. As others have mentioned, the wait was kinda long, but that’s to be expected when walk-ins are accepted. (Mind my cuticles. I have a condition that makes them brittle and sensitive and I can’t have them cut, so sometimes paint gets stuck in them at no fault of the nail tech).

They do very good on our nails and they are very experienced but the cost was very expensive. The atmosphere in there was very calming but I felt acward also there English is not very good, it was hard to understand them. They were rough I had to pull my hand away more than once. There are very little workers that work there. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to even get a seat, and even after we got seats we had to wait another 30 minutes. They did a beautiful job but again she was very rough. I would probably suggest Polished to friends but worn them about my experience.

I havent had my nails done in so long and finally had the time to do it and the guy was doing an awful job and wasnt listening to what i had to say. I literally had him take the tips off after it took him almost an hour just to get the tips straight and not crooked and told him i was all set. then he went over and ran his mouth to the other coworker.....it was a horrible experience. I would not recommend going to them.

Horrible horrible horrible. Had an appointment for 1pm didnt even touch my nails until after 2pm. Nails are bumpy, nail polish on my skin, the sides of my nails dont even have polish on them. LMAO then charged me $45 for a fill! And had the audacity to ASK ME FOR A TIP. Like seriously worst place Ive ever been. The shops cute thats the only good thing I have to say.

Super clean. Staff was amazing. They do a great job. I had a pedi and it was great. The dip nails came out amazing. The lady hand painted my snowflakes on my nails. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they came out great.

Ask for VAM! Ive been twice in the last few months. The first time I was less satisfied only because I went hoping to get a design on two of my nails for a wedding I was attending, and they couldnt accommodate that. The second time I was very very happy. Just like anywhere else, I believe it depends on who you get to do your nails. I HIGHLY recommend Vam (I believe thats how its spelled. He is thorough, professional, and very nice to talk with.

I went there with my friends and we all got our nails done. I asked for acrylics they ended up giving me a manicure and only painting my finger nails. I loved the work I just got my nails painted but I didnt let my nails dry enough before I left and as I reached for my keys leaving at the end of the night before they closed i ruined my brand new 30 dollar nail polish it all smudged 😫😫😫😫 I felt bad because they were closing so I didnt go back in

I got my nails done on saturday jan 30 it is now feb 4th & 2 of my nails snapped & a third split down the middle. the tips were placed at the edge of my real nail this was my first time going to polished & i’ve seen their work & was impressed but after i got my nails done there i am not. & my cuticles were cut from the drill.

I was very happy with them this was the first time going and I will return to have my nail fill and a pedicure.

I was a walk in for an Acrylic fill today because my normal place was closed and I needed a fill Badly.they took me right away and Lisa did my nails. She spent a lot of time on me and did a wonderful job ( I WILL be back) . Iam VERY picky, and I loved her work ! The place was super clean too.A bit more money then other places but you get what you pay for!

Always clean and I rarely have a problem with the dip nails. My job is hard on my hands and my nails always hold up

I went to Polished nails to try a new place. Needless to say it was the most horrific experience I’ve had in a nail salon. I showed Trish(the owner) a picture of the nails I wanted, with a simple white design. She ended up cutting my dip nails way too short, so I informed her they were too short. She insisted that they would look a lot different and kept going despite my hesitation. I took my hand away after watching her for a little longer, because I recognized they were too short. She then pulled my hand back and insisted that she kept working. I pulled my hand away a third time about 5 more minutes after that and told her I’d like her to simply remove the nails. At that time she thought it would be a good idea to contact the Concord Police department and tell them I didn’t want to pay her which wasn’t the case, I had simply asked her to remove them. I remained very calm/casual during this whole process because I understand that I was never in the wrong. Needless to say she looked pretty dumb when I paid $60 for nails that I hated, the experience was insanely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Most companies would’ve tried to offer a voucher for next time, or gone a completely different way about it. On top of that they are extremely filthy, not clean at all. There was residue on my station from whoever had gotten their nails drilled off last. When I went to get them removed from Princess Nails across the street, the techs had such a hard time getting the inch 1/2 of dip off of my nails as well, very bulky work that was done by Polished.

The folks there are lovely! They did a great job! I did the nuskin pedicure. It includes hot stones on your calves and feet. Aaaahhhhhmazing

Place is clean. Good selection of colors. Very understaffed. Every time I go in I have to wait half an hour while my nails are covered with the tin foil soaking in acetone. Staff is somewhat friendly. I get the dip and the product they use isn’t that great so my nails chip in a week. I’ve been to a better place before in Manchester where my nails went a month without chipping or breaking. This last time I went the guy had me leave with polish on the skin around the nail. There were also spots on the edges of the nails that weren’t fully covered with polish. He also buffed my nails so hard one of my fingers bled a little. I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to go to Manchester then come here.

Just got my nails done this morning and they look amazing. When I had them done 3 weeks ago, they were alright, however, they didnt last as long as they usually do. This morning was a much better experience, as she took her time even though she had to answer multiple phone calls. They look the best they ever have. Thank you and Happy New Year!!!

People who say they’re rude here just don’t understand how busy these people are. Loved my tech she chatted with me and didn’t care that I kept changing colors. My nails look perfect and I only paid $30 so I was able to give her a nice tip, other places charge $35-$40 so this was great.

Awful experience got a gift certificate here and wish I could return everything .My grade for this place would be a incomplete will never go here again save your money and go to walmart and get lee press on 1000 times better

Wonderful atmosphere and caring beauticians. Went with my MIL and they were very cognizant of her sensitivities since her stroke. Turned her back onto having pedicures in the future! Highly recommend!

Shellac did not come out well at all

I would not recommend this place. There is a revolving door of staff, except the two owners. It’s clear they don’t treat their employees well. They also aren’t very polite to customers and think it’s ok to send them to the ATM at the gas station next door if you don’t have cash on you, to pay the large ATM fees. I’ve been rushed through before, only to have my powder dip nails chip and break a few days later. Not worth the money to go to a beautiful salon. Go somewhere else...

My nail specialist was very kind, made sure her work was perfect. It is always very clean there and I can completely relax and enjoy the experience. Highly recommend!

My organic manicure was wonderful! Theyre dead sea salt soak while there were removing all of my dry dead skin away is just perfect! I was able to get a caring nurturing touch from the ladies! Really made me feel comfortable not only their spa tubs are clean and disinfected!

They reuse tools and are very rough with them. The skin around my nails and cuticles is red, raw and broken because he was so rough. I’m worried about developing an infection. The nails look like I did them myself, and I actually had to go home and file them to get the shape I asked for. He also charged me an extra ten dollar without communicating why, but I didn’t notice until I checked my bank statements later. Would not recommend wasting your money here.

I went to the nail salon today to get a full set of acrylics put on, while I was looking at regular nail polish a guy came up to me and and handed me a booklet of nails which I thought were also regular nail polish. He said absolutely nothing about it being gel nail polish. I get my nails done, everything is going well until I go to check out. I then find out what he actually gave me and that it was way more than I was intending to spend today. The owner did however give me a $3 discount so I could pay for my services but was very rude and kept saying over and over again that remember I gave you a discount. Keep in mind my friend was with me and she overheard the owner say to the man just put it on her bill. And apparently my friend heard them talking about us while we were still there. First and foremost I have anxiety disorder so for me to go out and get my nails done is huge and its also nice to go and have girl time. I almost had a panic attack in the salon because of how I was treated. I will not be going back there again. Neither will my friend, because they also messed up on her nails. The whole experience started out Pleasant and then turned into a mess.

Nice welcoming people. But called ahead to make an appointment for 5:30 no one spoke to me or started my nails until 6 so what’s the point of calling ahead let me know but overall job done terrible gone there three times for acrylics figuring first time and second time off days but nails are never the shape or length I’ve asked for and their not straight either. You can see through the gel nail polish with blotches that look terrible overall not worth paying 45 dollars for. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Got my first dip manicure here earlier today. The facility is really nice and clean looking. I was in pressed with the chairs, televisions, and overall decorative esthetics. My manicure came out great and the woman who did it offered to fix any chips in the next two weeks for me if I had any. Really good service and nail salon, I recommend it.

I came here with my sister and called ahead of time to make sure they had time for two full sets. My sister does not live in town by the way. She liked her nails unfortunately for me I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in a set of nails in my entire life. And that’s no exaggeration. I picked out what looked like a light bluish grey color and wanted an accent nail. The accent nail was a blue magnetic. Which was an extra $5. I told him I wanted square very clean cut Square nails but needed them shorter then the picture for work. First off none of the nails correctly fit my nails. I agreed to length because usually they file them down more at the end to better shape and they usually end up shorter. The color case out lilac and I said no, he said pick a color then with an attitude. Then he came back with some sky blue color looked terrible I said no. Then what looked like grey came out to be a dark grey purple, didn’t like that either. Finally I just got annoyed and told him to use the same color as the accent nail. There were dents all through the polish, the prominent brush strokes were hideous I’ve never seen such a bad paint job in my life. My sister called for me that night because I don’t like complaining they told her to call back tomorrow. I ended up going in the next day and she told me after I sat and waited for someone to finally come speak to me for 20 minutes she tells me there’s policy of no refunds. So I paid $50 and walked out with nails nowhere near what I expected. She redid my nails. But didn’t even but fresh nails on which is still annoying because the previous guy didn’t fit the nails on me properly. I like how these colors came out. But she rushed it as well she finished my nails in 20 minutes. And they sit on their phones the whole time which is extremely unprofessional. I will literally never come back here and for a first time experience I can’t wven express how disappointed and unsatisfied that trip was. Do not waste your money and don’t let the few “good” reviews fool you into wasting your money.

Traveling through Concord I am SO happy to have found this salon. Tracy, the owner, is so kind, things are cleaned to perfection, and I couldnt be more pleased with the time she took to make sure my pedicure was perfect. The atmosphere is very pleasant and happy as well as the staff. Cant wait to pass through the area again!

Great nail technicians and high quality products used. My only criticism is having to wait long at times even with making an appointment in advance. Other than that its the best salon in the area by far. I highly recommend them.

Amazing salon. The gentleman who did my nails (saim?) was fantastic. He spent a great deal of attention into making my nails perfect and was very attentive. I came here in my sisters recommendation and I fully intend to make this my regular nail salon.

I got a deluxe pedicure and a shellac manicure here, and I do not think I will be coming back. The pedicure was fine - nothing super memorable, but enjoyable and my toes and feet looked much better afterwards. However, the manicure was not good. My cuticles were soaked for maybe 30 seconds, and the tech was incredibly rough. I will fully admit that I have a hard time relaxing my hands when I get manicures, which I know can be annoying for the technician working on me. I always apologize, and I usually get gentle reminders to relax or requests to turn my hand a certain way to make their work easier. This tech just jerked my hands around, glared at me, and made me feel very self-conscious. I loved the color of my polish, but the finish was streaky and uneven. To top it all off, my nails started peeling from the bottom about three days after the manicure, and shellac should last for 10-14 days.Also - be advised that this establishment does not take tips via credit card. I understand that this isnt a huge deal for some people, but it can be an inconvenience if you do not regularly carry cash in your purse/wallet.

I went in to get the dip and originally had a guy but when i went home i noticed my nails were horrible. completely misshaped and very thin. i called that night and spoke with tracy the manager about my issue and she got me right in the next day after work. Now my nails are perfect and i absolutely love them. i will not see anyone else but her.. She is amazing and really knows how to make customers happy... Thank you Tracy..

Upcharged on the deluxe pedicure. It states polish of your choice but somehow my polish cost $10. Tipped generously either way. It was nice to be pampered and anyone touching MY feet should demand extra! 💅

I opted for the dip, because I heard it was great. The woman I had cut my cuticles, and the shape of my nails was not right. I didnt like the thickness of the nail. Next time I will just stick to a manicure, and shellac.

Last year I had my nails dipped religiously and they were always great, until one guy drilled them off and on several nails went so thin it hit nail bed. I stopped going after that all together to give my nails time to heal, and I recently went back for dip and 3/10 chipped within one day with no effort, when I got in my car to leave right after 4/10 were smudged (dip never smudged before) and I went back in and they fixed it no questions. A little frustrating after paying 40+, which also makes me nervous to go back in and have them taken off.....3 stars, Im on the edge.

Got a gel mani today, they look terrible. Amateur. I won’t be going back. Most likely the only one to blame is the nail tech, not the entire establishment. It is a nice salon aesthetically.

I had a male attendant. The quality of the manicure was marginal. Minimal removal of cuticle or soaking of hands. Could have done better myself at home. Pedicure similar. Mediocre. And the expense was higher then other local places.

Will NEVER go here again! Service is HORRIBLE! I schedule my appointment because my time is limited, and I have a busy life. This is my relaxing, ME time. I only leave feeling frustrated instead of relaxed! This weekend was the last straw. Made an appointment. Literally 5 people in waiting area, nowhere for me to sit. Looking around I saw 3 women who were sitting at stations STILL waiting to have THEIR nails even done. Quite obvious they are scheduling beyond their capabilities to provide for the services scheduled BY THEM. I pay VERY WELL in tips, and will NEVER EVER go here again!!!

This salon have some superb service. Was greeted nicely and got a good waxing out of it. Really like how smooth everything is after the tech finished up.

My first couple of visits were awesome, great customer service and my nails were impeccable. Went back after a couple of weeks and had them put a full set on, after waiting 50 minutes the nails looked TERRIBLE. I complained while there and the technician said that she wasnt good at that shape. I paid and gave an extra 10 and waited for my change. She kept all of it and didnt even ask me if I needed money back, I asked for 5 back after. I left still upset with the look and feel of my nails ( I was cut twice and bleeding.) After one week my nail broke. I went back and waited in hopes they would fix it. I sat and waited 20 more minutes just for the technician to say The nails only last 7 days, youll have to pay for it. I never said I wasnt willing to pay. I sat down in the chair, picked out a new color and said I might as well get them filled. She then told me Youll have to get up and wait, I thought I was just quickly fixing one. I left and never went back. I am extremely disappointed in the service and wont be going back. EVER. I thought I found the one salon that I LOVED but again, I am extremely upset with the RUDE customer service and LOW quality nails. If I could rate a 0 I would.

Not a bad place I love the idea that they have two little kids seats for them to get their feet done just like Grammy or mom .. the only thing I dont like about these places is the fumes they have. They need to have the fans on high.

I have been here a couple times. The first time was wonderful my nails lasted for like a month before I needed a fill. The second time I waited 1 hour to get my nails done and I made an appointment. The 3rd I walked out I waited way to long. My 4th time I went with my daughter to get our nails done for my best friends wedding and I forgot my cash so I had just my card. I was giving a hard time bout that! I had asked for a certain tech. I was then given to the owner of the place who was rough and cut me and I was bleeding. She painted my nails and it looked like a 5yr old did them the color was not fully on you could see through it. I asked her to fix it and also noticed that my nails were not even. She then cut me more. My daughter just had hers painted and a flower put on which looked like a dot in the middle of her finger so I asked to have it redone. They tried to charge me $50 I said for a fill and childs nails? No.... I have them the 20 plus the 10. Lady asked me if I was going to too I said yeah your tip is to learn customer service and be kind not money hungry. I will never go back.

Beautiful work, clean, up to date, great selection of color, good conversation! Wish there was more to keep the my 6 and 4 year old occupied when they were done with their nails.

My nails lasted a solid three weeks! My new favorite place

I wasn’t in love with my last nail salon so figured I’d give this place a try based on a friend’s recommendation. The staff is so friendly but the wait really killed it for me. I arrived about an hour after they opened and it took literally 3 hours to get through a standard mani/pedi here. The young man that did my pedicure was awesome so I thought it would all turn out okay in the end, but then I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for another gentleman to start my manicure, which he ended up totally rushing through. Because he didn’t leave enough time between coats for the polish to dry, 2 of my nails ended up ruined almost as soon as I walked out of the salon. Again, friendly staff but the long waits and the rushed/ruined manicure ruined it for me. I will not be returning.

Ive only been there twice so far and I am very pleased.

Went to Polished for the third time ever. I called hours ahead to make an appointment, adjusting the time I wanted for when they had availability. I was called to the pedicure chair at 12:18, 18 minutes past my appointment time. It is currently 12:28, the water is now cold, and no one has been over to start my service. I had originally asked for a 12:30 appointment for which they said they had no availability. Ready to walk out at this point and find somewhere that puts in a little more effort. This is now the second time I have waited more than a half hour past my appointment. It is unfortunate because they do great nails.

I went here to get a full set with gel for prom. First and last time I will ever go there! Despite them not being busy, the technician seemed very rushed and had no regard for being careful when filing or cleaning up my cuticles. He applied the gel polish very sloppily so there were lots of bubbles and it spilled over the nail onto my skin on most of my fingers. On top of that, there were several nails where the acrylic was warped, and the underside of the nail was thick and uneven. Please go elsewhere!

Clean atmosphere but I was cut twice and they are very rough with filing, to the point where it became extremely painful. Quality was very poor - huge divots in the nails (i got the powder dip). I was considering going back to try again until I learned that two friends had also tried Polished and were cut as well numerous times.

My second time getting my eyelash extensions done here and both times the techs did a stunningly great job with the full set. Made my lashes look so natural!

This is my go-to to get my waxing done. The service never disappoint. Friendly and the waxing was quick.

The did an awful job. I got a gel manicure they didnt fully paint my nail and they made me bleed when cutting my cuticles. Highly suggest going somewhere else.
