Ngoc ngoc (pronounced knock knock) is the absolute best! I love her creativity and attention to detail. She is so sweet and I am always happy with my nails when I go to her.

Will not be going back my nails are horrible I still see my nail underneath. Went back to get it fixed and kept giving me excuses about my nail underneath were long and the the gel on top does that when it drys. I explained my nails are always long and Ive never been to a place that doesnt cover it up. The man told me whatever. Horrible customer service.

I told the nail tech I wanted a French ombré and she told me at the very end it was too late to get a French ombré manicure despite me telling her in the beginning that’s what I wanted. She also gave me a hangnail and the nails are lumpy. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Horrible place i always have to wait 10-20 minutes after my appointment, they work very fast because they always have clients waiting, i did my acrylics 1 week ago and they already broke, they don’t glue the nails good or put enough time on the light thing NOT GOOD FOR THE PRICE

Im from out of town and this is by far the most different experience ever. I walk in theres no greeting so I sit down. A guy asks me what I want I tell him a fill in. I get seated. All of a sudden the lady starts taking my nails off so I pull back and tell her no I just want a fill in she turns speaks her language a guy comes to me and tells me I pretty much dont have a choice mainly because she already popped half my nail off. So yea that was weird most definitely not going back EVER!!!!!!!

Kiwi did my pedicure and saved my toes! He worked his magic. I broke a toenail and he fixed it. He was great. No attitude at all. He was very honest with me. I would go back.

Pedicure was pretty good. I paid for the sexy upgrade. Not sure if Id do the upgrade again as it seemed like the same as the normal pedicure. But my feet were soft and it was relaxing. Definitely go back once a month.

Used to have 5 stars from me. My toes were a slight shade Pinker than my beige taupe nails. I went back less than 20 min later because out in the sun there was a significant difference. Deducted 2 stars at the for the gentleman that just had to come up to me and tell me that hed have to charge me next time for coming back to have it re-done. They were going to paint over the wrong color and I had to kindly request it be taken off and repainted.Rude, my time is money too, buddy!

Peter is the absolute best! Every time I call he makes time for me no matter what. He always makes my experience so great and he carries a great conversation its definitely worth coming here. Not to mention he does my nails exactly how I like them! I brought my mom and she couldnt stop talking about how wonderful her pedi was!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They make appointments then have u sit around waiting for almost 2 hours like youre getting paid.

Um this place is amazing! Go on the weekends and ask for knock knock to do your nails. She is by far the best nail artist Ive ever met and every time I go there, I leave very happy and with hella cute nails! She can literally do anything reasonable to put on nails. I recommend this place to all of my friends so I thought since there wasnt any reviews, Id share!

They lies about being able to a specific design that I asked for and then they didnt finish my services because I was unhappy with the design...this is an outrage and then had the audacity to ask for $90!!! I called to get my Nails done and I told Deb about my previous nail salon in concord who messed up my nails .i asked how much ..they said to come in and see . I said okay.when I came in the guy had a bad attitude after I asked him if he was the one who I spoke to on the phone. I paid him and put my money on the counter . I told him if he could add acrylic And make them longer and change the paint which I told them over the phone.he said HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT ! it was last minute and Valentine’s Day so. I told him it’s fine just shape them and color. He said no to some where else .i was literally crying out side and he didn’t even tell me I left my money on the counter . I don’t think it’s all a bad place but the younger man who does acrylic literally ruined my Valentine’s Day

Love Peter who is the owner, this is the only place I will go. I have a lot of laughs and chatting when Im there, first time I have ever been to a nail salon where they actually have conversations with me. Love this place! Also Peter opened a new salon on Contra Costa Blvd but also runs his other shop on Willowpass in Concord. I give The Beauty Nail Salon a A+++++++++++++++++!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst nails I have ever had done!!! And it took them over an hour and a half! Nails are crooked. Nails are not the same length. I asked for longer color tips and they are very short. The tips of my nails are narrowing then my actual nail. Also when I called to get pricing, I was told a full set of pink and white was $25. I got charged $40. Totally fraudulent. Never going back again!

My wife is been there for her eye browse and she was satisfied. She is very picky person When it comes to eye browse.

When they first opened of course they were great. But now no. My appt was @ 1:15 I didnt get into a chair until 150. The guy Peter doesnt even work at the original concord location much any more. And all of the women that work there are lazy unprofessional and racist. The only reason I continue to come here is because of all the shops in concord other than the guy at VK nails on contra Costa Cindy and Peters niece noknokdoes nice nailss

KIWI OR PEWI Whatever is name is, TERRIBLE SERVICE OVER PRICED AND RUDE, he kept changing prices on me and even started yelling demanding his price when I was trying to explain to him he didn’t qoute that price from beginning just a horrible experience for my birthday and I don’t recommend anyone come here or atleast nobody that’s new looking for a new shop this is not the place. I made a apt for 6:45 and I wasn’t seen until almost 7:20 he kept laughing and had a I don’t care attitude just bad service this is my first time writing a review ever in my 30 years of living, so THE SERVICE WAS THAT BAD.. DO NOT GO HERe. I only came looking for Peter but he left and works somewhr else now. II am reporting them to BBB and to get my refund
