My first experience with Simplicity Salon was wonderful. I had Kris, who was very friendly and listened to my thoughts and opinions about the hair style I wanted. He also had a lot of knowledge to share on hair care and tips. He did an amazing job and gave me a hair cut that I am more than happy with to restore my confidence. I will definitely be returning there in the future and I recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun yet professional, relaxing salon experience!

I haven’t personally gone into this spa but have heard the women are very kind, and thorough with their jobs. A gift I bought for my mother who was in need of a haircut. She lived the experience and was pampered the whole time. I would say worth the money.

I went in for a haircut and I came in with photos of what style I wanted and did not get the cut I wanted. I wanted simple layers on my hair and all she simply did was cut four inches off my dry hair. I will not be going back to waste my $50 on a haircut style I did not want. She seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t give me the expected results on customer service.

Simplicity has a great vibe when you walk in, there is always a person at the front to greet people and a nice, bright sitting area with lots of products around to look at. Christine is my stylist and she is amazing! It’s always fun to see her style of the day. I always leave happy with a great haircut! Be sure to book ahead, she’s a popular girl!

This salon was beautiful and the atmosphere was great but I did not get what I asked for. I asked for blonde hair and ended up leaving darker than when I went in. Now despite paying them more than I pay in Boston I’m looking for a salon to fix my hair and give me what I asked for. I’m very disappointed and won’t ever go back or recommend to anyone.
